Purpose: scientific rationale approaches Express-diagnostics for athletes of taekwondo section by psychophysiological parameters. Material: Total surveyed 84 people, including 68 boys and 16 girls. Were defined backup capabilities, exercise tolerance and selection of adequate individual dose of loads in preparation for the international competition, participants - taekwondo athletes. Was attended by representatives of Ukraine, Russia and Lithuania. Age groups of participants: 6 - 16 years. Athletes have different levels and different schools of training. Results: evaluation of exercise tolerance and definition of an adequate level of motor mode in taekwondo athletes in terms of the difference of lability (DL) before and after training, revealed: high and very high nervous system (NS) lability. These figures correspond to high and very high tolerance to physical loads. The respondents who had difference of liability (DL) <0, were well-trained athletes and their high points of strength of nervous system testified about good backup capabilities (withstand great and continuous loads). In 78 % of the tested load was chosen adequately. Less than 20% of the respondents noted the average backup capabilities. They need individual correction dose loads to increase adaptive capacity. Insignificant 10%, the share of respondents had low exercise tolerance at the average values NS strength, which indicates a good backup capabilities. The direct dependence: respondents with high levels on state of health, activity and mood - low levels of anxiety, frustration, aggression and rigidity. Conclusions The proposed optimized approach Express-diagnostics according to psychophysiological parameters allow you to determine the level of physical endurance, speed adaptation athletes in the sections taekwondo and adequate response to the loads.

AbstractWe report the development of a lab-on-a-chip system, that facilitates coupled dielectrophoretic detection (DEP-D) and impedimetric counting (IM-C), for investigating drug resistance in K562 and CCRF-CEM leukemia cells without (immuno) labeling. Two IM-C units were placed upstream and downstream of the DEP-D unit for enumeration, respectively, before and after the cells were treated in DEP-D unit, where the difference in cell count gave the total number of trapped cells based on their DEP characteristics. Conductivity of the running buffer was matched the conductivity of cytoplasm of wild type K562 and CCRF-CEM cells. Results showed that DEP responses of drug resistant and wild type K562 cells were statistically discriminative (at p = 0.05 level) at 200 mS/m buffer conductivity and at 8.6 MHz working frequency of DEP-D unit. For CCRF-CEM cells, conductivity and frequency values were 160 mS/m and 6.2 MHz, respectively. Our approach enabled discrimination of resistant cells in a group by setting up a threshold provided by the conductivity of running buffer. Subsequent selection of drug resistant cells can be applied to investigate variations in gene expressions and occurrence of mutations related to drug resistance.

The article is devoted to the influence of an increased level of situational and personal anxiety of examination stress on the indices of the autonomic nervous system in 17-21-year-old male students (I and V courses) with a melancholic type of nervous system. In the course of the conducted studies, it was found that in 17- and 21-year-old students-melancholic during the examination process between heart rate and blood pressure there are some differences that do not normalize after the exam. Vegetative indicators in 21-year-old students in the periods before and after the exam are slightly increased, relative to indicators in 17-year-old students. The Kerdo vegetative index (VIC) in both age groups was in a state of sympathicotonia, which is an indicator of the superiority of the sympathetic nervous system throughout the entire examination process. The results obtained in the course of this study can be used to optimize learning activities, relieve stress in exams and protect students' health.

Objective.Patient global assessment (PGA) is one of the 4 items included in the Disease Activity Score (DAS28) for evaluation of activity of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). We studied the influence of the use of 3 different techniques of PGA on the assessment of disease activity.Methods.We evaluated 3 different DAS28 according to the technique of PGA in 108 patients with active RA before and after 12 weeks of etanercept therapy.Results.The reliability (intraclass coefficient of correlation) between screening and baseline was very high and similar for the 3 DAS28. The percentage of patients in the different states of disease (from remission to higher disease activity) and the sensitivity to change across the 3 DAS28 scales were very similar.Conclusion.The different techniques of collection of PGA to be included in the DAS calculation yield similar results. However, an accepted, unequivocal technique should be encouraged in order to reduce heterogeneity in scoring DAS among patients with RA.

The use of antibiotics in veterinary medicine and a resulting development of antimicrobial resistance is a topic of major concern. Especially for primary care, evidence is needed to guarantee the efficacy of antibiotic drugs in future. For this, the correct dosage is an essential measure to prevent antibiotic resistance. Because veterinarians used practice differs from the manufacturer’s recommendations, data is needed to describe evidence-based defined daily doses for animals (DDDA).

In 2011 data was collected on the usage of antibiotics in farm animals in conjunction with the VetCAb-study (Veterinary consumption of antibiotics) in Germany (see vetcab-s.de, van Rennings et al., 2015). Since then, data is continuously collected on the kind of antibiotics, the number of doses, number of animals treated and treatment frequencies. For this presentation the antibiotic usage in 2011 of 500 German pig farms totalling 18,150 treatment courses were recorded and analysed with regard to their dosage. The used daily dosage (UDD) was calculated from the amount of the drug used and a defined standard weight for the four different age groups in pig production: sows (200kg), piglets (4kg), weaners (15kg) and fattening pigs (50 kg).

Apart from the UDD the expertise of pharmacologists was also taken into account to determine a DDDA for each antibiotic. This definition of DDDA is pinpointed by the recommendation of the EMA and has to be determined for each drug in combination with animal species and the form of application.

The study showed that in pig production, the antibiotic groups tetracycline and ß-lactams are mainly used. More than 90% of all treatments are given orally. For tetracycline the manufacturers recommend a dose of approximately 80 mg / kg orally in pigs. The DDDAs determined from expert opinions are around 50mg/ kg. In the present study with 500 analysed pig farms the average UDD was 39.6 mg / kg. Previous studies in Germany identified an identical image of evaluations in pig farms (Merle et al, 2014). This example shows the difference between the manufacturer’s recommendations, expert opinions and in practice actually administered doses.

