The experience of educational work in conditions of quarantine and lockdowns allowed in practice to study the possibilities of distance learning and to form an objective assessment of it in the structure of continuous medical education (CME) for doctors. The survey participants noted the following disadvantages of online distance learning events: the lack of an opportunity to receive information that is of interest to the listener in an in-depth format and in a specific form, because the prevailing volume of videoconferences does not allow for discussions, exchange of experience, review of clinical cases, etc. Distance learning significantly limits the possibilities of practical skills and abilities, the mastering of which is up to 75% of the study time in the format of full-time and part-time education. The positive aspects, from the point of view of distance learning participants, include: the opportunity to get points for registering a teaching staff without interrupting their main work, the ability to choose topics and the modernity of information events. However, the traditional full-time and part-time forms of education also have their drawbacks, namely, for example: to travel and live in the cities where events are held in the absence of state funding for these expenses, that is, at the expense of the doctor himself. The use of innovative educational technologies, such as distance learning and online communication, in the training of doctors cannot fully replace the classical forms of education. The optimal are the combined forms of the educational process organization, which make it possible to rationally use the resource of the participants in the educational process.

The covid-19 pandemic has made the whole world face specific challenges that required urgent decisions on how to organize the work of social institutions, including education, in this new reality. Since March 2020, national education systems all over the world have been adapting their activities to the quarantine measures and have been switching to distance learning. In varying degrees, these changes affected all levels of education - from preschool to higher and postgraduate education. However, the tasks to be solved differed by the level of education. The article presents the results of the comparative analysis of the activities of the Russian higher-educational institutions based on their students estimates - during the forced distance learning in the spring of 2020 and during the planned switch to such a format in the fall of 2020. The article is based on the surveys of the Russian students conducted in June 2020 (N=31423) and February 2021 (N=32358). The study was conducted to test the hypotheses that negative estimates of distance learning and rejection of such a format by many students in the spring of 2020 changed in the fall of 2020. The results of two surveys show that Russian universities have passed through the stage of digital transformation which affected both the resources for organizing the educational process and the competences of the teaching staff. The experience of work in the difficult and unpredictable conditions of the pandemic changed the public opinion from the negative perception of distance learning to understanding and accepting its positive features for the education system and its actors. The introduction of digital technologies is an objective and inevitable process in the development of the educational sphere and the country.

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly affected the organization of the educational process in Russian universities. The object of the research is the experience of implementing e-education and the transition to distance technologies for continuing education of Chinese undergraduates in the Russian metropolitan university. Russian universities had the technical capabilities and used various electronic educational platforms. In the same time, the results of the survey showed a decrease in the satisfaction of Chinese full-time students when switching to distance learning. The study shows the significant factors that had a negative impact on the educational process using distance technology to teach Chinese undergraduates during the COVID-19 pandemic. The authors have grouped these factors into five groups (technical, language, emotional, and financial, content of lecture). Identification of these factors made it possible to develop a program to improve the educational process and enhance the satisfaction of foreign students studying at Russian universities.

The article is dedicated to the study if students with special musical education have any benefits of stress coping over students of other specialties during the pandemic. The main purpose is to study the attitude of student musicians to overcome stressful situations caused by COVID-19 in the learning process. Research objectives include: current state of music education in the context of forced quarantine distance learning; the impact of forced quarantine distance learning on stress among students of music and non-music specialties; the analysis of stress coping skills and the impact of music education on them; recommendations for improving the psychological and pedagogical interaction of the participants in the educational process. The study involved 160 respondents, 80 of them are music students and 80 students of other specialties that do not belong to the study of musical art. To collect information and data, the study participants were asked to fill out a Google form. The results of the study show that online learning is very time-consuming and that losing a satisfactory work-life balance is stressful. But students became more organized in managing their activities. Internet platforms have proven useful for sharing materials, communicating, sharing information and content, and keeping track of all work done. Thus, there is a tendency towards easier tolerance of stress by musicians, although our study showed that with a slight margin of 80.6%, people without musical education consider themselves happier by 82%. This is also confirmed by the fact that non-musicians are more optimistic about their future according to the results obtained on the Beck's Hopelessness Scale, where 2 units are for musicians and 1 for non-musicians. These results indicate that hopelessness has not been identified and students are optimistic about their future. In the context of stress coping recommendations for students are provided. In conclusion, based on the information gained and own experience there is a variety of ways to obtain benefits from both online and offline learning forms for both musicians and non-musicians.

The entire education system of Ukraine in the realities of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 found itself in a situation of the challenge for the immediate implementation of distance learning in educational institutions of all levels. Despite the presence of a relatively large number of scientific studies on the features of distance education, they were not enough for its practical implementation. A blended form of learning requires a combination of asynchronous and synchronous modes of distance learning, finding optimal tools and ways to interact with students, adapting traditional methods of studying disciplines to new conditions, overcoming inequality of participants in the educational process in technical support, mastering digital technologies. Analysis of the experience of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics at H. S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University showed that the conditions for the introduction of blended learning in institutions of higher pedagogical education are: advanced training and appropriate retraining of teaching staff; building a model of blended learning as a starting point for distance learning; development of educational and methodical support of educational disciplines taking into account the requirements of blended learning; implementation of all elements of the educational process in blended learning; providing participants of the educational process with organizational, methodological, technical and psychological support.

An important component of the educational process in higher education institutions is the practical training of students, in particular the passage of industrial pedagogical practice, which is a mandatory component and the result of mastering the psychological and pedagogical component of higher education. The analytical materials of the organization of industrial (pedagogical) practice are presented in the work. Arguments of expediency of effective ways of formation of competitiveness of future teachers in the conditions of school practice are resulted. During the formation of practical skills, future professionals gain experience working with students, teaching staff, parents. The ability to identify acute issues, to organize correctional classes on the problems of student education, to act as a class teacher for future teachers is an important aspect of becoming a professional. The urgency of the problem is primarily determined by the task of reforming the content and forms of training of future teachers, which requires appropriate adjustments in the process of mastering practical professional competencies. The authors present the comments of stakeholders, which are analyzed and the corresponding conclusions are made. In particular, the introduction into the curriculum of the educational component “Theory and methods of educational work in educational institutions”. The practice of industrial (pedagogical) practice shows that the quality of performance indicators increases significantly in accordance with the success of higher education seekers in self-realization during practice.Among the leading competencies that are formed during practice are the development of skills to analyze educational activities, skills of self-control and self-assessment of the process and outcome of pedagogical activities and the ability to analyze difficulties in pedagogical activities and solve them. Stakeholders noted an insufficient level of self-management skills, which should be noted by the organizers of industrial practice. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the significant contribution of industrial practice in the formation of professionalism of future teachers.Research methods. During the study of the organization of psychological and pedagogical practice we used such general scientific methods as theoretical, empirical (analysis, synthesis, observation, comparison, systematization, generalization).Key words: psychological and pedagogical component of educational process, pedagogical (production) practice, influence of practice on quality of future profession.
