The paper considers the ratio of the transport factor and the types of development of settlements in the suburban area of the Moscow capital region. The purpose of this research is to study the specific features of the development of settlements in various radial directions from the node (core) of Moscow capital region – the Moscow city. Data from publicly available electronic maps were used, including data from the public cadastral map. Historical and socio-economic prerequisites for the formation of various types of development along radial transport axes (public roads of regional and federal significance connecting Moscow with the territory of the Moscow region and other regions of Russia) are considered. Conclusions about the general and specific features of development along different directions at different distances from Moscow are drawn. The research confirms the hypothesis that the ratio of certain types of residential development along various highways differs from place to place depending on the time of the origin of the transport routes themselves, on the economically determined choice of investors, and in recent years – on the environmentally determined choice of the population.

In medical organizations special forms (approved by orders of the Ministry of health and the Central statistical office) are used to present the results of laboratory examination of the population for syphilis. Currently, these forms include laboratory technologies that do not meet modern standards. In 2018-2019 the normative documents, regulating the use of accounting forms of medical documentation in the public health system, and the practice of using forms with the results of laboratory examination for syphilis were studied in 35 branches of 3 medical organizations of the Lyubertsy district of the Moscow region and in 18 branches of Moscow city was conducted. It is established that in the medical organizations of Moscow and the Moscow region are used the different forms of the registration forms approved by orders of the Ministry of health of the USSR which have now become invalid. The structure of the forms with the results of the population survey for syphilis does not correspond to the applied modern technologies and standards of the survey. On the basis of requirements of modern regulatory documents two new forms of registration forms for the presentation of results of laboratory researches have been developed, within 1,5 years tested and offered for application: one form at screening of the population for syphilis and another - for performing verification examinations for diagnostics and the subsequent clinical and serological supervision.

Brussels Capital Region has to deal with urban conflicts arising from the different kinds of land uses. On the one hand the process of metropolisation has intensified the inner city's land use through residential, economic and urban development and on the other hand this same process has contributed to the expansion and sprawling of the city beyond its administrative borders. The city's main challenge is to ensure the cohabitation of different urban forms and densities in a multi-scale level related to metropolitan and local functions (Ananian P. 2010). Brussels, originally an industrial city, has become an administrative centre, generating a series of disaffected areas. Urban regeneration and sustainable development policies aim to improve the standard of living through urban, social and economic enhancements. Indeed, these policies deal with the construction, renovation and requalification of obsolete areas into new dwelling complexes. In this context, the present article shows the results of a broader research commissioned by the Brussels Capital Region on residential densification between 1989 and 2007(Declève B. Ananian P. et al 2009). Through the analysis of this inventory, we have identified three main techniques concerning the requalification of old places into residential uses: firstly the reurbanisation of brownfields generated by the delocalisation of large facilities; secondly the requalification and reconversion of isolated buildings (abandoned and obsolete industrial and office buildings) and last but not least, the recycling of terrains merged into the urban fabric of old neighbourhoods. Following two methodological approaches (morphological observation and analysis of social perception), this research has shown us that, in the last twenty years of housing production in Brussels, the main abandoned buildings and sites that were available were requalified, increasing density and improving urbanity through the diversity of the urban forms adopted for the public and private spaces.

The article considers the economic aspects of constructing high-rise buildings in the world and in Russia. Data on the number of high-rise buildings in Russian cities with a million population are presented. It is proved that interest in high-rise construction in Russia has been formed only in Moscow and partly in St. Petersburg and Yekaterinburg. The analysis showed that the reason for this is the expensiveness of high-rise construction. According to the enlarged macro-calculation, the cost of building 1 m2of the area of the Federation Towers complex (Moscow City) is about 2710 $/m2. Practically a possibility of return on investments in the foreseeable time interval exists only in Moscow. For the regions of Russia this task is rather complicated. Population density in regional Russian cities is quite low, business entities do not have the necessary financial resources for investing in high-rise construction, and investments from abroad absent.

This research is an exploratory qualitative approach using secondary data from the Indonesian Survey Institute (LSI), which aims to identify the voters’ behavior of Jakarta Governor candidates period 2012-2017. The results showed that the implementation of the election was considered by the respondents Honest-Fair (JURDIL) and quite satisfying. The selection was won by Joko Widodo – Basuki Tjahaja Purnama. However, the numbers did not reach half of the voters. Therefore, the election took 2 rounds. For Governor-Vice Governor couples socialization, both the majority and not overtaken, Fauzi Bowo – Nachrowi achieved top ranking with very significant. But apparently, successful socialization of media did not match with the victory in the election. This study aims to determine the behavior of voters in Jakarta governor election. The result, in contrary, shows that the couple in number two socialization won the election. For the popularity, it was not in tune with the socialization. Personally, the popularity of Joko Widodo topped more than the incumbent. It is believed that the performance and imaging of Joko Widodo as mayor of Solo viewed favorably by the public. Close relationship with lower level people and hawkers handling gained the voters’ sympathy. Regarding the evaluation of the incumbent, the majority responded quite satisfied because they could understand the complexity of the Jakarta capital region. But ironically, the majority answered there is no change during the leadership of the incumbent governor. Voters preference based on gender, religion, ethnicity, and age in majority chose the couple of Joko Widodo – Tjahaja Basuki Purnama.
