The issue of preparing non-linguistic faculty students for intercultural interaction in the context of the subject-language integrated environment is quite a topical one, and theory and practice of higher education have accumulated considerable experience in this process. However, we have to admit that in modern pedagogical science no research has been so far dedicated either to the development of effective and logical system of preparing non-linguistic faculty students for intercultural interaction, or to the identification of optimal conditions for the functioning of such system. The statements above convinced us in the need to develop the respective proprietary system and pedagogical conditions, which would meet the peculiarities of the given age of students, of the requirements of the Federal State Education Standards of higher education, and of the requirements to the personality of the modern world reflected in national and international documents.

The article considers new tasks of universities and faculties training students of international relations. The author analyzes the essence of the concept "paradigm" in education because paradigm serves as the basis of the educational process in universities. The content of professional education depends on the aims of professional education of specialists in international relations. The process of globalization, global changes, challenges and threats bring about the necessity to study specific features of international cooperation in ecology, psychology of conflict, psychology of leadership, etc. In the age of globalization, national economies are converging while national cultures are diverging. Representatives of different nations realize the importance of preserving cultural identity. It is of vital importance to instil tolerance in future specialists in international relations and prepare them for cross-cultural communication. At the same time, it is necessary that they should not only enjoy individual freedom and national cultural identity, but realize their own responsibility to the state. In the modern world, the axiological and educational functions of professional training are growing. At the same time, it is crucial to let the students build a number of professionally relevant competences that will make it possible for them to effectively perform their professional functions. It is the competence-based approach that makes the basis of Federal state education standards, including education standards for faculties of international relations. Another direction that needs developing is training and retraining lecturers for universities specializing in international relations. Foreign language training of lecturers in basic subjects will make it possible for the, to give lectures in foreign languages, particularly in English, which, in its turn, will help to make Russia's universities more competitive.

Currently because of the high speed of the information refreshment teaching general non-specific knowledge and skills, including logical and psychological actions, gets greater value in the system of high pro-fessional medical education. Methods. The article contains data of the analysis of the Federal state education standard of the high professional education in the field “General medicine”. Results. As a result of the analysis it was revealed that there is no subject “Logic” in the specialist training program by this standard. Teaching of the logic actions isn’t provided by the course of mathematics or other disciplines. Subject “Psychology” accounts only for 0,4% of the general academic load. Taking into considera-tion change-over to biopsychosocial model of the doctor-patient interaction it is necessary to study the problem of increasing the time for the subject “Psychohlogy” learning in the standard “General medicine”. Conclusion. Taking into consideration large quantity of the competences, which realization demands the use of logical actions, it is rational to make scientific research and consideration of the question of including the course “Logic” in the basic educational program for specialists in the field of general medicine. There is a need for the special researches for the finding the optimal percentage of the academic load of the subject “Psycholo-gy” in the general academic load of the standard in the field “General medicine”.

Statement of the problem. Based on the analysis of the Federal State Education Standard of Higher Education (FGOSVO) in the direction of training “Pedagogical education” and the professional standard “Teacher”, the problem of the discrepancy between the declared competencies of the FGOSVO and the labor functions described in the professional standard “Teacher” was revealed. In this regard, we have designed a “subject-methodical” module for mastering the content, which is designed to solve the specified problem through the formation of the student’s educational result correlated with the labor functions of the teacher. The purpose of the article is to reveal the peculiarities of the construction of the “subject-methodical” educational module for students of the training direction “Pedagogical education”, the profile direction of the educational program “Physical culture”. To highlight competencies and correlate them with labor functions in order to combine them into an educational result. Methodology (materials and methods) of the research is analysis and synthesis of research works of foreign and Russian researchers, of regulatory documents in the field of higher education. The research is based on the ideas of the humanistic direction in education and project activities, of the personality as a subject of self-development. Research results. On the basis of the system-activity, personality-oriented and competence-based approaches, the main requirements for involving students in various types of educational and educational research activities for solving meta-subject problems are formulated. A method for designing a training module that meets these requirements is proposed. The forms, teaching methods and assessment tools within the module are highlighted. Conclusion. The method is proposed in the article for designing an educational module on the basis of modeling educational activities for practice-oriented research orientation, on the basis of continuity of educational disciplines included in the module and use the didactic potential of these academic disciplines that provide formation of students’ knowledge, skills, and competencies. Educational results are the result of the implementation of the designed module.

The article traces the substantial and functional evolution of interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary knowledge and its integration into the theory and practice of higher education. The method of distinguishing between classical, non-classical, and post-non-classical rationality is used to disclose the specifics of university transdisciplinarity. The proposed hypothesis suggests that in non-classical and post-non-classical education, different types of studied objectivity exist while when the subject boundaries are fixed, various forms of subject uncertainty are observed. Difficulties in the practice of non-classical education are associated with the objective of overcoming double uncertainty. In one case, the onedimensionality of the study depends on the choice of ontological conditions that are only sufficient for a given monodiscipline. In another case, the task of combining the intervals of studying a subject in the framework of multidisciplinary knowledge is being solved. Transdisciplinarity manifests primarily through educational modeling technologies. What can be attributed to the specifics of post-non-classical education is the study of two types of objectivity: the system-level reality in cases of severe disequilibrium and the system-operational reality in cases of mild disequilibrium. Thus, the subject area demonstrates substantial and systemic uncertainty. It is concluded that the study of systemic objects as a part of the educational process requires interdisciplinary efforts and is carried out in line with the following scheme: problem – project – concept – practical solution.

The paper reviews the issue of self-regulation development in adolescents as the process of supporting favourable and transforming unfavourable emotional states appropriate to the performed joint activity. Experiencing intense emotions makes personal growth more difficult for the adolescent, and therefore the task of promoting self-regulation becomes extremely important. Our hypothesis was that the development of self-regulation contributes to the adolescent’s ability to recognize and interpret emotional states and extends the range of practices available to him/ her. Creating operative images of an object in concrete situations has a mediated effect on the transformation of the emotional states experienced by the adolescent. The revealed social psychological conditions were implemented through role-based forms of group activities, methods and means of self-regulation development. We evaluate the effectiveness of the development of self-regulation in adolescents based on certain criteria and analyse the outcomes of an experimental study. The ideas proposed in this paper can be used in the formation of regulative universal learning actions in adolescents at school to develop their ability to consciously regulate emotional states in the context of implementing the federal state education standards.
