The study aims to define the respondent’s level of satisfaction with the facilities management services at Bulacan State University. Specifically, this study sought to answer the research question: What is the satisfaction level of the personnel at Bulacan State University in terms of; a. Use of school facilities; b. Campus and building grounds cleanliness; c. Availability of communication system in the campus; and d. Requisition and deliveries of supplies. This study utilized the Descriptive Research through survey method to obtain data and information needed in determining the extent of the satisfaction level of the respondents on the efficiency of the support services in the university. Based from the results of the study, the researchers have drawn the following conclusions: 1. the satisfaction level of the administrators, non-teaching personnel, and faculty members in the existing procedures on the use of school facilities was satisfied, less satisfied in the cleanliness of the comfort rooms, less satisfied in the timely delivery of supplies, thus resulting to low level of respondent’s satisfaction. On the other hand, majority of the respondents were satisfied with the communication system within the campus but less satisfied with the way that the communication letters/memoranda are being cascaded properly down to the last concerned personnel.

The purpose of this study is to determine the demographic profiles of the respondents which are the teachers in Mindanao State University–Sulu according to gender and college, to identify the issues encountered by the MSU-Sulu Teacher towards modular distance learning approach, to distinguish the concerns of the MSU-Sulu Teacher towards modular distance learning approach, to investigate the teaching preparations on the adaptation of modular distance learning approach, and to identify the significant difference of issues and concern of the MSU-Sulu Teacher towards modular distance learning approach when they are grouped according gender and college. Frequency and percentage distribution, weighted arithmetic mean and independent t-test and chi-square are the statistical tools used to answer the entire research question. The data gathered was computed using SPSS analyzed and interpreted with the aide of the statistician. Descriptive survey method was used as the research method. This study utilizes 40 teachers from different colleges/department. Convenience sampling was used to It is the recommended number of which it is the 30% from the total population of all the faculty of Mindanao State University-Sulu.; questionnaire is used by the researcher as a research instrument of the study. The findings of the study were: 1) There is no significant difference of issues and concern of the MSU-Sulu teacher towards modular distance learning approach when grouped according gender but in contrary; and 2) There is significant difference on the issues and concern among MSU-Sulu teacher towards modular distance learning approach when grouped according colleges. The issues encountered towards modular distance learning approach were communication failure like that of instructions or confusion of students on the modules, limited teacher guidance, student’s in discourteous approach to teachers, complaints on not understanding the module, and all of which results to misbehavior on students and failure to pass worksheet on time. In addition, the concerns of the MSU-Sulu teacher towards modular distance learning approach were; first, hidden expenses on modules; second, teacher’s lack of media literacy; third, poor internet connection which intercepts communication between teacher and students; fourth, time constraint among teachers due to overload paperwork; fifth, equipment problem and complexity of the discussion as well as measurement of student’s performance; sixth,  managing student’s responses from time to time; seventh, teacher’s unavailability  and lastly, difficulties of studying among slow learners. Moreover, on teaching preparations on the adaptation of modular distance learning approach, the issues were cater and set time for student’s inquiries and be flexible to allow extension in terms of passing worksheets as well as allow parents, relative or even friends to pass worksheets in their behalf to lessen transportation expenses. Teachers must appreciate/ recognize his/her students to boost their confidence and avoid favouritism while being considerate to students who are attention seeker or may have ADHD. Correspondingly, the concerns were. Teachers must encourage handwritten answers to lessen plagiarism, on the absence of teacher, the parents and elders must guide the students in their learning at home. Teacher and parent’s guidance must go hand and hand in today’s learning. Teachers must likewise be flexible in finding solutions on printing shortage. And lastly, alternative teaching strategies like modular learning should be hone to aid lack of media literacy of both teacher and students In view of the findings and analysis, the following are recommended: Teachers must be flexible with the present kind of teaching strategy at all cost and at all aspects, Set guidelines as to establish proper communication among students and teachers, learning materials must be affordable as well as easy to understand content, teachers must develop their media literacy skills and encourage teachers to be available to their students on allotted time and cater all their inquiries with patience at all times. Furthermore, the following are the recommended research agenda: Teacher’s training on media literacy and module development programs to allow teamwork in the making process.

