The article describes features of the formation of future teachers’ information culture. The relevance of the development, implementation and maintenance of the technology of forming process of information culture of future teachers is substantiated. Different views of scientists on the definitions of “information culture of a person”, “technology” are considered. The main components of information culture are highlighted: computer literacy, information competence, information reflection, information culture creation. The constituent elements of pedagogical technology are listed, which is represented by a set of goals and methods aimed at implementing the projected learning process and is presented by a phased implementation plan. The main characteristics of a technology for the formation of information culture of a future educator are revealed and disclosed. The article describes the results of experimental work to identify the current level of formation of information culture of future teachers. Comparative results of the data obtained during the control experiment testify to the effectiveness of the probed technology and the readiness to use information technologies in professional activities.

The article deals with possible ways of using information technologies in teaching future teachers of foreign language and foreign literature. It is established that the primary task of the organizer of the educational process is to build an educational process with a view to facilitating the development of the competences necessary for the future teachers of foreign language and foreign literature. The latest information technologies are analysed and the effective ways of their use are suggested. It was found out that information technologies actively contribute to the unique function of preparing the future specialist for the quality realization of educational services in the information and digital space. It is researched that the functional approach to the analysis of IT in the context of the educational process outlines the specific scientific basis of the proposed scientific search, which allows to organically combine the postulates of media-oriented education with cognitive and communicative principles in the study of the ways of using IT in teaching teachers of foreign language and foreign literature. According to the guidelines of this approach, the functional purpose of IT influences the processes of formation of the form and value of the obtained knowledge. An important element in describing the use of IT is the principle of consistency. It is confirmed that the general competences of future teachers of foreign language and foreign literature are represented by both subject and general competencies, where IT competence is ranked as one of the top priorities. It implies the teacher’s ability to use information technology in the course of his/her professional activities effectively and appropriately. Information technology competence, in turn, is divided into three main competences, which correspond to the separate activities of teachers of foreign language and foreign literature: general, diagnostic and subject-oriented. Examples of tasks aimed at forming different types of competences in future teachers of foreign language and foreign literature with IT involvement are given. It is proved that the use of information technologies in the process of realization of educational and professional training of future teachers of foreign language and foreign literature contributes to a more effective fulfilment of the basic curriculum assignments, in-depth study of the content of the studied discipline, optimization of self-education and self-development of the level of future specialists, an individual way of perceiving information and working with it.

The cognitive, developing, illustrative potential of three-dimensional computer graphics actualizes the training of future teachers in its technologies. The future teacher of computer science should be able to develop three-dimensional models and animations of the studied objects (phenomena and processes) in computer science, physics, mathematics and other academic disciplines, create copyright electronic educational resources with three-dimensional illustrations, apply augmented reality and 3D printing in professional activities.The article describes the features of teaching three-dimensional computer modeling and visualization of future informatics teachers, identified on the basis of an analysis of the training system for students studying in specialty 1–02 05 02 Physics and Informatics at the Maxim Tank Belarusian State Pedagogical University.The main directions for improving the learning process of three-dimensional computer graphics of future informatics teachers are indicated. Questions on three-dimensional computer modeling and visualization will pass through the content line through the content of six academic disciplines («Computer graphics and multimedia», «Computational methods and computer modeling», «Programming Technologies and Algorithmization Methods», «Information Technologies in Education», «Methods teaching informatics» and «Architecture and software of computer systems»). This will ensure consistency in the introduction and study of concepts, the choice of forms and methods of teaching, the development of teaching and methodical support. For the implementation of interdisciplinarity, it is proposed to carry out practice-oriented interdisciplinary educational projects in the framework of the study of academic disciplines in three subject areas «Computer Science», «Physics» and «Mathematics». The development of a methodical system of interdisciplinary education will ensure the formation of readiness to teach three-dimensional graphics at the stage of general secondary education and to realize its didactic possibilities in organizing educational and research activities of students.

The purpose of this study is to analyze various approaches and reveal the main components in the formation of professional competence of future teachers: unity of theory and practice, transition of educational to educational and professional activity (quasi-professional activity), use of reproductive and active methods (problem lectures, discussions, analysis of pedagogical situations, design of content and forms of activity of students, psychological training), presence of motivational and value attitude (entertaining, motivational and problem situations), readiness to perform professional.

