The focus of this research was to widen the richness of emotive-cultural lexicon which is grow rapidly in the usage area of coastal Javanese, especially in Pati District. By the variant of emotive-cultural lexicon will be found the uniqueness form of politeness and the gradation of politeness in the speaker walks of life. The location of this research was concentrate in Pati District. The selection of respondent and informant by using purposive sampling. The research design was survey and case study. The data collection was done by structured interview, in-depth interview, and focus group discussion. The data was analyze using the connection of emotive-cultural lexicon toward the form of politeness speech, so that the direct substance sorting became the main device in the analysis. The research findings are the power of emotive-cultural lexicon becomes the spirit of speech politeness form for Javanese coastal society in the region of Pati. This spirit also developes the gradation of politeness for the speaker. Lingually, this gradation is determined by the color/variant of emotive-cultural lexicon than the power of extralingual.

The research was aimed to design the formation of Javanese speech unique lexicon in Semarang lower class society. The design involved the phoneme sequence pattern and phoneme mapping in the lexicon structure. The location of the research was in the dissemination area of Semarang language in Semarang. The selection of informant used purposive sampling system. The design of the research was survey and case study. The data collection was done by structured interview, in-depth interview, and focus group discussion (FGD). The data was analyzed using agih method by changing technique of phoneme sequence, re-order of phoneme form, and harmonization of phoneme devices.The finding of this research is a design which take a form as a method that can be used to design the new forming of lexicon that categorized as the unique lexicon, all at once as the model of lexicon enrichment.

Role of posyandu cadres in empowering the community of BintanPurposeThis study aimed to determine the role of posyandu cadres in empowering the community in Kawal village, Gunung Kijang district, Bintan regency.MethodsThis study used a qualitative method with a case study design and purposive sampling technique, with the cadres of posyandu. Data collection was done by in-depth interviews and focus group discussion (FGD), with triangulation of sources and methods.ResultsThe role of cadres are as a health motivator, with the extension officers of the health and medical services as well as cadres being able to identify the needs, barriers and help to coordinate in providing health services.ConclusionPosyandu cadres have high social spirit created by the combination of internal and external motivation, resources and potential as well as experience developing ability, with the social spirit capable of inspiring, activating, stimulating, mobilizing and motivating people.

This paper aims to deepen literature on choosing preference of body moisturizer among millennials muslim women in Indonesia. There has not been any study that address factors that influence choosing preference of skincare in specific context and in specific country. There are two methods of data collection for this study, through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and online questionnaire. The research findings suggests that the most important factor preferences are skin suitability, health certificate, and skin allergy. This study would be beneficial for the future of body moisturizer manufacturers in Indonesia to understand the choosing preference of millennials muslim women.

This study is aimed to investigate the mechanism of abroad apprenticeship labour program, including income rate, to understand the process of transferring knowledge, and to portray its implementation to regional development. There are at least three aspects will be discussed, firstly, to understand the process of apprenticeship overseas; secondly, to evaluate their income and economic activities after returning home; and thirdly, to evaluate how the local government involves in empowering ex-apprentice labour overseas. The research employed several methods for getting data such as structured interview by using questionnaire, focus group discussion, in-depth interview, tracking, and observation. This study indicated that (I) Apprenticeship process mechanism is not fully transparent yet; (2) Their income are relatively high, however, looking at their job they are still absorbed in 3D jobs (dirty, dangerous, difficult); (3) Several arising problems set the volunteer in low bidding position, and (4) process of transferring knowledge they got from overseas is vague.

It has been more than ten years since The Jakarta Bay reclamation project displaced fishermen from the sea where they were normally fishing. The direct impact of reclamation on fisherwomen was income decrease, because it has damaged the marine ecosystems due to the effects of sucking and backfilling of the sea sand. In addition, there will be at least 16,998 of fishermen households will be evicted from the coastal areas of Jakarta, Banten and Bekasi due to this reclamation. The findings of this study are: the reclamation made the<br />fisherwomen become poorer, their burden is higher and they have experienced double marginalization. The research methodology is a qualitative study with feminist perspective. Data collection are by in-depth interview with ten fisherwomen, document study, and fields<br />observation. Selection of research sites is purposive, namely Kampung Akuarium and Kampung Kamal Muara, District of Penjaringan, North Jakarta Municipality. In particular, this study wants to bring up the voices of poor fisherwomen as marginalized group of people, who have not been heard. It is hoped they will be brave and voiced their rights and aspirations openly which they have not dared to do so.

Further scientifically finding of total logistics costs model during execution the cement projects in Indonesia, the consecutive further tasks are how to examine the best logistics' provider to perform the logistics' works. This is the ultimate goal of this chapter. The methodology developed is by case study, elaborate techniques of focus group discussion (FGD), expert judgment (EJ), and enriched by the analytical hierarchical process (AHP) to obtain the best decision. The finding is the total costs of ownership (TCO) as the best tool to examine several considerations to select the best provider's candidates can be applied. Data as sources of this chapter are consolidated from the cement projects in Indonesia from 2010 to 2018. During the period, cement projects in Indonesia were rampant, and certainly, it demanded logistics providers. The TCO in practical fits during procurement-processes, it is also valuable during the selection of the logistics' providers. The TCO is fair enough as the best tool to build governance during procurement to avoid miss-discrimination-treated.

