Every program presented by the mass media should meet the needs of each user. Likewise, programs on the radio are required to have good values. This research was conducted to analyze 1) the pre-production process of the Darussalam Giving Solutions (DASI) broadcast program, 2) the production process of the Darussalam Giving Solutions (DASI) broadcast program. The method used is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, documentation. Data analysis used an interactive model from Milles and Huberman. The results showed 1) the pre-production stage, Radio Darussalam was very well planned, namely holding a meeting in determining material themes based on trends that occurred in the community and determining competent presenters to discuss the material described, 2) the production stage, namely the application from the planning stage of the Darussalam Giving Solutions program, using a talk show format to send questions via Whatsapp messages, SMS, telephone and via comments on the Facebook live stream. This program is also a place to provide kindness and insight for loyal listeners.

Indonesia Manajemen hubungan masyarakat adalah sebuah fungsi manajemen yang didalamnya meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengorganisasian dan evaluasi terhadap hubungan masyarakat. Hubungan masyarakat sangat penting keberadaannya didalam suatu organisasi. Dengan adanya manajemen yang baik maka humas di perguruan tinggi akan terlaksana secara efektif dan efisien. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini menfokuskan pada dua hal yaitu; 1) Bagaimana fungsi manajemen humas dalam menarik minat masyarakat di IAIN Madura, 2) Bagaimana pola komunikasi humas di IAIN Madura, 3) Bagaimana respon stakeholders terhadap humas di IAIN Madura. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang dilakukan di Institut Agama Islam Negeri Madura. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Tahapan analisis data dilakukan dengan penyajian data, redusi data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data melalui meningkatkan ketekunan dan Member check. Hasil penelitian ini; 1. Fungsi manajemen hubungan masyarakat dalam menarik minat masyarakat. (a) perencanaan meliputi, perencanaan fisik, perencanaan fungsional, perencanaan secara luas, dan perencanaan dikombinasikan, (b) pengorganisasian humas dibagi sesuai dengan tupoksi, (c) pelaksanaan hubungan masyarakat, melakukan kerjasama dengan pihak internal dan eksternal kampus, malakukan promosi melalui media massa dan menggunakan peran alumni, (d) evaluasi hubungan masyarakat dilakukan disetiap akhir kegiatan. 2. Pola komunikasi humas, a) internal, melakukan rapat dan musyawarah, b) eksternal, melalui kerjasama, media massa (cetak dan online). 3. Respon stakeholders terhadap humas IAIN Madura, a) respon dosen, b) respon mahasiswa, c) respon tokoh masyarakat. Kata kunci: Manajemen Humas, Minat Masyarakat.   Inggris Public relations management is a management function which includes planning, implementing, organizing and evaluating public relations.  Public relations is very important presence in an organization.  With good management, public relations at universities will be carried out effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study focuses on two things namely;  1) How is the function of public relations management in attracting public interest in IAIN Madura, 2) How is the pattern of public relations communicationIAIN Madura, 3) How is the response of stakeholders to public relations IAIN Madura. This study uses a qualitative approach conducted at the Madura State Islamic Institute.  Data collection techniques using interview, observation, documentation.  Stages of data analysis are performed by presenting data, data reduction, and drawing conclusions.  Checking the validity of the data through increasing perseverance and member checking. The results of this study;  1. The function of public relations management in attracting public interest.  (a) planning includes, physical planning, functional planning, broad planning, and combined planning, (b) organizing public relations is divided according to the main tasks and functions, (c) implementing public relations, collaborating with internal and external campus, conducting promotion through media  mass and using the role of alumni, (d) evaluation of public relations is done at the end of each activity.  2. Public relations communication patterns, a) internal, conducting meetings and deliberations, b) external, through cooperation, mass media (print and online).  3. This study was aimed at examining the violations of conversational maxim in Satu Indonesia talk show. The objectives of this study were to examine the types of conversational maxim violations occurred in the talk show, to examine the realization of conversational maxim violations, and to elaborate the reasons. This study was conducted by descriptive qualitative method. The source of data was Satu Indonesia talk show. There were 44 episodes of Satu Indonesia talk show in 2014 which were consisted of 14 politics, 15 economics, and 15 socials. Then, the utterances of host and guests in 3 episodes of politics, 3 episodes of economics and 3 episodes of social were the data of this study. The technique of data collection was documentary technique and the instrument of data collection was recorder. The technique of data analysis was interactive model by Miles and Huberman. The findings showed that all conversational maxim violations. Quality maxim was dominantly violated in topic of politics; quantity maxim violation was dominantly violated in the topic of economics and social. Realizations of conversational maxim violations were realized through understatement, overstatement, contradiction, sarcasm, metaphor, associative clues, presupposition, personification, synecdoche, and analogy.   Key Words: Conversational Maxim, Maxim Violations, Talk Show

