Socio-philosophical content of the term “social policy”, its difference from the definition of “political economics” and also some features of technologies in a social area are described and analyzed in the article. The author distinguishes between the concepts of “labor” and “social labor activity” (deiatel’nost’). Using the concept of philosophy of a name developed by A. F. Losev, the definition of the "ideal" (“ideal’noe”) considered by E. V. Il’enkov, and A. V. Dakhin’s definition of “socio-historical memory” the author gives the definition of social policy that is understood as social labor activity (deiatel’nost’) of a man. This definition is focused on the ideas of safety and the development of essential forces of a personality-and-society, which relates to a name of a personality, to a name of a social community, to a name of a man as the complete form of social being, that contains concrete knowledge, experience, attitudes etc. as forms of social existence. The author shows that some aspects of technologies analysis in the social area give reasons to conclude: as distinct from more popular deserted technologies of commodity industry, the social policy area is in need to use another type of algorithms of social labor activity, – these are people intensive (chelovekoеmkie) technologies, the main peculiarities of which are described in the article. Main fields of social labor activity (deiatel’nost’) where people intensive technologies are reasonable to be used include pedagogical, medical, organizational ones etc.

Background and Aim: This study aimed to understand and analyze the experiences and knowledge of various health professionals, the social area, and an informal caregiver on the integration of care for the elderly in a pandemic context. Method: a qualitative investigation was carried out in which seven participants with distinct but complementary roles in the essence of care participated. Data collection was carried out through the communications of the participants of the seminar “The ping-pong of our elderly – (Re)think, (re)build and Integrate Care” promoted by the Portuguese Association of Integrated Care (PAFIC) within the scope of the VIII Value Conference of the Portuguese Association of Hospital Administrators (APAH). Results: From the participants' perspective, the integration of care in the person's path is fundamental, and for this, it is necessary to strengthen the articulation between the National Health Service and the social. As well as centering care on the person, allied to the community matrix that leads to the transformation of the current organizational model of care, to the change in management models that have remained unchanged for many years. The integration of people's care depends not only on the activity in the health area but is also conditioned by other sectors of activity, and therefore it is important to assess the role that civil society can play in providing care. Conclusions: The COVID-19 pandemic allowed the reflection on the care of older people and how partnerships and articulation strategies between the different levels of care, health, social, and community could be enhanced.

We report two experiments investigating the effect of working memory (WM) load on selective attention. Experiment 1 was a modified version of Lavie et al. (2004) and confirmed that increasing memory load disrupted performance in the classic flanker task. Experiment 2 used the same manipulation of WM load to probe attention during the viewing of complex scenes, while also investigating individual differences in ADHD traits. In the image viewing task, we measured the degree to which fixations targeted each of two crucial objects: (1) a social object (a person in the scene) and (2) a non-social object of higher or lower physical salience. We compared the extent to which increasing WM load would change the pattern of viewing of the physically salient and socially salient objects. If attending to the social item requires greater default voluntary top-down resources, then the viewing of social objects should show stronger modulation by WM load compared to viewing of physically salient objects. The results showed that the social object was fixated to a greater degree than the other object (regardless of physical saliency). Increased saliency drew fixations away from the background leading to slightly increased fixations on the non-social object, without changing fixations on the social object. Increased levels of ADHD-like traits were associated with fewer fixations on the social object, but only in the high salient, low load condition. Importantly, WM load did not affect number of fixations on the social object. Such findings suggest rather surprisingly that attending to a social area in complex stimuli is not dependent on the availability of voluntary topdown resources.

To financially support the functions of the state, it is necessary to legally allocate from the budget the  funds that form expenditure obligations of a particular public-law entity. Structuring of all expenditure obligations,  including obligations in the field of social policy, takes place due to the corresponding register. It is concluded  that the register of expense obligations of the regional budget includes certain information about the obligations associated with the social policy financing: a) information about the powers of the region in the field of social  policy; b) information on regulatory legal acts, agreements establishing the region’s expenditure obligations in  the field of social policy that are subject to execution at the expense of regional funds, etc. It is determined that  the registry of expence obligation for the constituent entity of the Russian Federation is formed according to the  same rules as the rules applied to form the registry of expence obligations at the federal level, but taking into  account the specifics of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation. The significance of the study is that it  allows, from a scientific point of view, to comprehend the problems of regulating the expenditure obligations of  a constituent entity of the Russian Federation in the social area.

