With the continuous development of the construction engineering industry, geotechnical engineering construction has attracted more and more attention from the society. In the construction process of geotechnical engineering, scientific and reasonable engineering investigation is the key to ensuring construction quality and improving engineering safety. Based on this, this article analyzes the application of measurement technology in the process of geotechnical engineering investigation. It is hoped that through this analysis, the application effect of measurement technology in geotechnical engineering survey can be effectively improved, and the quality of geotechnical engineering survey can be improved, so as to promote the overall construction quality and safety of geotechnical engineering.

The paper concerns the problem of improving energy efficiency and the quality of air temperature automatic control in industrial greenhouses. The article proposes a method based on the principle of disturbance compensation using weather forecast data. The plant dynamic model structure is described by the linear 1st order aperiodic link with delay both for the control circuit and for the disturbance circuit. To solve the problem of time delays in the plant mathematical model it is suggested along with the use of outside temperature sensor signal to take into account the weather forecast data for the outdoor temperature changes over the specific forthcoming interval of time. It allows the controller to generate appropriate compensation control signal in advance. The block diagram of the automatic control system of the greenhouse temperature is given. Theoretical mathematical expressions for the regulation algorithm and analysis of regulation quality are obtained and the results of numerical modeling of the temperature control process are presented. The proposed automatic control method can be used to regulate the air temperature in buildings with high requirements for microclimate parameters.

The article explores individual approaches used to measure and evaluate the quality of financial state-ments: standardized assessment, accrual-based models (accrual quality), Beneise models (M-Score), in-dexes - the internal control method and the degree of accounting conservatism. The reason for the great dependence on the use of indirect measures (proxies for the quality of financial statements or stock prices) is that some of the qualities of financial statements are unobservable.

The recent requirements by U.S.E.P.A. for dechlorination and biomonitoring have increased the importance of automatic control of effluent chlorination in wastewater treatment plants. Difficulties with the Ziegler-Nichols controller tuning procedure were reported at the Kyoto Workshop, 1990. Problems are caused by the noise of incomplete mixing, a long time constant, and the disturbances of changing flow and chlorine demand. The Astrom-Hagglund relay feedback procedure provides acceptable control while data is logged to determine the controller constants. Experiences in using the procedure in existing facilities (not redesigning the mixing point) and the quality of control are presented.

Several methods of Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) extraction have been applied to extract bacterial DNA. The amount and the quality of the DNA obtained for each one of those methods are variable. The study aimed to evaluate bacterial DNA extraction using conventional boiling method followed by alcohol precipitation. DNA extraction from Gram negative bacilli was extracted and precipitated using boiling method with further precipitation by ethanol. The extraction procedure performed using the boiling method resulted in high DNA yields for both E. coli and K. pneumoniae bacteria in (199.7 and 285.7μg/ml, respectively) which was close to control method (229.3 and 440.3μg/ml). It was concluded that after alcohol precipitation boiling procedure was easy, cost-effective, and applicable for high-yield quality of DNA in Gram-negative bacteria.

The roller and sieve machines most commonly used in Russia for the post-harvest processing of root and tuber crops and onions have a number of disadvantages, the main one being a decrease in the quality of sorting due to the contamination of working bodies, which increases the quantity of losses during sorting and storage. To obtain high-quality competitive production, it is necessary to combine a number of technological operations during the sorting process, such as dividing the material into classes and fractions by quality and size, as well as identifying and removing damaged products. In order to improve the quality of sorting of root tubers and onions by size, it is necessary to ensure the development of an automatic control system for operating and technological parameters, the use of which will eliminate manual sorting on bulkhead tables in post-harvest processing. To fulfill these conditions, the developed automatic control system must have the ability to identify the material on the sorting surface, taking into account external damage and ensuring the automatic removal of impurities. In this study, the highest sorting accuracy of tubers (of more than 91%) was achieved with a forward speed of 1.2 m/s for the conveyor of the sorting table, with damage to 2.2% of the tubers, which meets the agrotechnical requirements for post-harvest processing. This feature distinguishes the developed device from similar ones.

An improved control strategy for three-phase grid-connected inverters with space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) is proposed. When the grid current contains harmonics, the d-and q-axes grid currents is interacted in the traditional control method, and the waveform quality of the grid current is poor. As the reference output voltage cannot directly reflect the change of the reference grid current with the traditional control strategy, the dynamic response of the grid-connected inverter is slow. In order to solve the aforementioned problems, the d-and q-axes grid currents in the decoupled components of the grid current controller are substituted by the d-and q-axes reference grid currents, respectively. The operating principles of the traditional and proposed control methods are illustrated. Experimental results show that the grid-connected inverter with the improved control strategy has high waveform quality of the grid current and fast dynamic response.

In the present rural power grid reconstruction project ,according to the problems of capacitor reactive power compensation in rural small substation. Take a small substation for instance, according to its operation and control method, set the criterion of the capacitor bank switching. A new high reliability, flexible reactive power compensation control device based on s7-200 PLC is designed. It plays an important role in improving the power supply , guaranteeing the quality of voltage, reducing the loss of rural power gid.