This study was aimed at examining code switching in Sarah Sechan talk show program on NET TV. The objectives of the study are to find out the types of code switching occurring in the talk show, the process of code switching, and the reasons for code switching in the talk show. This research was conducted by using qualitative descriptive design. The source of data was Sarah Sechan talk show. There were five episodes of Sarah Sechan talk show as the data of this study. The technique of data collection was documentary technique and the instrument of data collection was recorder. The technique of data analysis was interactive model by Miles, Huberman and Saldana (2014). The findings showed that all types of code switching occurred in Sarah Sechan talk show with different proportion. The most dominant type occurring in the talk show is intra sentential switchingThe processes of code switching occurred in Sarah Sechan talk show are insertion, alternation and congruent lexicalization. Reasons for using code switching were expressing solidarity, ethnic identity marker, changing the topic, switching for affective meaning, and emphasizing the meaning. Keywords: Code Switching, Types of Code Switching, Processes of Code Switching, Reasons for Code Switching, Talk Show

This study aims to explain how the distribution of productive zakat in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra and how the effectiveness of productive zakat distribution in improving the welfare of mustahik in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive method, which is a problem that guides researchers to explore and photograph situations that will be thoroughly investigated, broadly and deeply. Data collection techniques with field research, while the tools used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study inform that in distributing productive zakat funds, Rumah Zakat is in accordance with Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning Management of Zakat. The distribution of productive zakat carried out by the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra through the Senyum Mandiri Program to mustahik in Medan Helvetia Subdistrict has been effective, because it can improve the welfare of mustahik, this is evidenced by the income of eight of thirteen mustahik people in total, five people whose income is fixed and four out of eight people whose income has increased has reached the level of muzaki.

The ideology of Pancasila as a way of life, the basis of the state, and national identity has a various challenge from time to time so that the existence of Pancasila as an Ideology must be maintained, especially in industrial revolution 4.0. The research method used is a qualitative approach by doing study of literature. In data collection the writer used documentation while in techniques data analysis used content analysis, inductive and descriptive. Results of the research about challenges and strengthening of the Pancasila Ideology in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 are: (1)  grounding Pancasila, (2) increasing professional human resources based on Pancasila’s values, (3) maintaining the existence of Pancasila as the State Ideology.

