At present, “enhancing the sense of acquisition of Ideological and political theory course for postgraduates” has become an inevitable requirement to realize the development of Ideological and political discipline, improve the quality of education and teaching, and implement the mission of moral education. The graduate students’ sense of acquisition of Ideological and political courses is the result of a variety of factors, such as student demand, education supply and external environment. Therefore, by improving the satisfaction of postgraduates to the ideological and political course, enhancing the input of teaching elements and creating the external environment of Ideological and political course teaching, we can strengthen the theoretical and practical significance of education, guide students to adhere to the correct value orientation, and enhance the postgraduates’ sense of acquisition of ideological and political course.

Abstract: The progress of education runs relevantly by parental partnership. Good environmental of home, school and college build students' character according to the goal of education itsetl. Today's demand is normalization of education as 'a must' Infrastructures and cuniculum would not be significant if any educators who are loyal to the quality of education are still rare. Moral education as the intangible product which is needed as power of character buitding in every place shoutd be enriched by parents who conscious about their future, ofkpring, famity, religion, nation and even internationally. All educators should concern about students intelligences (multipleintelligences, learning styte, learning acceptance) and direct (self-efficacy and self-motivation) them in achievement of their goal in the future.

Despite a challenging external environment, improved fiscal management and economic diversification have strengthened the resilience of Morocco’s economy in recent years. Yet, economic growth, at 3 percent in 2018, has not been robust enough and unemployment remains high, especially among the youth. The outlook also remains subject to elevated risks, including fragile recovery in the euro area and geopolitical risks in the region. In this context, sustaining the recent momentum in reforms will be key to achieve a higher, more inclusive, and more private sector-led growth. Key priorities include improving the quality of education, the functioning of the labor market and the business environment; continuing the fight against corruption; and, increasing female labor force participation.

With the sustainable development of economy and society and the acceleration of the popularization of higher education, Henan Province, as a big province of education, has developed rapidly, but it also has some drawbacks. As an important mission of higher education, the supply of higher education is a systematic problem with regularity, which is closely related to the regional social and economic development. The problems of higher education supply seriously affect the energy of higher education. Based on this, this paper takes the supply of higher education as the starting point. On the basis of sorting out the current situation and problems of the supply evolution of undergraduate colleges in Henan Province, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the effective supply of higher education in Henan Province. This has a certain theoretical and practical significance to promote the effective supply of higher education in Henan Province and improve the supply quality of higher education in Henan Province.

Introduction. The article actualizes the problem of monitoring the qualitative indicators of higher education in modern Russian universities. The opportunities for monitoring to identify the levels of university graduates’ satisfaction with the obtained education considering the rapidly changing socio-cultural and economic conditions are disclosed. Goal: substantiation of heuristic possibilities for monitoring the quality of higher education in accordance with the social demand. Methods. At the basis of the study methodology lies the systemic approach allowing the authors to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the specific features of monitoring. The analysis, generalization, and classification of the main indicators constituting the foundation for the study of university graduates’ satisfaction with the quality of education are conducted. Results. The article presents the results of monitoring studies and proposes a classification of methodological and methodical approaches to the study of the topic. Scientific novelty. The topic of monitoring university graduates’ satisfaction with the quality of education allows the authors to explore the main relevant problems of modern universities and disclose the potential of higher education. Practical significance. The acquired study results can be used in further research, scientific and methodical developments, and project activity aimed at improving students’ satisfaction with the educational process and promote the quality of pedagogical work.

The quality of education in universities can be seen from the high level of student success and the low failure of students. One indicator of student failure is the case of Drop Out (stop study). The problem of Drop Out becomes something interesting to study, because this can affect the quality of education. Faculty of Economics UNISAN Gorontalo is a favorite Faculty in UNISAN Gorontalo so it has a number of students of approximately 1000 students until 2017. But the ratio of the number of graduate students and not pass unbalanced. So as to produce the number of students Drop Out approximately 200 students per year. To solve the problem, we proposed a new model by utilizing a C4.5 computation method, in order to produce a pattern based on the results of the correct classification in determining the potential Drop Out students. The results obtained from the application of method C4.5 in this research is the discovery of 17 rules that can be used as a pattern to determine the potential students Drop Out.

The monograph is devoted to the development of theoretical-methodical and model- information basis for the construction of innovative- active HEI on the basis of autonomy of its activities, quality of education, anti-corruption. Trends in the modernization of the world system of higher education have been identified, a study of the phenomenon of "autonomous, innovative- active university" has been conducted, and a list of factors influencing the increase in the competitiveness of individual HEIs has been formed. Based on the analysis of the legislative basis and state initiatives, the opportunities for the development of an innovative-active university (IAU) have been identified. The stratification of HEI of Ukraine according to the level of their educational, scientific and technical, innovative and international activities was carried out. Conceptual and methodological bases of IAU construction are developed, the mechanism of its functioning is formed and conceptual bases of formation of system of corporate management of rendering of HEI educational services on the principles of counteraction of corruption are offered. Goal – this article’s main goal is to show the need for the integration of universities on the basis of the processes of network interaction between business and education as one of the conditions for improving the quality of education in the country, and accordingly the index of education and the human development index of the country. Research methodology – the authors used analytical, economic, statistical methods of data analysis, conceptual and empirical research. Score/results – the article reveals the essence and substantiates the need to implement of the practice‑oriented education system by using the dual training system and creating of network interaction between universities in different countries. The advantages of such a model are revealed in comparison with the traditional form of training for the employer, educational institution, future specialist and the state. The instruments and forms of development of trilateral integration are described. Originality/value – the article presents the results of a comparative study of the human development of Belarus and its four neighbouring countries (Poland, Lithuania, Russia, Ukraine), has theoretical and practical significance, contains the author’s generalizations and conclusions.

As you know, in the field of education, in connection with moral education and improving the quality of education, certain events and various competitions are held on a planned basis, one of which is the annual periodic olympiads. We know that in mathematics, special attention is paid to solving problems, so the work done by students during the olympiad is largely evaluated by how well they fit into solving problems. Taking this into account, the article considers ways to confirm some properties of the Fibonacci series using the method of mathematical induction, as well as problems encountered at olympiads over the past five years on this topic, as well as methods for solving them. The considered problems can help school teachers in solving olympiad problems in mathematics.

This study aims to analyze the balanced score card model in realizing quality schools, starting from strategies, implementation roadmaps, to measuring the success of quality schools. The research method used is an exploratory study to formulate the BSC concept in high school quality management. As a result, the strategy to improve the quality of education in high school starts from the formulation of the school's vision and mission, analysis of the internal and external environment with a SWOT analysis approach and BSC-based which produces information strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for high school. SMA targets and strategies are implemented properly so that the high school targets are in accordance with the vision and mission and the established strategies have been implemented properly according to the needs of the community. To ensure sustainable quality, the formulation of strategic management needs to be adapted to the dynamics of the development of the internal and external environment of the school concerned..
