Meat needs (Broilers) have increased and meat consumption is influenced by consumer preferences caused by shifting consumption patterns, and is supported by low prices compared to beef.  The shift is influenced by prices, substitute goods, tastes, season, age, education, number of dependents, income, and increasing population so that preferences, and attributes that consumers consider in buying broiler meat in traditional markets need to be studied.  The study used a purposive sampling method, with the criteria of the Adji Dilayas Sanggam Market,  Senja Market, and the Milono Market in Berau Regency, having broiler meat traders.  Determination of respondents using proportional sampling techniques, each market 12 respondents (36 respondents), meet the smallest number of traders considered to meet the minimum sample criteria.  Sources of data obtained from primary data and secondary data.  The results showed that broiler meat that has a golden color, clean skin, medium carcass size, physically not bruised, fresh meat, and especially the chest.  Chi Square analysis showed that all attributes were significantly different (p <0.05), meaning that there were differences in preferences for the attributes of broiler meat in traditional markets.  Fishbein Multiatribute Analysis proves that meat freshness, flesh color, carcass physicality, skin cleanliness, carcass size, and carcass portion are the most considered, and or not considered attributes.

            This study aims to examine the attributes of palm sugar which is the preference or preference of consumers in making decisions to purchase palm sugar in traditional markets in the District of Awayan, Balangan Regency. This research was conducted in traditional markets in Awayan District, Balangan Regency, namely Awayan Market and Bihara Market. The basic method of research used is a qualitative descriptive method and the method of data collection using the interview method. Data collection was carried out from May to August 2017. Determination of the study sample using lottery simple random sampling method with a sample size of 50 people. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The analytical tool used is Chi-Square analysis. The results of the Chi-Square analysis showed that all variables of palm sugar were significantly different at the 95% confidence level. This means that consumer preference for palm sugar in traditional markets in Awayan District, Balangan Regency is not the same or there are differences in consumer preferences for palm sugar and all attributes included in consumer preferences. Palm sugar which is the preference of consumers in the traditional market of Awayan Subdistrict, Balangan Regency is palm sugar which has a brown color, sweet taste, medium size, plastic packaging and prices range from Rp. 16,000.00 - Rp. 18,000.00 per kg.

Consumer preference is a consumer attitude towards a product choice. The needs and desires of consumers are very varied and can change because of the factors that influence consumers in choosing products. This study aims to analyze consumer preferences and what attributes are considered by consumers in making decisions to choose processed fish products. This research was conducted at Bandar Djakarta Restaurant, Summarecon, Bekasi City in February - March 2021. Primary data collection techniques used accidental sampling of 30 respondents, while secondary data was obtained from Bandar Djakarta Bekasi, FPIK Unpad Library and Unpad Public Library. The analytical tool used to determine consumer preferences is the measurement of attitudes using the Likert scale and the attribute analysis tool that is considered in product selection, namely the Chi Square analysis. Based on the results of the analysis of the level of consumer preference at the Bandar Djakarta Restaurant, it shows that the most preferred processed product is shrimp. The attributes that are considered in purchasing processed shrimp products are consecutively good taste, low price, and easy to find, high nutrition and family preference at the same level.

The fisheries sector is one of the agricultural sub-sectors that has a role in providing food for the people of Indonesia. Consumers have behavior in purchasing fish in meeting their needs or desires to obtain a product. This study aims to analyze consumer preferences for the type of fish and the order of attributes. The method used in this research is a case study. The research location was carried out at the Muara Baru Modern Fish Market (PIM) DKI Jakarta. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The primary data collection technique used accidental sampling with a sample of 100 respondents while the secondary data were obtained from Perum Perikanan Indonesia as the manager of the Muara Baru Modern Fish Market, the Library, the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) DKI Jakarta, the National Statistics Agency (BPS). Consumer preference analysis used attitude measurement analysis measured by Chi-square and based on rank orders analysis to determine the order of attribute importance. Based on the study results, it was shown that all the attributes observed in this study were significantly different at the 95% confidence level. In contrast, the analysis of the level of importance of the attributes showed that the priority of consumers' interests in fish in the Muara Baru Modern Fish Market (PIM) was price, freshness, cleanliness, texture, and fish scent.

