The purpose of this study was to determine the role of work motivation in mediating the influence of servant leadership on employee performance at the Legian Beach Hotel, Kuta Bali. Determination of the sample in this study using a census, which is if all members of the population as many as 65 people were used as samples. Data analysis using smartPLS software version 3.2.7. The result is that the implementation of servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on work motivation; servant leadership does not affect employee performance; work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; servant leadership is able to mediate the effect of servant leadership on employee performance at the Legian Beach Hotel, Kuta Bali.

The purpose of this study is to explain the role of motivational mediation on the influence of the work environment on the performance of employees of PT Hung-A Indonesia. This research is quantitative in nature using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population in this study were employees of PT Hung-A Indonesai Hi End Factory division with 81 samples obtained from the Slovin formula. The independent variable in this study is the work environment, the dependent variable is employee performance and the work motivation variable is the mediating variable. Data analysis in this study used path analysis. By processing data using Smart PLS 3.0. The results showed that work environment variables had an effect on employee performance. Work environment variables affect motivation. Motivation variables have an effect on employee performance, and motivation is able to mediate the influence of the work environment on employee performance.

In this study, there are results that contradict the theory which states that the higher the level of training and motivation, the employee's performance should increase.  In this study, training had no effect and motivation had no positive effect. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance in Kopiloka 3.0.  The population in this study were all employees at Kopiloka 3.0, which amounted to 15 people with a sample of 15 people using saturated sampling.  The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 24 software, which consisted of data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of the study show that training has no effect on employee performance.  Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.  Simultaneously (together) the independent variables of training and motivation have an effect on employee performance.

Abstract: Employee performance is very important for an organization to achieve its goals. This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture, on employee performance, leadership on employee performance, work discipline on employee performance, compensation on employee performance and work culture, leadership, work discipline, compensation on employee performance at PT. KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto. The study population is all employees of PT. KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto as many as 623 employees. Determination of sample size with Slovin formula obtained by 86 respondents. The data used is the primary data obtained from the questionnaires distributed to respondents.Tehnik data analysis used is a quantitative approach. The data of the research were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: Work culture affect the performance of employees means that if the work culture increases then the performance of employees will increase. Leadership affects the performance of employees means that if the existing leadership is conducive to work then the performance of employees will increase, work discipline does not affect the performance of employees means employees who discipline work high and employees who work discipline less have the same performance height, Compensation effect on the performance of meaning if the compensation increases then employee performance will increase, work culture, leadership, work discipline and compensation together affect the employee's performance, meaning that if work culture, leadership, work discipline and compensation together increase the employee performance will increase. Keywords: Working Culture, Leadership, Work Discipline, Compensation, Employee Performance. Abstrak: Kinerja pegawai merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi organisasi untuk mencapai tujuannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya kerja, terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dan budaya kerja, kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto. Populasi penelitian adalah semua karyawan PT. KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto sebanyak 623 orang karyawan. Penentuan ukuran sampel dengan rumus Slovin diperoleh sampel sebanyak 86 responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada responden.Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Budaya kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai artinya apabila budaya kerja meningkat maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai artinya apabila kepemimpinan yang ada sangat kondusif untuk bekerja maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat, Disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai artinya pegawai yang disiplin kerjanya tinggi dan pegawai yang disiplin kerjanya kurang memiliki kinerja yang sama tingginya, Kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja artinya apabila kompensasi meningkat maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat, Budaya kerja, kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, artinya apabila budaya kerja, kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi  secara bersama-sama mengalami peningkatan maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat. Kata Kunci:  Budaya Kerja, Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi, Kinerja   Pegawai.

This study is focused to analyze the impact of servant leadership on employee performance in relation to the organizational commitment mediation. It is a causality research, providing an explanation and understanding about the impact of servant leadership on employee performance and the impact of servant leadership on organizational commitment. The sample of the research are 90 civil servants in Wangaya General Hospital as the respondents. In this study questionares are used as instuments of the research. Descriptive and inferential analysis were applied as method of analysis and Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) as a tool. The result is that servant leadership does not have any significant effect on employees performance, servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the impact on servant leadership and employee performance through the role of organizational commitment as mediating variable is supported.

