ABSTRAK Manajemen krisis sangat dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan yang sedang mengalami krisis khususnya di PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero). Manajemen krisis ini jika perusahaan mengalami krisis maka pihak manajemen harus mengembalikan kondisi perusahaan dengan menggunakan proses manajemen krisis ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui beberapa proses manajemen krisis yang telah dilakukan oleh Humas yaitu proses mengidentifikasi, mengisolasi dan mengendalikan krisis di PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero). Proses ini merupakan rangkaian dari strategi 3P yaitu strategi pencegahan, strategi persiapan dan strategi penanggulangan. Peneliti menggunakan konsep dari tahap strategi penanggulangan krisis dalam kondisi akut yaitu proses mengidentifikasi, mengisolasi, dan mengendalikan krisis. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme dan metode kualitatif. Peneliti juga menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus yaitu mengenai suatu lembaga atau organisasi dengan berupa fenomena yang ada dan terjadi nyata di suatu lembaga atau organisasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menerangkan bahwa proses mengidentifikasi yaitu mencari akar permasalahan,  proses mengisolasi ini bagaimana cara memberi pemahaman kepada internal dan eksternal, dan proses mengendalikan untuk memulihkan perusahaan yang mengalami krisi dan agar tidak terulang kembali krisis kepada perusahaan Crisis management is needed by companies that are experiencing a crisis, especially in Indonesian Aerospace (IAe).The management of this crisis if the company's crisis management it must restore the company to use the crisis management process. The purpose of this research is to know some crisis management process that has been done by Public Relations is the process of identifying, isolating and controlling the crisis in Indonesian Aerospace (IAe). This process is a series of strategies 3P such as prevention strategies, preparation strategies and coping strategies. Researchers use the concept of crisis coping strategies in acute conditions that is the process of identifying, isolating, and controlling the crises. This research uses constructivism paradigm and qualitative method. Researchers also use a case study approach that is about an institution or organization with a phenomenon that exists and occurs manifestly in an institution or organization. The results of this research explain that the process of identifying is to find the root of the problems, the process of isolating this how to give understanding to the internal and external, and the process of controlling to restore the company that suffered the crisis and so as not to repeat the crisis.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pengelolaan dimulai dari pencarian data dan fakta, perencanaan, pengaplikasian program, serta tahap evaluasi. Proses ini merupakan rangkaian dari pengaplikasian konsep four step public relations yang dijalankan oleh humas Kantor Wilayah Kementrian Agama Provinsi Jawa Barat, yaitu tahap fact finding, planning and programming, taking actions and communications, and evaluations. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme , pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, mengenai suatu lembaga atau organisasi dengan berupa fenomena yang ada dan terjadi nyata disuatu lembaga atau organisasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menerangkan bahwa proses pengelolaan website menghasilkan data yang terbagi kedalam dua bagian yaitu fakta primer dan sekunder , setelah data didapatkan selanjutnya perencanaan program aplikasi yang memudahkan publik, lalu pengaplikasian program aplikasi seperti halnya E-MTQ, SIMKAH, dan lain-lain, tahap akhir yaitu evaluasi yang dilakukan seperti Rapat Koordinasi dengan Pemerintah Provinsi dan Kab/Kota. Kata Kunci :  Pengelolaan; Humas; Website       The purpose of this research is to find out the management process, Fact Finding, Planning and programming, Taking Actions and communications, and evaluation stages. This process is a series of applications of the four-step public relations concept run by the PR of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of West Java Province. Researchers also use a case study approach that is about an institution or organization in the form of phenomena that exist and occur real in an institution or organization. The results of this study explain that the website management process produces data which is divided into two parts, namely primary and secondary facts, after the data is obtained then the planning of application programs that facilitate the public, then application of application programs such as E-MTQ, SIMKAH, and others, the final stage is an evaluation conducted such as a Coordination Meeting with the Provincial and District / City Governments. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan tentang proses manajemen krisis dalam menangani pipa gas meledak tahun 2015 yang dilakukan oleh humas PT Star Energy Gheothermal Wayang Windu Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan paragdima kontruktivisme, metode kualitatif dan pendekatan studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses manajemen krisis dalam menangani pipa gas meledak oleh humas PT.Star Energy Gheothermal Wayang windu Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa manajemen krisis dalam menangani pipa gas meledak tahun 2015 oleh humas PT. Star Energy Gheothermal Wayang Windu Bandung tersebut dimulai dengan tahapan koordinasi penentuan masalah, observasi lokasi, ditemukannya masalah, analisis masalah, selanjutnya melakukan perencanaan dan pemprograman dengan tahapan membuat rencana, perencanaan target, koordinasi perencanaan, konfirmasi, lalu pelaksanaan dan pengkomunikasian didalamnya ada koordinasi pelaksanaan, pelaksanaan penanggulangan krisis, laporan kepada kantor pusat perusahaan, selanjutnya tahapan evaluasi yang dilakukan secar berkala terakhir peran humas kepada masyarakat untuk menyampaikan informasi terkait krisis yang sedang terjadi. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to explain the crisis management process in handling gas pipes exploding in 2015 by PT Star Energy Gheothermal Wayang Windu Bandung PR. This study uses the paradigm of constructivism, qualitative methods and a case study approach which aims to find out the process of crisis managementThe results of the study show that crisis management in handling gas pipes exploded in 2015 by public relations company with the coordination of problem determination, location observation, problem finding, problem analysis, then planning and programming with the stages of planning, target planning, coordinating planning, confirmation, then implementing and communicating in there implementation coordination, implementation of crisis response, report to the company's head office, then the evaluation phase is carried out in the last period of the public relations role to the community to convey information related to the crisis that is currently happening.

