Abstract The purpose of this research is to analyze the process of expanding commoning that happens when children produce playgrounds in the streets. The responsibility imposed by the award received by Depok with the title of the child-friendly city is questioned in this research. We use the theory of expanding commoning by Stavrides to analyze the continuity of production of children’s playgrounds in the street. The research method used is a qualitative method by conducting a discourse on the theory of common space and correlating the theory of expanding commoning with the theory of lived space. We conducted field observations in two different streets to make a comparison about which street’s characteristics produce continuous lived space. Our study shows that access for children to use other people’s resources, to control the programming of space, and to reach out to the social space easily are the factor that makes expanding commoning continue to happen. This research is expected to be able to broaden the knowledge about the concept of child-friendly settlements.

Focus groups are a research method using multi-person interviews to generate qualitative data from participants’ interaction. The purpose is to induce conversation between participants to answer questions relevant to the study goals. In contrast to one-on-one interviews that are also widely used in qualitative research, the source of the data is in the “interaction” between participants, including similarities and differences between their experiences, opinions, and perceptions. This helps researchers understand not just what the participants think about a topic, but also why they think that way. Focus groups can cover a wide range of topics that are skillfully “moderated” by the researcher. The earliest known focus groups can be traced to Bogardus in 1926 and Robert Merton and Paul Lazarsfeld in 1941 but did not take hold as a qualitative method in the social sciences for another twenty-five years. Since then, a significant body of knowledge has been created; since the late 20th century, more than twenty-five thousand peer-reviewed, published articles using focus groups have been published. This article will focus on uses within the realm of published scholarly research although focus groups are routinely used within the field of market and consumer research, and additional gray literature may be found in other sources.

Abstract : The right through the yard of another is a form of social function of land rights that reflected in Article 6 of the UUPA. The social function of land rights itself tends to shift toward individual concepts, leading to the non-fulfillment of the social function of land rights. This can lead to disagreements, such as disputes over road access of yard. This study aims to determine the problems encountered in the settlement of access of yard disputes and the pattern of settlement through Mediation, State Administrative Court and General Courts. The research method used is empirical law research method with case approach done to 3 (three) cases related to access of yard disputes. The results showed that the problems faced in the settlement of access of yard disputes is the lack of detailed regulations on the dedication of the yard, and the unoptimal implementation of the provisions related to the access of yard in the first land registration. In relation to its implementation, dispute settlement through Mediation can be said to solve the problem more thoroughly than the handling of disputes through the judiciary, especially related to the maintenance of land registration data. Keywords : Dispute Resolution, Access of  Yard, Social Function of Land Rights Intisari : Hak melalui pekarangan orang lain merupakan salah satu wujud fungsi sosial hak atas tanah yang jiwanya tercermin dalam Pasal 6 UUPA.

Socialization as a long-life process is an extremely important element of every human's life. From a early years every child is taught the right behaviour in the social space. One of the areas in which we are socialized are the behaviours and the roles of each gender. Little girls are taught behaviours based on empathy and care while boys are guided towards diverse physical activities. Sport then becomes a space where boy learns behaviours that are considered by the society to be proper for the men. Features described as "typically male" which boys learn while doing sports include domination, aggression or competition. Learned desire to dominate in this space is one of the determinants of Pierre Bourdieu's habitus of men. Domination structures are also the product of endless reproduction processes which results in the duplication of behaviour patterns including in the case of gender roles. Men and women are the main victims and prisoners of contemporary dominant cultural ideas. Not only the fact of doing sports is perceived as an appropriate socialization for masculinity but also being a fan  is an area of "proper gender socialization".  Sport as a space of manifestation by men of their strength and courage is also an exemplification of the hegemonic masculinity presented by Raewyn Connell.

This research method uses a qualitative method with a research and development approach. Data obtained using triangulation by conducting interviews with industries that are already active in absorbing direct labour from SMK graduates, then interviews from SMK management and observations at several SMK. The results of this study suggest that there are still many Vocational High Schools that have not gained awareness of Presidential Instruction No. 9/2016 so that SMKs do not know and are fully aware of the intent and purpose of the Presidential Instruction. The discussion of this study found the importance of an understanding program related to Presidential Instruction No. 9 of 2016. In addition to improving quality, junior high school students also have a better chance for graduates to get the right job.
