This research aims to give a description and information about EntrepreneurStudent Program (PMW) that has been held at Jakarta State University. This evaluationresearch uses Context, Input, Process and Product (CIPP) model with evaluativeapproach and descriptive method. Data were collected through observations, interviews,questionnaire, documentation study that have been done in Jakarta State University. Theresult of research shows Entrepreneur Student Program has been well done and met theevaluation criteria; 1) evaluation result in program background, goal and need analysishas met the evaluation criteria and shows good in category but legal basis of the programmanagement team should be made, 2) evaluation result in program human resources,objective and infrastructure of program has met the evaluation criteria but clearorganizational structure should be made and human resources who are committed andcompetent in program implementation, 3) evaluation result in program preparation,provision, business run, monitoring and evaluation has met the evaluation criteria but theprogram management team need to monitor the performance of mentor and monitoringand evaluation team so that goal of monitoring and evaluation be achieved with goodimplementation, 4) evaluation result in program result and report has met the evaluationcriteria but concrete efforts should be made to encourage the formation of organizationsthat specifically manages entrepreneurship program.

The impact study assessment aims to evaluate policies and monitor the achievement of targets and the results of a development program such as DMP. The output obtained is information that is an evaluation of how the policy was planned, initiated, and implemented. Participatory monitoring and evaluation analyze the outcome and impact of the DMP Program. PPA seeks to answer the question of whether or not the policy or program is working properly. A participatory approach may improve the outcomes in the form of a new policy model for the future. The output of the PPA process from this study is the agricultural policy formulated in terms of practical ways of approaching poverty problems from a local perspective. The success of alternative policy options applied by local government such as physical, human resources, and institution development at the grassroots level should be adopted at the national level. It should represent the best example of a case of successful program implementation at the grassroots level which can then be used in formulating national policies and strategies.

Abstract: The inventory of Land Tenure, Ownership, Use, and Utilization (IP4T) which is conducted by the City/Regency Land Office, often constrained by limited human resources and State Budget (APBN). For the solution to solve the limited human resources and APBN, in the IP4T implementation, then it needs to conduct an activity based on the participation of society. An activity based on the participation of society is called the Participatory IP4T, in the context of IP4T. This research aims to find out the stages of the Participatory IP4T activity which involves parties, as well as to find out the benefits of the Participatory IP4T results for the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) activity in Madiun Regency. This research used the descriptive method with the qualitative approach. The research results showed that the stages of Participatory IP4T consist of four stages namely: (1) Planning Stage, (2) Preparation, (3) Implementation, and (4) Supervision, Monitoring and Evaluation. The results of the Participatory IP4T activity was (1) Work Map which can be useful as the work map for the PTSL activity, (2) the textual and juridical data, can be utilized for the initial data of the PTSL data. The PTSL in Madiun Regency was supported by the existence of the Participatory IP4T activity.Keywords: participatory IP4T, APBN, PTSL. Intisari: Inventarisasi Penguasaan, Pemilikan, Penggunaan, dan Pemanfaatan Tanah (IP4T) yang dilaksanakan oleh Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten/Kota sering terkendala oleh sumberdaya manusia dan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) yang terbatas. Solusi untuk mengatasi keterbatasan sumberdaya manusia dan APBN yang terbatas dalam pelaksanaan IP4T, maka perlu dilakukannya kegiatan berbasis partisipasi masyarakat. Kegiatan berbasis partisipasi masyarakat, yang dalam konteks IP4T disebut IP4T Partisipatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tahapan kegiatan IP4T Partisipatif yang melibatkan para pihak serta mengetahui manfaat dari hasil IP4T Partisipatif untuk kegiatan Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) di Kabupaten Madiun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tahapan IP4T Partisipatif terdiri 4 tahapan yaitu: (1) Tahapan Perencanaan, (2) Persiapan, (3) Pelaksanaan, dan (4) Supervisi, Monitoring dan Evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan IP4T Partisipatif berupa: (1) Peta Kerja yang dapat berguna sebagai peta kerja kegiatan PTSL, (2) Data yuridis dan tekstual yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk data awal data PTSL. PTSL di Kabupaten Madiun didukung oleh adanya kegiatan IP4T Partisipatif.Kata Kunci: IP4T partisipatif, APBN, PTSL.