Initiative measures reach among the people. For the study’s aim, the researcher has selected 50 respondents who are aware of the PMBJPK. Descriptive research methodology is employed to conduct the study. It includes survey and fact-finding inquiries of various kinds. It focused on the issues of the advantages availed from PMBJPK. All levels of shoppers were surveyed by using a questionnaire and also, the level of satisfaction or dissatisfaction from PMBJPK was studied. Aims: To evaluate patients’ level of satisfaction on the quality of healthcare received by focusing on waiting time due to its level of importance. Studies have shown that a good healthcare system contributes immensely to the growth of a thriving economy, because patients’ satisfaction is the major indicator of quality healthcare. Study Design: A descriptive cross-sectional study was employed by using a structured questionnaire coupled with interview session. These was considered appropriate for data gathering in the overall outpatient department (OPD) of the health facility. Methods: The present study evaluates patients’ satisfaction level on the QoS in Ekiti State University Teaching Hospital (EKSUTH), Nigeria; by focusing majorly on waiting time. Systematic random sampling technique was used in selecting the participants for this research, with 241 patients’ data collected. Convenience, courtesy and quality of care were used as factors to measure patients’ satisfactions. Results: Findings from this study showed that 73.03% of the patients were satisfied with the level of services in terms of conveniences, while 80.50% of the patients were highly satisfied as regards the courtesy level, also, 77.59% of the patients were satisfied with the quality of care received at the facility. Furthermore, our result indicates that a total of 154 (63.9%) of the patients were greatly satisfied with the quality of health services received in EKSUTH, however, 87 which represents 36.1% of patients were not satisfied with the level of services rendered at the facility. Conclusion: The respondents showed high satisfaction level in most of the services they received from EKSUTH, however, long waiting time in the health facility has shown to be an impediment to the satisfaction level as well as the quality of care (QoC) received. Therefore, improved services; especially reducing the long waiting time will motivate patients to continue to utilize EKSUTH. More so, continuous efforts should be made by the hospital’s administration to improve other areas where satisfaction level was shown to be low in the present study.

The study was done to describe the gender sensitive teaching at Don Honorio Ventura Technological State University (DHVTSU) as a basis for the enhancement of the Gender and Development Program.  Descriptive research was employed. The Deans, faculty members, and students of the university answered the questionnaire and interview as guided by various GAD Handbooks.  Gender sensitive teaching is commonly noted as equality. Moreover, gender sensitive teaching was fully applied and fully observed in the areas of curriculum, learning objectives, learning content, learning experiences, textual materials, and learning assessment. However, issues on integration and proper application of gender sensitive teaching was raised  among technical, technology, sciences, and mathematical courses With such conditions, continuous monitoring and trainings should be done so that the full application and full observance of gender sensitive teaching can be sustained.  Also, a creation of module on how to concretely become gender neuter in all aspects of the educative process should be initiated.

Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) Department of Southeast University (SEU) considers student opinion as an essential component for the continuous quality improvement process of the program offered by the department. Because, students are the most important stakeholder of the department. To get their opinion and feedback about the department, a survey form was designed identifying six broad categories of the factors that determine the student satisfaction level. In each category, there were several questions that were included in the survey form to know to rate their level of satisfaction on each factor. The main focusing areas were quality of learning environment, academic strengths, campus life, physical facilities, management and leadership as well as extra- and co-curricular activities of the department. Responses were taken on a five-point likert scale for each question. Sample size were chosen based on Krejcie and Morgan formula from the group of a 580 registered existing stduents of the EEE department of Southeast University. Afte collection of data using the survey tools, we analyzed the data to determine the satisfaction level of EEE students studying at Southeast University. The results and analysis of the data were sent to the to the university authority to decide how to improve the quality of education and other facilities of the department as well as of the university.

