The present article considers the results of implementing the distance learning technologies at Vinnytsia National Pirogov Memorial Medical University in the process of mastering the discipline "Internal Medicine". Today, the amount of information that is so necessary for obtaining, understanding and mastering knowledge is growing rapidly. Given the current pace of development of education, today it is quite important to find innovative forms of quality organization of the educational process. This led to the introduction of information technology in education and the formation of a separate type of learning - distance learning. Now in Ukraine, distance learning is widely developing at all levels of education, this makes it possible to individualize the process of acquiring knowledge, abilities, skills and methods of human cognitive activity, which occurs mainly through the indirect interaction of participants in the educational process distant from each other in a specialized environment, functioning based on modern information and communication technologies.

The article is devoted to the actual problem of formation of information -pedagogical competence for teachers of secondary vocational education (SVO). The educational organization is assessed as a basis for advanced training in the field of new information technologies. The author of the article offers a program of additional professional education (advanced training) for implementation in an educational institution, focusing on the conditions for its implementation. On the example of the introduction of the proposed model in the work of the SVO institution, conclusions are drawn about the feasibility and effectiveness of using the additional education program to increase the level of information-pedagogical competence for college and technical teachers.

The article is devoted to the problems of continuous professional education of doctors within distance learning. The effectiveness of continuous professional development of specialists in the field of health care, the use of information technologies in the educational process, the introduction of web technologies in distance learning, as well as the factors of efficiency and productivity of distance education have been investigated. The own results of distance learning introduction on the basis of Donetsk national medical university for the doctors who have received special training with a cycle “Medical psychology» during a global quarantine have been presented. Four main categories of problems faced by students and teachers within the distance work have been identified. The ways of solving the established problems have been outlined and the steps of effective organization of distance learning and feedback of students from the cycle “Medical Psychology” have been given. These outlined problems are divided into organizational, competence, learning and teaching, personal — characterological. The solution of the outlined problems can be divided into levels: organizational problems are solved at the level of the educational institution; competence — the level of the educational institution and faculty; educational and methodical — within the profile department or departments; personal-characterological — within the system of interaction “teacher-listener”. Competently organized distance learning improves the educational process, improves the quality and control of acquired knowledge and forms effective feedback.

This research aims to find out how families play in the planting of Islamic character education in childrenduring the COVID-19 outbreak. The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods. While the datapurposive sampling techniques with questionnaire-assisted instruments from Google. The analysis of the dataused is qualitatively descriptive. The results show that with the government's policy of closing schools anddoing distance learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Islamic character education planting in childrenduring the COVID-19 pandemic is in desperate need of family roles. The role of the family is very importantbecause the family is the nearest neighborhood of the child and also the informal educational institution ofthe child early on, especially the parent who is the first madrassa for the child. to apply Islamic charactereducation is also needed efforts are made so that the character of Islami is attached to the child untiladulthood later that will be discussed in this research.

The article contains a theoretical study, which reflects the importance and possibilities of museum education by reproducing strategies and forms of collaboration of the museum with educational institutions, the family and other socio-cultural actors. At the same time, the author reflects the role of research, development of scientific thinking, formation of moral qualities and the affective-emotional sphere during museum visits. The influence on visitors, museum exhibitions, various themes, the architecture of the museum building, information technologies capitalized in combination with classical forms and methods of education is elucidated.

Problem and goal. The beginning of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic led to the widespread transition of universities in the country and around the world to distance learning. The analysis of available studies in Russia, South Africa, Switzerland and other countries of the world allowed to conclude that there are insufficient comparisons of assessments of the use of distance education technologies before the coronavirus pandemic and after its first waves. The article is devoted to the study of the problem of assessing the capabilities of the electronic information educational environment Moodle in the educational organization of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia before and during COVID-19. Methodology. A comparison of the results of a survey among cadets of the Ryazan branch of the Vladimir Kikot Moscow University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in 2017 and 2021 was made. Results. The empirical study revealed that after the first two waves of the pandemic and the gradual return to a more traditional full-time form of education among the cadets there are no those who rarely use the Moodle. The number of positive assessments of the effectiveness of using the Moodle and its impact on reducing the time spent on studying has increased. The article explains the identified request of students to improve the means of distance learning, in particular, in the direction of reducing complexity, increasing entertainment, reducing the time for checking materials. Conclusion. Working in an electronic information educational environment has become familiar to students, and they have come to realize the need to solve small problems. There is an ingrained understanding of the inevitability of introducing elements of distance learning into full-time education.

The article considers some psychological, pedagogical and technical aspects of the introduction of distance learning. It is emphasized that the main purpose of creating a system of distance education is to ensure free access to educational resources through the use of modern information technologies and social networks and to create conditions for citizens to exercise their rights to education. The main disadvantages of distance education are depersonalization, lack of proper motivation of participants in the educational process, loss of educational and socialization functions of education, hyperbolization of independent work, low level of control over the educational process.
