According to PP Number 27 of 1983, State Detention Centers, hereinafter referred to as detention centers, are places for suspects and defendants to be detained during the process of investigation, prosecution and examination at court proceedings. In carrying out the duties and authority of the detention center, it is certainly controlled by a leader. In this case the leader in question is the head of the detention center. The head of the detention center in running the leadership wheel must have the skills to lead subordinates. There are several styles or models of leadership, one of which is the situational leadership style, where the leader is more concerned with the situation, when to be pushy and when to moderate. Leadership is certainly associated with performance. Performance is a result of both the quality and quantity performed by officers in carrying out their work. From this understanding, researchers are interested in conducting research related to the influence of situational leadership style on the performance of correctional officers using the correlation method where the independent variable is the influence of the situational leadership style, and the dependent variable is the performance of correctional officers in class IIA Pekalongan Detention Center. Based on the statistical data analysis that the researchers conducted, it can be concluded that the situational leadership style has an effect on the performance of correctional officers in the Class IIA Pekalongan Detention Center.

The research method is an associative method that uses questionnaires as a data collection tool that is distributed throughout the respondents. The population in the study were all employees. The number of samples taken was 35 respondents. As for analyzing and calculating the overall effect of the independent variable Situational Leadership Style on the dependent variable Employee Productivity that is processed using a computer program SPSS for Window. The results of Simple Linear Regression analysis show that the hypothesis testing proves that the Situational Leadership Style variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity in PDAM Kota Kupang, it means  the higher the Situational Leadership Style, the higher Employee Productivity.   Keywords: Situational Leadership Style, Employee Productivity

Работа посвящена организационно-правовым аспектам использования технических средств для обнаружения наркотических и психотропных веществ в ИУ и СИЗО. Рассмотрены основные способы их поступления с акцентированием внимания на таком способе, как пронос наркотических средств и (или) психотропных веществ через контрольно-пропускной пункт различных субъектов. Выявлены проблемные аспекты досмотровых мероприятий, проводимых сотрудниками УИС ФСИН России на данном пункте. Проблема заключается в не урегулированном на сегодняшний день перечне используемых технических средств обнаружения наркотических средств и (или) психотропных веществ в процессе прохода лиц на территорию исправительного учреждения или следственного изолятора. В работе рассмотрены некоторые тактико-технические данные технических средств, которые используются таможенными органами, которые могут быть использованы и сотрудниками УИС. Предложены некоторые варианты решения рассматриваемых проблем путем внесения в нормативно-правовые акты Федеральной службы исполнения наказаний норм, устанавливающих порядок и условия использования технических средств по обнаружению наркотических средств и (или) психотропных веществ на контрольно-пропускном пункте людей. The work is devoted to the organizational and legal aspects and the flow of narcotic drugs and (or) psychotropic substances into the territory of correctional institutions or pre-trial detention centers for convicts in various ways. The main methods of their receipt are considered, with an emphasis on such a method as bringing narcotic drugs and (or) psychotropic substances through the checkpoint of various subjects. The problematic aspects of the inspection activities at this point, which are carried out by penal employees, have been identified. The problem lies in the currently unregulated list of the use of technical means for detecting narcotic drugs and (or) psychotropic substances in the process of the passage of persons into the territory of a correctional institution or a pre-trial detention center. The paper considers some tactical and technical data of technical means that are used by customs authorities, which can serve as an example of their implementation in the penal system of Russia. Some options are proposed for solving the problems under consideration by introducing norms into the regulatory legal acts of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia that establish the procedure and conditions for the use of technical means for the detection of narcotic drugs and (or) psychotropic substances at the checkpoint of people.

