The paper aims to develop the instrument about analogy test to measure the level of intelligence of undergraduate students. Determination of the number of samples is done by purposive sampling technique. This instrument is analyzed by factor analysis. Of the 15 items that will be used to develop the academic potential test instrument for verbal analogies, 4 analysis factors. The formation of these 4 factors is from Eigenvalues greater than 1 so that there are only 4 factors that fulfill the requirements. Furthermore, 15 items of the tested instrument to 91 undergraduate student respondents obtained 2 items of invalid instrument with correlation coefficient ≤0.3, Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) and Bartlett's test amounted to 0.785 with p 0.05. Trial results from the results of the trial results obtained that the average validity of the questions is 96.8%. Test reliability was analyzed using the Alpha (α) formula of Cronbach. The calculation is done using the help of the IBM SPSS version 22.0 Windows program and the coefficient of 0.806 is obtained. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the quality of the developed instrument items has been valid and reliable.

In the current scenario quality control became mandatory for all the sectors .This study is intended to examine the impact of internet facilities on students’ performance through a Blended Learning as a medium in an academic institution. It was examined, how the Blended Learning encompasses a variety of tools to create flexible, rich learning environments that stimulate learners and maximizes the potential for learning? Another objective is Application of Six Sigma methodology in this study is to improve the medium of learning i.e. internet connectivity through a set of procedures in an effective way. Six Sigma can be again viewed as a discipline or an approach driven by data and methodology for eliminating defects in any process- from manufacturing to transactional and from product to service.Keeping the aforesaid two objectives in mind, data was collected from a sample of 119 students residing in various hostel blocks using stratified random sampling technique. Questionnaire was developed after an extensive literature review to measure the impact of internet connectivity in Blended Learning of the students. The questionnaire to measure was based on the model developed by Shawn M. Glynn (2011).The scale was developed by referring to previous models developed by various authors to measure the impact of internet connectivity in the Blended Learning of the students. The statistical analysis used was reliability statistics, KMO, Bartlett’s test and Factor Analysis. The data was analyzed by SPSS version 20). The rise of trade in this era makes the market tougher competition to make companies have to take appropriate steps and strategies in order to win competition with competitors in the market. This was also experienced by motorcycles, one of which was a Yamaha motorcycle which experienced a decline in sales in 2019 from month to month. Many factors affect it. In this study the variables used are product quality, after sales service, and customer satisfaction. This research uses a descriptive approach, and verification. Samples obtained were 383 respondents who were consumers of PT Ramarayo Perdana Karawang by using purposive sampling technique, data analysis used in this study was the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and path analysis. The results of this study indicate the quality of products and after-sales services have a strong enough relationship, which is equal to 50.3%. then partially product quality has an effect of 39.3 then partially after sales service has an effect of 15.3% on customer satisfaction. Together the quality of products and after sales service has an effect of 50.3% which is the contribution of other variables not examined. Then it can be seen that product quality is more dominant in influencing customer satisfaction. PT Ramarayo Perdana Karawang is advised to pay more attention to Product Quality and After Sales Service for customer satisfaction.

This research aims to determine the immigration office services providing services to the community and how much influence the quality of immigration office services on the level of community satisfaction. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method. The population in this research amounted to 21613 people. While sampling uses the Slovin formula with convenience sampling technique so that a sample of 100 people is obtained. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires and literature studies. The results of this research are that the service at the Bengkalis Immigration Office has been well fulfilled based on the determination of the central government. Then the service quality of Bengkalis Immigration Office has a significant effect on the level of community satisfaction with a percentage of influence of 68.6% and the remaining 31.4% is influenced by other variables.

This paperaims to knowthe quality indicatorsof the financial statements which consist of profitability, solvency and reputation of Registered Public Accountant (KAP)to the audit lagwith company size as a moderation variable either partially or simultaneously in LQ45 companies. This research is a comparative causal research with ex post facto approach. Purposive sampling technique is used in this research and there are 18 samples collected by this technique from LQ45 in Indonesia Company Issueryear 2010-2016. The data analyzed research is 126. Data analysis technique used Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the Application ofEviews Software. The study concluded thatstudy showed that solvency, reputation of the public accounting firm and company size had a significant effect on Audit Lag, while profitability had no significant effect on Audit Lag. The size of a company able to moderate the effect of independent variablesto the Audit Lag and not haveto moderate the effect of the profitability to the Audit Lag.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of easy of use, quality of information on trust, and repurchase intention e-ticket on the Traveloka application in Kebumen Regency. The study was conducted using populations originating from people living in Kebumen Regency and had transacted using Traveloka with a sample size of 100 respondents. The analytical method used in this study consisted of descriptive and quantitative analysis with the type of determination of respondents through purposive sampling. Analysis carried out through quantitative methods is the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption testing, t-test, determination coefficient test, path analysis, and Sobel test. The results showed that based on the validity and reliability tests all variables were declared valid and reliable. Based on the t-test the easy of use variable significantly affects trust, quality of information significantly influences trust, easy of use significantly influences repurchase intention, quality of information, and trust has an effect on repurchase intention. The Sobel test shows that trust cannot mediate easy of use with repurchase intention and trust can mediate the quality of information with repurchase intention.

