compete in terms of promotion with several other regions. The tourism policy carried out by the local government has not been able to make tourism the main asset of the City of Baubau. This study examines the role of community social media in the tourism promotion of Baubau City, particularly on Instagram social media accounts. The research is focused on Instagram accounts that have tourism content and searches for hashtags that have the most posts about tourist objects. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Next, to check the validity of the data, what the researchers did was to make previous observations on various relevant Instagram accounts randomly. Then the data that has been obtained is confirmed, described, categorized which is the same view, which is different, and which one is specific from the data sources. Finally, the data were analyzed by researchers to produce conclusions. The analysis technique used by these researchers is the source and content triangulation analysis technique. The results showed that community accounts on Instagram were very helpful in providing promotion for tourism in Baubau City, besides that the popular hashtags used made it easy for the public to get information about content, location, and access to several tourism objects in Baubau City.

Abstract The formation of the Draft Law through the Omnibus Law method raises resistance in the community and a number of its contents have caused controversy. The research objective is to find out the concept of the Omnibus Law of the Job Creation Law in a sociological (legal sociology) perspective by focusing on the resistance of the community to the ratification of the Job Creation Law and the role of the company in responding to the process of resistance by the community. The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods, by searching for data sources obtained from various literature studies such as journals, articles, news, mass media and so on. The results show that there are several causes of community resistance to the ratification of the Job Creation Law and the more dominant role of companies in supporting the ratification of the Job Creation Law. The conclusion is that since the draft law becomes the work copyright law, it is still reaping resistance among the public.   Keywords : Community Resistance, Omnibus Law: Law on Employment (Employment), Sociology: Sociology of Law. Abstrak Pembentukan Rancangan Undang-Undang melalui metode Omnibus Law memunculkan resistensi di masyarakat dan sejumlah materi muatannya menimbulkan kontroversi. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui konsep Omnibus Law UU Cipta Kerja dalam perspektif sosiologi (sosiologi hukum) dengan berfokus pada resistensi masyarakat terhadap pengesahan UU Cipta Kerja  dan peran dari perusahaan dalam menanggapi proses penolakan oleh masyarakat. Metode penelitian  menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif, dengan mencari sumber data yang diperoleh dari berbagai studi literatur seperti jurnal, artikel, berita, media massa dan lain sebagainya. Hasil penelitian bahwa terdapat beberapa penyebab terjadinya resistensi masyarakat terhadap pengesahan UU Cipta Kerja dan peran perusahaan yang lebih dominan mendukung pengesahan UU Cipta Kerja. Kesimpulan bahwa dengan sejak adanya rancangan undang-undang hingga menjadi undang-undang cipta kerja masih  menuai resistensi di kalangan masyarakat.   Kata Kunci : Resistensi Masyarakat, Omnibus Law: Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja ( Ketenagakerjaan ), Sosiologi: Sosiologi Hukum.

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the communication strategy carried out by the Head of the Tasikmalaya City Covid-19 Cluster Team in the implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB). The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the communication strategy carried out by the Task Force Team of the City of Tasikmalaya was in accordance with the indicators of the communication strategy ranging from the communicator determination strategy, message determination strategy, media determination strategy and audience determination strategy. The communication strategy implemented resulted in the fact that the spread of Covid-19 in Tasikmalaya City had decreased due to the implementation of discipline carried out by the apparatus as the Tasikmalaya City Covid-19 Task Force Team and communication that was conveyed to the public with the right strategy. The implementation of the communication strategy that has been carried out by the Task Force Team, the implementation of the report on the results of the Tasikmalaya City discipline presentation is reported directly to the Governor who is charged to Kominfo with the local Government.

The purpose of the study is to introduce and understand the paradigm of Islamic moderation to the public through social media in terms of separating from Islamophobia. The research method is qualitative by using library research. The data analysis technique used is Critical Discourse Analysis. Misunderstanding Islam will have the potential to cause Islamophobia. Social media can be used to provide an understanding of Islamic moderation to public. Legal Protection for Third Parties (Occupants: Tenants) Facing Investors who do not relinquish Building Rights After the Termination of Contract Agreement for Morning Market Business Sites in Tegal City is needed. This paper uses a normative juridical research method. The main data sources of this study come from the results of decisions and documents relating to the problems faced by traders, especially those who received complaints and were sued by Investors, including decisions between the city government and investors. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the role of the city of Tegal to protect traders is very important as a form of legal protection for the actions of investors against the occupants of the morning market stalls block B and C morning market in Tegal City. The Tegal City Government as having legal rights and relations (compensation/ peace agreement) after terminating the contract for the place of business with the Investor to collect the obligation of the Investor to give up his rights in a preventive and repressive manner (making a claim) to the investor to carry out its obligations as agreed surrender (release) the right to use the building.Keywords: Legal Protection; Business Place Contracts; Building Use Rights

