This research is motivated by a phenomenon that occurs in the field of Public Relations (HUMAS) of the Republic of Indonesia Television Public Broadcasting Institution (LPP TVRI) Jambi. A strategy is needed by TVRI Jambi as times change where the interest of television viewers is decreasing due to competition from both private television and new media. The audience follows a style that has value. Therefore it is necessary to have a Public Relations in order to expand public knowledge about what programs exist at TVRI in order to increase the existence of TVRI Jambi. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection methods used in the form of observation, documentation, and interviews with data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study the authors found that the Public Relations Strategy in promoting TVRI Jambi programs to improve the quality of TVRI programs in the eyes of the public to better understand and know broadcasts on TVRI Jambi therefore Public Relations itself uses a communication strategy Public relations strategy, communication, advertising , sales promotion, publicity , corporate design The problems of Public Relations in promoting LPP TVRI programs in Jambi, weak human resources, PR efforts in promoting LPP TVRI Jambi programs in collaborating with other agencies.

Abstrack: RSU Muslimat Ponorogo focuses on the quality of service to patients. This study aims to determine how the strategy is carried out by public relations. This article uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. Researchers get data from interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the public relations strategy of the Muslimat Ponorogo Hospital in improving the quality of service to patients was in accordance with the theory presented by the researcher. First, the human relations strategy is to maintain good relations with employees and customers or patients. Second, the community relations strategy is to maintain good relations with the community and communities around the hospital. Third, the media relations strategy is to use mass media, be it print, electronic or new media (internet). Fourth, it was found that the inhibiting factors faced by public relations in improving service quality, such as registration queue problems, lack of parking area, and lack of human resources. Meanwhile, supporting factors were also found, namely the presence of introductory media used, including conventional media, namely radio and television, outdoor media, namely billboards, and new media (internet), namely the internet, social media websites, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Public Relations of the Bandung Regency Government realizes that its area has a lot of potential for various local wisdom and has a heterogeneous society. This study aims to explore and analyze the values of local knowledge in developing public relations strategies in the government of Bandung Regency, West Java province. This study uses a constructivist interpretive (subjective) paradigm through a case study approach. The results showed that the Bandung Regency Government runs its government based on local wisdom. Bandung Regency Public Relations utilizes local insight and the region's potential to develop a public relations strategy to build and maintain a positive image of Bandung Regency. The impact of this research is expected to become a source of new scientific references in the development of public relations strategies in every region of Indonesia, which is very rich with various philosophies.Humas Pemerintah Kabupaten Bandung menyadari wilayahnya memiliki banyak potensi kearifan lokal yang beragam, serta memiliki masyarakatnya yang heterogen. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggali dan menganalisis nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam pengembangan strategi kehumasan di pemerintahan Kabupaten Bandung provinsi Jawa Barat.  Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma interpretif (subjektif) konstruktivis melalui pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Bandung menjalankan pemerintahannya berlandaskan pada kearifal lokal. Humas Pemkab Bandung memanfaatkan kearifan lokal dan potensi wilayahnya untuk mengembangkan strategi humas dalam membangun dan mempertahankan citra positif Kabupaten Bandung.Dampak penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi sumber rujukan ilmiah baru dalam pengembangan strategi kehumasan di setiap daerah Indonesia yang sangat kaya dengan beragam filosofi.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pengelolaan dimulai dari pencarian data dan fakta, perencanaan, pengaplikasian program, serta tahap evaluasi. Proses ini merupakan rangkaian dari pengaplikasian konsep four step public relations yang dijalankan oleh humas Kantor Wilayah Kementrian Agama Provinsi Jawa Barat, yaitu tahap fact finding, planning and programming, taking actions and communications, and evaluations. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme , pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, mengenai suatu lembaga atau organisasi dengan berupa fenomena yang ada dan terjadi nyata disuatu lembaga atau organisasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menerangkan bahwa proses pengelolaan website menghasilkan data yang terbagi kedalam dua bagian yaitu fakta primer dan sekunder , setelah data didapatkan selanjutnya perencanaan program aplikasi yang memudahkan publik, lalu pengaplikasian program aplikasi seperti halnya E-MTQ, SIMKAH, dan lain-lain, tahap akhir yaitu evaluasi yang dilakukan seperti Rapat Koordinasi dengan Pemerintah Provinsi dan Kab/Kota. Kata Kunci :  Pengelolaan; Humas; Website       The purpose of this research is to find out the management process, Fact Finding, Planning and programming, Taking Actions and communications, and evaluation stages. This process is a series of applications of the four-step public relations concept run by the PR of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of West Java Province. Researchers also use a case study approach that is about an institution or organization in the form of phenomena that exist and occur real in an institution or organization. The results of this study explain that the website management process produces data which is divided into two parts, namely primary and secondary facts, after the data is obtained then the planning of application programs that facilitate the public, then application of application programs such as E-MTQ, SIMKAH, and others, the final stage is an evaluation conducted such as a Coordination Meeting with the Provincial and District / City Governments. Public Relations of Headquarters of the Indonesian Armed Forces (TNI Headquarters) must work with the Government Public Relations strategy to maintain a reputation by maintaining credibility, trustworthiness, reliability, and responsibility in delivering positive news to the internal and external public. This study aims to see how the government public relations strategy of the Indonesian National Armed Forces Information Center (Puspen TNI) maintained the reputation of the TNI institution. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method by interviewing the Head of Puspen TNI, non-participant observation, and documentation. The results showed that Puspen TNI in maintaining the reputation of the TNI, first, maintained credibility by measuring the objectivity and quality of the news. Second, it proclaimed information about TNI and the contribution of the TNI to the nation-state to the public through mass media and social media. Third, it disseminated the news according to the facts. Forth, it reported the performance of the TNI to the external and internal public regarding responsibility to the state and nation professionally and proportionally by providing information delivered directly through the TNI website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and TV public relations TNI Streaming produced by Puspen TNI. It also maintained good relations between external media and editor in chief and journalists of print, electronic and online media.

