Several new copying strategies have been described, missing in the scientific literature. These strategies are often used by stressed patients without realizing that these are unhealthy coping strategies that often deepen the problems rather than solve them. The psychologist's job is to identify and discontinue them if there is a clear desire on the part of the client. Some of these copying strategies are Changing live communication with virtual communication, Acceptance of foreign culture as a way of life, Self-deception (self-delusion), Topping or giving up food.

Artistic communication is the interaction between the viewer and the work of art. Its success is the highest goal of an art mediator, whose role is to establish and maintain a dialogue between the subjects of artistic communication. n this regard, art mediation is understood by the authors of the article as a participatory practice that teaches visitors of art museums and galleries the language of art and its interpretation. This view is confirmed by a review of the concept of artistic communication in scientific literature, as well as an analysis of the practice of art mediation, its basic principles (such as openness, polyphony and the use of an individual approach by an art mediator) are revealed on the example of the Krasnoyarsk Museum Biennale «Negotiators» in the Krasnoyarsk Museum Center.

The key concept of our study is "religiosity". In scientific literature, it is most often correlated with an individual or a social group, a community and understands a set of certain attributes that are inherent to them and which find expression in faith and worship of supernatural both at the level of consciousness and at the level of behavior. The object of our study is the Ukrainian people (ethnos). It should be noted that religious studies in Soviet times did not take into account the fact that human existence is possible only in the conditions of a certain ethnic community, an individual is, above all, a certain ethnotype, and, moreover, it does not study the religious dimensions of the ethno-national being of that another people. Religion itself, if considered as a special, long-standing state of consciousness, as a certain system, which is a set of elements (ideas, representations) that interact with each other and with the environment, form a stable integrity, can be considered an integral part of ethno-national mentality. According to M.Kostomarov, folk religiosity is a special view that the people have in their religion and that it does not constitute any kind of whole religion, nor a certain sect. Today it is universally accepted that the national type of religiosity exists on the ordinary level of consciousness, is a complex syncretic entity. The history of its formation does not coincide with the history of the doctrine of a certain denomination. However, it is clear that the religiosity of Ukrainians, posing an integral part of the mentality and spirituality of the people, has a history of its formation. It is a consequence of the influence of a complex of factors that predetermined the way of life of the Ukrainian people in a certain natural geographic and cultural-historical space.

Aim. The aim is the considering of the general trend in relations between the two countries in the context of China’s opposition to Western pressure. Methodology. General scientific group methods (analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction); as well as special methods: content analysis of scientific literature; factual analysis, retrospective analysis method. Results. Chinese military philosophy is implemented in China’s «soft power» strategy. In relations with Russia, China makes no exceptions from the general philosophical principles of interaction with Western civilization. The principles of China’s military philosophy contradict forecasts of the possibility of a military alliance with Russia. The theoretical significance of the study lies in the fact that relations between Russia and China are viewed from the standpoint of the basic principles of the military philosophy of the PRC.

AbstractThe debate over the future of East Asian democracy centers largely on the fit between democratic values and the Confucian way of life. Some interpret Confucianism's hierarchical, communitarian, and anti-pluralistic values as a roadblock to democratic consolidation. Others interpret the Confucian traditions of dissent and accountability as comparable to liberal institutions. This article surveys this scholarly debate by dividing the literature into three theoretical camps: compatibility, incompatibility, and convergence. Additionally, the few available empirical works on the Confucian-democratic dynamic are discussed and the findings are applied to the three categorizations. This review article maintains that a consensus on the relationship between Confucianism and democracy remains elusive due to the divergent conceptualizations and operationalizations of the two doctrines.

The aim of the article is to present the idea of gamification of academic courses as well as strategies and tools for the game between the lecturer and students, thanks to which a cascading building-up of motivation to study actively will be possible. To achieve this goal, the article uses the concepts contained in the scientific literature devoted to the idea of gamification, the contents of student essays addressing the issue of effective ways to motivate an involved participation in classes and personal experience of the author of the article in applying the elements of games in the teaching process. The results of the deliberations presented in the article and the conclusions formulated on their basis draw attention primarily to the need to introduce innovations into the teaching of academic courses. Methodically properly designed courses, based on the idea of gamification, can fulfil the essential purpose of teaching, which is to stimulate involvement in the process of studying in the modern generation of students - a generation whose way of life is determined by the virtual space, saturation with stimuli, and the need to be noticed in a crowd. Usability of gamification, beyond the desire to develop in students the need for knowledge and understanding, also results from the possibility of building lasting social relations between the lecturer and students which can pay off, through tutor relations, with further cooperation in the realization of joint projects.

Analysis of scientific literature, generalization of information about information competence of the individual gives grounds to define it as the orientation of the individual to ensure the effectiveness of life in the information society, which is an integral quality of personality, holistic, dynamic system of personal abilities that allow consciously and creatively define and carry out . Based on the analysis of the scientific literature, expert data and taking into account the idea of the component composition of information competence (N. Balovsyak, A. Khutorsky, I. Kisla, R. Pavlyuk, etc.), nineteen bipolar indicators of information competence of the individual are determined. It is established that the set of their typical characteristics reflect the level of manifestation of components in a particular person, which allows to determine the general level of information competence of the individual. Cluster analysis allowed to group indicators into the component composition of information competence of the individual, which includes motivation, direction of action, subjective, personal, group and business orientation, project-behavioral, emotional-volitional components, personality abilities, life values, communication, professionally important qualities , eco- and legal culture. Relevant components are grouped into blocks: motivational-motivational, cognitive-activity, personal-value, meaningful. These components are closely interconnected and together ensure that the individual performs its functions: motivational and directional; cognitive-perceptual; communicative; regulatory and developmental; operational orientation. They determine the trajectory of the path of formation of personality, taking into account the development of its qualities, professional self-determination, motivational sphere, motivations, awareness of the essence of life and so on. It is established that the presence of reflection presupposes the ability to analyze, realize one’s qualities, personal qualities, know oneself, correct one’s behavior and way of life (M. Dyachenko, L. Kandybovych, etc.). Given the results of the study of V. Romenets and A. Furman, we believe that reflection is a phenomenon of aftereffect, which expresses the essence of the action. A person’s ability to reflect combines the characteristics of behavior and his ability to control their actions, and in interpersonal relationships supports the morality of behavior. Using a system-structural approach that takes into account the complexity of the whole personality as a set of interdependent substructures (S. Maksymenko and others), personality attitudes, attitudes, value orientations, communicative properties (O. Vakulenko, etc.), a structural-functional model is proposed information competence of the individual.

Common trends in society show that sustainable thinking has not yet become a way of life and is fragmented. This justifies the need for both future and existing professionals – architects and environmental / interior designers – to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills in designing and evaluating projects in aspects of sustainability that are related to public health and well-being. The aim of the article is to determine the criteria for the evaluation of sustainable design, which should be taken into account during the development and implementation of the interior design project. Research methods – theoretical – research and analysis of scientific literature.