Stress is a serious problem that students tend to contend with in the course of their academic pursuit. The study investigated stress factors and sustainable development among undergraduates of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko. Descriptive research of the survey type design was adopted for this study. The population of the study consisted of all the students of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko . Sample for the study was made up of 450 students selected through simple random sampling technique from the six faculties in the university. Questionnaire was used to collect data from respondents. One research question was raised and three hypotheses were tested at 0.05 alpha level. Data collected were analysed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results revealed that there was a significant difference in the academic stress of undergraduates of AAUA. The Second hypothesis showed that there was a significant difference in the financial stress of undergraduates of AAUA. The third hypothesis also indicated that there was a significant difference in the psychosocial stress of undergraduates of AAUA. It was recommended that stress among the undergraduates should be handled through the help of counselors, financial assistance through the university work study. Adequate counseling should be made available to teach interpersonal skills and social adjustment programme should be made available for undergraduates.

The performance of students in the English concept is a crucial determinant of scholarship and success in the tertiary level of education. This study aimed at finding out the correlates of MSU English performance in the System Admission and Scholarship Examination (SASE) in MSU Community Colleges. Specifically, it has sought to describe the profile of teachers, secondary students, community colleges, and its correlation with the English performance of students. A descriptive-correlational design has been applied in the study and conducted within the 11 community colleges of the university. The secondary students as respondents were selected based on stratified random sampling and assisted to answer the researcher-made instrument. The frequency and percentage distribution, mean, standard deviation, and the correlational tool has been applied in the analysis of the data. Findings revealed that familys income, parents occupation, and the school facilities have been found to have a significant relationship with the SASE performance in English. Thus, these factors are crucial to consider in the analysis of the future performance of the secondary students to be admitted into the college. It is recommended that parents should assess their roles as active partners of the school in educating their children. They should be encouraged by the school to give priority in their activities to support and get involved in the school activities and in following up their childrens accomplishments. A speech laboratory shall promote various programs aimed at improving the performance of students in English. The English Elective Program as the existing program shall be optimized by all colleges of the university.

The article addresses the problems of the quality of education in general, including from the perspective of employers. The authors believe that the mechanism for assessing the quality of education should be implemented through the active participation of the University’s key partners and employers in the educational process.The article presents the results of a study of the level of satisfaction with the quality of education of graduates estimated by enterprises that are the key partners of Orenburg State University (2020). The first set of questions involved an analysis of the degree of participation of employer organizations in the educational process and assessment of the level of training of university graduates. The second block included an assessment of personnel needs and demands on graduates when applying for a job, as well as an analysis of the prospects for developing forms of cooperation between employers in the region and the University.In conclusion, we offer a list of recommendations for improving the effectiveness of internal independent assessment of the quality of education with the involvement of representatives of employers. The list includes recommendations aimed at enhancing their participation in improving the system of training for the region’s economy.

Based on the author's experience, French Language Study Program students have difficulties in learning Wrting at Production Ecrite Intermédiaire course. The author develops an Android-based mobile application as a learning medium to help students learn writing and increase student motivation for independent learning. This study aims to determine the perceptions of French Language study program students about the use of Android-based mobile applications as learning media in the Production Ecrite Intermediare course. This research is in the form of quantitative descriptive research with survey method. The population studied was the 3rd semester students of the French Department of Medan State University who were taking Production Ecrite Intermediare courses in 2019. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people. Data collection is done through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. The results of this study indicate that students like learning media in the form of mobile applications. This is shown from the results of a survey which stated that 86.% of students had very good perceptions. More specifically, the use of Android based mobile applications as learning media makes students feel motivated to study Production Ecrite Intermediaire independently with a percentage of 86.1% in the agreed category
