The issues of the formation of a professional, the features of the manifestation of a human person in his/her professional activity, the interconnection and interdependence of human life and the scope of his professional activity are extremely relevant in the 21st century. The article analyzes the problem of forming the value attitude in students to the humanitarian component of professional training and professional culture of the personality of future specialists in engineering and technical profile at the present stage of development of higher professional education in Ukraine in the context of its integration into the global educational space. At the end of the twentieth century, it became customary to consider almost the only function of technical education - the training of a specialist capable of performing specific production tasks. However, modern production requires engineering and technical specialists to perform atypical functions in the past, requires a rethinking of many of the former and the creation of new world outlooks and values, without which the revival and existence of society is impossible. High-quality training of engineering workers cannot be limited to the purely technical cycle of training subjects. Life and modern production requires an engineer to have knowledge on social and humanitarian subjects, knowledge from areas related to engineering and technical training, computer technology, as well as knowledge of his/her native language and knowledge of foreign languages as well. The authors believe that one of the main tasks of the higher education system is purposeful work on the formation of a professional culture of future specialists, and the formation of a value-based attitude to the humanitarian aspects of life and professional activity is an integral part of this culture. However, professional culture is a complex multilateral construct, the formation of which begins on the university bench and continues throughout life. In the framework of professional training in a higher education institution, we can only talk about laying the foundations of such a personal construct. Consequently, the need to form a new social environment, to develop such priorities of social development, where the main element is the person himself, has become obvious and universally recognized in the world today. Keywords: value attitude, humanitarian component of professional training, professional culture of a specialist, activity, axiological and cultural studies approaches, personality-oriented model of higher education, professional training

It was identified that active scientific work of students is possible only in the presence of serious and persistent motivation. The strongest motivating factor is the preparation for further effective professional activity. Studying of research on the problem made it possible to make sure that students need to be taught to determine the main components, structure of scientific work, to determine their readiness for problematic studying, to learn to use the means of scientific activity, to be able to carry out experimental and research work. During scientific activity, particular attention of future psychologists is directed to ways of updating knowledge. The nature of motivation, as well as of cognitiveeducational, procedural and socioprofessional activity is fundamentally changing: instead of knowledge filling and retention, there is an independent search for a new material. In this way, increasing motivation and socioprofessional orientation are stimulated. Theoretical analysis and generalization of the experience of leadership of student scientific work made it possible to distinguish the personal characteristics of future psychologists in their readiness for scientific activity. The forms and methods of scientific knowledge of students - future psychologists are solved and the conditions of their use are determined. It is determined that modern science performs two basic social functions - cognitive and practical.

. In the context of the constant growth of information flows, the rapid development of technology, globalization and European integration, education occupies a key place. There is an acute issue of comparison and interconnection of educational systems developing in different countries. A forecast on the quality of the provision of educational services can be made according to the profile of the educational program, which contains information on the curriculum, its specific features, the organization of the educational process and the content of education for the preparation of a qualified worker. The purpose of the article is to analyse the educational programs of domestic, English and Finnish schools in the field of fashion design of leading European higher educational institutions. Methods of scientific knowledge applied: theoretical analysis and synthesis of pedagogical phenomena, study, and generalization of pedagogical experience, comparative analysis, activity approach. The main components of the formation of professional education of a graduate were determined: professional skill, professional culture; creative, collective and humanistic character of professional activity. It was established that the domestic level of professional education in the field of clothing design is practically in no way inferior to higher educational institutions in developed countries. The advantage was the focus on professional skills (individual and collective), practical use of the results of professional education in well-known design studios, fashion houses, fashion industry enterprises, creative unions of Ukraine, exhibition environment enhances the professional culture of future specialists. Domestic design education does not cover such issues of European design.

Introduction. Nowadays, digital transformation of higher vocational education brings to the agenda questions about the ways and forms, which are adequate to the current state of society and the tasks of innovative development of the economy, to train specialists in the areas related to information and communication technologies (specialists of IT areas). One of the ways to solve the problem can be an active interaction of teaching staff and students with the engineering centres created at universities as points of effective application, development and commercialisation of new technologies. The aim of the present article was to analyse the process of approbation and obtained preliminary results of the preparation of bachelors of IT-directions on the basis of interaction between the pedagogical staff of Tula State University named after Lev Tolstoy (TSPU L. N. Tolstoy) and the university engineering centre “Digital Means of Production”.Methodology and research methods. The systematic and competency-based approaches became the leading approaches to the study of the problem under discussion. The authors applied the methods of socio-historical and theoretical-methodological analysis, modelling, studying and summarising the advanced Russian and foreign experience of educational organisations. In the course of approbation of innovative methods of training, interviews, questionnaires, testing and pedagogical experiment were carried out. Results and scientific novelty. The scientific and methodological support of organisational interaction between the TSPU L. N. Tolstoy and the engineering centre “Digital Means of Production” is briefly described in the article. The tasks and principles of this interaction are formulated: the principle of activity; the consolidation of efforts of interested parties with the defining position of the university; the correlation of the objects of professional activity and types of professional tasks designed for students with the requirements of the main educational programme; the scientific character and information-methodological support; ensuring the information security of a personality when addressing the research tasks and creating intellectual products. The efficiency and prospects of interaction between an educational organisation and a commercial structure, which is engaged in advancement and implementation of scientific and technological projects, is demonstrated. Through students’ involvement (as a part of group of its developers) in the entire cycle of production of a programme product, the following results are achieved: education of bachelors of the IT directions has gained more practice-focused character; students’ motivation to implementation of scientific research has been increased; additional resources for development and skills of teamwork have appeared; the level of readiness of graduates for the future professional activity has been considerably increased. The pedagogical experiment revealed cause-and-effect relations between participation of students in the solution of real practical engineering tasks and the level of formation of their professional competencies, which are in short supply in the labour market. The practical significance of the present research work lies in the potential possibilities of using the obtained data to improve the forms and methods for the formation of professional competencies among bachelors of IT areas in universities. Research materials may be of interest to university teachers of informatics and software engineering, Moreover, the research materials could be applied by the heads of professional education organisations.
