ABSTRACTObjectiveArtificial intelligence (AI) has undeniable values in detection, characterization, and monitoring of tumors during cancer imaging. However, major AI explorations in digestive endoscopy have not been systematically planned, and more important, most AI productions are based on Single-center Studies (ScSs). ScSs result in data scarcity, redundancy as well as island effects, which leads to some limitations in applying it on endoscopy. We investigate the disadvantages of picture processing which may effect the AI detection, and make improvements in AI detection and image recognition accuracy.DesignCurrent investigation aggregates a total of 2,500 gastroenteroscopy samples from various hospitals in multiple regions and carries out deep learning.ResultsIt is found that factors inconducive to AI recognition are common such as: (a) the gastrointestinal tract is not cleaned up completely; (b) shooting angle (from left to right and the top of polyp are unexposed clearly), shooting distance (too close or too far to shoot causes the lump to be unclear), shooting light (insufficient light source or overexposed light source in mass) and unstable shooting lead to poor quality of pictures.ConclusionWe set standards for a multicenter cooperation involving three-level medical institutions from the provincial, municipal and county to improve the recognition accuracy as well as the diagnosis and treatment efficiency meanwhile.

India leads the world in the number of registered medical institutions and produces the largest number of medical doctors in the world. Notwithstanding this, India struggles for the concerns of poor quality of medical education, incompetent medical workforces, and insignificant research contribution to the world which is due to the malfunctioning of Indian regulatory bodies. Many Authors (domestic and foreign) have written extensively on the prevailing deficiencies of the medical education system of India in the last decade but essentially failed in offering effective and realistic solutions for the deficiencies cited by them. The present study undertakes a detailed review of the articles published in the last decade that critically analyses the various aspects of the medical education system of India. The objective of this article is to present the deficiencies in the medical education system in the country supported by statistical facts and figures to provide a framework to enable a better understanding of the complexity of the medical education system in India. This article also attempts to present effective solutions for the same as publicised by the regulatory and governing bodies of medical education and health care system of India thereby providing insight into the future directions in revolutionising it.

Abstract Quality problem or issue Chinese medical institutions need clinical guidelines to improve healthcare quality. Unfamiliarity with clinical methodology and procedures leads to poor quality. Initial assessment This study examined 327 clinical guidelines made in China during the period of 2006–10 and found these clinical guidelines have many problems in terms of guideline making procedures-compliant process, conflicts of interest disclosure. Choice of solution Chinese Medical Association organized a working group in 2014 to make a national [Guideline for Clinical Guidelines Constitution/Amendment] and invited multidiscipline experts to prove its possibility. Implementation Experts investigated and reviewed numerous domestic and foreign published literature within the past 2 years, concluded that a clinical guideline should have following seven components: I. Objective; II. General Principle; III. Procedure and Methodology; IV. Confirmation, Publication and Dissemination; V. Update and Amendment; VI. Implementation and Outcome Validation; VII. Reference. Evaluation The [Guideline for Clinical Guidelines Constitution/Amendment] will improve the quality of Chinese clinical guidelines and regulate applications, as well as outcome evaluations of clinical guidelines in China. Lessons learned Standardized methodology and procedures are important for constituting high-quality clinical guidelines.

Today, the current situation in the field of health care indicates the presence of at least two problems, such as poor quality of services and corruption in medical institutions. Today, local authorities have a responsibility to ensure that community residents have access to doctors and their services, as well as to improve the quality of medical services. The current work of scientists does not currently provide an answer to the essence of the new challenges and threats to the continued decentralization of health care that currently face the united territorial communities. The health risks that may arise in the process of continuing decentralization have been studied. The authors present opportunities for the implementation of the powers of local governments to ensure health reform, as well as the sequence of actions of public health facilities and their owners since the decentralization.

Iris recognition used the iris features to verify and identify the identity of human. The iris has many advantages such as stability over time, easy to use and high recognition accuracy. However, the poor quality of iris images can degrade the recognition accuracy of iris recognition system. The recognition accuracy of this system is depended on the iris pattern quality captured during the iris acquisition. The iris pattern quality can degrade due to the blurry image. Blurry image happened due to the movement during image acquisition and poor camera resolution. Due to that, a deblurring method based on the Wiener filter was proposed to improve the quality of iris pattern. This work is significant since the proposed method can enhance the quality of iris pattern in the blurry image. Based to the results, the proposed method improved the quality of iris pattern in the blurry image. Moreover, it recorded the fastest execution time to improve the quality of iris pattern compared to the other methods.