This study is aimed at finding out: (1) the level of effectiveness of the teaching implementation at a polytechnic education institution viewed from the interrelatedness of the components of context, input, process, and product, and (2) the constraints in the teaching implementation at the institution. This study used the Contex Input Process Product (CIPP) model from Stufflebeam. The data were collected using a questionnaire, interview guide, and related docu-ments. The subjects of the evaluation were the students, lecturers, and the top management staff of the departments at the polytechnic. The data were analyzed using a quantitative descriptive method. The effectiveness of the learning program is determined based on the results of the prototype verification in the Glickman quadrant. The results of the analysis show that the teaching program implementation at the polytechnic viewed from the inter-relatedness of context, input, process, and product is considered effective enough. The constraints in the implementation of teaching at the polytechnic are in teaching planning, implementation of semester teaching plans, curriculum, and infrastructure as well as facilities. Those constraints create other barriers to the achievement of learning outcomes, both academic and non-academic.

Background: The hamlets of Manggung, Kenteng and Buyutan are 3 sub-villages which part of Ngalang Village, Gedangsari. The three hamlets have different topography however they are having similar problems, namely human resources and infrastructure. Objective: To overcome this problem UAD Community Service Program carried out several activities with aimed improving the management of related hamlets. Method: Socialization, discussion, training, counseling and practice were used in each KKN activity. Then followed by a monitoring and evaluation. Result: This KKN activity run well with good community participation.

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis: 1) konteks program BTQ, 2) masukan program BTQ, 3) proses program BTQ, dan 4) hasil program BTQ. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Informan penelitian terdiri dari guru BTQ, peserta program, dan perwakilan pihak TBM Sakila Kerti. Teknik pengambilan informasi menggunakan purposive sampling. Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah CIPP (context, input, process, product). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) konteks menunjukkan program BTQ yang diselenggarakan oleh TBM Sakila Kerti sejalan dengan kebutuhan komunitas pedagang asongan, (2) masukan program, konsep kurikulum program BTQ disusun secara mandiri dengan melihat kebutuhan komunitas pedagang asongan dan tujuan program, (3) proses program, jadwal pelaksanaan program berjalan secara rutin, media pembelajaran cukup beragam, metode yang digunakan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan sasaran yang selama ini sudah berjalan baik, dan (4) hasil program, dilihat pada tataran kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik menunjukkan bahwa hasil program BTQ baik akan tetapi perlu ditingkatkan kembali agar tujuan-tujuan yang belum tercapai dapat tercapai. Kata Kunci: Evaluasi Program, Baca Tulis Al-Qur’an, Komunitas Pedagang Asongan ABSTRACT The purpose of this program is to eradicate illiteracy in the Qur'an because there are still many target audiences of Muslims who are not able to read and write the Qur'an. Therefore, it is important and interesting to conduct an evaluation study of the Al-Qur'an reading and writing program at TBM. The purpose of this study is to analyze: 1) the context of the BTQ program, 2) the input of the BTQ program, 3) the process of the BTQ program, and 4) the results of the BTQ program. The research approach used is qualitative with descriptive method. Research informants consisted of BTQ teachers, program participants, and representatives of TBM Sakila Kerti. Information retrieval technique using purposive sampling. The evaluation model used is CIPP (context, input, process, product). The results of this study indicate that: (1) the context shows that the BTQ program organized by TBM Sakila Kerti is in line with what is required by the community. the hawker community, (2) program input, the concept of the BTQ program curriculum is prepared independently by looking at the needs of the hawker community and program objectives, (3) the program process, the program implementation schedule runs regularly, the learning media is expected to be more diverse, the methods used are adjusted to the needs of the target which has been going well so far. <p><em>This study aimed to evaluate the context, input, process, and product of Guidance and Counseling Teachers Deliberation Program (MGBK) at SMP / MTs Salatiga year of 2012-2015. This study was evaluation research using CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product) developed by Stufflebeam. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, study of documentation and FGD (focus group discussion). The validity test used data triangulation. The results of this study showed that 1) the context evaluation of the objective set by MGBK program was in the unfavorable category, while the analysis of the needs was in the sufficient category; 2) the input  evaluation indicated that the human resources namely committee and speakers of MGBK was in the very good category, while the MGBK members was in the good category. Furthermore, sources of funding and supporting infrastructure of MGBK program implementation was in the good categoriy; 3) the process evaluation was in the sufficient category although not all the programmed activities can be implemented; 4) the  product of the implementation of the MGBK program was in the sufficient category</em>.</p>