This scientific research examines the issues related to the axiological aspect of the professional training of future teachers. The relevance of the stated research topic is determined by the urgent necessity to increase the importance of high-quality professional training of future representatives of pedagogical professions, in the context of changes taking place in the modern education system. The purpose of this research work is to identify and state the main components of the axiological aspect of the professional training of future workers in the pedagogical industry, which is able to impart integrity to the entire process of their training. The leading approach in this scientific study is a combination of quantitative and qualitative methodological approaches to the study of issues related to the axiological aspect of the professional training of future workers in the pedagogical industry, in order to determine the main components of the factors affecting the quality and effectiveness of this training and further professional activities of teachers. The main results of this research work were: a statement of the necessity to develop and take a set of measures to clarify the existing value criteria of the education system to future teachers at the stage of their university preparation, as well as the acceptance of the fact of the need for the constant practice of future teachers in instilling in students respect for existing values in the context modern education system. The applied value of this study is determined by the possibility and urgent need to apply in practice the recommendations obtained as a result in order to get practical outcomes expressed in a real increase in the quality of professional training of future teachers, primarily in terms of increasing the value of their profession and their awareness of the value orientation of their activities. Further scientific research within the framework of the stated topic will help to fully reveal the essence of the axiological approach to the system of professional training of future teachers and supplement the existing ideas about the value of teacher education, in the context of the real state of affairs in the modern education system in Ukraine.

At present information technologies are rapidly developing all over the world, so a man of today should be engaged in self-education and self-improvement. Due to the rapid society informatization and learning conditions during a pandemic, there is an increasing need to improve the computer literacy of current and future teachers, as a computer is the main device in the work of a teacher and in teaching a student in the modern world. In this regard, the formation of computer literacy among students of pedagogical universities and teachers in the current learning environment is an urgent problem in modern society. In accordance with the problem, the main goal of the article is to analyze the works of both domestic and foreign scientists, devoted to the problems of training future teachers in the context of society informatization and the pandemic. For a more detailed analysis and study of the problem of computer literacy formation, the article uses a theoretical research method, which is implemented in considering the fundamental definitions of computer literacy, in highlighting the main levels of computer literacy. The result of the analysis is a listing and description of the basic skills that a pedagogical university student and an employee in the field of education must possess to work with computer information, as well as the use of computer programs in the professional activity of a teacher in the pandemic. Thus, increasing computer literacy is an integral process in the information society, especially during the period of active use of distance learning technologies.

The problem and the aim of the study. The implementation of tutoring ideas that are extremely popular in the modern socio-economic situation in the digital educational space requires the teacher to move to a new level of professional skills, communication and information culture, network etiquette and experience in using software and hardware. To ensure the appropriate training of teachers, the development of the necessary personal qualities, improving the quality of education in higher education, new digital technologies are actively used: cloud services, interactive resources, etc. The purpose of the article is to investigate the features of the formation of digital literacy of future teachers by means of cloud technologies. Research methods. Theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific literature were used to identify the features of the training of future teachers, to determine the components of digital literacy. The method of pedagogization of information technologies, group interaction, mutual assessment and self-assessment are used to design and fill the "virtual classroom" with cloud service tools. The experiment involved 64 students of the Vyatka State University of the training program 44.03.01 Pedagogical education (bachelor level). The software tool is Google Classroom. As a method of statistical processing of the experimental data, the χ2 (chi-square) Pearson test was used. Results. In the experimental group, future teachers used Google Classroom tools to differentiate user access rights to content, organize and manage learning in a "virtual classroom" environment. The assessment of the levels of digital literacy formation was made and statistically significant differences in the qualitative changes that occurred in the pedagogical system were revealed, χ2obs. 2 > χ2crit0.05 (7,07 > 5,99). In conclusion, the features of the design and use of "virtual classrooms" implemented by Google Classroom tools for the formation of digital literacy of future teachers are summarized.

Changes in the system of higher professional education that are currently taking place are associated with the search and creation of psychological and pedagogical conditions for the formation of general and professional competencies that allow future specialists to realize their personal and creative potential. Therefore, the main objective of the paper was to analyze the basics of the psychological and professional personality development of future teachers-psychologists. To achieve this objective, the authors employed the analysis method, subject-activity, and personality-oriented methodological approaches. It was established that the physiological and professional development of educational psychologists, especially in the early stages, plays a decisive role in laying the foundations for the welfare of the community. It was determined that to solve psychological problems (of adults and children), practitioners require in-depth knowledge of the discipline, the application of creative skills. The becoming of a teacher-psychologist continues throughout their entire professional career. The university lays the foundation for professionally significant and personal qualities of a specialist, which subsequently ensure the professional becoming of the personality in the process of psychological and pedagogical activity. Based on the graphic data, the authors established the features of the development of the main components and their relationship in the structure of personal readiness. The presented research will contribute to the maturation of personal readiness for the professional activities of future teachers-psychologists.

