This study examines the effect of demographic factors on personal financial management with spiritual intelligence as a moderating variable. The sampling technique is proportionate random sampling, the number of research samples 388 students of State Islamic University Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. The test results indicate an influence on personal financial management. The positive influence of demographic factors with age characteristics on personal financial management. As for the characteristics of the sex found no influence on personal financial management. Spiritual intelligence as a moderating variable is able to strengthen the relationship between demographic factors and personal financial management of State Islamic University Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang students. Education providers to design finance education patterns can use the implications of this study for students.

Nipple blisters can be caused by trauma to the nipple during breastfeeding, but it can also cause cracks and the formation of a gap - a gap. The incidence of sore nipples caused by several factors including improper feeding techniques and lack of breast care. This study aims to investigate the relationship between breastfeeding and breast care techniques with incidence of sore nipples. This research was conducted in June 2017 and BPS BPS Meiyuni Siti Hotijah Bangkalan. This research uses a checklist approach Sectional Cros. Subjects studied were maternal postpartum primipara 1-40 day total of 36 people. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. Statistic test used lambda. The results showed breastfeeding technique in the category of pretty 16 respondents (44.4%) and treatment of breast category fairly 18 respondents (50%), while the incidence of sore nipples in the category were 18 respondents (50%). Statistical test results showed the value of breastfeeding technique p Value (0.019) <α (0.05) means that there is a correlation technique of breastfeeding on the incidence of sore nipples, while for the treatment of breast statistical result p value Value (0.047) <α (0.05 ) means that there is a relationship to the incidence rate of breast care sore nipples. This research is expected to provide knowledge to prevent the incidence of sore nipples in a mannerappropriate feeding techniques and treatment of breast good.

This study aims to examine the effect of management morality on the tendency of accounting fraud with internal control as a moderating variable. The research was conducted at the District Office of Pemalang. A common problem in this research is the occurrence of corruption cases that occurred with the amount of loss and the large number of personnel involved in the corruption case.The sampling technique used is total sampling by using all members of the population as a sample of 70 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed to the finance and accounting department at the District Office Pemalang. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of the analysis show that management morality has a negative effect on the tendency of accounting fraud. Interaction test results show that there is a significant positive influence of internal control in the relationship between management morality and the tendency of accounting fraud, so that internal control is a moderating variable.

This study aims to examine and analyze the variables that affect village financial management in Konawe Selatan village government especially in the aspects of village financial manager competence, commitment to tasks, and regulation. Data was collected by using questionnaires and documentation. The populations in this study were the Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer and Kasi/Kaur which numbered 1,344 people. The sampling technique by proportional stratified random sampling so that the overall number of respondents totaled 308 people. The analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with interaction test (Moderated Regression Analysis-MRA). The results showed that the competence of village financial managers had a positive and significant effect on village financial management while commitment to the task had a positive and not significant effect on village financial management. The MRA test results indicate that regulation cannot moderate the village financial manager competency variables and commitment to the task of village financial management. The adjusted R-Square value shows that the contribution of village financial manager competency variables, commitment to duties and regulations on village financial management variables is 47.5% and 52.5% of village financial management variables are influenced by other factors outside the model. Therefore, to improve village financial management in the Village Government in Kabupaten Konawe Selatan, it is necessary to consider village financial manager competencies in aspects of skills and experience, commitment to tasks on responsive aspects of change and sense of responsibility, and regulation on aspects of ease of implementation and understanding.

The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of rational advertisement appeal on online branding within the context of Pakistan. Customer attitude is the moderator. The relationship between attitude of customers and online branding is also taken into consideration. Personal items and gadgets are two types of products considered in order to determine differences in purchases while being online. A quantitative survey based research design is used in this study. Nonprobability sampling technique of convenience sampling is used. Data were collected through an online questionnaire. 244 usable responses were obtained. Data was analyzed using SPSS 22. Factor analysis was performed followed by regression analysis and T-test. Results of data analysis revealed that a rational advertisement appeal is a significant predictor of online branding. Customer attitude did not moderate the relationship between rational advertisement appeal and online branding. However, customer attitude had a positive influence on online branding. There were some differences between the product types when consumers purchased online for personal items and gadgets. This study made an important contribution in the literature by investigation the effect of rational advertisement appeal on online branding.

