This study aims to determine the importance of management science and company operational standardization that is applied, to know a good and correct company development strategy in accordance with operational standards of company development strategy at UD. AQMARINA. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach where the data obtained from a UD. AQMARINA in the form of observation, interviews and literature study. The data used is primary data, where the data is processed from interview data of company owners and publications. The results of this study state that the importance of management knowledge and company operational standards for strategy development is very necessary, this is because the process of organizing something is done by a group of people ororganizationto achieve these goals by working together to utilize the available resources by developing strategies. The standardization of company operations that is applied to this company is very standard, therefore it is necessary to have guidelines on the company's operational system so that it can run the company optimally. A good and correct company development strategy according to operational standards, this is done to get quality human resources with skills, work abilities, and job loyalty to a company or organization. The company's development strategy is not only skill development but also products produced in the form of product variants which are of course creative and innovative.

<p><em>Development strategy of human resource management for millennial generation is a step purposed at producing superior individuals who have characteristics and abilities that can compete and have a sale value that can be relied on either in a company or organization. The purposes of this study was to answering the formulation of problems regarding the characteristics of millennial generation related to work culture and human resource development strategies for millennial generation.</em><em> The research method used descriptive qualitative by </em><em>library research or literature study.</em><em> The results of this study prove that </em>t<em>he strategy being carried out is a way to improve the ability of every individual likes a training responsibility, intensive learning, behavior modification, immediate information, learning practice and patterns. Supporting sustainable factors are ability, motivation and opportunity.</em><strong><em></em></strong></p>

Management is a tool to achieve the desired goals, with good management it will facilitate the realization of the goals of a company or organization. The effective and efficient use of elements in management owned by a business will be able to bring advantages to businesses and consumers. The management elements consist of Material, Method, Man, Machine, Money, and Market, known as 6M. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of 6M at Artebo MSMEs. The research method used is a type of qualitative research, namely research in the form of words, sentences, schemes, and descriptions. The data sources consist of primary data and secondary data obtained from observations and interviews. Primary data comes from information, statements, and information from informants. Secondary data comes from documentation review. The main instrument in this study is the researcher himself with the aid of a mobile recorder; observation sheet; and interview sheets. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation. The collected data is checked by triangulation, namely checking the validity of the data using something other than the data concerned for checking purposes or as a comparison. The data analysis technique used an interactive analysis model. The stages in data analysis taken in this study include data reduction; presentation of data; validation test; and verification. As for the results of the study, namely MSME Artebo has implemented the elements of 6M management effectively, this is adjusted to the conditions of the micro-business being run. The man that is owned is one person, namely the owner. Money used in production activities can be explored because the material is easy to use and affordable. The materials used mostly comes from nature, namely wood. The machine used is a simple machine because of the limited resources that can be utilized. The method used is a traditional method. And the market that is used to sell products is done in a Word of Mouth manner.

The study aims to show the essence and significance of culinary tourism that can become a key element in building the future development strategy of the analyzed area. The article has an empirical character and presents in its contents the analysis of selected results of research that were obtained during the implementation of the research project entitled “Prospects for the expansion of culinary tourism in Poland based on selected endemic products in the Podtatrze area”. The primary data was obtained through a quantitative study using surveys for which the questionnaire was the research tool. The questionnaire was directed to a group of people who was a research sample, who at least once visited the studied region and purchased a culinary product. Conclusions from the study can be a starting point in defining future support areas and individual goals both in the strategic and operational dimension, thus ensuring sustainable and sustainable development of the tourist region.

