The purpose of this study is to know, (1) identify the problem of teachers’ and educational personnel, (2) the application of USG matrix method, and (3) the impact of the problems of the educator components and education in learning at integrated islamic primary school. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. The research performs analysis using the matrix theory Urgency, Seriousness and Growth (USG). The site of this research is at SD Islam Terpadu Robbani Malang Regency, Indonesia. Data collection techniques with in-depth interviews, documentation, and library studies. The analysis of the data in the get resulted in the findings that correspond to the problems faced by the school. The results of the study are (1) problems that cause low PTK (Teachers and Educational Personnel) values i.e. teacher qualifications are not appropriate, teachers do not have a certificate of teachers’, and teachers do not teach in accordance with educational background, (2) problems that must be resolved in advance that (a) the teachers do not teach in accordance and (b) learners are lacking in receiving learning.

Describe the implementation of the fingerprint electronic absence policy on the discipline and performance of civil servants as well as the impact it has on implementing the fingerprint electronic absence policy. Qualitative descriptive method describes various conditions and situations as the object of research. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation and interviews. After the implementation of fingerprint electronic attendance, discipline increases and obligations as employees have been carried out in accordance with applicable regulations. The application of sanctions in the regional government of seluma regency is in accordance with the regulations of civil servants and the provision of rewards for employees who excel has been carried out properly, to inspire other employees, so that they can work better.

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the realization of capital expenditure budget in the Trade and Industry Board of Musi Banyuasin. It has been reached the goal budget target in the government of Musi Banyuasin Regency. The methods of research used are qualitative methods. The data collection techniques used are interview research, documentation, and library studies. Data analysis was conducted using qualitative descriptive analysis methods and the use of capital expenditure budget data and the realization of capital spending in 2016 to 2018. The results showed that The Trade and Industry Board of Musi Banyuasin Regency in realization of the capital expenditure budget in the year 2016 to 2018 can be said to be effective and in positive growth. In 2016 to the year of 2018, The Trade and Industry Board of Musi Banyuasin Regency is still dependent on local government so that the implementation decentralization of capital expenditure budget can be said to be effective.

One of the company's objectives is customer loyalty to its products to keep it awake. To maintain the loyalty of Telkomsel customers implement several promotional strategies that one of them is telemarketing. The purpose of this research is to know how to apply telemarketing used by Telkomsel Branch Semarang. Based on research and theory reviews, telemarketing is divided into two of the inbound telemarketing and outbound telemarketing. Telkomsel Branch Semarang's marketing team uses outbound telemarketing to increase customer product understanding, optimize usage of Telkomsel providers, and meet sales targets. This method of research is a qualitative descriptive method, which aims to describe and describe the characteristics of the phenomenon. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, library studies, and Internet media. Based on the results and discussion of the author's review, the telemarketing used proved successful.

The essence of this research is to shed light on use and importance of artificial intelligence (AI) in commercial activity. As such, the objective of the present study is to understand the impact of AI tools on the development of business functions and if they can be affirmed as a means of help or as a substitute for these functions. In-depth interviews were conducted with 15 commercial managers from technological SMEs. The results indicate that all the participants use AI systems frequently, that these tools assist in developing of their functions, allowing having more time and better preparing to solve the commercial problems. The findings also indicate that the tools used by commercials are still somewhat limited, and companies should focus on their training and development in AI, as well as the training of their commercials. Furthermore, the results show that firms intend to use the data collection and the analytical tool that enable real-time response and customization according to customer needs.

The formation of farmer groups will make it easier for farmers to carry out their farming activities. This study aims to examine the role of farmer groups in cocoa farming activities in Ketulungan Village. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. Respondents were cocoa farmer groups selected using a purposive method. Data collection is done by in-depth interviews with respondents and informants. The informants in this study were extension agents both from related institutions and from the private sector. The results of this study indicate that the role of farmer groups in farming activities includes: (1) Farmer groups as a forum for sharing information, namely farmer groups disseminating information obtained from instructors to their members through meetings; (2) Farmer groups as a place of discussion, namely farmer groups as a place to find solutions to problems in cocoa farming activities such as maintenance and handling of pests and diseases; (3) Farmer groups as a forum for learning, namely farmer groups as a place to get knowledge about cocoa cultivation; (4) Farmer groups as production units, namely farmer groups as providers of facilities and infrastructure in farming activities of their members such as providing fertilizer and cocoa seeds; (5) Farmer groups as a place of cooperation, namely farmer groups capable of cooperating with extension agents, PT Mars and its members in carrying out their farming activities. It is expected that farmer groups, more actively collaborate in farming activities and can cooperate with the government and other parties to improve their farming activities.