These data therefore form a basis for the determination of DDDA. The next necessary step would be to develop Europe-wide DDDAs for each antibiotic, animal species and form of application.

In response to the Covid-19 outbreak, among other previous ``non-pharmaceutical interventions'', on March 22, 2020 the Italian Government imposed an economic lockdown and ordered the closing of all non-essential economic activities. This paper estimates the causal effect of this measure on mortality by Covid-19 and on mobility patterns. The identification of the causal effect exploits the variation in the number of active workers across municipalities induced by the economic lockdown. The difference-in-difference empirical design compares outcomes in municipalities above and below the median variation in the share of active population before and after the lockdown within a province, also controlling for municipality-specific dynamics, daily-shocks at the provincial level and municipal unobserved characteristics. Our results show that the intensity of the economic lockdown is associated to a statistically significant reduction in mortality by Covid-19 and, in particular, for age groups between 40-64 and older. Back of the envelope calculations indicate that 4,793 deaths were avoided, in the 26 days between April 5 to April 30, in the 3,518 municipalities which experienced a more intense lockdown. Assuming linearity, a 1 percentage point reduction in the share of active population caused a 1.32 percentage points reduction in mortality by Covid-19. We also find that the economic lockdown, as expected, led to a reduction in human mobility. Several robustness checks corroborate our empirical findings.

Inferiority is one of psychological disorder of student’s obesity. One of the approach that can be used to reduce the inferiority of student’s obesity is Adlerian group counseling. Theorically, Adler discusses physical condition as a factor causing inferiority of humans. This study is aimed to: (1) describe the inferiority of student’s obesity before and after being given the Adlerian group counseling; (2) effectiveness of Adlerian group counseling to reducing inferiority of student’s obesity. This study is conducted by using quantitative method, that is quasi experiment, the one group pre-test post-test design is used. The selection of subjects in this study using non-random sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The subjects were 12 student’s obesity with high and medium levels of inferiority. This study was conducted in SMPI Khaira Ummah Padang from October to November 2014. The instrument used Likert scale. The analyzed was using non-parametric statistical technique that is Wilcoxon’s test. The findings of this study indicate that: (1) there is the difference of inferiority of the student’s obesity before and after being given treatment of Adlerian group counseling. Inferiority of student’s obesity has descreased after being given treatment; (2) Adlerian group counseling effective to reducing inferiority of student’s obesity. Adlerian group counseling can significantly to reduce inferiority student’s obesity, beneficial to further reduce the problem of inferiority due to other physical conditions

Many programs have been designed and implemented to get the population out of poverty. However, the results achieved are not always satisfactory. Probolinggo District has implemented the Jalin Matra PFK as a program specifically designed for women to be free from their poverty conditions. However, this program still produces the same output, where women poor population is not much reduced. An in-depth investigation of the understanding of the concept of poverty and the data collection system that was carried out found the cause of the failure of the PFK program. The definition of poverty described in Indonesia is not always in accordance with the local concept of poverty. Besides, the definition of poor program recipients is poor population decile 1. On the other hand, the purpose of the program is empowerment. Therefore, the initial definition of this program is not quite correct. The inaccuracy of this definition has implications for incorrect data collection. It is also exacerbated by the implementation of an integrated data collection system that is distorted by several things. Defining different productive age groups between agencies is the first distortion. The difference in authority in determining the number of program recipients is the subsequent distortion. Community and local officials’ perceptions of poverty based on cultural poverty also distort the data verification process. As a result, an error occurred in the database as a basis for program implementation.

Internet Trolls are an online subculture who participate in posting upsetting or shocking content, harassing users, and spreading false information for their own enjoyment. As of the time of this study, research is limited on the trolling culture, the perception of trolls, and trolling behavior. The researchers have investigated trolling culture, as well as conducted a study in which subjects were asked to relay their emotional reactions to a selection of online comments, and mark the comments they considered to be trolling behavior. The results were meant to discover whether subjects of different age generations differed in their perception and definition of trolls. The results clarified that trolling was frequently associated with poor behavior, although the degree of disapproval and definitions for trolling varied between age groups.

With every year, the application of merges and acquisitions strategy becomes more and more topical for Russian companies. One of the most topical issues is carrying out the analysis of efficiency of M&A transactions that is also confirmed by increasing the number of works in the field of assessment of efficiency of M&A transactions of companies. In this article, the main methods of assessment of efficiency of M&A transactions, and also possibility of use of the DEA method in determining efficiency of transactions of the oil and gas companies are considered for example. The comparative analysis of application of traditional methods and the DEA method using example of an assessment of efficiency of acquisition of JSC Rosneft is carried out. Results of the analysis showed that it is necessary to carry out a complex assessment of productivity of the M&A transaction, using some methods and assessment approaches, since the DEA method not always works in a section of an assessment of efficiency before and after the transaction. So, according to the given calculations, the effect of acquisition in the first year after acquisition was positive (0,001%), but by 2014 became 0,9%. Profitability of assets as started decreasing, and two years later the total change became 5%. Thus profitability of the capital increased in the first year by 26% however in a year this value decreased. At the same time, this method is applicable for an express choice of the companies purposes from a large number of the companies. The sequence of steps is developed for DEA method application in an assessment of efficiency of carrying out transactions on merges and acquisitions, and also a technique of definition of DMU for an assessment of efficiency of one transaction within DEA method use that gives to research the high practical importance. Recommendations about express selection of the companies purposes for carrying out the transaction of M&A are made.