This study purposes were determined the effect of leadership, work environment, work discipline and motivation on employee performance at the Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan, Grobogan Regency. The research type is a survey research using a questionnaire as the instrument. The research population are employees at the Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan, Grobogan Regency. The sample used in this study amounted to 62 respondents. Data collection technique used questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results shown that there is a positive and significant effect of leadership, work environment, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance both individually and simultaneously. Leadership is the variable with the most dominant effect on the performance of the employees of the Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan in Grobogan Regency.

Employees are an essential asset for the organization to advance and develop the organization to be more productive. This situation may achieve when employees in the organization have optimal performance. Many factors positively affect the performance of employees in the organization. This study aims to determine how much influence organizational commitment, work motivation and work discipline have on employee performance in PT. PLN (Persero) P3b Sumatera UPT Padang. Respondents who were involved in the study were 60 people who were selected using the saturated sample technique. The results showed that both partially and simultaneously, organizational commitment, work motivation, and work discipline had a significant and positive effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination of the tested variables is .636. It shows that the percentage contribution of the variable organizational commitment, work motivation and work discipline to employee performance is 64.6%. In comparison, the remaining 35.4%  determined by other variables not analyzed in this study's model. Thus, this study shows that the three tested variables must be an essential consideration for the organization to obtain optimal employee performance.

Performance as the results of work functions or activities of a person or group in an organization within a certain period of time at KSP Credit Union Dharma Prima Kita. This study aims to partially determine the effect of work motivation, work environment and work discipline on employee performance. The subjects of this study were employees of KSP Credit Union Dharma Prima Kita, with a total of 70 respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques and uses the SPSS for windows 25 computer program. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive effect. and significant on employee performance and simultaneously work motivation, work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research was to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance and the role of job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research used an explanatory research design. The population of this research were all employees of Bank Indonesia Jember Representative Office consisting of 69 organic and non organic employees. The type of data analysis of this research was path analysis. The result of this research showed that organizational culture (X) having a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Z) of 50,2%, organizational culture (X) having a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) of 29,2%, job satisfaction (Z) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) by 34,4%, organizational culture (X) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) through job satisfaction (Z) of 46,4%.

Work satisfaction and motivation have been believed to directly connect to employee performance. These two indicators are potential to either decrease or increase the level of performance, how many items an employee can meet in an accordance with company terms. Employee with well-satisfaction may be motivated to show up their maximum performance while working, which consequently increase company performance or organization after all. This study aims to analyze job satisfaction in moderating the effect of work motivation on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative research approach by means of a survey research. The population of this study were all employees of Hotel Paradise Batu, so that the sampling used total sampling technique. Descriptive data and moderated regression were used as data analysis. The results show that work motivation has an effect on employee performance, work motivation and satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction moderates the interaction of work motivation and employee performance

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between Transformational Leadership, Servant Leadership, Digital Transformation on Organizational Performance and Work Innovation Capabilities. In this study using quantitative methods and data analysis techniques Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.0 software. This research was conducted in the population in this study were all SMEs in Tangerang City as many as 41,155 SMEs and based on the method of determining the number of samples according to Morgan, the sample units were 380 SMEs. Based on the results of data analysis transformational leadership has a significant effect on Organizational Performance, transformational leadership has no significant effect on Work Innovation Capabilities, servant leadership has a significant effect on Organizational Performance, servant leadership has no significant effect on work innovation capabilities, digital transformation has no significant effect on organizational performance, digital Transformation has no significant effect on Work Innovation Capabilities, organizational performance has no significant effect on work innovation capabilities, transformational Leadership has no significant effect on Organizational Performance through Work Innovation Capabilities, Servant Leadership has no significant effect on Organizational Performance through Work Innovation Capabilities, digital transformation has no significant effect significant to the Organizational Performance through Work Innovation Capabilities.
