Ceramic fibers are being used to improve the mechanical properties of metal matrix and ceramic matrix composites. This paper reports a study of the structural and other microstructural characteristics of silicon nitride whiskers using both conventional TEM and high resolution electron microscopy. The whiskers were grown by T. E. Scott of Michigan Technological University, by passing nitrogen over molten silicon in the presence of a catalyst. The whiskers were ultrasonically dispersed in chloroform and picked up on holey carbon grids. The diameter of some whiskers (<70nm) was small enough to allow direct observation without thinning. Conventional TEM was performed on a Philips EM400T while high resolution imaging was done on a JEOL 200CX microscope with a point to point resolution of 0.23nm.

Summary Purpose: to determine the relationship between achievement motivation and the attitudes of schoolchildren of 11-17 years old and students of 18-21 years old to independent sports and passing control standards in the discipline \”Physical Education\”. Material: 1576 schoolchildren (boys n = 780 and girls n = 796) of comprehensive schools of Belgorod, Stary Oskol, Stroitel and Shebekino (Belgorod region, Russian Federation) and 246 students (men n = 127) were surveyed. and women n = 119) Belgorod State Technological University named after V.G. Shukhov (Belgorod, Russian Federation). The questionnaire consisted of three blocks of questions: the 1st block of questions - questions aimed at determining the age, sex, place of study of the respondent; 2nd block of questions - 8 questions, allowing to assess the attitude of the respondent to independent sports activities and the desire to take control standards of the discipline Y’Physical Education\”; 3rd block of questions is a test of 20 questions, developed by A.A. Rean, to assess the motivation to achieve success and avoid failures. Results: the motivation for avoiding failures was diagnosed in 5% male students and 10% female students. A direct correlation between achievement motivation and the attitude of schoolchildren and students towards independent sports activities and passing control standards has been revealed. Conclusions: there are no differences in the correlation between the relationship between achievement motivation and attitudes toward independent sports by gender. Schoolchildren and students with motivation to achieve regular self-exercise. Schoolchildren and students with a pronounced motivation for avoiding failures prefer a passive way of life. They do not want to pass standards on the discipline \”Physical Education\” and do not go in for sports on their own.

The Technological University of Bahía de Banderas offers the career of Advanced University Technician and Engineering in Renewable Energies. Considering that its program of studies is 70% practical and 30% theory, it is of the utmost importance to have inside a system that serves to perform tests of operation and assembly of hybrid systems (wind, photovoltaic) so that students can acquire the necessary skills to a demanding work field. In addition, a space for solar pumping is contemplated, due to one of the eco-economic areas of the regios; agriculture and livestock, although there are irrigation channels there are remote areas with water needs. It is intended to use equipment, accessories and conditions attached to a common facility in the field of work, so that students when they arrive at a private facility are familiar with real, not theoretical marks, models and diagnoses, as the academic modules normally do. of manufacturers.

The purpose of this document is to develop a method for assigning IP v4 addressing subnets within a simulated network scenario, using the binary-decimal numbering systems according to the ICN 1 CNACO CCNA curriculum, which will make it possible to streamline times in the allocation of IPs as well as the correct administration of them, The above will allow students of the Higher University Technical Degree in Information Technology in the area of Digital Network Infrastructure at the Fidel Velázquez Technological University to understand the theoretical concepts that They should be used in this area and they are used correctly for their professional performance, this will help them to fulfill the professional competences that are the skills and attitudes that allow the student to develop activities in their professional area, specific competencies such as developing media technology solutions nte the application of network fundamentals, which meet the needs of organizations and the generic competences that their professional profile requires.

Abstract— The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of self-efficacy and competence on the intention toentrepreneurship by coping as a mediating variable. Self-efficacy is the level of confidence in doing the task well, competence is the ability, knowledge / understanding, and attitude needed in carrying out job responsibilities. Copingas a behavioral and cognitive effort in managing internal and external demands is expected to overload and exceedindividual abilities. The sample in this study were Yogyakarta Technological University (UTY) students who weredivided into three groups, namely students who had never received entrepreneurship courses, had already receivedcourses, entrepreneurship, and students who had obtained courses, entrepreneurship who had just joined theEntrepreneurship Development Program. The results of the study showed that self-efficacy, competence and copinginfluenced the desire for entrepreneurship. Self-efficacy and competence have an indirect positive effect onentrepreneurial intentions through coping.

The analysis of modern scientific ideas about the role of phospholipids (FL) in ensuring the functioning of biomembranes and their regulatory function in the most important cellular processes is carried out. So, 50% of a liver, 1/3 brain isolating and protective fabrics surrounding a brain and spinal cord consist of FL. According to the recommendations of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, the physiological need of an adult in FL is 5–7 g/day. According to the conducted studies, in the nutritional status of the Russian population, the deficit of FL is from 50 to 80%. It is shown that the current level of knowledge about the physiological role of FL contributes to the creation and introduction of phospholipid products based on FL and phospholipid supplements on the basis of vegetable lecithins, the use of which can normalize the nutritional status. The description of phospholipid products and dietary supplements developed by scientists of the Kuban State Technological University of the Tonus series (Super Tonus, Phyto Tonus, Tonus Plus) and the Vitol series (Vitol, Vitol Kholin and Vitol FEI) is given. The possibilities of using vegetable lecithins, phospholipid products and dietary supplements on their basis are shown as multifunctional prescription components in the production of functional and specialized food products.
