In the 15-th measured phase space of states (m=15) the motion of the state vector in female – representatives of aboriginal (khanty) and non-aboriginal population of Ugra was studied. The parameters xi of the cardiovascular system of groups of women of three ages were ranged bounding volumes VG phase space of states, which are defined as quasi-attractor. These volumes VG determined and compared to the khanty and non-aboriginal population, thus establishing the fun-damental differences in the dynamics of VG: if the natives give almost exponential decrease VG, then it´s population in the age aspect demonstrates a parabolic relationship with at least middle age. It is assumed that a parabola cannot contribute to prolongation of life in general and an increase in the length of the working-age women of Ugra.

Pathology of the cardiovascular system significantly affects the operational period, and improvement in cardiovascular system always and definitely can provide the prolongation of life. So the study of differences in life expectancy between aboriginal and migrant female population living in the North of the Russian Federation is based on the state of the cardiovascular system. To study the dynamics of the parameters of the autonomic nervous system in female population of Ugra - Ob of the North of Russia, the authors used the method of cardiorythm registration. It is defined that parasympathetic division (parameter SIM) dominates over the sympathetic division (parameter PAR) of the autonomic nervous system in the youngest age group of women. The authors found diametrically opposite dynamics of PAR in two age groups: migrant population has a high initial value at a young age (12.5.a.u.) in comparison with the natives (10,6 a.u. source). However, in older age, these differences remain (7,84 a.u. and 6,87 a.u. respectively). Description of the dynamics of increase of the sympathetic and downs parasympathetic effect was produced in the framework of the model of Verhulst-Pearl, i.e., systems with saturation. However, the parameters of RR-intervals in the migrant population have a parabolic dependence.

Revealing the regularities of human cardiovascular system’s parameters in the North can significantly affect the ongoing efforts to increase the working age and duration of life of inhabitants of Ugra. The work addresses important aspects of the state of cardiovascular system in different age groups. An increase in activity of the sympathetic autonomic system status with age in aboriginal and alien population, but individual components (cardiointervals) in the two groups behave differently. If quasiattractors demonstrate exponential type of dynamics of their size (area) in Khanty, then the non-indigenous population observed parabolic type of changes of the area of quasiattractors.

To explore impact of enhancing social advancement of females in Japan, this study determined the effects of the dual-income household rate on suicide mortalities disaggregated by attributes of gender, age, and motives between 2009 and 2017 in Japan. This study analysed impact of dual-income household rate, other household-related factors (savings, liabilities and yearly incomes per household, minors and elderly rate per household), and social/employment factors (complete unemployment rate, employment rate, temporary male and female employment rates and certification rate of long-term care insurance) on suicide mortalities disaggregated by attributes of gender, age, and motives using hierarchical linear-regression model. Dual-income household rate was significantly/negatively related to suicide mortality of the working-age female population, but significantly/positively related to that of the elderly female population. Suicide mortalities of the working-age male population and the elderly male population were significantly/positively related to dual-income household rate. Male suicide mortalities caused by family-, health-, economy- and employment-related motives were significantly/positively related to dual-income household rate; however, the dual-income household rate was significantly/positively related to female suicide mortalities caused by family-, health-, economy- and school-related motives, but significantly/negatively related to suicide mortalities caused by romance-related motives. Dual-income households suppress social-isolation and develop economical/psychological independence of females, leading to reduced suicide mortality in working-age females. However, elderly and school-age populations, who are supported by the working-age female, suffer from isolation. Working-age males also suffer from inability to adapt from the traditional concept of work–life and work–family balances to the novel work–family balance concept adapted to dual-income households. These results suggest occurrence of new social/family problems in the 21st century due to vulnerability of traditional Japanese culture and life–working–family balance concepts as well as novel sociofamilial disturbances induced by declining birth rate and ageing population in Japan.

Respiratory diseases (RD) represent one of the most urgent issues in Russian health care and have high socio-economic significance. The aim. To study the dynamics of total morbidity and mortality in the Russian Federation, as well as the mortality associated with RD in the working-age population in 2015 – 2019.Methods. The official statistical data of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and the Federal State Statistics Service were analyzed.Results. In 2019, the total RD-associated morbidity increased by 5.4%, and the prevalence of pneumonia increased by 29.0% compared to 2015. In 5 federal districts (FD), the morbidity exceeded the average Russian morbidity in 2019 (40,694.7). The maximum level was observed in the North-Western FD (50,224.1). The prevalence of pneumonia (Russia – 524.4) in 4 FDs exceeded the average Russian prevalence. The maximum level was reported in the Far Eastern FD (749.2 cases per 100 thousand of the total population). The RD-associated mortality rate in Russia was 51.8 cases per 100 thousand in 2015 and 41.6 cases per 100 thousand in 2018 (–19.7%). In 2018, the highest RD-associated mortality was observed in the Siberian FD (68.0) and Far Eastern FD (57.8 per 100 thousand people). From January to December 2019, the highest mortality associated with pneumonia in the working-age population was observed in the Far Eastern FD (28.2 per 100 thousand people). The RD-associated mortality rate in the male population was 4.2 times higher than in the female population (26.7 and 6.3, respectively, per 100 thousand persons of matching age).Conclusion. The highest morbidity was found in 2018 and 2019 in the Northwestern FD and Far Eastern FD. The RD-associated mortality in the Siberian FD and Far Eastern FD exceeded the average Russian values. This last observation requires additional research to improve the quality of medical care.

