The professional training of a clinical speech therapist traditionally focuses on the formation of professional competencies, motivation, and the ability to develop professionally, while the problems of coping with chronic emotional stress are common causes of professional deformations in them. It has been suggested that a high level of speech therapist’s readiness for professional activities, along with the individual typological characteristics of the personality described in the professiogram, is positively associated with a number of psychophysiological characteristics. An empirical study of personality traits, psychoemotional state, psychophysiological reactions, the adaptability of speech therapists (N = 56) was carried out using the psychophysiological testing device “UPFT-1/30 Psychophysiologist” (“Medicom MTD”). For the survey of teachers of three Russian state universities (N = 37), providing education clinical speech and language therapists were used the methods of analytical professiogramme E. M. Ivanova.

In the modern world of higher educational institutions, the problem of organizing students' independent work is one of the most urgent. The student must have not only knowledge, but also make decisions independently, strive for success in professional activities, apply a creative approach to any business, and raise the intellectual level. That is why the independent work presupposes the development of students' skills to clearly formulate their own thoughts, argue their judgments, think logically, and know the numerous flow of information. The implementation of these skills is possible when organizing a competence-based students' individual work , which affects the professional sphere of future specialists And the construction of a competence-oriented SIW in the form of a model that includes motivational, performance, reflexive, control stages is based on: a) the inherent value of the student; b) the conditionality of the professional orientation of the content of education by future teaching activities; c) c) orientation of professional education towards the individual experience of the student; d) the advanced nature of professional training; e) correlation of the technology of professional training with the patterns of professional becoming of the teacher's personality.

The article outlines the relevance of the introduction of inclusive education in the system of education of Ukraine whose success depends on the organizational and pedagogical and corrective and developmental school conditions, flexibly oriented on the individual characteristics of each child and qualitative training of future teachers to professional activities in the conditions of inclusive education. Separate aspects of professional training of future teachers in institutions of higher pedagogical education in conditions of inclusive education are presented. In particular, attention is focused on the peculiarities of organizing the process of training future educators in professional activities in the inclusive environment of institutions of general secondary education, which are that the professionalization of students takes place in the form of penetration of external (the influence of the educational environment and the participants of the educational process) into the internal (assignment of values Inclusive education and acquisition of relevant competence), from the remote space (social meaning of inclusion) in the approximate (personal meaning and Inclusion experience). In accordance with the principle of continuity, the stages of organizing the process of preparation of future teachers to professional activity in conditions of inclusive education (motivational-value, theoretical and practical and simulation-reflexive) are determined and substantiated. Evaluating the efforts of scientists in the highlighted issues, we note that the organization of the process of professional pedagogical training of teachers to work in an inclusive educational environment requires the substantiation of the relevant pedagogical conditions, which is a prospect of further scientific search.

The purpose of the study is a theoretical substantiation and empirical study of the psychological content parameters of the relationship between perfectionism and feelings of loneliness in youth. A new view of modern reality with its constant changes and increased requirements for the functioning of the individual in society has been substantiated. It is noted that such a view provokes the mass formation and spread of perfectionism and loneliness. It is noted that every day more and more people, especially young people, suffer from the imperfections of this world and the feeling of isolation from others. It has been established that socially conditioned perfectionism, concern for mistakes, doubts about one’s own actions and self-criticism have a positive significant connection with the feeling of loneliness in youth (p<.01). However, rigid perfectionism and self-centered perfectionism are inversely related to feelings of loneliness. It was found that young men are largely prone to self-centered perfectionism (p<.01). A pronounced high level of loneliness was observed in n=18 subjects. Attention has been drawn to the fact that doubts about one’s own actions and concern for mistakes inevitably provoke feelings of loneliness. Emphasis has been placed on important areas of actualization of empirical results in order to develop constructive perfectionism. It has been noted that the results obtained should be operationalized in educational and professional training of students-psychologists.

One of the important branches of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is the engineering troops, the units of which are always present in the organization and conduct of combat operations. The servicemen of these units do a great job of fortifying combat positions, building barriers and obstacles, masking and covering military positions with mine explosive devices, arranging water crossings, helping in organizing shelters for manpower and equipment. The theory and especially the practice of military engineers show the need to improve not only theoretical knowledge, skills and practical skills, but also to have a high level of development of general and special physical qualities. Among the many studies of physical fitness of cadets of different military specialties, there is a lack of studies of engineering cadets. The research carried out earlier concerned mainly the operator specialties of the engineering troops. Military mechanical engineers and command personnel have not been investigated at all. The purpose and objectives of the research are aimed at finding ways to improve the level of physical and psychophysiological readiness of cadets of the Higher Educational Institutions of Higher Education - future specialists of the engineering profile and determining the influence of the author's program of physical training on their professional readiness. The research methods used included theoretical methods (analysis and generalization of literary sources), pedagogical (observation, testing, experiment), methods of mathematical statistics for processing experimental data and assessing reliability. During the academic year, 60 cadets of the National Academy of Ground Forces (mechanical engineers and commander engineers) took part in the study, divided into experimental and control groups by the method of paired comparisons. The experimental group performed a specially developed physical training program with the inclusion of applied exercises. As a result of one-year training following the results of control tests, cadets of the experimental group have significantly better indicators of psychophysiological, physical (especially strength) and professional training than cadets of the control group at the level of p <0.05. Conclusions. It has been determined that for mechanical engineers and commanders for their professional activities, good strength training is important. Sense of temporal, power and spatial parameters in all subjects is approximately at the same level. EG cadets significantly improved the results of physical and psychophysiological fitness. It was found that the existing program of physical training at VVUZ does not sufficiently contribute to the high-quality special training of engineering cadets. The proposed content of exercises and the scheme of distribution of loads for a week and a month can be used to develop programs for special physical training for specific engineering specialties. Key words: military engineers, special physical training, temporary, power, spatial sense.