The ability to cope with competitive stress is an integral part of elite sport performance. The purposes of this investigation were to identify and examine players’ perceptions of sources of stress and coping strategies prior to the 1999 soccer world cup finals. Using a case study approach (Stake, 2000), members of a women’s national soccer team (n = 10) participated in this investigation. Through the process of inductive data analysis, main sources of stress were categorized into the following four main themes: coaches, demands of international soccer, competitive stressors, and distractions. Participants used several types of strategies based on a range of problem-focused, emotion-focused, appraisal-reappraisal, and avoidance coping styles to deal with these stressors. The main coping themes identified were reappraisal, use of social resources, performance behaviors, and blocking. Athletes implemented different coping strategies depending on the stressors they encountered. The widest range of coping responses were displayed in coping with the communication styles used by the coaches. Implications of these findings for researchers, athletes, coaches, and sport psychologists are discussed.

The economic risk of a pandemic such as crisis of Covid-19 is very distinct from the health risk. Since the economic and public health risks are distinct, the evaluation and design of policies to ameliorate them should be pursued separately. One of the measures to minimize the Covid-19 risk is through infaq mechanisme which has been mandated in Islam. Infaq is a kind of alms giving intended to assist the needs of a man in his daily life. The spirit of giving is promoted by Islam as a means to develop the ummah in the economic and social sector. Some Muslim classical jurists are of the view that the properties endowed or infaq may not necessarily be in physical or tangible forms, but they may be in intangible and various forms. In today’s world, our societies demand the contribution in wider forms including contribution in the form of skills and expertise from the professional experts. Infaq of professional expertise aims to utilize professional experts in order to fulfil those demands craved by the society in many fields such as medical, accounting, law, engineering and architecture. The objective of this case is to expose students on the benefit and potential of infaq of expertise. The purpose is not to disclose weaknesses nor the incompetency on any of the individual or organization, but to provide basis for academic discussion.  The methodology of research used is qualitative method using case study approach with related to the Manual of Infaq and Waqf of Expertise. The general finding of this article shows that a good comprehension and application of the unique concept of Infaq of Expertise able to provide various benefits to many people.

Public Relations of the Bandung Regency Government realizes that its area has a lot of potential for various local wisdom and has a heterogeneous society. This study aims to explore and analyze the values of local knowledge in developing public relations strategies in the government of Bandung Regency, West Java province. This study uses a constructivist interpretive (subjective) paradigm through a case study approach. The results showed that the Bandung Regency Government runs its government based on local wisdom. Bandung Regency Public Relations utilizes local insight and the region's potential to develop a public relations strategy to build and maintain a positive image of Bandung Regency. The impact of this research is expected to become a source of new scientific references in the development of public relations strategies in every region of Indonesia, which is very rich with various philosophies.Humas Pemerintah Kabupaten Bandung menyadari wilayahnya memiliki banyak potensi kearifan lokal yang beragam, serta memiliki masyarakatnya yang heterogen. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggali dan menganalisis nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam pengembangan strategi kehumasan di pemerintahan Kabupaten Bandung provinsi Jawa Barat.  Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma interpretif (subjektif) konstruktivis melalui pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Bandung menjalankan pemerintahannya berlandaskan pada kearifal lokal. Humas Pemkab Bandung memanfaatkan kearifan lokal dan potensi wilayahnya untuk mengembangkan strategi humas dalam membangun dan mempertahankan citra positif Kabupaten Bandung.Dampak penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi sumber rujukan ilmiah baru dalam pengembangan strategi kehumasan di setiap daerah Indonesia yang sangat kaya dengan beragam filosofi.

