Despite the experience of the e-commerce development for several decades, this form of trade organization is still prospective and has high potential for its further development. E-commerce is undergoing some changes in the modern conditions, the most important of them being an increase in the share of orders with a decrease in the average check and the development of new forms of e-commerce. A comprehensive analysis of the development of e-commerce in the modern conditions is provided in the article, the main trends are identified, and the important role of integrated forms in the field of business organization in the digital environment, in particular, marketplaces, is demonstrated. The obtained results allowed to identify the main directions of the development of distance selling using digital technologies in the modern conditions.

The author of the article aims to conduct a comprehensive analysis of sources of Spanish origin, since they constitute the most significant category of documents used by Amerindologists. At the same time, it draws attention to the historiography of the topic. Conditionally, it is divided into two groups: works that highlight the general features of the entire pantheon of Aztecs and those that analyze the cult of Tezcatlipoca itself and its characteristics. The use of the linguistic method in connection with the names of Tezcatlipoca allows us to understand the functions that the Aztecs bestowed on this god and more accurately interpret the mentioned deity. Particular attention is paid to the translation of Nahuatl names and the explanations given by the authors of the sources. Comparing the names of the god and the descriptions of his cult, created after the conquest, allows us to trace how the Europeans could at their own discretion treat Tezcatlipoca as an individual representative of the pantheon and how the autochthonous population of central Mexico saw it. In addition to the analysis of names, the paper reviews the main holidays in honor of Tezcatlipoca, compares the testimony of different sources on this occasion. In this context, the prayers and typical sacrifices of the worship of this god are analyzed. This allows to expand the range of ideas about the essence and functions of Tezcatlipoca, as well as to trace the various local variants of his cult within central Mexico The article also explores the legends that cite sources of Spanish descent about Tezcatlipoca. Because of this, two different traditions of mythological tradition about the mentioned god were distinguished. One is likely to relay events in the history of Tollan in the form of a legend, while the other reflects representations of the creating of the world and the role of Tezcatlipoca in this. Moreover, the first variant of the myth of the mentioned god has differences in different sources of Spanish origin, which allows for a more thorough analysis of these testimonies. Further development of the problematic issue is to attract sources of pre-colonial age, which will help to create a more thorough understanding of this cult.

After the advent of the Internet, travel planning has become a visual process. Potential tourists book hotels, studying their interior in advance; familiarize themselves with places of recreation and infrastructure of the receiving deprivation, without leaving the house.; comparing prices; study feedback from visitors, etc. The modern tourism business is forced to increasingly use information and communication tools in competition for the client. At present, it is not enough for entrepreneurs to create tourist and recreational infrastructure facilities, it is important to form unforgettable positive emotions, atmosphere and demonstrate this not only in the traditional format, but also with the use of digital technologies. Based on a study of publications, it was revealed that Russian economists consider entrepreneurship in the field of recreation and tourism not just as a risky and profitable activity, but as an innovative one. However, the authors describe mainly economic, political, social and natural risks, leaving out psychophysiological phenomena of stress in both entrepreneurs and consumers of services, which are currently aggravated. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the role of a modern entrepreneur in the field of recreation and tourism in the conditions of digitalization and give recommendations that contribute to the further development of entrepreneurial activity in the conditions of digitalization.

A good business idea very often remains unrealized due to financial, institutional or legislative barriers faced by the young people in developing countries, such as the Republic of Serbia. Unfortunately, the crisis created by the proclamation of the pandemic, which the world is facing, deepened the problems and further hampered the entrepreneurial energy of young business people. On the other hand, the difficult functioning and business in a crisis situation, pointed to new potentials of digital technologies and opened a window into the world of business with the help of social networking platform tools, primarily Instagram, which are more efficient but also significantly cheaper than traditional marketing methods. In the digital environment, with the help of visual communication, electronic word of mouth and adequate selection of credible influencers on social net-works, companies are able to communicate directly and indirectly with the target market and influence their attitudes towards brands and their purchasing decisions.

The digitalization of the economy and the transformation of socio-economic processes corresponding to these changes presupposes an increase in innovative activity in the regions. The problem of introducing digital technologies into the processes of socio-economic systems is the use of ineffective incentive tools. To solve this problem, it is necessary to study the functioning of socio-economic systems, in particular, the interaction of participants in the innovation infrastructure within the framework of digitalization. This article introduces Cognitive Health Counseling 40+ (CH.CO40+), an individualized intervention that is conceptually based on the orchestration model of quality-of-life management ( Martin & Kliegel, 2010 ) and aims at improving satisfaction with cognitive health in adults aged 40 years and older. We describe the theoretically deduced characteristics of CH.CO40+, its target group, its multifactorial nature, its individualization, the application of subjective and objective measures, the role of participants as agents of change, and the rationale for choosing participants’ satisfaction with their cognitive health as main outcome variable. A pilot phase with 15 middle-aged and six older adults suggests that CH.CO40+ attracts, and may be particularly suitable for, subjective memory complainers. Implications of the pilot data for the further development of the intervention are discussed.

Subject. The article addresses problems and prospects for the banking supervision development in the Russian Federation under modern conditions. Objectives. We review the essence and methods of organization of the banking supervision, and identify the main problems and prospects for its development. Methods. To provide valid, reliable and reasoned recommendations, we apply normative and integrated approaches to the study of the banking supervision effectiveness in the current circumstances. Results. The paper investigates main problems and development prospects for the Russian banking supervision. The essential importance of supervision comes from the main role of the banking system in maintaining accounts of economic entities and making settlements. Even minor failures or delays in operations can lead to negative outcomes and disastrous consequences for the entire monetary system and the national economy. Therefore, we highlight issues that require attention, and make proposals for further development of the banking supervision. Conclusions. In the context of dynamically developing economy, the banking practice is becoming more complex. As a result, there is a need for new financial instruments that can reduce risks, increase the speed and efficiency of operations and document flow, and help achieve the world levels of introduced standards.