Abstract:This research aims to evaluate the SAIN-based Madrasah Aliyah (MA) education program in Brebes, Central Java. The education program aims to improve the competence of human resources in improving ability. The evaluation model used in this study is the CIPP model (context, input, process, and product) of the qualitative research approach model introduced by Stufflebeam. The results showed that madrasah sains education program has been running well in accordance with the educational program that has been compiled. However, in the implementation of Madrasah SAIN education, there are still some shortcomings both in the field of funding (low teacher incentives), facilities and infrastructure (there are no adequate laboratories) and about the development of low human resources competencies of teachers.

Sarjana Membangun Desa (SMD), or Bachelors Builds Villages, is a program that places undergraduate degree holders to empower livestock farmers which implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture Republic of Indonesia. This program has been started since 2007 with the number of beneficiaries has reached 2,694 groups scattered across Indonesia. This study aimed to conduct a thorough evaluation of the implementation of SMD, covering from the identification of potential region, evaluation of the effectiveness of the program and the formulation of the development strategies. The results showed that SMD has not been implemented based on the region potentials. The evaluation on the effectiveness of SMD on economic, technical and institutional indicators showed that the program has not been effective in achieving its goal. The CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product) evaluation showed that the causes of the ineffectiveness of the program are: (1) the program has no strategic plan; (2) lack of supports and participation from local government and communities; and (3) ineffectiveness at the selection and recruitment stage, reporting, monitoring and evaluation. Based on the result of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis, the strategy that needs to be put as priority to improve the effectiveness of the SMD is human resources strengthening which can be implemented through training and counseling.

This research was conducted by the author with the aim know employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Sorong Regency seen in aspects on aspects inputs(input), process (process), outputs (output), outcomes (results), benefits (benefits), and impacts (impact). The research method is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, and documentation using the interactive model. The results of this study indicate the performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Sorong Regency is considered to be carried out well, this is indicated by the success of the objectives that have been planned by the Sorong Regency regional government by ensuring all inputs, starting from reliable and competent human resources for all their duties and functions, the existence of adequate facilities and infrastructure and adequacy of the budget. From the main tasks and functions, and work programs can be realized maximally and provide benefits and positive impacts for the needs of community services and also increase regional development. The performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Sorong Regency which is considered good is also inseparable from the work process of employees being able to utilize all resources optimally,

The fi rst 1000 days of life movement, is an effort to support the commitment to accelerate nutrition improvement plan action since pregnancy until the age of 2 years. Considering the high number of nutritional problems in the last 3 years, namely stunting, wasting, low birth weight, and anemia in pregnancy, we should reevaluate the implementation of The First 1000 Days of Life Movement in Kabupaten Pasaman. The aim of this research was to describe the input, process, and output. This study was a qualitative research, with problems the fi rst 1000 days movement indepth interview, document review, and observatio. There were 19 informants. The result of the study for the input aspect was there was no written regulation, no vision and mission, no program objectives, no commitment, and there was lack in human resources and infrastructures. The result from the process aspect of the movement is specifi c and sensitive intervention, and the result from the output aspect was there were still a couple of program objectives has not yet been achieved. The conclusion of this research is, there is still no written regulation and no optimization of multi sector involvement in the 1000 HPK movement, and there is also the lack of human resources and infrastructure. Specifi c and sensitive interventions have been done but there is still lack of monitoring and evaluation. The suggestion that can be proposed for Health Ministry as the leading sector that can promote the formation of regulation and commitment to The First 1000 Days of Life Movement.