In the age of the Internet, basic education faces several new challenges: the lack of deep integration of artificial intelligence (AI), and the relatively poor quality of online teaching. To cope with these challenges, this paper designs an evaluation method for online teaching quality of basic education in the context of the AI. Firstly, the application of the AI in basic education was analyzed, and the promoting effect of online teaching on basic education was confirmed. On this basis, the entropy weight method and grey clustering analysis were introduced to evaluate the online teaching quality of basic ed-ucation. Based on the proposed model, several strategies were proposed to improve the quality of online teaching in basic education. The research re-sults provide a good reference for the application of online teaching and AI in basic education.

The scientific problem of economics “Managing the quality of human life” is formulated on the basis of artificial intelligence, algebra of logic and logical-probabilistic calculus. Managing the quality of human life is represented by managing the processes of his treatment, training and decision making. Events in these processes and the corresponding logical variables relate to the behavior of a person, other persons and infrastructure. The processes of the quality of human life are modeled, analyzed and managed with the participation of the person himself. Scenarios and structural, logical and probabilistic models of managing the quality of human life are given. Special software for quality management is described. The relationship of human quality of life and the digital economy is examined. We consider the role of public opinion in the management of the “bottom” based on the synthesis of many studies on the management of the economics and the state. The bottom management is also feedback from the top management.

The article discusses the experience of teaching and conducting spirometry of general practitioners as part of the RESPECT study (RESearch on the PrEvalence and the diagnosis of COPD and its Tobacco-related aetiology). A total of 33 trained in spirometry general practitioners performed a study of 3119 patients. Quality criteria met 84.1% of spirometric studies. The analysis of the most common mistakes made by doctors during the forced expiratory maneuver is included. The most frequent errors were expiration exhalation of less than 6s (54%), non-maximal effort throughout the test and lack of reproducibility (11.3%). Independent predictors of poor spirogram quality were male gender, obstruction (FEV1 /FVC<0.7), and the center where the study was performed. The number of good-quality spirograms ranged from 96.1% (95% CI 83.2–110.4) to 59.8% (95% CI 49.6–71.4) depending on the center. Subsequently, an analysis of the reasons behind the poor quality of research in individual centers was conducted and the identified shortcomings were eliminated. The poor quality of the spirograms was associated either with the errors of the doctors who undertook the study or with the technical malfunctions of the spirometer.

Background: stroke is a disorder of nervous system function that occurs suddenly and is caused by brain bleeding disorders that can affect the quality of life physical dimensions, social dimensions, psychological dimensions, environmental dimensions. Based on the result of Lumbu study (2015) the number of samples were 71 people collected data using the (WHOQOL-BREF). There were 56 people (78,9%) had the poor quality of life of post stroke. The mean of post-stroke quality of life domain was physical domain (45,27%), psychological domain (49,87%), social relations domain (48,15%) and environmental domain (50.01%). Objective: the purpose of the study was know the quality of life of the stroke patients in Outpatient Polyclinic of Private Hospital in Yogyakarta. Methods: used descriptive quantitative by using questionnaire test of purposive sampling system based on patients who have been affected of ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke before, number 30 respondents. Result: quality of life of stroke patient of medium physical dimension (67%), psychological dimension (71%), social dimension (67%), dimension good environment (63%). Conclusion: the quality of life of stroke patients of physical dimension, psychological dimension, and moderate social dimension, while the quality of life of stroke patients were good environmental dimension.   Keywords: Hemorrhagic stroke, ischemic stroke, quality of life

The article analyzes the main indicators of the evolution of the domestic economy and its industrial complex in the past year (in January — November 2019). It Identifies trends in this evolution, including negative trends that determine the preservation of reproductive threats in 2020: sluggishness, instability and low quality of economic growth. The main reasons for the fact that the objective resource capabilities of the macro level were clearly not used enough to effectively solve the urgent problems of technological modernization of the economy and increase people’s welfare are established. The main reason is the poor quality of public administration, including imperfect strategic planning and industrial policy; there is still no modern national innovation system in the country. Accordingly, recommendations for improving the quality of state regulation in its specified components are justified. The recommended measures, according to the author, will help the economy to move to a trajectory of rapid, sustainable and high-quality growth.
