This study aims to analyze the form of application of virtual money as a medium of exchange in meeting the needs of the Class I detention center in Depok as an effort to optimize the duties and functions of detention centers in the service, maintenance and security of prisoners. As well as knowing what obstacles are experienced and are expected to find solutions. This research uses a qualitative research approach. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, the application of virtual money as a medium of exchange has been implemented since August 2019, virtual money has been used by all prisoners and prisoners, one virtual accounts are used by one person and no one is the same, the media for using virtual money is the e-pass card and the corresponding fingerprint, and there are minimum and maximum limits on the amount of balances that can be stored in one virtual account. To optimize the application of virtual money as a medium of exchange, all parties must integrate each other in its application, coordinate with the parties responsible for maintaining facilities and operations, and be committed to improving services for meeting needs.

The Super Maximum Scurity Penitentiary is a new Technical Implementation Unit in the ranks of prisons, which functions specifically to foster Terrorist prisoners or other high risk prisoners, the difference between this institution compared to other Correctional UPTs is that the security is very tight with one person and one prisoner cell. and the method of guidance provided to prisoners in Super Maximum Scurity (SMS) Lapas is different from other prison guidance. The issues raised in this researchare: How is the implementation of coaching terrorist prisoners in Super Maximum Security Prison based on Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights No. 35 of 2018? And how is the development of terrorist inmates at Super Maximim Security Prison from a prison perspective? The theory used is by using coaching theory and descriptive qualitative research methods by direct interviews with officers of the Super Maximum Security (SMS) prison. Based on the results of the research, it is found that in the development of Terrorist inmates at the Super Maximum Security Prison, because in the implementation of the guidance, the difficulty of the prisoners' movement cannot be directly fostered by the officers having to regulate. Then coaching in terms of the goals of the correctional system can be reviewed because it is different from the goals of different systems, so it requires the best thinking and solutions so that coaching can be carried out in accordance with the objectives of the correctional system, namely prisoners are aware of mistakes, improve themselves and no longer commit acts that violate the law , are accepted by the community and can be active and productive in development and able to live their lives as good and responsible citizens.

Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System is a concrete manifestation of Restorative Justice, which regulates diversion, in which Law Enforcement Officials are obliged to seek diversion for children. So far, the education provided by the government for Children in Conflict with the Law is only limited to formal education and moral formation education, no less important than that mathematical ability should also be a concern for the government with a low level of mastery of mathematics in Indonesia. The learning model that emphasizes comfort and pleasure for children is considered to be very effective in teaching math skills to children at LPKA. This study aims to identify a learning model that is in accordance with the characteristics of education in LPKA. So that it is hoped that children after being free can integrate with the community and have the same abilities as children who are outside the institution, as well as improve the self-concept possessed by children. The benefits of this study can provide input in formulating policies regarding the education system in LPKA.

Prisoners in undergoing the crime of missing independence at the Penitentiary must be introduced to the community. Banyan Tree Protection Point.6). Prisoners must be given work and must be one with the community and support efforts to increase production. Bandung Women's Class IIA Penitentiary Institution is one of the Technical Implementation units of the Directorate General of Correctional Facility under the ranks of the West Java Province Ministry of Law and Human Rights office as a place to foster female prisoners in the field of independence fostering programs. Fostering the independence program is a form of fostering aimed at empowering female prisoners. It is hoped that they will be effective and efficient in empowering the family's economy, so that they can help a source of income for the family after being free from criminal punishment. The purpose of this study is to determine the motivation of women prisoners in Class IIA Bandung Women's Penitentiary in participating in a program to develop independence, find out the constraints of obstacles and provide solutions to overcome obstacles in the process of fostering Independence.

Expenditures of prisoners with assimilation and integration during the Covid-19 Pandemic had an impact on new problems and without any assessment carried out by Community Advisors as one of the conditions. The problem raised was how the role of Community Guides in the implementation of assimilation and integration of prisoners during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The theory used is policy theory and descriptive qualitative research methods by describing the impact of assimilation and integration on prisoners. The results of the research show that presenting assimilation and integration for inmates during the Covid-19 pandemic experienced problems in society with the presence of several prisoners who did this and this also occurred due to the lack of implementation by social advisers.