The economic potential of a village needs to be developed and managed properly in order to provide sustainable benefits for the village. One of the instruments to realize this goal is the Village Enterprises, known as the BUMDes. BUMDes, is a business entity whose capital is wholly or mostly owned by the Village through investments from the Village and are created  to manage assets, services, and other businesses to generate welfare for the its community. Mekarbakti Village is one of the villages in Sumedang Regency which has a variety of economic potential. This research seeks to formulate an optimal strategy for developing BUMDes in Mekarbakti Village through the use of the Village economic potential. The approach used in this research is descriptive research. The data used are primary data taken from interviews. The results of this research are three strategies for developing BUMDes obtained through a SWOT analysis.   Keywords: Village enterprise, strategy, development, economic potential, SWOT.   ABSTRAK Potensi ekonomi desa perlu dikembangkan dan dikelola dengan baik agar memberikan manfaat yang berkelanjutan bagi desa. Salah satu instrumen yang mampu mewujudkan hal tersebut adalah pendirian Badan Usaha Milik Desa atau dikenal dengan BUMDes. BUMDes, adalah badan usaha yang seluruh atau sebagian besar modalnya dimiliki oleh Desa melalui penyertaan secara langsung yang berasal dari kekayaan Desa yang dipisahkan guna mengelola aset, jasa pelayanan, dan usaha lainnya untuk sebesar-besarnya kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa. Desa Mekarbakti merupakan salah satu desa di Kabupaten Sumedang yang memiliki beragam potensi ekonomi. Penelitian ini berusaha merumuskan strategi optimal guna mengembangkan BUMDes di Desa Mekarbakti melalui pemanfaatan potensi ekonomi Desa. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang diambil dari wawancara. Hasil dari penelitan ini adalah bahwa terdapat tiga strategi pengembangan BUMDes yang diperoleh melalui analisis SWOT.   Kata kunci: BUMDes, strategi, pengembangan, potensi ekonomi, SWOT.

Pejukutan Village has very good natural and maritime potential, one of which is Atuh Beach's tourism potential which has a white sand beach with very good reefs, Melonteng Hill, Tree House, Diamond Clip besides that at Atuh Beach, there are 4 (four) islands large coral, namely Batu Melawang or Pepadasan Island, Batu Paon Island, Batu Abah Island and Batu Jineng Island, this is one of the attractions of Atuh Beach. In this study, the data obtained by way, observation, in-depth interviews, documentation studies, literature study. Using data types in the form of qualitative and quantitative, while the data source in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis and analysis SWOT matrix (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). The results research is Atuh Beach as a marine tourism and natural tourism with the potential possessed such as the scenery possessed by Atuh Beach which is flanked by two hills from the left and right, underwater scenery, has coral islands such as Batu Melawang Island or Pepadasan ( Batu Bolong), Batu Paon Island, Batu Abah Island and Batu Jineng Island, Melonteng Hill, Throwing Tree House and Diamond Clip. the people of Pcantutan Village are mostly farmers. Aside from being a farmer in the Potanutan Village community, they are also craftsmen in weaving and raising livestock. The Village of Pejukutan has Baris Jangkang Dance, this dance is performed when accompanying certain ceremonies.   Keyword : Strategy Development, Potency, Maritime Tourism

ABSTRACTHuman resources (HR) is an important role for an organization that fails to achieve its goals. Therefore HR needs to get knowledge management, compensation, work motivation and have a good working spirit. Humans as the key to the success of a company desperately need knowledge of good management in order to manage the company. Employees need knowledge about management to provide knowledge to organizations within a company. There are 2 (two) types of knowledge, namely tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge. Then compensation is very influencing employee performance because with compensation, employees will also get a service reward that is appropriate and motivates employees. Work motivation can be interpreted as a condition in one's personal self so that the person is motivated to carry out an activity or activity and has a work spirit to improve optimal performance within the company. This study uses CB-SEM (Covariance Based-Structural Equation Modeling) analysis techniques. Besides that, the sobel test testing method was also used in this study. The data used in this study are primary data through the distribution of questionnaires and secondary data from previous studies, literature, print media (newspapers and magazines) and electronic media (internet).The results showed that management knowledge, compensation, work motivation, and work morale had a positive and significant influence on employee performance at Danoya Villa Batu Belig, Krobokan. (1) The value of t count = 2.2933> of the value of t table = 1.96. Thus it can be said that the Work Spirit variable is the mediating variable of the influence of Management Knowledge on Employee Performance. (2) Value of t count = 1.5606 <from the value of t table = 1.96. Thus it can be said that the Work Spirit variable is not the mediating variable of the influence of Compensation on Employee Performance. (3) Value of t arithmetic = 1.6767 <from ttable = 1.96. Thus it can be said that the Work Spirit variable is not a mediating variable the effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance. Based on the results of the study it can be suggested as follows: Villa Danoya Batubelig Kerobokan Badung in fostering employee morale and performance in order to better understand what the employees want and need. For this reason, the Villa Danoya Batubelig Kerobokan Badung is intended to further enhance the development of human resources in the company. With the growth of morale and employee performance, it will have an impact on improving services, so that the number of guests staying overnight will increase