This study determined proportion of males whose physiological parameters were out of standard ranges and made patterns of their functional reserves to see dynamics in the row of teenagers, young adults, middle-aged adults, older adults. For the first time, dynamics of functional reserves was evaluated based on deviations from standard values existing for physical development, cardiovascular system, biochemical and trace element pictures, as well as characteristics of basic metabolism and breathing in ontogenetic aspect. The evaluation was performed by creating patterns of tension in subjective body systems under the North extremes to make predictive age-related changes older adults morphophysiological indicators. The results the patterns exhibited increasingly dysregulated functioning in the age aspect. That could be seen in age-related stress observed in physical development variables (accelerated body mass index), cardiovascular system (higher proportion of people with high normal blood pressure and arterial hypertension in systolic and diastolic blood pressure), carbohydrate metabolism disorders (higher index of insulin resistance and fasting hyperglycemia), more pronounced dyslipidemia, microelement disorders such as more severe age-related deficiency or excess. Those deviations existed together with worsening in basic metabolism and external respiration function in modern northerners of working age.

The problem of one-type uncertainty is solved when cardiovascular system parameters in hypertensive patients undergoing physiotherapy aren’t differentiated by stochastics, but these differences are clearly revealed by the methods of neurocomputing and calculation of parameters of quasi-attractors. Simultaneously, the solution of system synthesis problem is possible, i.e. identification of more important diagnostic characters xi from the whole set of state vector of cardiovascular system x(t) in hypertensive patients. Efficiency of physiotherapy is estimated at two stages of course of treatment: in the initial state (initial physiotherapy) and after the termination of course of treatment. The dynamics of motion of quasi-attractors in phase space of states in hypertensive patients is shown. Thus, the problem of elimination of one-type uncertainty in studying the effi-ciency of curative measures is solved.

Abstract Background Type D personality is a combination of high negative affectivity (NA) and high social inhibition (SI). This personality trait is suspected to impair cardiovascular patients’ recovery. The 2016 European Guidelines on cardiovascular disease prevention in clinical practice recommend screening of psychosocial risk factors as Type D personality. The aim of this study was to assess the relationship between Type D personality and Metabolic syndrome (MetS) in working-age female population. Methods Six hundred thirty-four female employees with mean age of 48 ± 10 years were evaluated. Type D personality and its components (NA) and (SI) were screened with DS14 questionnaire. The definition of MetS was based on measurements done by trained medical staff. We investigated the relationship between Mets and Type D personality, NA and SI using the logistic regression models adjusting for age, education years, leisure-time physical activity, smoking, alcohol use and depressive symptoms. Results The prevalence of Type D personality was 10.6% (n = 67) [95% CI: 8.3 to 13.2] and MetS 34.7% (n = 220). Type D personality or its subcomponents were not associated with MetS. Women with Type D personality had significantly worse quality of sleep and lower LTPA. They were also more often unsatisfied with their economic situation, they had more often depressive symptoms and psychiatric disorders than non-D type persons. There were no differences in risk factors for cardiovascular diseases. Conclusion Screening for Type D personality among working- age, reasonably healthy female population seems not to be practical method for finding persons with risk for cardiovascular disease.

The article analyzes the gender and demographic features of the labor market of the Republic of Tuva: the structure and rate of employment and unemployment in gender dimension and historic retrospect covering the period of Tuva People's Republic (1921-1944), the Soviet and post-Soviet stages of history. On the basis of statistical data it is shown that from 1945 began predominance of female population in the demographic structure of the republic that is characteristic of modern Tuva. The author makes an attempt to give a historic explanation of this turn. The article shows changes in the ratio of male to female population of Tuva from 1931 to 2020 using various statistic sources and data. In the features of the gender profile of the regional labor market, the author identifies demographic, socio-cultural and economic factors determining it, in particular, the reasons for withdrawal of men from the economically active population in certain age groups. The article substantiates the thesis that, despite the steady trend of reducing unemployment in the republic in 2017, 2018, 2019, the issue of male employment remains acute. It also shows the level of demographic burden on the working-age population of the Republic of Tuva connected with the specifics of reproductive behavior of the population of the republic, namely, high birth rates, as well as the emerging trend of increasing the proportion of people over the working age due to the positive dynamics of increasing life expectancy in the republic.