The process of determining eligibility for someone is usually given with the same value. The determination of eligibility is determined based on several criteria. These criteria are the ability to Academic Potential Test (APT) and Grade Point Average (GPA). The Tsukamoto fuzzy system is the model used in this paper. Each input variable is divided into two membership functions. There are nine rules of Tsukamoto's model applied. The system also provides following changes of parameters if the parameter values are to be changed. The result of the difference of the employability is given to them. The greater the APT score, the more the value of the feasibility of the work obtained. The more GPA values gained, the greater the value of the workplace eligibility.

This research is aimed; (a) to give a description about Arabic final semester test questions arrangements procedure at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training in UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. (b) to give a description about the quality of the test as seen from its validity, reliability, difficulty, and differentiation capacity. (c) to give a description that the lecturers never did an exam questions analysis of Arabic exam subject at Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training in UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. This research uses the descriptive method with quantitative and qualitative data. The population within this research is the college students of Tadris major in faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training who follows the final semester exam of 2017-2018 tenet years, especially in Arabic test subject. The sample taken during this research is the college students from the Tadris major, who followed the final semester exam on Arabic subject, by using the purpose sampling technique. The data collecting technique used was documentation, interview, and questionnaires. The results of this research are (1) the types of this tests are achievement test from the teaching objectives aspect, teacher-made test from the arrangement aspect, summative test from the time of implementation aspect, written test from the method of performing aspects, and subjective test from the answer scoring aspect, (2) the quality of Arabic test year 2017/2018: (a) validity sufficient, (b) test reliability is high which is 0,74, (c) the difficulty is easy earning it a ‘bad’ category, which is 45 numbers of questions or 11,11%, (d) the differentiation capacity is bad, which is 45 numbers of questions, or 22,22%, (3) the reason why the lecturers and question maker team did not held a question analysis are as follows: (a) some of the Arabic lecturers in faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training in UIN Imam Bonjol Padang are not scholars of Arabic education major or not lenient with S-1 and S-2 academic degree, (b) they have zero experience in doing test analysis, (c) there is no order from the authorities which motivates the lecturers in doing test analysis, (d) the lack of understanding about analysis, and (e) there are lecturers who have never received training or seminar about evaluation and analysis.

This research aims to determine the effect of Work Conflict and Job Stress on Employee Performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (Alfamart), Tigaraksa, either partially or simultaneously. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The sampling technique used was saturated sample with a sample of 72 respondents. The data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that partially work conflict has no significant effect on employee performance with a regression value of -0.583X1. The value of tcount -7.513 <ttable 1.994, which means that there is no significant influence between work conflict on employee performance. Job stress partially has no significant effect on employee performance with a regression value of -0.526X2. The value of tcount -7,015 <ttable1.994, which means that there is no significant influence between job stress on employee performance. Simultaneously, work conflict and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the value of Fcount 28.505> Ftable 2.740 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and the value of R or the coefficient of determination of 45.2%.   Abstrak   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Konflik Kerja dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (Alfamart) Wilayah Tigaraksa baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh dengan sampel sebanyak 72 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Konflik kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai regresi -0,583X1. Nilai thitung -7,513 < ttabel 1,994 yang artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara konflik kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Stres kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai regresi -0,526X2. Nilai thitung-7,015 < ttabel 1,994yang artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan Konflik kerja dan Stres Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, hal ini dibuktikan oleh nilai Fhitung28,505 > Ftabel 2,740 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05 dan nilai R atau Koefisien Determinasi sebesar 45,2%. Simpulan penelitian ini, secara parsial variabel stress kerja maupun konflik kerja tidak mempengaruhi kinerja, secara simultan atau bersama-sama stress dan konflik kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. The commitment of a high school principal can lead to the success of the work of educational organizations by improving the quality of education. The leadership commitment of the Sa’adatuddaren Islamic Boarding School in the management of the Package B or Equality Education Program in Pelayangan District, Jambi City was examined using qualitative methods. The purpose of this study was to review the commitment of the leaders of the Sa’adatuddaren Islamic Boarding School in the management of the Package B Equality Education Program. Data collected through observation, interview and documentation techniques. Determination of research subjects using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques were carried out by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions as well as verifying the reliability of the results obtained by the technique of extension of participation, accuracy of observations, data triangulation and advisory consultation. Based on the data obtained, the commitment of the Sa’adatuddaren leadership in the management of the Package B Equality Education Program at the  Islamic Boarding School still low action. There is no priority scale for the improvement of the Package B Equality Education Program annually

Plankton has a very important role, especially from the feed chain (the main producer) and as a bioindicator of fertility levels, on the Krueng Daroy River. This study aims to determine the air quality of Krueng Daroy based on the level of information and to find out information in Krueng Daroy, Aceh Province. This research method is a survey with a purposive sampling technique with quantitative and qualitative approaches. Data collection was conducted for 3 sampling times, with an interval of 3 days for 9 days in 3 research locations with each location consisting of 3 stations. The usability level was analyzed by calculating the Shannon-Wiener Diversity Index, and determining the quality descriptively. The results obtained a plankton diversity index in Krueng Daroy between 2,274 to 2,565 with moderate polluted air quality. The results of the plankton process in the Krueng Daroy River are moderate, with moderate polluted air quality.
