Problem and goal. Within the framework of the study, based on the data of the Workplace Learning Report study, specialists from the USA, Canada and other countries, the transformation of corporate training over the past decades was analyzed, the main problems and challenges of companies/enterprises in the process of additional professional training of employees and ways to solve them were identified. The main problems of corporate training at the present time, as in the past, include budget deficit and search for free intervals in the schedules of employees for educational sessions. And the solution was the growth of online training, the use of online platforms, which made it easier to find time in the sche- dule of employees for training, create opportunities for flexible editing of educational content, and for managers it was easier to evaluate additional professional training thanks to the control tools built into online platforms. Methodology. However, it turned out that not all age categories of employees are ready to expand online training: older age workers prefer traditional or mixed training, as opposed to young people. Results. The study found that the degree of digitalization correlates with the size of the company: the comparative effectiveness of digital tools for additional professional education increases with the scale of the system in which they are applied: a deployed digital educational platform requires very few resources to expand to new branches and employees, rather than classical educational formats that require personal participation of teaching staff. Conclusion. The main trends in the development of corporate training in the coming years are described.

In the United States of America, the Federal Communications Commission’s repeal of the popular Open Internet Order (a.k.a ‘net neutrality’) has yielded pointed criticism from many different sectors, but it has yet to be examined for its potential effect on the public’s health. In this commentary, we focus on the health implications of this policy change, considering expert opinion on the subject, past history, and global perspectives. We argue that the repeal of net neutrality has the potential to compromise health education and promotion efforts by widening the ‘digital divide’, thereby impairing health literacy and exacerbating health inequities. By negatively affecting people’s ability to access, understand, and use unbiased, evidence-based health information to improve and maintain their health, the repeal of net neutrality may hinder the World Health Organization’s vision of ‘ Health for All’ by dismantling public protections in the name of corporate profit.

Creativity in teaching in the subject literature can be divided into three categories: the creative process, the product and the support of the development of creative activity in students. Not only is creativity important for the teacher today but also it is an essential part of his or her professional identity. In XXI century pedeutology [a branch of educational theory] the vision is of an open-minded and autonmous teacher, a reflective practitioner who is prepared to create his or her own new strategies to function in educational situations which are constantly changing. This educator effectively supports the personal development of the student and their process of learning. For this reason, creativity in teaching should also be one of the principal objectives of the professional training of the foreign language teachers, which in turn poses important questions. The notion of creativity in teaching, its scope and how it can be prepared for during the aca-demic training of the foreign language teachers are the subjects of the article.
