Investigation of the Relationship Between Professional Deformation, Self-Attitude and Personality Reflexivity Among Employees of Organizations

The article examines the research in theory and practice on the problem of professional burnout, which can contribute to the professional deformation of the personality, which leads to a distortion of the personal qualities of a specialist, if one does not take into account the peculiarities of a person's self-attitude, in particular in professional activity. These indicators will indicate the degree of development of personal reflexivity, which allows a person not only to analyze experienced events, but to form a further effective model of behavior. The authors present the results of an empirical study on the study of the relationship between professional deformation and self-attitude and personality reflexivity among employees of the National Media Group, in addition, differences in the average indicators of the degree of professional deformation, in the context of professional burnout, and elements of personality self-attitude among employees of NMH are proved. Pearson's correlation analysis revealed in the first group (HR department) the presence of an inverse relationship between the scale of “depersonalization” and the scale of autosympathy, as well as between “emotional exhaustion” and the scale of “self-confidence”. The respondents of the second group (development department) are characterized by the presence of a direct correlation between the scale of "reduction of professionalism" and "autosympathy".

The article discusses the issue of the formation of professionally important qualities (PIQ) in future military aviation navigators in the educational environment of a military university. The goal is to substantiate the activity approach as a practice-oriented basis for the formation of professional qualities in cadets-navigators. A review and analysis of scientific research, publications is carried out, allowing to discover the significance of the activity approach as a methodological direction of research. The methodological basis of the research is the provisions of the activity approach, which are used as the basis for the development and formation of the PIQ among cadets-navigators in the process of a practice-oriented educational process. The description of the results is associated with the characteristics of the content and organization of the professional activity of cadets-navigators in the process of implementation of industrial practice in the form of flight training. Using the activity approach, the main components of the activities of flight instructors, teachers and cadets-navigators are considered, from a unified methodological point of view, and thus the nature of their interaction is revealed. Emphasis have been determined that need to be paid attention to in the course of pedagogical activity on the formation of professional qualities among cadets-navigators. A definition is given and pedagogical technologies are proposed for the formation of professional experience and professional qualities in a future specialist in the context of a practice-oriented pedagogical process. The relationship between the experience gained by the trainee in the practice-oriented pedagogical process and the formation of professionally important personality traits of a specialist is considered. The main goals and objectives for the formation of the necessary professional qualities of cadetsnavigators during flight training have been determined. At the entrance of each stage of flight training, technologies are determined aimed at rational and purposeful impact on the student in order to develop competencies and personal qualities. Recommendations are offered to teachers and instructors to improve the efficiency of development and formation among cadets-navigators of the PIQ.

Purpose : to provide theoretical analysis of the notion of „assertiveness” and rationale of approaches to the development of future doctors’ assertiveness by means of combat sports (Sambo and Judo). Material : analysis of regulatory documents, literary sources. Results : the author has analysed the essence of the notion of assertiveness, and ideas about the relevance of the quality in doctors’ professional activity. The notion of assertiveness has been defined as the subject quality of an individual integrating initiative and willingness to take risks in difficult situations, self-confidence and positive attitude towards others, the ability to freely make decisions and be responsible for their consequences, persistence in protecting one’s own rights and achieve life goals. It has been shown that the key component of assertiveness manifestations are technologies of subject-subject interaction, that provide mutual correctness and effectiveness of acceptable relations. Means of the combat sports have been viewed as instruments of the development of future doctors’ personal qualities. The potentialities of assertiveness formation by means of the combat sports have been defined. Conclusions : the introduction of the combat sports elements in the professionally applied training of medical university students is an important issue of nowadays, which needs theoretical substantiation and methodical support.

The justification of the structural components of child-centered motivation was given in the first part of the main material of the article, namely: developed cognitive interest in the world of preschool childhood; value hierarchy of personal qualities of the educator; value hierarchy of the professional interaction motives with children; the presence of a sense of psychological proximity to the childhood world; the formation of an emotional-value attitude to the child as a subject of communication and professional interaction; manifestation of personal inclination to practice verbal communication with children of preschool age. The relationship and consistency of their formation and development is examined in the second part.

The article deals with the results of the study on burnout syndrome among teachers with various work experiences in university. The aim of the study is the review of burnout psychological patterns among teachers with various work experiences in university. The main hypothesis of the study is based on the assumption that the teachers whose work experience in departmental universities is more than 10 years are more vulnerable to the burnout syndrome development. In order to attain the envisaged goals and to test the hypothesis there were used empirical methods: differential diagnosis of decreased functioning by A. Leonova and S. Velichkovskaya, diagnosis of professional burnout by K. Maslach and S. Jackson adapted by N.E. Vodop’yanova, technique for diagnosing the burnout syndrome level by V.V. Boiko. Group comparison of teachers with various work experiences in university has shown that long term professional activity leads to burnout syndrome development: the most part of examined teachers are characterized by high level of burnout syndrome which structure is observed in high intensity of resistance and exhaustion phases and such syndromes as inadequate emotional discrete response; resignation or depersonalization, emotional and moral disorientation; psychosomatic and vegetative disorders.