Banyaknya permasalahan yang ada Lembaga Pemasyarakatan, menjadi sumber pemeberitaan media yangkerap kali mengimformasikan hal-hal yang negatif tentang lembaga pemasyarakatan dan rumah tahanansebagai sarang narkoba. Maka dari itu melalui penelitian ini akan berusaha untuk mendapatkan fakta faktualterkait dengan banyaknya kasus peredaran narkoba di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan dan Rumah TahananNegara. Dengan maksud untuk mencari tahu pola pendidikan yang dapat diterapkan untuk mendidik petugaspemasyarakatan, agar kedepan dapat diambil langkah-langka strategis di Kementerian Hukum dan HakAsasi Manusia untuk mengantisipasi hal – hal tersebut.Metode penelitian dengan mengunakan pendekatankualitatif dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dari hasil pembahasan menyimpulkan bahwa Pemerintah sudahberusaha meningkatkan kemampuan petugas pemasyarakatan Lembaga Pemasyarakatan dan Rumah Negaradengan cara melakukan interaksi antar pimpinan dan bawahan yang memiliki arti supervisi dan tangungjawab serta kesempatan karier yang jelas. Juga kesejahteraan ekonomi. (seperti Remunerasi dan TunjanganPemasyarakatan dan lain-lain). Inilah salah satu bentuk apresiasi pemerintah dalam membina Petugas agardiharapkan kinerjanya lebih optimal dilapangan. Kemudian hambatan diantaranya; kurangnya tenaga teknispemasyarakaan terutama lulusan Akademi Ilmu Pemasyarakat dan kurangnya tenaga sipir dibandingkandengan jumlah penghuni serta sumber daya manusia tenaga pemasyarakatan yang masih minim karena sistemperekrutan yang tidak didasari oleh kebutuhan kualifikasi personil, keterbatasan sarana perasana pendukung. AbstractProblems in correctional institutions sometimes, become a bad highlight by media such as a drug haunt.This research tries to examine a factual data related to drugs trafficking in correctional institution anddetention centers. It attempts to find out a pattern of education and training that able to be implemented toeducate correctional officers, so that in the future, can be taken steps to anticipate it. It uses quantitative andqualitative approach. Based on discussion, can be concluded that government has already managed to improvecorrectional officers` abilities by doing interaction between leaders and staffs whose supervision meaning andresponsible, have a clear career and promote welfare. (remuneration and correctional allowances). This isone of the government`s appreciation (the Ministry of Law and Human Rights) in developing of them in orderto boost their performance more optimal. But ,some obstacles found in this research such as : the lack ofhuman resources both the alumni of correctional science academy (AKIP) and caretaker/wardens compared toconvicts and inmates because the recruitment process of officers did not base on personnel qualification, andlack of infrastructure and facilities.

Introduction: the article analyzes the content and typical methods and ways that convicts, suspects, and defendants held in correctional institutions and pre-trial detention centers use to counter the investigation of penitentiary crimes. Aim: using the analysis of investigative and judicial practice for criminal cases initiated against persons who committed crimes while in custody or while serving their prison terms, we make an attempt to identify the most distinctive features of counteracting the investigation of prisonrelated crimes. Methods: dialectical method of cognition, general scientific methods of analysis and generalization, empirical methods of description, interpretation; theoretical methods of formal and dialectical logic. Results: using a scientific approach that highlights the preliminary stage of investigation of crimes, we reveal some typical counteraction techniques used by prison offenders. Conclusions: destruction, concealment, staging, and falsification are among the most popular methods used directly by offenders to prevent prison-related crimes from being solved. The indirect attitude of offenders toward counteracting the investigation of prison-related crimes is successfully implemented by creating a crowd effect, as well as using the media and the activities of human rights organizations. The independent independent variables in this study as many as 89 respondents are determined by using saturated samples. To know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable partially, used t test. While to know the effect of independent variable to dependent variable simultaneously, used F test. The assumption used in the validity test is if R-count> R-table item is declared valid. The R-arithmetic shown in the table above, from each item indicates that R-arithmetic> R- table so the item is declared valid. Based on the validity test of the instrument of Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Competence on Employee Performance, all items are declared valid and reliability test results indicate that the instrument has high reliability. This means that the eligibility criteria of the Instrument of Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Competency and Employee Performance have met the criteria of good instrument requirements, that is valid and reliable. The result of regression analysis of Leadership Style obtained by tcount = 20,91 while ttable value = 1,988 tcount> ttable proved variable of Leadership Style influence to Employee Performance. Work Motivation regression analysis obtained tcount = 17.62 while the value ttable = 1.988 tcount> ttabel proven Motivational Work variables influence on Employee Performance. Regression analysis Competence obtained value tcount = - 06.85 while ttable =1.988 so thitung> ttable and proven variable Competence have a negative effect on Employee Performance.

The purpose of this study are: 1) To explain the presence or absence of influence of leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance at Bhayangkara Padang Hospital. and 2) Measuring the magnitude of influence of leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance at Bhayangkara Padang Hospital. The samples used in this study were 85 respondents by using saturated sampling. This research is an explanatory research. Data collection techniques are questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Descriptive Analysis and Inferential Analysis. To know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable partially, used t test. While to know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable simultaneously, used F test. The assumption used in validity test is if R-count> R-table item declared valid. Based on the instrument validity test the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction on the performance of employees known all items declared valid and reliable. The Leadership Regression Coefficient (X1) of 0.608, marked as positive indicates Leadership (X1) influences the direction of Performance (Y), which means that each increase of 1 unit of Leadership (X1) will cause the effect on Performance (Y) of 0.608 The coefficient of regression of Organizational Culture (X2) equal to 0,127, marked positive indicate Organizational Culture (X2) have influence on Performance (Y), meaning every increase of 1 unit of Organizational Culture variable (X2) will cause influence to Performance equal to 0,127 The coefficient of regression of Job Satisfaction (X3) is 0,305, marked as pos itive indicating Job Satisfaction (X3) influential in the direction of Performance (Y), which mean every increase of 1 unit of Job Satisfaction variable (X3) Leadership independent variable (X1) has a significant effect on Performance (Y), Organizational Culture (X2) has a significant effect on Performance (Y), Job Satisfaction variable (X3) has significant effect on Performance (Y). The First Hypothesis (H1), Second Hypothesis (H2) and Third Hypothesis (H3) are proven and accepted.