This research is generally aimed at strengthening Muhammadiyah union institution in one of Muhammadiyah's business charity in Gorontalo Province, whereas specifically the purpose of this research is to know objective description about reality that happened at campus of Muhammadiyah University of Gorontalo from organizational culture that developed on campus This, taking into account the organizational culture found in Muhammadiyah in accordance with the PHIWM. This research uses qualitative method with case study approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. Research time started from January to June 2017 From the results show that the employees have not implemented properly. Indicators of hard work still have not shown good results because most employees still do not understand the main duties and functions in work. Discipline indicators are also not well implemented where there are still many employees who enter the campus through the provisions of the time set as well while attending events on campus and when entering the time of prayer still not heed these things. The last indicator is the optimization in the work also has not shown the maximum results because only a few who are able to work effectively in accordance with the work agenda that they set previously.

Kulon Progo Regency is one of the districts that has many innovations, one of which is community empowerment in collaboration with a modern shop abbreviated as the shop name owned by the people (tomira). This research was motivated by the achievements of the Kulon Progo district government in carrying out development and innovation in the development of the Kulon Progo region by fully involving the Kulon Progo district community through community empowerment. This initiative was taken by the government of Kulon Progo Regency to improve community empowerment and protect the people of Kulon Progo Regency from various economic threats. Considering that in the past few years many modern shops have mushroomed in each district/city, so this is what makes Kulon Progo Regency move quickly to empower the community by collaborating between MSMEs or cooperative with modern shops. This study uses a qualitative method which case study approach. With the empowerment that has been done, the original products of Kulon Progo Regency or local products can be traded in modern stores so that local products in Kulon Progo Regency can compete with national products in these modern stores. The existence of such cooperation will indirectly improve the image of Kulon Progo Regency and lift the original products of Kulon Progo Regency. The lifting of the original products of Kulon Progo Regency will have a positive impact on the community, where indirectly the economy of the community will increase so that there will be prosperity for the community. Kabupaten Kulon Progo adalah salah satu kabupaten yang memiliki banyak inovasi, salah satunya adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat bekerja sama dengan toko modern disingkat nama toko yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat (tomira). Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pencapaian pemerintah kabupaten Kulon Progo dalam melakukan pengembangan dan inovasi dalam pengembangan wilayah Kulon Progo dengan melibatkan sepenuhnya masyarakat kabupaten Kulon Progo melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat. Inisiatif ini diambil oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Kulon Progo untuk meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat dan melindungi masyarakat Kabupaten Kulon Progo dari berbagai ancaman ekonomi. Menimbang bahwa dalam beberapa tahun terakhir banyak toko-toko modern telah menjamur di setiap kabupaten/kota, jadi inilah yang membuat Kabupaten Kulon Progo bergerak cepat untuk memberdayakan masyarakat dengan berkolaborasi antara UMKM atau bekerjasama dengan toko-toko modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, dengan metode yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi. Dengan pemberdayaan yang telah dilakukan, produk asli Kabupaten Kulon Progo atau produk lokal dapat diperdagangkan di toko modern sehingga produk lokal di Kabupaten Kulon Progo dapat bersaing dengan produk nasional di toko modern ini. Adanya kerjasama tersebut secara tidak langsung akan meningkatkan citra Kabupaten Kulon Progo dan mengangkat produk asli Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Pencabutan produk asli Kabupaten Kulon Progo akan berdampak positif bagi masyarakat, di mana secara tidak langsung perekonomian masyarakat akan meningkat sehingga akan ada kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat.

This article aims to examine the issue of infrastructure development in Papua Province, Indonesia. This article specifically discusses the problems confronted during the process of infrastructure development in Jayapura and the challenges in expanding them. The method used in this study is the qualitative method with a case study approach, wherein the infrastructure development case selected is the Papua Bangkit Stadium and Holtekamp Bridge located in Jayapura. Both infrastructure development cases serve as sample cases that show the extent of infrastructure development impact in Papua, and the issues that were confronted, starting from the development process up to the expansion. The study results indicate that although previous studies have shown positive correlation between development and welfare, in reality, there are several problems occurring in Papua’s infrastructure development. Preparedness of human resources, cultural issues, and weak coordination between every level of regional government institution, these are the main problems in Papua’s infrastructure development. This article is expected to assist in resolving the issues found in Papua’s infrastructure development, and to provide recommendations for resolving those issues.

AbstrakThis study aims to determine the background and motivating factors for survivors to become local volunteers in the earthquake, tsunami and liquefaction natural disasters that occurred on September 28 in the city of Palu. The method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The results of the study showed that being a survivor's background in volunteering was a position as a board or member of Muhammadiyah, and there was also an interest in MDMC work. The driving factors (1) imply the meaning of Al Maun, be useful human beings, (2) as an act of gratitude, (3) an expression of gratitude for the opportunity of life given by God, (4) working as a volunteer becomes one of the ways to restore emotions.Keywords : survivor, volunteer, humanitarian organizations