ABSTRACT ANALYSIS OF CONSUMER BUYING PREFERENCES IN BROILER MEAT AT TRADITIONAL MARKET IN MANADO CITY (CASE STUDY OF THE "PINASUNGKULAN KAROMBASAN MARKET"). The goals of this study was to analyze consumer preference and attitude on attribute variation of broilers at the traditional market in Manado. Study was conducted at the Pinasungkulan market, Karombasan Manado on February 2019. Survey method was used  by deep interview supported by questionnaire. Samples were defined by accidental sampling method involving fifty respondents. The primer and secondary data were used in this study and analyzed by Chi-Square and Multi attribute Fishbein analysis. The Chi-Square analysis indicated that all attributes studied were significantly different. This was meaning that there were differences of consumers preference on broilers. On the basis of Multi attribute Fishbein analysis indicated that all broiler attribute were considered by consumers in making decision of buying broilers. Broilers were became consumer preference significantly at the Pinasungkulan Market, meaning that there was difference of consumer preference on broiler attributes. Sequences of broiler attribute from the highest consideration to the lowest consideration were meat color, skin color, meat smell, skin tenderness and meat weight. Consumer attitude on broiler meat attributed in decision of buying meat of broilers was broiler meat color.  Keywords: Broiler, consumer preference

Objective of this research; 1) determine the perception of ranchers against the properties and behavior of the leadership of the companion in the Society of Al-Awwaliyah 2) analyze the relationship between productivity breeder with productivity of livestock in the Society of Al-Awwaliyah 3) identify the relationship perceptions of ranchers against the leadership companion with productivity of livestock in the Society of Al-Awwaliyah , The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from questionnaires which stem from ranchers while secondary data sourced from literature in the form of books and articles. Data processing was performed using Chi-square analysis using SPSS software version 21. One of the factors relating to the productivity of ranchers is the perception of ranchers against the leadership of their companion. Leadership companion views of the nature and behavior of which is owned by a companion. Productivity ranchers indirectly related to the productivity of the cattle business. Characteristics breeder visits of age, years of education, experience ranchers, and businesses in addition to ranchers. The results of data analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between business other than ranchers with ranchers productivity. The relationship between the perception of the nature of the companion breeder with productivity ranchers produce Pearson Chi-Square value is 9.751 and Asymp. Sig. (2-sided) of 0.002. This is due to interest ranchers against leadership qualities possessed by a companion who produce prolific ranchers. Ranchers consider that a companion of his leadership qualities are ideal as a companion.

<p>PT Trubus Mitra Swadaya is a company engaged in the agribusiness industry that sells a wide range of agricultural goods. The development of the agribusiness industry, particularly agricultural stores are now increasing to fiercer competition. The objectives of this research were (1) Identify the level of knowledge management at PT Trubus Mitra Swadaya, (2) Identify the level of the activities associated with knowledge management at PT Trubus Mitra Swadaya, and (3) Analyzing the perceptions of employees regarding the application of knowledge management at PT Trubus Mitra Swadaya. The data that used in this research were primary data and secondary data. Collecting the respondences was done by quota sampling technique, database examine was done by descriptive analysis, average value calculation analysis, and chi-square analysis.<br />The result of average value calculation analysis showed level implementation of knowledge management was excellent (67,01%), represented from strongly agree answered 20,75% and agree answered 46,26%. Moreover, employees said bad, represented from less agree answered 19,97% and disagree 13,02%. In this research, found at least two components which employees feel valued and still yet to be repaired, that was 1) knowledge and 2) work time. The result average value calculation showed level of activity associated with knowledge management was less good (42,78%), represented five to ten times answered 22,78% and more than ten times 20%. Moreover, employees answered never 30% and less than five times 20%. The result chi-square showed employees’ perception about knowledge management based on employee characteristics where the majority of employees agreeing with the implementation of knowledge management.</p>

<p>The purpose of this research is to know the influence of confidence and determination towards entrepreneurship. The data in this study consists of primary data obtained through questionnaires while the secondary data obtained through the village new terrain Medan Denai. The data obtained are then processed and analyzed with statistical test of Chi-Square in order to be retrieved if there is influence of confidence and determination towards entrepreneurship. The results showed: 1) majority of Entrepreneurship with the category both as much as 48 (52.7%) and the category less obtained 43 (47.3%), 2) the confidence of the majority of the categories less as much as 47 (51.6%) and the category strong retrieved 44 (48.4%), 3) the determination of the majority with a low category as many as 57 (62.6%) and higher category obtained 34 (37.4%), 4) confident effect on entrepreneurship with a value of p = 0.000. 5) determination to entrepreneurship with the value p = 0.028. Of research results obtained then expected society that entrepreneurship can instill a strong determination and has high confidence in entrepreneurship as well as Assistant researchers furthermore expected to be developed by adding some of the variables. It is based on that there are several factors that affect entrepreneurship.</p>

