Industrial era 4 is the era with digitalization in various fields, including education. The need for e-learning based learning is essential to develop. The development of learning with TPACK framework (Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge) through learning e-learning in this research is designed by using Edmodo application. The purpose of the learning development is to internalize the technology into pedagogic, teaching materials and knowledge packed with online learning. The development model uses the Research and Development design of the 4-D model. Stage 4-D includes: define, design, develop and disseminate. The results showed that the model of online learning for the learning media course could increase the learning activity and the students can learn independently with the existing technology.

Learner Worksheet (LKPD) of reaction rates based structured inquiry in class XI SMA had been dertemine validity and practicality. The type of research used is Research and Development (RD). The development model was a 4-D model consisting of 4 stages, namely (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Develop, (4) Desseminate. The disseminate stage was not carried out due to time and cost constraints. The research instrument used was a questionnaire validation and practicality questionnaire. The validation questionnaire was filled by 3 chemistry lecturers from FMIPA UNP and 2 chemistry teachers from SMAN 2 Lubuk Basung. Practicality questionnaire was filled by 2 chemistry teachers and 30 students of class XII MIPA 3 SMAN 2 Lubuk Basung. Data were analyzed using kappa moments. The average kappa moment of validity test was 0.87 with a very high validity category. The average kappa moment of teacher were 0,88 with a very high practicality category. The average kappa moment of student were 0,87 with a very high practicality category. Thus, it was concluded that reaction rates LKPD based on structured inquiry was valid and practice.

The purpose of this study were (1) Produced a design and implemented the development of e-learning learning media with Edmodo-based Flipped Classroom model in Informatics subject of class VII in SMP Negeri 2 Mengwi, (2) Determined the subject teacher and students’ responses towards the development of e-learning learning media with Edmodo-based Flipped Classroom model in Informatics subject of class VII in SMP Negeri 2 Mengwi. The study was a Research and Development (R&D) research with ADDIE development model. This study involved students from VII A class and teacher of Informatics subject in SMP Negeri 2 Mengwi. The method of data collection was questionnaire. The result of the study showed that (1) The design and the implemented e-learning media were success implemented based on validity test from content experts, design experts, and learning media experts with Aiken's V coefficient average score  0,89 and very valid, (2) The teacher and students’ responses showed the average score were 40 for the teacher and 61,8 for the students, meaning that it was included in very positive category with very practical criteria.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis video animasi Software Solidworks 2014 dan Adobe Flash CS3, pada mata pelajaran Teknologi Dasar Otomotif (TDO) materi Motor Bakar. 2) Mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran berbasis video animasi Software Solidworks 2014 dan Adobe Flash CS3, pada mata pelajaran Teknologi Dasar Otomotif (TDO) materi Motor Bakar kelas X TBSM di SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian (R&D) Research and Development, dengan model pengembangan 4D (Four D models), yang terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu tahap pendefinisian (define) tahap perancangan (design) tahap pengembangan (development) dan penyebaran (deseminate). Pada penelitian ini baru dilakukan 3 tahap, Hasil validitas dari 1) Ahli materi yaitu sangat layak dengan persentase 85.33%, 2) Ahli media memberikan hasil dengan persentase sebesar 90% sehingga kriteria dari segi media sangat layak, 3) Uji coba kelompok kecil memperoleh persentase sebesar 86.5%, sehingga dapat dinyatakan dalam kriteria sangat layak, 4) Uji coba kelompok besar mendapatkan kriteria sangat layak dengan persentase sebesar 89.2%. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan dari penelitian dan pengembangan ini dapat dinyatakan sangat layak dari segi materi, dan media serta tanggapan dari siswa, sehingga media ini dapat dinyatakan sangat layak digunakan untuk pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran, Video Animasi, Solidworks 2014, Adobe Flash CS3, Motor Bakar.This study aims to: 1) determine the development of instructional media Based on Animation Video of Software Solidworks 2014 And Adobe Flash CS3 in Eyes of Automotive Basic Technology (ABT) Theory of Combustion Engine. 2) determine the feasibility of learning media based On Animation Video of Software Solidworks 2014 And Adobe Flash CS3 in Eyes of Automotive Basic Technology (ABT) Theory of Combustion Engine for Class X TBSM in SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja. This study uses a type of research (R&D) Research and Development, with a 4-D development model (Four D model), which consists of 4 stages, namely the stage of defining, the design phase of development and the development of deseminate). In this research, only 3 stages have been carried out. The results of the validity of 1) Theory experts are very decent with a percentage of 85.33%, 2) Media experts give results with a percentage of 90% so that the criteria in terms of the media are very feasible, 3) Small group trials get a percentage of 86.5%, so that it can be stated in very feasible criteria, 4) Large group trials get a very feasible criterion with a percentage of 89.2%. Based on the results of the discussion of this research and development can be declared very feasible in terms of material, and the media and responses from students, so that this media can be declared very feasible to use for learning. Keywords: Learning Media, Animation Video, Solidworks 2014, Adobe Flash CS3, Combustion Engine.