The article examined the relationship between professional burnout and emotional intelligence in emergency medical professionals. The author of the article outlined the directions of research on the relationship between emotional intelligence and professional burnout in order to revise the forms of prevention in order to prevent unwanted consequences from professional activity. Correlation analysis was obtained demonstrates the relationship between indicators of intrapersonal emotional intelligence and professional burnout. The correct approach to organization and adherence to preventive practices measures are contributed to the formation of the skills of conscious processing of emotional states in ambulance medical workers, the identification of stress factors, on which the quality of their professional activities depends.

Professions aimed at helping and supporting a person in a difficult situation, with their traditions and principles of assisting activities, have existed since ancient times. The main purpose of the helping professions is to improve the quality of life of the person who sought help and to activate his inner potential. The importance of existential problems and their solution in the way of the professions plays a special role, since only a harmonious person who has reached agreement with himself and the outside world can fully open up in the profession. Despite the individual specifics of each profession; regardless of the direction of his work, the helper must have not only a certain set of personal qualities and a proper level of professional knowledge, but also an understanding, awareness and acceptance of the level of responsibility that he bears for what is happening in the work process. The study describes the relationship of future aid specialists to existential problems, professional responsibility and future profession.

Introduction: The teaching of care requires special attention, as well as recognizing its representational nature, what is its dynamics and what are its relationships with the practice itself. Objective: To intervene in the training of teachers for the teaching of care, through the interpretation and awareness of their pedagogical practices that transcend the academic performance of the students of the Nursing Degree. Methodology: Action research with a qualitative-interpretive approach. The intervention was carried out through a course workshop on the teaching of care, given by the researchers to 30 practice and clinical teachers in undergraduate Nursing. The course was structured using the Charles Maguerez Arc methodology in its five stages. The meetings of the sessions were observed in a participatory way, recorded in a field diary and audio-recorded, for later transcription and content analysis. Categories of analysis were formed from the reflections and participation of the teachers: a) Meaning of the teaching of care, b) Pedagogical practices based on the example (hidden curriculum) and, c) Identification of needs to improve pedagogical practices. Results: Among the professors' speeches it was identified that the meaning of the teaching of care transcends in the human relationship; those pedagogical practices must promote the relationship and accompaniment of the student, as well as empowerment, security, and self-confidence, and that there are pedagogical and didactic needs to favor learning and link theory and practice. Conclusions: It is necessary to strengthen work teams and continuous training in the teaching of care, distinguishing that there are opportunities for improvement in the development of pedagogical practices.   Introducción: La enseñanza del cuidado requiere especial atención, así como reconocer su naturaleza representacional, cuál es su dinámica y cuáles son sus relaciones con la propia práctica. Objetivo: Intervenir en la capacitación de profesores para la enseñanza del cuidado, mediante la interpretación y concientización de sus prácticas pedagógicas que trasciendan en el desempeño académico de los estudiantes de la Licenciatura en Enfermería. Metodología: Investigación-acción con enfoque cualitativo-interpretativo. La intervención se llevó a cabo mediante un curso-taller sobre la enseñanza del cuidado, impartido por las investigadoras a 30 docentes de práctica y clínica en el pregrado de Enfermería. El curso se estructuró mediante la metodología del Arco de Charles Maguerez, en sus cinco etapas. Los encuentros de las sesiones fueron observados de forma participante, registrados en un diario de campo y audio-grabados, para posterior transcripción y análisis de contenido. Se conformaron categorías de análisis a partir de las reflexiones y participaciones de los docentes: a) Significado de la enseñanza del cuidado, b) Prácticas pedagógicas a partir del ejemplo (currículum oculto) y c) Identificación de necesidades para mejorar las prácticas pedagógicas. Resultados: Entre los discursos de los profesores se identificó que el significado de la enseñanza del cuidado trasciende en la relación humana; que las prácticas pedagógicas tienen que promover la relación y acompañamiento al estudiante, así como el empoderamiento, la seguridad y confianza en sí mismo y que existen necesidades pedagógicas y didácticas para favorecer el aprendizaje y vincular la teoría y la práctica. Conclusiones: Se requiere fortalecer los equipos de trabajo y la capacitación continua en la enseñanza del cuidado, distinguiendo que existen oportunidades de mejora en el desarrollo de las prácticas pedagógicas. У статті теоретично обґрунтовано та емпірично доведено вплив особистісних властивостей на формування професійної деформації працівників ризиконебезпечних професій, зокрема слідчих та опе­рупов­новажених підрозділів національної поліції України. Зазначено, що професійно важливі якості у фахівця розвиваються під час тривалої професійної діяльності, а