Claim settlement has been like a mirror to each life insurance companies which public see the real face of their business. A company which fails to settle the claim, the satisfaction of customers would definitely distracts the business and discourage to continue or the repurchase of policy. The main purpose of the research paper is to examine the awareness and satisfaction of customers towards life insurance claim settlement in Nepal. Descriptive research designed has been employed in the study. Sample comprises 391 respondent agents for which stratified sampling were used. Primary data were obtained through questionnaire method specifically the five point likert scale. The data collected for the study were analyzed thought SPSS software and MS Excel too. The study revealed that majority of the respondents has neutral response on the satisfaction towards claim settlement. However they think that the claim settlement process speed would definitely help to increase life insurance business. Lebih Village is a village located in Gianyar subdistrict, Gianyar regency, famous for its coastal tourism, which is Lebih Beach. Lebih Village have been included in the criteria for Tourism Village, however, their certificate has not been issued for this year. In addittion to the coastal tourist attraction, it turns out that the village has more potentials to be developed into a tourist attraction. Theses potentials include a natural, cultural and artificial attraction. These potentials still need to be developed in order to run in the tourism sector. In connection with this, the author tries to examine the “Analisis Prioritas Pengembangan Pariwisata di Desa Wisata Lebih, Kecamatan Gianyar, Kabupaten Gianyar. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with qualitative descriptive analysis technique and SWOT analysis, to analyze the tourism development priorities in Lebih tourism village. The purpose of this study was to determine how the existing conditions and to find out the priority strategies for tourism development in Lebih Village. Sources of data from primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques using observation, interview and literature study, and interview instruments in the form of interview guidelines. The research of informant in Lebih Tourism Village in this research use purposive sampling technique, to get accurate data about tourism development priorities in Lebih tourism village, Gianyar subdistrict, Gianyar regency. The conclusion of this research is the exisiting condition in Lebih Village with component 4A which explains the attractions, accsess, facilities, and additional services. In addition there is a main priority strategy for tourism development in Lebih Village which is to develop the potentials they have, collaborate with another stakeholders, conduct training for the community, build tourism facilities, conduct promotions and improve management. The results of this research is the strategies obtained by the SWOT analysis, which were used as a priorities development strategy of tourism in Lebih Tourism Village, Gianyar. Public organizations are expected to be able to manage their resources with adequate internal controls, to suppress the increase in cases of corruption due to misuse of assets. This research is a qualitative descriptive research conducted at GKI Tegalrejo Salatiga by collecting primary data from interviews with informants. The information obtained then processed by data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that there is still a risk of theft of cash in the income cycle at GKI Tegalrejo, but it can be mitigated by controlling practices according to the concept of COSO. Some of the obstacles encountered in implementing this internal control include the church council not being fully able to understand the Tata Laksana Gereja, the absence of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), lack of supervision on CCTV monitor, and lack of the function of the priest as a supervisor. This research is expected to be able to encourage congregational participation to assess the practice of internal control at GKI Tegalrejo Salatiga, serve as evaluation material for the GKI Tegalrejo Salatiga council to improve its internal control, and for academics,it is hoped that this research can become a reference in developing next researches.Keywords: internal control, theftof cash, income cycle