This research aims to know the attitude of consumers, the level of satisfaction, and what product attributes that are considered consumers before buying the broiler carcass in traditional market of Samarinda City. The data retrieval research conducted during November 2016. The basic method of research is using descriptive method, and it’s implementation with the technique level. The location of the study was chosen intentionally in Samarinda City by taking 3 traditional markets as a sample. The determination of the number of samples is done proportionally and the technique of determining the sampling method by chance (Accidental sampling) with the number of samples of 50 respondents. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques by observation, interview, and recording. The analysis used is Fishbein Multi Attribute attitude analysis and to analyze satisfaction using Customers Satisfaction Index. The result of the research based on analysis of Fishbein Multiatribut known to consumer attribute value toward color attribute 16.80, weight (16.48), aroma (15.76), skin hygiene (14.57) and price (13.11). Based on Costumer Satification Index the level of customer satisfaction on broiler carcass is 77.11%. Result of research based on analysis of Fishbein Multi Attribute known consumer attitude toward carcass is “positive” which means consumers are well-receptive to broiler carcass in traditional markets with most attributes considered in the purchase decision of chicken carcasses in traditional markets of Samarinda City is the color of broiler carcasses. The order of attributes from the most considered to the least considered is color, carcass weight, aroma, skin hygiene and broiler carcass price. Based on Customer Satisfaction Index of consumer satisfaction level against broiler carcass is 77.11% who are satisfied category.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pola rantai distribusi perikanan, margin keuntungan setiap pelaku tata niaga perikanan, dan mencarikan model distribusi alternatif untuk perikanan tangkap laut di Kabupaten Kendal. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif guna untuk mengetahui pola rantai distribusi perikanan, margin pemasaran, dan penentuan model distribusi alternatif. Jenis data yaitu data sekunder, dan data primer yang di ambil langsung dari 93 nelayan, 50 pedagang pengecer, 35 pedagang sedang, dan 10 pedagang besar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu interview, kuesioner, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil dalam penelitian ini yaitu sekurang-kurangnya terdapat tiga pola distribusi namun hanya ada dua pola yang paling dominan yaitu pola pertama: nelayan ke pedagang sedang ke pedagang besar ke pabrik atau pasar tradisional. Pola yang kedua yaitu nelayan ke pedagang sedang ke pedagang pengecer ke konsumen akhir. Margin pemasaran untuk Cumi-cumi tertinggi terjadi pada pedagang besar (21%), Pedagang sedang (8,6%), dan pedagang pengecer (5,7%). Udang tertinggi pada pedagang besar (13,7%), pedagang sedang (5%), pedagang pengecer (3,9%). Ikan Kembung tertinggi pada pedagang besar (31%), pedagang pengecer (11%), pedagang sedang (9%).     The purpose of this research is to know the pattern of fishery distribution chain, profit margin of every fishery trading actors, and to find alternative distribution model for marine catch fishery in Kendal Regency. The method used is quantitative descriptive approach in order to know the pattern of fishery distribution chain, marketing margin, and the determination of alternative distribution model. The types of data are secondary data, and primary data taken directly from 93 fishermen, 50 retailers, 35 medium traders, and 10 wholesalers. Data collection techniques used were interview, questionnaire, observation, and literature study. The result of this research is that there are at least three distribution patterns but there are only two most dominant patterns, namely the first pattern: fishermen to medium traders to wholesalers to factories or traditional markets. The second pattern is the fisherman to the merchant is to the retailer to the end consumer. The highest marketing margin for Squid occurred in wholesalers (21%), Traders (8.6%), and retailers (5.7%). The highest shrimp on wholesalers (13.7%), medium traders (5%), retailers (3.9%). The highest stocks were in big traders (31%), retailers (11%), traders (9%).

This research has been carried out in the Oeba Traditional Market and Naikoten Traditional Inpres market in October to November 2017. The aim is to find out: (1) Purchase Volume of Mustard Consumer; (2) the preferred type of mustard; (3) identify the factors that influence the demand of mustard consumers; (4) Mustard Sales Volume. The method used in this research is survey. Determination of the location of research carried out by purposive sampling. Respondents were determined as many as 120 people. The type of data collected is primary data and secondary data. To answer the first and fourth objectives, the data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively, answering the second goal using a Likert scale and the third objective of the data analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that; (1) Of the 5 types of mustard the lowest purchase volume is dominated by curly mustard, namely the frequency of purchases per week 1-2 times with a volume of 1 kg - 2 kg. (2) The results of the study of 60 respondents, namely: 30 respondents in traditional traditional markets in Naikoten and 30 respondents in traditional Oeba markets, there are 3 types of mustard which are included in the Average category, namely curly mustard greens, and white mustard, and 2 types of mustard which are included in Like categories namely: mustard huma, and mustard caisim. (3) together - all factors significantly influence the demand for mustard greens shown by the F-count (14.895)> F-table (2.54) is significant at α = 5%. While the results shown by t-count which significantly influence α = 5% are Consumer Taste, and Holidays / Holidays. While the price of mustard greens, other vegetable prices, consumer income, the number of family members, the volume of mustard greens prepared by traders does not significantly affect the demand for mustard. (4) The lowest sales volume of mustard is dominated by Curly mustard, that is 9 respondents or 5% who sell with a volume of 22 - 42Kg / week
