The methodology for assessing the spatial homogeneity of ecosystems with the possibility of subsequent zoning of territories in terms of the degree of disturbance of the environment is considered in the study. The degree of pollution of the water body was reconstructed on the basis of hydrochemical monitoring data and information on the level of the technogenic load in one year. As a result, the greatest environmental stress zones were isolated and correct zoning using geostatistical analysis techniques was proved. Mathematical algorithm computing system was implemented in an object-oriented programming C #. A software application has been obtained that allows quickly assessing the scale and spatial localization of pollution during the initial analysis of the environmental situation.

In 2009 we presented the idea of using collaborative filtering within a complex software application to help users learn new and relevant commands (Matejka et al. 2009). This project continued to evolve and we explored the design space of a contextual software command recommender system and completed a six-week user study (Li et al. 2011). We then expanded the scope of our project by implementing CommunityCommands, a fully functional and deployable recommender system. CommunityCommands was a publically available plug-in for Autodesk’s flagship software application AutoCAD. During a one-year period, the recommender system was used by more than 1100 users. In this article, we discuss how our practical system architecture was designed to leverage Autodesk’s existing Customer Involvement Program (CIP) data to deliver in-product contextual recommendations to end-users. We also present our system usage data and payoff, and provide an in-depth discussion of the challenges and design issues associated with developing and deploying the software command recommender system. Our work sets important groundwork for the future development of recommender systems within the domain of end-user software learning assistance.

The purpose of this study is to determine the financial ratios partial effect on financial distress in manufacturing companies prior to the period of financial distress (t-n). Financial distress is defined as a late stage of corporate decline that precedes more cataclysmic events such as bankruptcy or liquidation.  Analysis of  financial ratios  is performed to  determine  the ratio that affect the probability of  financial distress. The method used is the  purposive  sampling  method.  Data analysis techniques logistic regression.  Hypothesis  testing  is  done  in  three  periods,  that  is  the period of  one  year  before the  financial distress  (t-1),  a  two-year period  before  the  financial  distress  (t-2) and a  three-year period  before the financial distress (t-3). Results indicate that  the independent variables  have a partial effect on manufacture company. The period  t-1, ratio TL/TA and  NI/TA  affect  financial  distress.  The  period  t-2,  ratio  NI/EQ affect financial  distress.  The period  t-3, ratio TL/TA and NI/TA affect financial distress.

Fatigue of subsea wellhead systems due to wave-induced loads from riser and rig motions has been subjected to increased attention in recent years. Major accidents due to fatigue failure has not been experienced up to now, but with increasing size of drilling rigs and BOPs in combination with longer drilling campaigns on wells, proper documentation of adequate fatigue capacity for a planned operation is becoming increasingly important. Achieving this has turned out to be a challenging issue for some wells, where application of existing fatigue analyses methodology provides rather short fatigue lives. It is expected that such calculated fatigue life results are somewhat conservative due to conservatism in the assumptions commonly applied as both input parameters and methodology are associated with some uncertainty. However, it is difficult to quantify the degree of conservatism in such analytical results. One area of conservatism relates to wellhead fatigue analyses typically being performed under the assumption that the environmental actions and response is unidirectional (in one plane only) while assuming the most unfavorable direction. This is clearly not the case in real life, and one would like to take some benefit of distributing the loading more accurately around the circumference of the pipe section. For offshore structures subjected to continuous loading over many years, one may use directional scatter diagrams for wave height and wave period based on average over years of data. However, for wellhead fatigue, the duration of a drilling or well intervention operation may be relatively short, perhaps weeks or a few months, and it is more likely that there one prevailing environmental direction may dominate such short term exposures. The environmental conditions will vary from one year to another, i.e. the environmental conditions in one particular year may be less or more severe than the average represented by the scatter diagram. Both these variation effects are studied in the present paper by doing fatigue analysis for different durations; 3 days, 10 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and one year. The same period is taken from each of the 56 years of environmental data, and individual results for that period within each year are calculated. Statistics quantifying the directional effects is determined. The directional effect is here defined as the ratio of the fatigue life where the directional information is taken into consideration and the fatigue life using an omnidirectional scatter diagram considering one direction only. Directional effect with reference to both head sea and beam sea are considered. Similarly, statistics of the fatigue life variation between years are obtained. Statistics are estimated separately for the six different durations. Finally, the statistics derived are applied in a structural reliability analysis (SRA). The SRA results are then used to propose reasonable factors that can be applied in conventional wellhead fatigue analysis to account for directional effects and for variation in environmental conditions from one year to another, depending on duration of the planned operation.

