Purpose : to provide theoretical analysis of the notion of „assertiveness” and rationale of approaches to the development of future doctors’ assertiveness by means of combat sports (Sambo and Judo). Material : analysis of regulatory documents, literary sources. Results : the author has analysed the essence of the notion of assertiveness, and ideas about the relevance of the quality in doctors’ professional activity. The notion of assertiveness has been defined as the subject quality of an individual integrating initiative and willingness to take risks in difficult situations, self-confidence and positive attitude towards others, the ability to freely make decisions and be responsible for their consequences, persistence in protecting one’s own rights and achieve life goals. It has been shown that the key component of assertiveness manifestations are technologies of subject-subject interaction, that provide mutual correctness and effectiveness of acceptable relations. Means of the combat sports have been viewed as instruments of the development of future doctors’ personal qualities. The potentialities of assertiveness formation by means of the combat sports have been defined. Conclusions : the introduction of the combat sports elements in the professionally applied training of medical university students is an important issue of nowadays, which needs theoretical substantiation and methodical support.

Проводится теоретический анализ современного состояния специфики профессиональной деятельности адвокатов. Анализируются вопросы о сущности профессиональной деятельности применительно к самим адвокатам, их личностным качествам. Описаны особенности труда адвокатов с учетом субъект-субъектного взаимодействия. Обозначены теоретические и прикладные направления исследований профессиональной деятельности адвокатов: реализация процедур профессионального отбора с учетом требований федеральных государственных образовательных стандартов высшего образования и стандартов профессионального обучения и повышения профессионального уровня адвокатов; с учетом современных социально-образовательных условий и требований рынка труда - уточненное профессиографическое описание профессии «адвокат», профессиограммы и психограммы; возможность построения психодиагностической технологии прогнозирования успешности профессиональной деятельности адвоката и модели многоуровневой системы психолого-педагогической сопровождения и поддержки профессиональной деятельности адвоката. The article provides a theoretical analysis of the current state of the specifics of professional activity of lawyers. Questions about the essence of professional activity in relation to the lawyers themselves and their personal qualities are analyzed. The article describes the peculiarities of lawyers ' work, taking into account the subject-subject interaction. Theoretical and applied research directions of professional activity of lawyers are outlined: implementation of professional selection procedures, taking into account the requirements of Federal state educational standards of higher education and standards of professional training and professional development of lawyers; taking into account modern social and educational conditions and labor market requirements-a refined professionographic description of the profession «lawyer», professionograms and psychograms; the possibility of building a psychodiagnostic technology for predicting the success of a lawyer's professional activity and a model of a multi-level system of psychological and pedagogical support and support for a lawyer's professional activity.

The article reveals a study of the ethical competence formation of students at medical universities. This competence includes theoretical knowledge of professional ethics, professional and ethical value orientations, moral and personal qualities and practical skills of a doctor in the professional activity. Formation of ethical competence provides for the doctor’s conscious ethical behavior in accordance with professional and ethical standards, as well as the need for professional and ethical self-improvement throughout life. The results of the study allowed to establish the availability of reserves to improve the quality of future doctors’ training and formation of their ethical competence. Taking into account the trends of globalization of the educational sphere, the impact of postmodernism on the formation and development of value orientations of student youth, the emergence of new forms of ethical values, etc., it is assumed that the this competence formation will be effective if at different stages of students’ training at medical universities there will be introduced pedagogical conditions that enhance functioning of the main subsystems of the educational process. These stages correspond to the peculiarities of students’ professional and personal development during different years of study and in view of their cognitive abilities. Experimental verification of the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions for the formation of future doctors’ ethical competence at medical universities confirmed the validity of the research hypothesis. At the same time summarizing of the research results revealed certain influence of the tendencies of traditionalism, universalism and pragmatic motives on the future doctors’ value-motivational sphere.

The success of modern transformational changes in public life depends crucially on the quality of professional training of future professionals. In this view, under conditions of reforming the Ukrainian society, a social significance of a competent specialist is extremely growing. An important area of transformational changes is the training of future teachers on a competence basis, which is conditioned by qualitative features of the competence-based paradigm in the context of modern socio-economic and spiritual development of society, changes in the nature and content of work, complexity as well as increasing requirements to performance results, on the one hand; and on the other hand – by the need to more quickly overcome the negative phenomena occurring in the system of training future professionals. The modern labour market, above all, provides for the presence of a professionally competent worker who is fluent in the profession-centred assignments and well-oriented in related fields, ready for continuous personal growth, social and professional mobility. These requirements can be fully applied to the training intended for the future teachers. At the same time, since the future specialist of any profession begins with the school, namely "the school stands for their teacher", the solution of these complicated problems depends entirely on the teacher, the quality of his / her training. As the teacher’s professional activity under conditions of the New Ukrainian school is filled with qualitatively new content, conditioned by the new demands of the society, the professional requirements to the training of the future teacher are significantly strengthened. This outlines a radical change in approaches to the process of professional training intended for future teachers. This is the general pedagogical core of this training that is important, because it deals with the equipping of students with knowledge of the basics of pedagogical theory and school practice, the development of professional thinking, the developed pedagogical skills and abilities to implement social functions alongside the subject component of the professional development aimed at mastering the logic of deploying the specifics of the content. Based on the understanding that each subject, including Biology in particular, is a means of developing the student's personality; the problem of forming future Natural Science teachers’ subject competence in Biology is becoming extremely important. This also requires the expansion of scientific knowledge about the structure of originality, in particular the subject competence in Biology under conditions of the bachelor courses, where basic higher education is obtained.