Through a wide range of sources, this study reveals the non-philosophical spread of the ideas of Immanuel Kant in the Slovak regions of Hungary. The flow of philosophical ideas can be demonstrated not only in the works of the Hungarian followers of Kant, but also in censorship sources documenting the import of Kantian texts in the 1790s. The critical debates in correspondences and published texts reveal anti-Kantian argumentations. Information about the advertisements of Kant’s works and subscriptions to them also help form an idea about their popularity. Research on private albums reveals how the philosophical legacy circulated, despite bans and repressions, in non-public communication networks and how its social area extended beyond the sphere of philosophy and education.

Different traditional Iranian art forms can be known as a single semantic recreation in different forms. All of them imply some shared concepts which are a mix of Persian and Islamic beliefs. These arts have a symbolic tone and the artist speaks through their art using the appropriate allegorical tools. In this field, the Kerman carpet should be known as an excellent manifestation of symbols and mysterious designs that are eloquently implemented on the carpet. The purpose of this study is the anthropological analysis of the symbols, designs, and patterns used in the Kerman carpet as well as the analysis of the Kermanian people's beliefs based on those designs and symbols. The research method used here is the Qualitative type and in the form of ethnographic, and also the information are collected using interview-participation and documents. The theoretical framework of this study is based on Clifford Geertz’s Symbolic-Interpretive Anthropology Approach theory. The findings of this study show that the Kerman carpet alongside its beauty and charm includes meaningful designs and patterns and these designs and symbols are derived from the geographical-cultural and social area and are connected with the everyday life, traditions, and beliefs of the people of their area.

Work and communication are two basic human that determine how humans as a species move and live in their world. The reformation begins with two basic human foundations. Jurgen Habermas, a German authoritarian who makes a fairly firm discount with his predecessors, seems to be in his central idea of the fundamental differences between the two dimensional praxis, namely work and communication. But it needs to be seen how communication and rationality of power are exercised, or how one positions in it. In the public space, each individual expresses his or her various thoughts related to the public interest that want to be discussed without coercion. This public space must be free from the intervention of any party, so that each individual can express his or her thoughts freely and openly. That's where a social area free from censorship and dominance. The complexity of people’s lives demands a more transformative movement of da’wah activities, in this case communication and transformative da’wah. This process also aims to "pay attention" to the target of da’wah to the weak. As coveted by the Islamic community, that not only focused on homogeneous social status, nor looked at the higher and lower social status, officials and subordinates, rich and poor, and so on. Rather, it sees from the level of laughter of an individual to his Lord. To achieve this, preachers need to emphasize an approach that better respects and respects human dignity and dignity, humanizes people, and uses local cultural approaches and the unstoppable use of information technology as a tool to transform a message.

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of wet-cupping therapy (CT) on menopause specific quality of life (MENQOL). Methods: This study was conducted with randomized controlled pretest, and posttest method between July 2015 and July 2016 at a Gynecology Outpatient Clinic of University Hospital in Ankara, Turkey. Intervention group (n=30) received wet CT while control group (n=30) did not receive any therapy. Both groups were measured quality of life using MENQOL scale before and two weeks after wet CT. Results: The women’s age ranged from 45 to 60 years. Baseline characteristics were similar in the both groups. Women treated with wet CT showed significant improvements in their vasomotor, physical and sexual symptoms (p<0.001). No significant effect was found for pshysco-social area (p>0.05). No adverse effects were recorded after treatment. Conclusion: Wet CT can be considered as an effective method for reducing of menopausal symptoms. In conclusion, this study provides preliminary data on the effectiveness of various symptoms in postmenopausal period. However, further with larger sample size evidence-based trials are needed in order to confirm these results for improving MENQOL.