This paper aims to provide an alternative design for Simple Cooperative Learning on online learning by accommodating a variety constraints and difficulties faced by teachers and students and answer weaknesses of existing methods. This study used research and development method using ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) design to produce an online-based cooperative learning model, namely SCL-D (Simple Cooperative Learning Design). The survey was conducted on a sample of 153 students at state and private vocational schools in Malang city. The results of this research are a learning model. Therefore, this method is suitable for completing research objectives, namely producing an SCL-D learning model that is suitable for learning accounting for vocational high schools with 3M requirements ‘easy, cheap, and attractive’. Online-based learning has many advantages as well as weaknesses. Various e-learning platforms make it easy for teachers and students to interact in online learning. The teacher's ability to design attractive distant learning is a determining factor for the success of the learning process. The test results of the SCL-D model show that through this simple cooperative learning design improves student learning achievement.

Abstrak: Pengembangan modul ini didasarkan pada proses pembelajaran yang sudah menggunakan media internet, namun pada kenyataannya pemanfaatannya selama proses pembelajaran belum maksimal dan media pembelajaran belum pernah dikembangkan berupa modul E-learning. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan modul pembelajaran IPA (Biologi) pada materi sistem organisasi kehidupan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan mengetahui aktivitas virtual siswa dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi Edmodo. Model pengembangan yang dijadikan dasar penelitian ini dikemukakan oleh Trianto (2011:189) model pengembangan perangkat yang dikemukakan oleh Thiagarajan, Semmel dan Semmel pada tahun 1974 adalah model 4-D, model ini terdiri dari 4 tahap pengembangan yaitu define, merancang, mengembangkan, dan menyebarluaskan. Berdasarkan penjabaran yang telah dijelaskan di atas, dapat dikatakan bahwa modul pembelajaran biologi (IPA) berbasis E-learning dengan edmodo pada materi sistem organisasi kehidupan kelas VII SMP untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif siswa perlu diperhatikan sebagai penunjang dalam proses pembelajaran IPA.  Abstract:  The development of this module is based on the learning process that already uses internet media, but in reality its use during the learning process has not been maximized and the learning media has never been developed in the form of E-learning modules. the purpose of this study was to develop a science learning module (Biology) in the material system of life organizations to improve student learning outcomes and find out virtual activities of students by utilizing Edmodo application. The development model used as the basis for this research is stated by Trianto (2011: 189) the device development model suggested by Thiagarajan, Semmel and Semmel in 1974 is a 4-D model, this model consists of 4 development stages, namely define, design , develop, and disseminate. Based on the elaboration that has been explained above, it can be said that the biology learning module (IPA) based on E-learning with edmodo on the material system of life organization class VII SMP to improve student cognitive learning outcomes need to be considered as a support in the learning process of Natural Sciences

This research was conducted to develop an e-learning platform using Moodle Application ofacid based topic. This is research and Development (RD). The Development model used is a 4-D which consist of stage define, design, develop, and disseminate. This research is limited to the stage of development, namely the validity. The E-learning was Validated by 7validators. Data from validity the result were analized using the Aikens'V formula. Based onthe result of the study, it was found that the average Aikens’V of content validity test was0,84 with a category valid and the average Aikens’V of construct validity was 0,81 with acategory valid. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengembangkan konten pembelajaran e-learning berbasis aplikasi moodle pada materi asam basa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (RD). Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah model 4-D dengan empat tahapan yaitu define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Penelitian ini dibatasi pada tahap pengembangan yaitu penentuan validitas. Validitas dilakukan oleh 7 validator. Data diambil dari angket validitas lalu dianalisis menggunakan rumus formula Aikens’V. Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas konten menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata formula Aikens’V adalah 0,84 dengan kategori valid dan hasil validitas konstruk dengan rata-rata formula Aikens’V adalah 0,81 dengan kategori valid.

<p>This research investigates organisational readiness for implementing organisational elearning systems (OES) in the Forestry Research and Development Agency (FORDA) of Indonesia. The study measures the level of organisational readiness for OES implementation at FORDA; and determines factors that need to be addressed in order to implement successful OES at FORDA, in a context with no prior OES knowledge. A mixed-methods approach was employed in this study. A cross-sectional survey was delivered in two forms: online and paper-based. The survey sample consisted of 288 employees of FORDA (policy makers, researchers, research assistants, and general employees). Statistical measures - reliability analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression - were conducted using SPSS version 16.0. As a complementary method, 12 semi-structured interviews were conducted with 12 policy makers at FORDA. A comprehensive organisational e-learning readiness instrument (COERI) was developed to assess the level of organisational readiness for OES from the perspective of all target respondents (policy makers, e-learning providers, facilitators, and learners). The study proposes twelve readiness dimensions: technological skills; positive online learning style; negative online learning style; equipment/infrastructure; attitude; human resources; environmental; positive cultural; negative cultural; financial affordability; financial availability; and financial possibility.  Overall, to implement successful OES at FORDA the results show that only five areas are ready but need a few improvements (equipment/infrastructure, attitude, environment, positive online culture, and financial availability); five areas are not ready of which three areas need some improvements (technological skills, positive online learning style, and human resources), and two areas need major improvements (financial affordability and financial possibility). Factors that affect organisational readiness and need to be developed further in order to implement successful OES are: personal characteristics (age, education, gender, and computer experience), Internet access, central support, finance, environment, face-to-face contact, human resources capacity, English proficiency, and prior e-learning knowledge. Further exploration is required to achieve a more reliable instrument and to improve the applicability of COERI to similar research contexts.</p>