One of them is Instagram, social media which was initially used only personally to upload photos or videos, now has many roles that are mostly used by young people or the millennial generation. The Hijrah Fest activity, which has a segmentation of visitors to the younger generation, utilizes and optimizes the use of Instagram social media to support its activities. Therefore, in this study, he wanted to find out what roles the new media had in the Hijrah Fest activities. The research method used is qualitative, with in-depth interview data collection techniques with social media managers Hijrah Fest. From the results of observations, interviews, and documentation, the main role of new media on the hijrahfest Instagram social media is preaching. In addition, in supporting the Hijrah Fest activities, his Instagram account acts as the delivery of information related to the event, communication between the Hijrah Fest to the public, and buying and selling transactions from exhibition stands to visitors</em><em>.</em></p><p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris"><em></em><strong>Abs</strong><strong>trak</strong></p><p>Lahirnya media baru di era digital saat ini, menambah beragamnya media sosial yang ada. Salah satunya ialah instagram, media sosial yang pada awalnya sebatas digunakan secara personal untuk mengunggah foto atau video, kini memiliki banyak peran yang lebih banyak digunakan oleh anak muda atau generasi milenial. Kegiatan Hijrah Fest yang memiliki segmentasi pengunjung pada generasi muda, memanfaatkan serta mengoptimalkan penggunaan media sosial instagram dalam menunjang kegiatannya. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini ingin mengetahui apa saja peran yang dimiliki oleh media baru, dalam kegiatan Hijrah Fest. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah kualitatif, dengan teknik pengambilan data wawancara mendalam bersama pengelola media sosial Hijrah Fest. Dari hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, peran utama dari media baru pada media sosial instagram hijrahfest ialah berdakwah. Selain itu, dalam menunjang kegiatan Hijrah Fest akun instagramnya berperan sebagai penyampaian informasi terkait acaranya, komunikasi antara pihak Hijrah Fest kepada publik, dan transaksi jual beli dari <em>stand </em>pameran kepada pengunjungnya.</p>

The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence success motivation, creativity, and student perceptions about the ability of faculty to the effectiveness of the practice of the English language, either individually or jointly. This research method uses a survey of for three university students as the city of Bekasi, West Java in 2018 with 920 students total number of observations. The data analysis technique used is the regression technique. The results showed that was a positive effect on the motivation of success, creativity, student perception of the role of lecturers in the ability of the English language.

This study aims to determine the role of biker travelers in promoting Batur UNESCO Global Geopark, Kintamani, and to know their potition as a stakeholder. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. The technique of determining informants using purposive sampling. Data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that Denpasar biker travelers have some roles in promoting Batur UNESCO Global Geopark through activities on their motorbike communities such as, touring, sunmori (sunday morning ride), planting trees in tourist areas, Bali no trash challenge activities, and using features on Instagram social media (hashtag (#), tag people, tag location and caption) to share photos and videos of their trip. Biker travelers are identified in the type of dormant stakeholder. The characteristics of this stakeholders are people or groups who have little or no interaction/involvement. It is recommended to the manager of Batur UNESCO Global Geopark to make an anual event that suits the biker travelers’ preferences, make an attractive brochure about tourism spot in Batur geopark, dare to invest in promotion, and optimize the synergy among stakeholders, particularly the Denpasar biker travelers in the development of the Batur UNESCO Global Geopark tourism promotion. Abstract: The purpose of the research is to find out and study the Instagram social media role in the publication of photography results of X-Flash student activity unit and photo publication on Instagram supporting the creativity of members. Technology advance nowadays make it easier for people to find out the needed information easily just by using the internet and what's new in the internet world is social media. One of the most popular social media today is Instagram with its advantages that it can beautify photos with various existing features, distribute photos and to market products or sell online. The existence of Instagram is used by those who have a hobby of photography to show their works. Therefore, this study aims to examine the role of Instagram social media on the publication of the X-Flash photography results. The data analysis technique used were data reduction, data presentation and verification. Based on the result of data analysis, it was found that the role of Instagram social media were as a media for publication and promotion to increase popularity, increase the existence of X-Flash, give or receive online invitation from off-campus photography communities and introduce the work of X-Flash to the public. There were ways to increase the creativity of members, namely by sharing, hunting together, holding exhibition and re-uploading members' work.Keywords: Social Media Instagram, Instagram, Photography, UKM X-FlashAbstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan mempelajari peran media sosial instagram terhadap publikasi hasil fotografi UKM X-Flash serta publikasi foto di instagram yang mendukung kreativitas anggota. Kemajuan teknologi saat ini memudahkan masyarakat untuk mengetahui informasi yang dibutuhkan dengan mudah hanya dengan menggunakan internet dan yang baru di dunia insternet adalah media sosial. Salah satu media sosial yang terpopuler saat ini adalah instagram dengan kelebihannya yang bisa memperindah foto dengan berbagai fitur yang ada, menyebarkan foto dan untuk memasarkan produk atau berjualan online. Adanya instagram ini dimanfaatkan oleh mereka yang memiliki hobi dalam dunia fotografi untuk memperlihatkan hasil karyanya. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini ingin meneliti peran media sosial instagram terhadap publikasi hasil fotografi UKM X-Flash. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh peran media sosial instagram yaitu sebagai media publikasi dan promosi untuk meningkatkan popularitas, meningkatkan eksistensi UKM X-Flash, memberikan atau menerima undangan online dari komunitas fotografi luar kampus dan mengenalkan hasil karya UKM X-Flash kepada khalayak. Adapun cara untuk meningkatkan kreativitas anggota yaitu dengan melakukan sharing, hunting bersama, mengadakan pameran dan mengunggah kembali karya anggota.Kata Kunci: Media Sosial, Instagram, Fotografi, UKM X-Flash

This article discusses the role of PR in promoting tourism in Kota Pariaman. Utilization of communication media in tourism promotion facilities Kota Pariaman by Pariaman City Government Public Relations is carried out by Public Relations of Pariaman City Government in order to create tourism in Pariaman City which is conducive and must be visited by the public. These media are print media and electronic media including media that are integrated with social media. With such utilization, all targets in the effort to utilize the media can be affordable. The way of communication between the Public Relations of the Pariaman City Government and the community in creating a good tourism climate in the City of Pariamn is carried out by involving the community directly in safeguarding tourism objects in Kota Pariaman so that it is worth visiting. This is created by the pattern of communication between the Public Relations of Pariaman City Government and the intense and continuous community