In writing this paper the author discusses the Implementation Pattern of Supervision and Guiding Prisoners During the Assimilation Program at Home. It is motivated that the Parole Officer also has an important role in providing supervision and guidance to correctional clients who get assimilation programs at home. To carry out their duties and functions as supervisors and mentors, it is not uncommon for Parole Officer to experience a variety of external and internal obstacles. The purpose of the research conducted is to describe and analyze how the pattern of guidance and supervision carried out by the Parole Officer.In writing this paper the method of approach used is sociological juridical means a study conducted on the real state of society or the environment of the community with the intent and purpose of finding facts which then leads to identification and ultimately to the resolution of problems. Then the data obtained were analyzed in a descriptive quantitative manner, namely the problem solving procedure by describing the data that had been obtained. The results of research conducted that the way of guidance carried out by the Parole Officer is the interview method using the Whastsapp video call to minimize face-to-face activities. Whereas the guidance provided by Parole Officer Bapas Kelas II Pati is to use the individual guidance and group guidance methods In carrying out the guidance program, there are several factors from clients that are the cause of repeating the criminal acts again, namely economic factors and narcotics dependency factors. Efforts are being made to overcome this problem, namely: by immediately revoking the assimilation program at home and put it into a straft cell according to Permenkumham No. 10 of 2020.

This research discusses the personality development with islamic boarding school based that carried out in the Class IIA Padang Correctional Institution. The goal is to make prisoners not only as religious people but also human beings who understand and practice their religious rules. The essence produced from this guidance is a behavior improvement factor that makes prisoners become prisoners who are not physically healthy but also spiritually healthy where the prisoner can improve and reform their actions and behavior so that they have a healthy personality, commendable character and are responsible for carrying out their actions. life. This research uses qualitative research methods with interview data techniques, observation and literature research. The results showed that there was a clear islamic boarding school based coaching organizational structure, had internal and external teaching staff who ran the program in accordance with technical instructions and implementers and had learning materials such as Ummul Qur'an and fiqih. In its application, prisoners will participate in this program starting from Monday-Saturday for 3 hours a day provided that the prisoners have met the predetermined requirements. The implementation of islamic boarding school based personality development has run quite well in terms of three aspects, namely organization, interpretation and application.

Health and safety environtment are an important issue and must be materialized in every task execution. As an officer at the forefront of correctional institutions, P2U officers often do not know the magnitude of the impact of radiation exposure to their health. The impact often can be minimized by given the knowledge to the officers P2U related dangers that can cause health problems for them. Therefore, in this study conducted case study on the magnitude of the dose radiation exposure officers who can provide a prudent effect in carrying out the task through laboratory tests. This research can provide knowledge not only to the officers, but also the community that will later visit the Correctional Institution. According to the data listed in the correctional Database system until March 2020 it has been recorded as many as 9,917 guards who every day were on the machine that had a negative impact on their health. With this research, officers need to implement strict protocols in order to avoid the adverse effects of radiation on their health.

The role and function of correctional institutions in providing the rights of prisoners, especially the right to communicate, has become a hot issue during the Covid-19 pandemic. Prisoners who are in correctional institutions / detention demands to be able to communicate with their families, this is a problem considering the face-to-face spread of the virus is prone to occur in overcrowded prisons. Referring to the Instruction of the Director General of Corrections Number: PAS-08.OT.02.02 of 2020 concerning the Prevention, Handling, Control and Recovery of Covid-19, there are efforts to replace the inmates' direct visits with video calls to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in prisons / detention centers. This study analyzes the implementation of video calls as an effort to grant communication rights to prisoners and to prevent the spread of covid-19 in prisons / detention centers.

This research answers how Postmodernism criminology explains about conceptual meaning of crime that differed from modern perspective. With the development of criminology and the rise of new thought in criminology gave us chance at renewing the approach in doing research needed to explain crime and how crime occurred. In post-modernism criminology that has been critically question that modern perspective had not been explained crime as how crime defined empirically. The research is using qualitative perspective with literature study and case study of crime such as environment crime, womanizing, the rise of sentencing in Indonesia and other cases and analysing it with the perspective of post-modern criminology. The case study goals are how to see crime from postmodern and modern criminology and gave the option how to create policy to handle crime
