We studied the trends in the development of an open education system. The relevance of the research topic is due to the need to develop an open education system in the context of improving Internet technologies, as well as from the standpoint of changing pedagogical views on learning technologies, taking into account new forms of socialization of young people in the Internet space. We examine the development trends of the open education system in the context of changing the elements of the pedagogical paradigm in the conditions of the information society and the dynamics of the development of information technologies themselves. Both contexts have a significant impact on the development of an open education system and allow us to come to the formulation of its new development tendencies: personification of educational environments according to professionally-oriented needs; development of methods for the natural retention of students in the environment of educational content; integration of different environments for learning purposes; inclusion in the content of the tasks of the formation of new competencies of specialists in high-tech industries for the innovation economy; orientation on innovative joint project activities. The studied development trends of the open education system of the educational process are considered as characteristic trends in the emergence of new opportunities in the field of education at the present stage of development of society.

Purpose of the research. The purpose of this research is to study the problems of the features of teaching technologies of modern artificial neural networks for carrying out the procedure of unambiguous authentication of students according to a pre-formed reference base of digital biometric characteristics of the authorized users in the field of distance educational technologies. In the modern world, artificial neural networks are successfully used in both applied and scientific fields. The problem of authenticating a human personality, implemented using artificial neural networks, finds practical application in solving problems such as the protection of state and corporate information resources, robotics, access control systems, information retrieval, control systems, etc., and is already beginning to find application in the field of distance educational technologies. In March 2021, the Government of the Russian Federation developed a decree on the basis of which higher educational institutions are allowed to use distance learning technologies. Conducting remotely activities of intermediate and final certification, as well as monitoring the current progress of both distance learning students and full-time and part-time students with a temporary transition to distance learning in a pandemic, the problem of identifying the student’s personality arises in order to achieve unambiguous recognition of the authorized users for the purpose of reliable assessment of learning outcomes, which can be solved using modern technologies of artificial neural networks.Materials and methods. Methods of reviewing scientific literature on the research topic, methods of collecting, structuring and analyzing the information obtained were used as materials and methods.Research results. The results of the study allow us to draw the following conclusions: to solve the problem of authenticating students in distance education systems it is first necessary to form the actual base of biometric characteristics of the authorized users, which will be compared with the biometric data of the identified users, and for the recognition procedure, the neural network must be trained in advance on special trainers datasets. The identification procedure must be repeated several times during a session to ensure that the identity of the authorized user is verified.Conclusion. Realizing the set goal to study the problematics of learning technologies of modern artificial neural networks for carrying out the procedure of unambiguous authentication of students according to a pre-formed reference base of digital biometric characteristics of authorized users in the field of distance learning technologies, and relying on the results obtained in the course of generalization and analysis of existing experience and our own studies, the authors identified two independent stages in the algorithm for the implementation of the task of identifying the student’s personality: the formation of a reference base of digital biometric characteristics of authorized users and user authentication according to the previously formed reference base, and also revealed that when training a neural network, it is necessary to take into account a sufficiently large number of different attributes affecting it. With an insufficient number of training sets (datasets), neural networks begin to perceive errors as reliable information, which, as a result, will lead to the need to retrain neural networks. With a sufficiently large number of training sets (dataset), more versions of dependencies and variability appear, which makes it possible to create rather complex machine learning models of neural networks, in which retraining takes the main place.

The article deals with the organization of independent work of students with the active use of innovative educational technologies that open up new opportunities for optimizing the educational process in a medical university and set teachers tasks that are aimed at developing modern forms and methods of its implementation, which contribute to the organization of professional activities at a qualitatively new level. The purpose of the article is to analyze various aspects and methods of independent work of students in the light of innovative educational technologies in the study of internal medicine to optimize the educational process. The site of the Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy has a web-page of Internal Medicine Department № 1, where students can find guidelines for independent work for IV and VI courses in preparation for classes in Ukrainian, Russian and English using the Internet. Future doctors use multimedia technologies at meetings of the student scientific society, during educational events and open lessons for school students, organizing educational hours among the student audience, which expands opportunities for creativity, develops competence and mobility, and strengthens the role of independent work. Using the information of the group "department of internal medicine № 1" in the social network Facebook, students not only master modern learning technologies in the era of the so-called information society but also master communication skills with other people, learn to search in different ways and analyze certain information. As a result of the functioning of the computer class, students have the opportunity to pass the test control of the initial and final levels of knowledge in the current and final practical classes, test tasks from the license exam "KROK-2", which encourages them to more thorough preparation for classes in internal medicine. In the course of studying internal medicine, it is important to create and optimize conditions for independent work of students for further development of professional competencies of a doctor: the ability to work with information on the global Internet, to use the capabilities of modern computer systems and innovative technologies to solve professional problems. The use of innovative educational technologies in the organization of independent work of future doctors at Internal Medicine Department № 1 contributes to a deeper study of internal medicine, the formation of professional knowledge and their application in practice, and strengthening the connection between educational and scientific work, and also optimizes the learning process of medical students, which ensures the dynamic development of a specialist's personality, activates his creative and clinical thinking, helps to implement an individual approach to training and meets the requirements of modern medical education.

The work raises the problem of forming a new culture of knowledge transmission. The current state of the system of higher education in a digital educational environment is examined. In this regard, an extended analysis of educational and methodological support of disciplines related to the use of music computer technologies (MCT) in artistic universities is carried out, the quality and methods of teaching, the awareness of the role of new digital educational technologies and MCT as a promising tool for expanding the information space of the artistic university in the context of the functioning of a high-tech digital educational environment. Based on the new capabilities of modern computer methods of working with sound, the potential of modern computer music editors, computer programs related to sound recording and sound reproduction, student musicians develop skills to utilize the capabilities of modern computer methods of working with sound in the process of musical and artistic activity, the potential of a modern musician develops — whether a performer, a composer, a music theorist, or teacher — by using music and computer programs in various fi elds of professional activities. The author of the article also analyzes the capabilities of the Moodle and Moodle Music systems in a creative university.

The growth of technology and the inclusion of “digital natives” as students in the education world have created a demand pull for the use of Social learning technologies in education. Dominant among these tools have been wikis, blogs and discussion boards. Distance education experts view the use of these tools as key differentiators when compared to traditional education methods. However, the research in this area has yet to provide clear guidelines on usage. In this chapter, the aim is to provide a theory-driven model to outline the application and impact of these technologies in education. The focus is on the education tasks and technologies' characteristics to evaluate the underlying fit. The chapter outlines the extant research to substantiate our model and provide practitioner guidelines.

The aim of this chapter is to examine the use of educational technologies in foreign language teaching in Greece. It explores whether FL teachers tend to integrate learning tools in their classroom, and if their implementation is affected by teachers' age, gender, level of confidence in using these tools, or any previous training they attended. The most popular technological tools employed in FL teaching are also presented, while the attitude of teachers towards the utilization of learning technologies is thoroughly investigated. A quantitative research method has been adopted with the usage of a web-based questionnaire. Based on the findings retrieved from the responses of a hundred FL teachers, they tend to integrate educational technologies extensively in their teaching practices, mainly to enhance learners' speaking and listening skills. Out of the variables examined, only teachers' confidence in using educational technologies seems to impact the integration of technology in their FL teaching.