The role and place of applied tasks in the learning process are analyzed, their didactic functions, methods of formulation and solution are analyzed. Ways to improve the methodology of application of tasks in the learning process are identified. On the basis of the theoretical analysis the possibilities of increase of level and quality of knowledge as a result of wide application in educational process of such tasks are shown; the ways of expansion of their functions, improvement of a technique of their application in the course of training are described. The possibility of using the projectmethod in educational activities, ways to solve the problem of using modern digital technologies at different stages of students' project activities are partially outlined. It is noted that the subject specificity of professional activity of teachers gives the chance to use means of modern communication at various stages of performance of creative projects, combining technical means with the newest educational technologies. The training of future teachers it is effective on the basis of ICT (programming languages, application software, cloud services, Internet resources, etc.).

The article examines the research in theory and practice on the problem of professional burnout, which can contribute to the professional deformation of the personality, which leads to a distortion of the personal qualities of a specialist, if one does not take into account the peculiarities of a person's self-attitude, in particular in professional activity. These indicators will indicate the degree of development of personal reflexivity, which allows a person not only to analyze experienced events, but to form a further effective model of behavior. The authors present the results of an empirical study on the study of the relationship between professional deformation and self-attitude and personality reflexivity among employees of the National Media Group, in addition, differences in the average indicators of the degree of professional deformation, in the context of professional burnout, and elements of personality self-attitude among employees of NMH are proved. Pearson's correlation analysis revealed in the first group (HR department) the presence of an inverse relationship between the scale of “depersonalization” and the scale of autosympathy, as well as between “emotional exhaustion” and the scale of “self-confidence”. The respondents of the second group (development department) are characterized by the presence of a direct correlation between the scale of "reduction of professionalism" and "autosympathy".

Professions aimed at helping and supporting a person in a difficult situation, with their traditions and principles of assisting activities, have existed since ancient times. The main purpose of the helping professions is to improve the quality of life of the person who sought help and to activate his inner potential. The importance of existential problems and their solution in the way of the professions plays a special role, since only a harmonious person who has reached agreement with himself and the outside world can fully open up in the profession. Despite the individual specifics of each profession; regardless of the direction of his work, the helper must have not only a certain set of personal qualities and a proper level of professional knowledge, but also an understanding, awareness and acceptance of the level of responsibility that he bears for what is happening in the work process. The study describes the relationship of future aid specialists to existential problems, professional responsibility and future profession.

The purpose of this article is to try to show that the legend of the rape of the Delphic tripod by Herakles became associated as symbolic with the First Sacred War and that this association is a chief factor in the great popularity of that subject in late archaic art.We should begin with the First Sacred War itself, an event whose historical importance is inadequately matched by the quality of our literary sources. The earliest account of it occurs in Aeschines' speech against Ktesiphon (iii. 107 ff.), where he introduced the subject because it provided the theological justification for the line which he had taken when attending the meeting of the Delphic Amphictyony in the autumn of 340. So it is not a simple narrative, but a tendentious statement, carefully designed to bring out the points which suited the orator's case. At the same time it has real value as historical evidence, because it is based to some extent on an ancient stele, a memorial of the war, to whose text Aeschines had referred in his original speech at Delphi. A copy of the inscription was read to the jury, and the extant speech contains quotations and paraphrases of portions of it.

The article is devoted to the analysis of self-leadership as a personal resource of the subject of coping. Self-leadership, being a systemic quality of personality, includes constructive thinking, responsibility, self-confidence, autonomy and authenticity, selfcontrol, self-motivation, realistic optimism, tolerance to uncertainty, which allows the subject of coping to solve emerging life problems independently, show creative activity in situations of uncertainty, increase productivity and self-effectiveness through a conscious choice of behaviors in accordance with personal characteristics and requirements of a difficult situation.

the article is devoted to the problem of rising up the level of quality of training of future military specialists of various specialties of the security, protection and defense sector under the conditions of educational transformations. The analysis of literary sources allows to establish, that the processes of Euro-Atlantic integration cover more and more spheres of vital activity of our state and relate to the educational sphere. During the process of the study it was found that modernization of educational activity takes place in the context of European requirements, principles and standards of NATO member states. The article states a number of factors, which determine the need of solving the problem of rising up the quality of training of military specialists of different specialties. The analysis of scientific research devoted to different issues of organization of military education and training of military staff to professional activity. The positions of the concept of innovative-strategic direction of training of future military specialists of various specialties of the security protection and defense sector are revealed.