This study aims to examine the construction of women's gender ideology through cases of marginalization of women in the Pakpak community in Pegagan Julu VIII, Dairi District, North Sumatra. The approach method used is qualitative with a feminist perspective case study design. Through the case study method, the existing data is developed with a variety of facts into a single case, so that the related data is fully utilized to achieve a deep and complete analysis. Data collection techniques used FGD (Focus Group Discussion), in-depth interviews and participant observation on women who became research informants. The results of the study showed that the construction of Pakpak women's gender ideology in the family was a patriarchal gender ideology that was attached to Pakpak women's values

This is a study which focuses on examining the problem in teaching-learning process of Statistic dealt by blind students at UIN Sunan Kalijaga in 2010. The investitigation is necessary as blind students should struggle to understand the subject. As matter of fact, Statistic is perceived as a problematic discipline in general, however, the situation worsen for blind students, was more problematic as it involves imagery thinking and visual perception such as graphics, symbols, images and on other side, needs a lot of practical exercises. This research utilizes qualitative method, through in-depth interview and Focus Group Discussion data collection. This involves 5 students and 2 lectures at UIN Sunan Kalijaga around the issues as follows: methods of teaching, class dynamic and evaluation. The problems and challenges dealt by students analyzed and thus recomendations are formulated in the end of study.

Artikel ini membahas tentang moderasi beragama oleh masyarakat menengah Muslim, dengan studi kasus pada majlis taklim perempuan di Yogyakarta. Tema  ini  penting  untuk  diteliti  dengan  beberapa  alasan  diantaranya;  beberapa  tahun  terakhir  ini  telah terjadi berbagai tindak intoleransi bernuansa agama  dan  aksi    terorisme  dimana  aksi  terakhir  peledakan  bom  di  Surabaya  tahun  2018  dengan  melibatkan perempuan dan anak-anak. Fenomena ini   merupakan   indikasi   bahwa   di   beberapa   masyarakat   masih   mengalami   masalah.   Oleh   karenanya,  moderasi  beragama  menjadi  elemen  penting  untuk  menciptakan  kondisi  damai  dan  harmonis  di  masyarakat.  Disamping  itu,  Majlis  taklim  perempuan  kelas  menengah  merupakan  kelompok   yang   mampu   mempengaruhi   dan   menggerakkan    masyarakat    untuk    melakukan    aksi-aksi  moderasi  beragama.  Artikel  ini  ditulis  berdasarkan   hasil   penelitian   kualitatif   berupa   studi kasus terhadap majlis taklim Yasmin, Majlis Taklim   Roudlatul   Jannah   dan   Majlis   Taklim   Syakilah   Jannah.   Data   dikumpulkan   dengan   menggunakan   metode   wawancara,   observasi,   dan  Focus  Group  Discussion  (FGD),  dan  studi  pustaka.  Hasil  studi  ini  menunjukkan  bahwa  di  Yogyakarta terdapat beberapa varian majlis taklim yang   diikuti   dan   diinisiasi   oleh   perempuan.   Majlis    taklim    perempuan    kelas    menengah    tersebut  melakukan  beberapa  kajian  keagamaan  dan  kegiatan  sosial  yang  dapat  dikategorikan  sebagai  moderasi  beragama  seperti  terlihat  pada  pemilihan  ustad  atau  kyai  yang  berpandangan  moderat  untuk  mengisi  kajian  kajian  mereka,  pemilihan materi kajian dan kegiatan sosial yang melibatkan elemen masyarakat.  Kata  Kunci:  Moderasi  beragama,  Majlis  taklim  perempuan, kelas menengah Muslim This  article  discusses  religious  moderation  by  a  middle-class  Muslim  community,  with  a  case  study  of  a  women’s  religious  assembly  (Majlis  Taklim)  in  Yogyakarta.  This  theme  is  important  to  study  for  the  following  reasons:  in  recent  years  there  have  been  various  acts  of  religious  intolerance and acts of terrorism, with the latest event  includes  the  Surabaya  bombing  in  2018,  involving women and children. This phenomenon is  an  indication  that  there  are  still  problems  in   some   communities.   Therefore,   religious   moderation   becomes   an   important   element   to  create  conditions  of  peace  and  harmony  in  society.  In  addition,  religious  assembly  among  the middle class women are groups that are able to influence and mobilize society to carry out acts of religious moderation. This article was written based on the results of qualitative research in the form  of  case  studies  in  Majlis  Taklim  Yasmin,  Majlis   Taklim   Roudlatul   Jannah   and   Majlis   Taklim  Syakilah  Jannah  in  Yogyakarta.  Data  were  collected  using  interviews,  observation,  and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) methods, as well as literature studies. The results of this study indicate  that  in  Yogyakarta  there  are  a  number  of  Majlis  Taklim  variants  that  are  followed  and  initiated by women. Middle class women Majlis Taklim  undertake  a  number  of  religious  studies   and social activities which can be categorized as “religious  moderation,”  as  seen  in  the  selection  of scholars or moderate scholars to teach in their studies,  selection  of  study  materials  and  social  activities involving elements of society. There are several medical drug addict treatment methods used by physicians and other health professionals worldwide. The community-based treatment and care for drug use and dependence have increased in popularity. However, little is known about whether or how Islamic spirituality model could be incorporated into formal treatment in the Muslim community. This study aimed to explore the Islamic integrated model for drug addict treatment and rehabilitation on Kratom use among Muslim adolescents in Krabi Province, Thailand. The focus group discussion and in-depth interview were carried out in chief officer, the staff of treatment service volunteers, program leaders, and families and friends of addicts during October 2017-December 2018. The results revealed that the implementation of integrated Islamic religious learning in the drug therapy session to grow the spiritual religiosity and lower relapse among Muslim youth who were previous kratom addicts. The Islamic faith-based treatment model could be declared the evidence of kratom recovery in community level.