The research on which entitle Religiosity and Purchase Intension of Purwokerto Halal Mart was aim to analyze the relationship between religiosity and trust in the purchase intention of halal mart retail in Purwokerto. This research is a survey of Taklim Assembly members of the Great Mosque of Baitussalam, Jenderal Soedirman Mosque, Wijayakusuma Mosque, Darussalam Mosque, Bhayangkara Mosque and Fatimatuzahra Mosque. The number of sample were 225 with simple random sampling technique. The statistical test performed is using SEM data analysis. The results show that several dimensions of religiosity, namely experiential, ritualistic, intellectual have positive influence on trust. While the ideological and consequential dimensions do not have a positive effect on trust. For the influence of the dimensions of religiosity on purchase intention namely the experiential, ritualistic, ideological and consequential dimensions have a positive effect on purchase intention, but the intellectual dimension does not have a positive effect on purchase intention. And trust also has a positive effect on purchase intention. This result could inform halal mart and consumers that religiosity empirically influences consumers’ trust and purchase intentions, and also consumers’ trust influence purchase intention in the halal mart.

<p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of the display program contest dangdut D'Academy in private television Indosiar interests of non Dangdut Music School students Adsor Purnomo Semarang on dangdut music. Subjects were students of the School of Music ADSOR Purnomo Semarang. This study population are young students, with a sample of 24 respondents using Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The cornerstone of the theory used in this research is adopted from DeFleur, namely the theory of dependency media, shows the system media and social institutions interact with audiences in creating needs and interests. The question in this research is how the influence of impressions D'Academy contest program on adolescent interest in music dangdut. The results of the study, concluded that there is significance between the display program contest dangdut D'Academy to teen interests in music dangdut. With T regression test results, proving there is a positive influence between program-view contest dangdut D'Academy in private television Indosiar interests of non Dangdut Music School students Adsor Purnomo Semarang on dangdut music.</em></p>

This article discusses factors that affect the public interest to buy land disputes in District VII Koto Tebo regency in Jambi, The study population across the head of the family who purchased the disputed land in District VII Koto Tebo regency in Jambi totaling 432 KK, Samples were taken in two ways, samples were taken in a region purposive sampling. Sample of respondents with proportional random sampling technique samples was determined that a large proportion of 25% so that the amount of sample is 100 KK. Based on the correlation analysis it can be concluded as follows: (1) there is a significant and positive impact on the public interest in a cheap price to buy the disputed land in District VII Koto Tebo Regency Jambi because t hitung>t tabel, (2,651 > 1,660), low relationship strength (r = 0,259) and contributions made small (6,7%), (2) there is a significant and positive influence physiographic against the public interest to buy land disputes in District VII Koto Tebo regency in Jambi because t hitung > t tabel ; (5,217 > 1,660), the strength of the relationship was (r = 0,466) and contributions made by being (21,7%), (3) there is a significant and positive effect transactions quickly against the public interest to buy land disputes in District VII Koto Tebo regency in Jambi, because t hitung > t tabel; (3,724 > 1,660), low strength (r = 0,352) and contributions made small (12,4%) and (4) There is a significant and positive effect of low prices, physiographic conditions and fast transactions to the public interest to buy land disputes in District VII Koto Tebo regency in Jambi F hitung > F tabel (14,156 > 2,72), the strength of the relationship between these three variables to variable Y including being (r = 0,554) and contributions made, including being 30,7%).       ABSTRAK Artikel ini membahas faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat masyarakat membeli lahan sengketa di Kecamatan VII Koto Kabupaten Tebo Jambi. Populasi penelitian seluruh kepala keluarga yang membeli lahan sengketa di Kecamatan VII Kabupaten Koto Tebo Jambi yang berjumlah 432 KK. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan dua cara, sampel wilayah diambil seara purposive sampling. Sampel responden dengan teknik proporsional random sampling besarnya proporsi sampel ditentukan 25%  sehingga jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 100 KK. Berdasarakan analisis korelasi maka dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif harga murah  terhadap minat masyarakat membeli lahan sengketa di Kecamatan VII Kabupaten Koto Tebo jambi karena t hitung>t tabel; (2,651 > 1,660), kekuatan hubungan rendah (r = 0,259) dan kontribusi yang diberikan kecil (6,7%), (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif fisiografi terhadap minat masyarakat membeli lahan sengketa di Kecamatan VII Kabupaten Koto Tebo Jambi karena t hitung > t tabel ; (5,217 > 1,660), kekuatan hubungan sedang (r = 0,466) dan kontribusi yang diberikan sebesar sedang (21,7%), (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif transaksi cepat terhadap minat masyarakat membeli lahan sengketa di Kecamatan VII  Kabupaten Koto Tebo Jambi, karena t hitung > t tabel; (3,724 > 1,660), kekuatan rendah (r = 0,352) dan kontribusi yang diberikan kecil (12,4%) dan (4) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif harga murah,  kondisi fisografis dan transaksi cepat terhadap minat masyarakat membeli lahan sengketa di Kecamatan VII Kabupaten Koto Tebo Jambi F hitung > F tabel (14,156 > 2,72), kekuatan hubungan antara ketiga variabel tersebut terhadap variable Y termasuk sedang (r = 0,554) dan kontribusi yang diberikan termasuk sedang (30,7%).