This article is devoted to the study of the higher educational institutions teachers’ professional adaptation problem in the context of digitalization. The purpose of this research is to analyze the main changes in the higher education staff’s professional activities due to the digitalization of education, as well as the problems of a university’ staff adaptation to these changes. The relevance of the study is justified by the fact that the effectiveness of the implementation of information and digital technologies in the educational process largely depends on the success of the university staff’s professional adaptation. The main methods of empirical research were students’ questioning and semi-formalized interviews with the university staff. The study was carried out on the basis of Khakass State University in 2019 with the financial support of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research as part of scientific project No. 18-011-00681 A. 500 students and 39 teachers were interviewed (N = 539). The study has found that teaching in digitalization is experiencing a serious sociocultural transformation in addition to technological changes. Information and digital technologies form new principles for organizing the educational process, new forms of teacher communication with students and colleagues, new sociocultural environment of the university and, ultimately, a new role for the teacher in modern education. The study revealed that the digitalization of education entailed significant changes in all types of a university staff’s professional activities — pedagogical, scientific and scientific-methodological. The main difficulties in the university staff’s professional adaptation are associated with insufficient material and technical equipment of universities, constantly increasing actual load, low level of information culture and computer literacy. As a result of the study, it was found that university staff misunderstands the very phenomenon of education digitalization, referring to informatization and computerization, that, of course, prevents the successful implementation and effective use of digital technologies in education. The article contains the analysis of the the significance of the information and creative environment for the professional-creative self-realization of a specialist in musical art. It has been emphasized that the implementation of information and communication technologies in the process of preparing future specialists in the field of music art in the system of continuous artistic education is one of the important factors in enriching their professional and personal experience. The purpose of informatization of the permanent system of artistic education is to increase the efficiency of learning through the information enlargement and the improvement of its methods of application, as well as the focus on the use of information technology in the educational process of higher education and professional activities. It is noted that the reorientation of modern artistic education from discrete to permanent requires the development and experimental testing of new forms of didactic interaction with musical and pedagogical workers, aimed at creating a positive motivation of specialists in musical art until the acquisition and improvement of informational competencies, continuous improvement of professional and personal experience and professional skill based on self-education activities. It is proved that expediency and efficiency of information technologies in art education are closely connected with the notion of information culture. The essential component of the information culture of a music teacher is the ability to use information and communication technologies effectively both in the musical and educational process and in the process of self-education and self-improvement. Particular attention is drawn to the fact that the creation of an innovative information and creative educational environment in a higher educational establishment depends largely on an innovative climate, the characteristics of which are often crucial for the realization of innovative goals.

Currently, in the context of the widespread use of e-learning technologies and distance educational technologies, it is necessary to train future teachers, taking into account the peculiarities of solving professional problems in an electronic information and educational environment, to develop students' relevant competencies, including network communicative competence. Despite the large number of studies devoted to the communicative aspect of the teacher's activities, the problem of the formation of network communicative competence in the electronic information and educational environment has not been sufficiently studied. Based on the analysis of scientific literature, the results of the questionnaire survey of students, some methods of forming network communicative competence in future teachers in the study of various disciplines, in the course of teaching practice, and scientific research are proposed. The analysis of the conditions and factors that determine the choice of methods for the formation of the specified competence has been carried out. These factors are associated with the teachers' perception of the peculiarities of communication in the electronic information and educational environment, the didactic and communicative potential of resources and tools of the electronic information and educational environment, the choice of methods and technologies for organizing interaction, the selection of educational material that allows the development of components of network communicative competence, the design of tasks and exercises for the development of network communicative competence, the choice of modes, schemes and forms of organization of interaction, the organization of feedback, control of the level of formation of the network communicative competence, the implementation of reflection. The formed network communicative competence will contribute to a more effective solution by the teacher of communicative tasks in the electronic information and educational environment, which will improve the quality of training of future teachers in the electronic information and educational environment.