The purpose of this study are: 1. Measuring the magnitude of the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and organizational commitment to the performance of employees of Public Works and Spatial Planning Padang City. This research was conducted in August 2017 at Public Works Department and Spatial Planning of Padang City The samples used in this study were 83 respondents. The independent variable in this research is Leadership Style (X1), Work Motivation (X2) and Work Discipline (X3). The dependent variable is Employee Performance (Y) Data collection techniques are questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Descriptive Analysis and Inferential Analysis. The value of Cronbach's alpha variable Leadership Style (X1) is 0.857, Job Motivation (X2) is 0.813, Job Discipline (X3) is 0.736, and the performance variable (Y) is 0.844. In the hypothesis testing of the study found the result that the significance value of leadership style variable (X1) is with the value (sign β = 0,049, p <0,05), Work Motivation variable (X2) with value (sign β = 0.001 p <0.05) , and Work Discipline variable (Y) with value (sign β = 0,041 p <0,05). With the finding of sign β above mentioned, it is stated that Leadership Style (X1), Work Motivation (X2) and Work Discipline (X3) have a significant effect on performance (Y) of Public Works and Spatial Planning Official of Padang City. The magnitude of the influence of the three variables on the performance of employees of Public Works Department and Spatial Planning Padang City is 27.8% (R2 = 0.278).

This study aims to analyze the form of application of virtual money as a medium of exchange in meeting the needs of the Class I detention center in Depok as an effort to optimize the duties and functions of detention centers in the service, maintenance and security of prisoners. As well as knowing what obstacles are experienced and are expected to find solutions. This research uses a qualitative research approach. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, the application of virtual money as a medium of exchange has been implemented since August 2019, virtual money has been used by all prisoners and prisoners, one virtual accounts are used by one person and no one is the same, the media for using virtual money is the e-pass card and the corresponding fingerprint, and there are minimum and maximum limits on the amount of balances that can be stored in one virtual account. To optimize the application of virtual money as a medium of exchange, all parties must integrate each other in its application, coordinate with the parties responsible for maintaining facilities and operations, and be committed to improving services for meeting needs.

 The purpose of this study is to find out what preventative measures to prevent violence between convicts in existing correctional institutions. Penitentiary has a very strategic role in the framework of developing human resources, the implementation of guiding convicts including how conducive conditions are created in their implementation. The method used is normative and empirical juridical methods, namely research emphasizing secondary data by studying and reviewing riot prevention efforts, especially positive legal rules derived from library materials that exist in the legislation regulations, namely Law No. 12 of 1995 concerning Corrections and other related laws. This study uses descriptive analysis research, which is a study that describes and describes the situation or facts that exist about efforts to prevent violence between prisoners in prison and detention centers in Indonesia. The results of this study are known that in correctional institutions the reality is constrained by several things such as, inadequate prison facilities and detention centers, the number of employees or officers who are not in accordance with the number of convicts, the number of convicts that exceeds capacity, the lack of supervision also caused an easy commotion inside the correctional institutes and detention center.

INTISARI    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan PT. ITRASAL yang dimediasi oleh Motivasi Kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian metode asosiatif dengan jenis penelitian  survey  yang akan mengungkapkan hubungan dua variabel, yaitu Gaya Kepemimpinan sebagai variabel bebas dan Produktivitas sebagai variabel terikat. Data primer berasal dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan bagian Liquid Departemen Produksi PT ITRASAL, dan hasil diskusi dengan karyawan bagian tersebut. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode korelasi dan regresi linear. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai r untuk variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas adalah 0,557 dan nilai t adalah 8.951. Nilai r untuk variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Motivasi adalah 0,278 dan nilai t adalah 5,022. Terdapat hubungan positif antara Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas dan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap Motivasi. Nilai r untuk variabel Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas adalah 0,377 dan nilai t adalah 6,251. Terdapat hubungan positif antara Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas. Kata kunci : Gaya kepemimpinan, Motivasi kerja, Produktivitas karyawan  ABSTRACT  This study aims to identify the relationship of leadership style to employee productivity PT. ITRASAL is mediated by work motivation. This research uses the research design of associative method with the type of survey research that will reveal the relationship of two variables, namely Leadership Style as independent variable and productivity as dependent variable. Primary data comes from a questionnaire distributed to employees of the Liquid Department of Production Department of PT ITRASAL, and the results of discussions with employees of that section. Further data obtained were analyzed using correlation and linear regression method. From this research, the result that r value for leadership style variable to productivity is 0,557 and t value is 8,951. The r value for the leadership style variable for motivation is 0.278 and the t value is 5.022. There is a positive relationship between leadership style on productivity and leadership style have a positive effect on motivation. The r value for the Motivation variable on productivity is 0.377 and the t value is 6.251. There is a positive relationship between motivation to productivity.