Objectives. The article is devoted to the development of a software application that allows you to automate methods for collecting and processing information, as well as perform time-consuming analytical calculations. Embarcadero C ++ Builder XE, a visual object-oriented programming language, was used to implement a software application. The software being developed is created to solve the following tasks: a comparative analysis of innovative development indicators for the selected years; selection of a projected indicator, building a regression model; making a forecast with a lead time of 3; determination of the confidence interval; the formation of a graphical display of observable and calculated values, the selected indicator of innovative development.Method. In a software application, formalized methods were used as a mathematical model, one of which is multiple regression. Regression analysis consists in defining an analytical expression of a relationship in which a change in a single quantity, called a dependent or productive attribute, is due to the influence of one or several independent quantities (factors).Result. With the help of the developed software product, you can not only automate time-consuming methods of collecting and processing information, but also per-form complex analytical calculations using the multiple regression method.Conclusion. Embarcadero C ++ Builder XE is by far the latest state-of-the-art technology and C ++ programming environment. With C ++ Builder, XE has become faster to do the job of creating high-quality applications for Windows-based applications, due to the rapid writing of code, new tools and components.

This research is aimed to analyze the role of economic actors and traditional institutions to the survival of cultural system Sasi especially “Sasi Pala” ( nutmeg sasi) in Maluku Island. The study used a qualitative approach post-structuralism perspective. Data obtained by in-depth interviews that involving 35 informant from Negeri Morella district at Central Maluku. Data analysis techniques were using interpretation techniques and triangulation. The results of this study indicate that Sasi traditional culture system developed in the Morella Village not due to maintain awareness tradition but more on the needs of the economy after the decline the price of cloves due to business administration policy and the SARA conflict in Maluku. Nutmeg plants become the foundation of the economy which is managed by Sasi head ruler. Therefore Sasi is transformed from traditional system into modern system because of economic necessity of the community, the mechanisms role of the community that applied to the Sasi is no longer customary system but economic modern system. The mechanism through an auction to determine the ruler Sasi fellow one year with a frequency of three times the harvest. Economic actors will deposit the funds of the auction bid for the benefit of the mosque as tradition and further support custom leader as representatives of the community handed over control, withdrawal of excise crops with a ratio of 1:10, and the purchase of nutmeg wet as a monopoly. The Sasi nutmeg, which lasted from 2004 to 2015, have show the onsistency of the application of the Sasi auction mechanism nutmeg. This study found that although Sasi is a Moluccan culture, but when the economy needs urgent, Sasi nutmeg in the realm of culture shifted into the economic sphere. The article proposes a methodological approach to assess strategic sets of an enterprise. The approach is based on improving the classical quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM) using the theory of fuzzy sets and fuzzy multicriteria analysis tools, in particular, the Fuzzy CODAS method. The seven-level term-set is used to determine the weighting coefficients of the criteria, each term of which is transformed into a fuzzy number in a trapezoidal form with the corresponding membership functions. A similar approach was used for expert assessment of strategic sets according to a certain system of criteria. The methodological approach is implemented in the form of a framework in the Fuzzy Logic Toolbox software application of the Matlab computing system. This allows the simulation, depending on the adjustment of expert assessments of the importance of criteria assessment and evaluation policy sets based on these criteria. The methodological approach can be used in the strategic planning of enterprises’ activities as an effective tool for assessing and selecting effective strategic sets.