разом з тим працівник набуває й інших якостей, які деформують особистість. Отже, у процесі професійного становлення відбувається і розвиток різно­манітних професійних деструкцій. З метою виявлення деформаційних процесів працівників правоохоронних ор­ганів різних підрозділів та визначення шляхів їх профілактики авторка провела емпіричне дослідження, ви­­користавши низку психодіагностичних методик, зокрема, «Визначення психічного вигорання» О. О. Ру­ка­виш­­нікова, «Визначення інтегральних форм комунікативної агресивності» В. В. Бойка, «Вивчення ін­те­граль­них акцентуацій особистості» К. Леонгарда, модифікація С. Шмішека, «Особистісний опитувальник» Г. Айзен­ка, опитувальник «Професійне вигорання» (К. Маслач, С. Джексон, адаптовано Н. Є. Водоп’яно­вою). Кореляційний аналіз показав, що у слідчих виявлено професійне «вигорання», пов’язане з психо­емо­ційним виснаженням, особистісним віддаленням, професійною мотивацією, спонтанністю агресії, екст­ра­версією-інтроверсією, редукцією персональних досягнень. В оперуповноважених професійне «вигорання» пов’язане з деперсоналізацією, екстраверсією-інтроверсією, невмінням переключати агресію на діяльність або неживі об’єкти, особистісним віддаленням, ритуалізацією агресії, аутоагресією та емоційним висна­жен­ням. Перспектива досліджень полягає у розробці рекомендацій щодо кадрового відбору на вищевказані професії з урахуванням особистісних властивостей претендентів на посади та профілактиці й вико­рис­танні корекційних методів з метою зниження рівня професійного «вигорання» серед працівників полі­цейських підрозділів та інших ризиконебезпечних професій In the article the author substantiates theoretically and proves empirically the influence of personal qualities on the formation of professional deformation of employees of risky professions, particularly investigators and detectives of the National Police of Ukraine. It is ndicated that professionally important qualities of a specialist are developed during a long professional activity, and  at the same time the employee acquires some other qualities that deform the person. Thus, the development of various professional destructions takes place during professional formation. In order to detect the deformation processes of law enforcement officers of different units and determine the ways of their prevention the author conducted an empirical study using a number of psychodiagnostic techniques, such as: "Definition of mental burnout" (O. Rukavishnikov), "Definition of integral forms of communicative aggressiveness" (V. Boyko), "Study of the integral accentuations of a personality" (K. Leonhard, modification of S. Shmyshek), "Personality questionnaire" (G. Eysenk), Questionnaire "Professional burnout" (K. Maslach, S. Jackson, adapted by N. Vodopyanovа). Correlation analysis showed that there was a professional "burnout" in the investigators associated with psychoemotional exhaustion, personal distance, professional motivation, spontaneity of aggression, extraversion-introversion, reduction of personal achievements. Detectives’ professional burnout is associated with depersonalization, extraversion-introversion, inability to switch aggression over activity or inanimate objects, personal distance, ritualization of aggression, auto-aggression and emotional exhaustion. The author expects the prospect of research in developing recommendations on personnel selection for the above-mentioned professions, taking into consideration the personal qualities of applicants for positions and the prevention and use of corrective methods aiming to reduce the level of professional burnout among police officers and other risky professions.

The article discusses the concept of the creative nature of pedagogical activity, which forms teachers' attitude to expectation and introducing new things into the pedagogical process, and a creative attitude to professional activity ensures the maximum completeness of the teacher's personal self-realization. Thus, pedagogical activity, pedagogical creativity and self-realization of a higher schoolteacher are interconnected, complement and develop each other. To solve the set tasks, the following research methods were used: theoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, study and analysis of normative documents, pedagogical observation, university teachers, methods of diagnosis and self-study. study. All research methods, complementing each other, ensured the reliability of the information received. The results of the study showed that the development of professional competencies occurs at each of the identified stages. One of the important areas of research has become the establishment of the relationship between key competencies and knowledge, skills, abilities, personal qualities.

The paper presents a study of the characteristics of the professional motivation of security and defense workers and reveals the relationship between motivation and individual psychological qualities and people's attitudes to various aspects of reality in police officers and servicemen. The logical relationship of correlations between work motivators and personality qualities and the attitude of servicemen and police officers to various aspects of reality is found, which will help the leader (psychologist) to increase efficiency. The article says that adequate and timely stimulation of activities based on personal qualities and attitudes to various aspects of the life of security and defense workers will prevent negative factors (development of emotional burnout, deviant behavior, negative mental states, etc.) and successfully correct them. The article aims to study the statistical motivation of security and defense workers and determine the relationship between motivation and individual psychological qualities and people's attitudes to various aspects of reality in police officers and servicemen.