Module of chemical formula and reaction equation with three levels representation based structured inquiry had been determined validity and practility. The research type was research and development (RD). The development model was  4-D model the consist of 4 stages, namely: define, design, develop and disseminate. This research was limited to the stage of development, namely the validity and practicality tests. The research instruments were used  observation questionnaire, validity and practicality. The modul  was validated by 5 validators. Practicality test was carried out by 2 chemistry teachers and 24 XI grade students of  IPA 2 SMAN Basa Ampek Balai. Data of the validity and practicality test were analyzed using the cohen kappa formula. The average kappa moment of validity test was 0,93   with a very high validity category. The average kappa moment of teacher and student practicality were 0,88 and 0,91 respectively with category very high practicality category.Thus, module of  chemical formula and reaction equation with three levels representation based structured inquiry was valid and practice.

ABSTRAK Universitas Pamulang merupakan salah satu kampus swasta yang telah melaksanakan sistem pembelajaran secara online. Pada sistem pembelajaran online ini atau yang disebut dengan e-learning, terdapat banyak aktivitas antara dosen dan mahasiswa di antaranya diskusi online dan sharing data. Kegiatan e-learning ini tidak terbatas oleh tempat dan waktu. Namun, pada kenyataannya terdapat beberapa mahasiswa yang tidak melakukan e-learning. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu melakukan evaluasi usability untuk meningkatkan kepuasan user dalam menggunakan e-learning. Metode penelitian ini yaitu studi pustaka, studi lapangan dan kuesioner SUMI (Software Usability Measurement Inventory). Kuesioner dilakukan terhadap 20 responden, diantanya 10 mahasiswa dan 10 dosen teknik informatika. Kuesioner dilakukan dengan 3 kategori yaitu efektivitas, efisiensi dan kepuasan dengan masing-masing 10 soal sehingga terdapat 60 pertanyaan dan 3 linker yaitu 4 jika setuju semua, 2 jika tidak tahu dan 0 tidak setuju. Hasil perhitungan kuesioner SUMI terhadap e-learning teknik informatika yaitu 92.5; 87.5; 75; 90; 90; 75. Hasil evaluasi usability berada di atas rata-rata artinya usability pada sistem E-learning teknik informatika UNPAM sudah masuk kategori baik.   ABSTRACT PamulangUniversityis one of the private campus that has implemented online learning system. In this online learning system or called e-learning, there are many activities between lecturers and students such as online discussion and data sharing. This e-learning activity is not limited by time and place. However, in reality there are some students who do not do e-learning. The purpose of this study is to evaluate usability to improve user satisfaction in using e-learning. This research method is literature study, field study and questionnaire SUMI (Software Usability Measurement Inventory). Questionnaires were conducted on 20 respondents, including 10 students and 10 lecturers of informatics engineering. Questionnaires were conducted with 3 categories of effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction with each 10 questions so there are 60 questions and 3 linkers that is 4 if all agree, 2 if not know and 0 disagree. Results of calculation of SUMI questionnaire to e-learning informatics technique that is 92.5; 87.5; 75; 90; 90; 75. The result of usability evaluation is above average means usability on E-learning system of informatics engineering UNPAM has been categorized well.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri terbimbing yang valid untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi pokok alat optik, 2) mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar IPA peserta didik dengan menggunakan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri terbimbing, 3) mengetahui respon perolehan terhadap perangkat pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri terbimbing. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (research and development) model four D (model 4-D) yang dibatasi sampai tahap ke-3 pengembangan. Uji coba produk menggunakan one group pretest-posttest design, yang di laksanakan di SMPN 1 Sungguminasa kelas VIIIA tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 semester genap, dengan jumlah subyek 30 orang. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah lembar validasi, instrumen tes hasil belajar dan angket respon peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri terbimbing pada materi alat optik yang dikembangkan memiliki kriteria valid dengan rata-rata skor penilaian validator untuk rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) sebesar 2.93 dan lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD) sebesar 3.02. Peningkatan hasil belajar dianalisis dengan N-gain, dengan hasil uji coba yaitu sebanyak 23% peserta didik berada pada kategori tinggi, sebanyak 73%  berada pada kategori sedang, dan sebanyak 3%  peserta didik berada pada kategori rendah. Respon peserta didik terhadap perangkat pembelajaran  berbasis inkuiri terbimbing  pada materi pokok alat optik adalah 12 orang memberikan respon sangat positif dan 18 orang memberikan respon positif.