E-learning is the use of learning media using the internet, to send a series of solutions that can increase knowledge and skills in using learning methods. In this study, the aim of this research is to determine the application of the classroom application in the Qur'an Hadith subject at MA NU Al Hidayah. This research also discusses the impact or factors related to the use of the classroom application. This research used a qualitative descriptive analysis type with the type of research in the form of field studies at the MA NU Al Hidayah School, followed by the data collection process, this study used documentation techniques and interviews with the teachers who taught the Qur'an Hadith subjects and some of their students. The research subjects were teachers of Qur'an Hadith subjects at MA NU Al Hidayah and some of their students. The research subjects were teachers of Qur'an Hadith subjects at MA NU Al Hidayah and some of their students. The results showed that: (1) this application is very influential in online learning. (2) there are obstacles that occur in learning. The effect of this research can overcome the obstacles that occur in ongoing learning or find new innovations for the future.

<p>Nekara Bronze in Pejeng, has a uniqueness that is still trusted by the surrounding community until now, where the Nekara Bronze is believed to be a drum to call rain. However, not all are aware of, understand the message or meaning of the Nekara Pejeng. The main problem of this research is to review Nekara Pejeng as a source of learning for Hindu religious education. The purpose of writing covers the history of Nekara Pejeng, and Nekara Pejeng as a source of learning for Hindu religious education. Data collection methods used were active participation observation techniques, in-depth interviews and document studies. The data collected is processed with qualitative descriptive techniques to see certain dimensions of the aspects being measured. The results of the analysis show that, students can observe diverse facts up close about the existence of Nekara Pejeng, students can experience new experiences by participating in an activity, students can answer problems or questions by seeing, listening, try, and prove firsthand. In conclusion, Nekara Pejeng as a source of learning has many advantages; learning becomes more meaningful and real. This means that students are required to be able to capture the relationship between learning experiences on campus with real life.</p><br /><p><em> </em></p>

The establishment of a regional marine conservation area in Raja Ampat is a hegemonic practice carried out by the Raja Ampat bureaucracy with conservation NGOs, such as TNC and CI which has reaped various responses. There are people who accept the presence of conservation areas and those who do not. Therefore, this study aims to reveal the resistance and counter-hegemony responses of the Ma'ya tribe in the conservation area to the practice of bureaucratic hegemony in Raja Ampat, West Papua. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection by observation, in-depth interviews, FGD and documentation, and the results of the research are presented in a descriptive narrative. The results of the study show that the resistance of the Ma'ya tribe in Raja Ampat to bureaucratic hegemony in the conservation area is through blocking and taking over the monitoring post of the conservation area; prosecution of customary land rights, and reluctance to involve themselves in conservation activities. Counter-hegemony practices are carried out through the formation of customary fishing areas and the struggle for the establishment of regional regulations regarding the rights of indigenous Ma'ya tribes.

This study investigates the Impact of Indian Dramas on Language in Pakistan through survey methodology. A questionnaire was used as a tool of data collection. In this research the researcher recorded the opinion of people about the Impact of Indian Dramas on Language. Researcher recorded the gender, age group, educational background, social status, habits of watching Indian dramas and their impacts on language of people and children. This research was done on both the gender. Results show that Indian media has some effects on language and people use Hindi phrases and words intentionally or unintentionally.

Increasingly competitive competition among tourist accommodation providers, encourage the star hotel management and villas in Kuta to provide special services to their guests. In fact, such kind of services will lead to a concept of tourism called ”quality tourism”. This paper is a qualitative research. Its data collection was done through document study, observation, and in-depth interviews with 11 informants, consisting of five villas’s star hotel liners, three hotel and villa’s guests, and three observers of Bali tourism business. The result of the study shows that the excellent services to the guests provided by villa and hotel management in Kuta is the implementation of the concept of sapta pesona, done at the stage of pre-arrival service, reception service, housekeeping service, and food & bevarage. The impact of this excellent services gives tourist loyalty and revisit, reinforces the positive image of Bali tourism, and supports the sustainability of accommodation services and tourism business. In general, the excellent services for hotel and villa guests in Kuta has supported the efforts to realize the quality tourism in Bali. Innovations to improve the quality of service for hotel and villa guests are needed according to the development and demands of the tourism market.