Lack of organizational commitment often occurs among students who are administrators of the organization; they are still less able to set rules for themselves. These abilities are related to how one judges and interpret each action or commonly referred to as spiritual intelligence. This study aims to examine the relationship between spiritual intelligence and organizational commitment. The population in this study amounted to 919 people, with a sample of 92 administrators of UKK and UKM in the 2017/2018 period at UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. The sampling technique in this study uses probability sampling with a type of sample random sampling. The instrument of data collection uses the scale of organizational commitment and spiritual intelligence of the Likert model and analysis using Product Moment correlation with the help of SPSS 21.0. Based on the calculation results show that the level of organizational commitment and spiritual intelligence of students is classified as moderate. The results of the correlation test indicate a significant positive relationship between the two variables (p = 0.002, p <0.05). The higher the spiritual intelligence, the higher the student's organizational commitment and vice versa, the lower the spiritual intelligence, the lower the student's organizational commitment.

The level of student understanding of accounting is not only measured by  the intelligence but also the emotional intelligence can be measured, spiritual intelligence, learning behavior, and the learning environment in this study is an independent variable. While the dependent variable is the level of understanding of accounting. Added moderating variable is the development of technology. The study sample of 180 accounting students UGM, STIE YKPN, UPN Veteran Yogyakarta, and UAD taken using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used in this study is a linear regression, moderated regression analysis, and the Chow test. Result of research indicate that emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, behavioral learning, and the learning environment does not affect the level of understanding of accounting, which means that the hypothesis first, second, third, and fourth is unacceptable. In addition, the MRA test results and test results show that the Chow technological developments do not strengthen the relationship between emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, behavioral learning, and the learning environment to the level of understanding of accounting, which means that the hypothesis fifth, sixth, seventh, and eighth is not acceptable.

This study aims to analyze the value of the density of marine debris, perceptions and participation in Temberan beach and Pasir Padi beach, as well as determine the relationship of perception and participation to the density of marine debris. This research is a type of research that is descriptive with a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative). The study was conducted at Temberan beach in Bangka Regency and Pasir Pasir Beach Pangkal Pinang in October 2019. The sampling technique used was random sampling and purposive sampling. The data collection technique was carried out using observation technique namely sampling and questionnaire. The validity test uses the Pearson Product Moment formula and the reliability test uses the Cronbach’s Alpha formula. The results showed that the density of debris in the Temberan beach was more dominant at 10.92 pieces/meter2, while at Temberan beach 3 pieces/meter2. The results of perception and participation are different, with the Temberan beach occupying more complex waste problems. The relationship of perception and participation in the density of marine debris have a relationship that affects each other.