Inovasi layanan drive-thru perpustakaan merupakan sebuah layanan yang diciptakan Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Inovasi layanan drive-thru ini berbentuk tempat / loket untuk melayani kebutuhan pemustaka tanpa harus turun dari kendaraan. Inovasi ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan pelayanan kepada pemustaka dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan budaya literasi.. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan inovasi layanan drive-thru di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Fokus penelitian ini adalah Kriteria Inovasi menurut PermenPANRB nomor 3 Tahun  2018 meliputi 5 variabel yang terdiri atas Kebaruan, Efektif , Bermanfaat , Dapat direplikasi, dan Berkelanjutan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara,observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, pemaparan dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk hasil penelitian menunjukkan inovasi layanan drive-thru memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan. Pada kriteria kebaruan menunjukkan inovasi drive-thru merupakan suatu penemuan baru serta menawarkan cara baru dalam melayani pemustaka melalui loket. Untuk kriteria efektif tujuan dari diciptakannya drive-thru adalah untuk memudahkan pemustaka sudah memenuhi, tetapi untuk meningkatkan budaya literasi belum tercapai. Untuk kriteria bermanfaat sudah dapat memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat dan bagi dinas yang menerapkannya. Pada dapat direplikasi inovasi ini dapat menjadi contoh/rujukan karena sudah ada beberapa instansi yang menduplikasinya, lalu kriteria terakhir keberlanjutan untuk kedepan inovasi ini akan tetap dipertahankan karena mendapat dukungan dari berbagai stakeholder. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah lebih menggalakan sosialisasi agar drive-thru ini bisa lebih berkembang dan dimanfaatkan oleh lebih banyak orang.    Kata kunci : Inovasi Layanan, Drive Thru Perpustakaan, Budaya Literasi   The library's drive-thru service innovation is a service created by the Library and Archives Office of East Java Province. This drive-thru service innovation is in the form of a counter to serve the needs of visitors without having to get off the vehicle. This innovation aims to facilitate service to users in the hope that it can improve literacy culture. The purpose of this study is to describe the drive-thru service innovation in the Department of Library and Archives of East Java Province. The focus of this research is the Innovation Criteria according to the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (PermenPANRB) number 3 of 2018 covering 5 variables consisting of novelty, effectiveness, benefit, transferbility, and sustainability. This type of research is a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. For data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation, presentation and conclusion drawing. The research results show that drive-thru service innovation has advantages and disadvantages. The novelty criterion indicates that drive-thru innovation is a new invention and offers a new way of serving visitors through the counter. . For the effective criteria, the purpose of creating a drive-thru is to make it easier for users to fulfill it, but to improve literacy culture has not been achieved. For useful criteria, it can provide benefits for the community and for the agencies that implement them. If this innovation can be replicated, it can be used as an example / reference because there are already several agencies that duplicate it. Then the last criteria for sustainability for the future of this innovation will be maintained because it has the support of various stakeholders. Suggestions that can be given are to promote more socialization so that this drive-thru can be more developed and utilized by more people. This study aims to describe Reyog Ponorogo from the historical aspect, the negative stigma that has accompanied its development, and local wisdom that spreads to all its components. This problem is studied using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews with data collection tools is the researcher himself as a key instrument. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analytical with the process of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study are as follows; (1) Reyog Obyog is an important and inseparable part of Reyog Ponorogo. In fact, it is very possible that Reyog Obyog is the origin of the Reyog Ponorogo which has developed and is known to the public today; (2) Reyog Obyog performance model which tends to be free, not bound by standards, is performed in the audience and is predominantly filled with entertainment, in its development various negative stigmas have emerged in the community, namely eroticism, drunkenness, and mystical performance rituals; (3) The Reyog Obyog has a great value in the form of a noble life guidance which is strategic enough to be used as a medium for building civilization.

This study aim to explain phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria and describing the triggering factors of conflict Syria and the analysis of Alawie group in Syria. The type of this study uses a qualitative approach with the literature study method, because the data collection techniques used make books and documents related to the Arab spring in Syria as a reference frame, as well as some data from a valid website. Data analysis techniques through three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions in which data verification is also accompanied by triangulation of data sources. The results showed that the phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria converged on inter-ethnic conflict that occurred between the Sunni-Alawie, then triggered by the phenomenon of Arab spring that spread in the Middle East.

This research is one of the efforts to meganalisis computer services management how JAWS for tuna netra students at PLD UIN Sunan KalijagaYogyakarta. This research is a research field that uses a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by holding observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was done by giving meaning to the data that was successfully collected and of the meaning that's drawn the conclusion. The results of this study showed that computer Services Management JAWS in PLD UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta include some of the functions of management, planning, i.e. the first Chairman of the PLD menentukian schedule of activities. Second, i.e. organizing Chairman of the PLD task from the masingmasing position. Third, the implementation of PLD members who have been given the task by doing their job. Fourth, i.e. surveillance of all activities in the PLD are always monitored and held a meeting of rutinan in order to know the problems encountered so that it can be solved together. The benefits of computer services i.e. JAWS add technological knowledge for students to make tuna and tuna netra student self-reliance in doing tasks lectures relating to penegtikan as well as the task of term papers, thesis etc. As for the supporting factors of the implementation pellayanan JAWS computer namely tuna netra student zeal and the help of the volunteers PLD. To factor penghambatnya i.e. the number of computers the JAWS are very limited so they must alternately in using it.

Learning Process of PPLK 1 or micro teaching was a Learning Process that learn about the practice of teaching for students that involves their classmates who became learners in the learning process. The purpose of this research were : 1) to know how to prepare PPLK 1 in UNBAJA, 2) to know how was learning process of PPLK 1 in UNBAJA, 3) to know how was the facility for PPLK 1 in UNBAJA. This research used qualitative approach method. The object of research were the dean of FKIP, lecturer of PPLK 1 and the students of Accounting Education Program on semester 6. In this research the data collection techniques were interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis in this research used descriptive qualitative. The results showed that thelearning process of PPLK 1 at the University of Banten Jaya has been running well, student learning process could perform in front class confidently and they could teach like as a teacher. However, the learning process still need improvements, especially in time management and procurement of infrastructure facilities to support the PPLK 1