The Covid -19 pandemic has significantly decreased the occupancy of the RedDoorz Syariah Buduran Sidoarjo Hotel rooms. The objective is to describe the marketing communication strategy used by the RedDoorz Syariah Buduran Hotel in increasing room occupancy. The study used a qualitative research method at the RedDoorz Buduran Hotel in March-August 2020. The information in this study was the hotel manager which was equipped with 3 people and 5 hotel visitors, with a purposive sampling technique which the criteria of hotel managers dan service staff. Observation data observation techniques, open interviews, and documentation. The results show that the RedDoorz Syariah Buduran hotel has carried out digital advertising through social media such as media (Instagram, website and Twitter) and TV advertising (youtube), sales promotion through the distribution of discount vouchers to visitors and holding local scale events, as well as conducting communication through the public relations division by inviting the surrounding community at the hotel anniversary event. The marketing communication strategies that are carried out are integrated with each other, so as to increase the number of visitors during a pandemic.

Objective: To analyze the communication strategy of the parliament of the Republic of Indonesia in providing good government education through social media.Methods: Case studies are used as a method in this research, and data collection techniques using in-depth interviews. The basis for selecting informants used a purposive technique by looking at the criteria for informants.Results:The results showed that the communication strategy implemented by the DPR-RI has shown success in educating the public regarding good govenment. The strategy of the parliament's news bureau to absorb the information needed by the public regarding the performance of the parliament is an important key to success.Conclusion: The good governance through Instagram social media was very effective in publishing the performance of leaders and members of the parliament.

In the constitutional arrangement of Indonesia, the House of Regional Representative of the Republic of Indonesia (DPD RI) becomes a representative institution that has the task to accommodate regional interests in political decisions. One form of public accountability for members of the DPD RI is to follow up regional aspirations. The problem of the free health service program in Banten Province, which is considered to be in conflict with Law Number 24 of 2011 concerning the Social Security Organizing Agency, examines the quality of the representative functions of DPD RI members as people's representatives in the regional context with the orientation of regional interests. This study aims to explain the roles and obligations of DPD RI members in following up on their regional aspirations. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with a case study approach. The results of this study indicate that the success of DPD RI members' accountability depends on their ability to establish good relationships with executive institutions and local governments. The accountability of DPD RI members is proven in this case because the Ministry of Health is now supporting the Banten Provincial Government's policy to fill a vacancy before all Banten people are registered as National Health Insurance participants.

Public Relations has an important role in educating and providing understanding to the public in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic as it is now. In this case, Public Relations acts as an intermediary between the government and the community by conveying policies related to the government's efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19. This study aims to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of PR strategies in delivering information on COVID-19 using social media, such as: websites, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Then the withdrawal of research informants using purposive sampling technique, informants consist of people who are directly involved with the delivery of information on covid-19 by Public Relations, with qualitative data collection consisting of depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that there are several advantages, namely (1) wide reach and large number of followers, (2) fast information updates, and (3) presenting informative and educative content. The shortcoming in question is that the management of social media is not yet maximal, which is less interactive in responding to public comments through comments on social media. The limitation of this study is that researchers only focus on the PR strategy in delivering information about COVID-19 in Gorontalo Province through social media only and not at the level of other conventional media, namely through websites, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. The value and originality of this research is the delivery of information and efforts to prevent the spread of covid-19 which is conveyed through social media PR. The contribution of this research to future PR practices is a deeper implementation of the concept of digital PR, especially during a pandemic like now where everything is done online.

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan tentang proses manajemen krisis dalam menangani pipa gas meledak tahun 2015 yang dilakukan oleh humas PT Star Energy Gheothermal Wayang Windu Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan paragdima kontruktivisme, metode kualitatif dan pendekatan studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses manajemen krisis dalam menangani pipa gas meledak oleh humas PT.Star Energy Gheothermal Wayang windu Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa manajemen krisis dalam menangani pipa gas meledak tahun 2015 oleh humas PT. Star Energy Gheothermal Wayang Windu Bandung tersebut dimulai dengan tahapan koordinasi penentuan masalah, observasi lokasi, ditemukannya masalah, analisis masalah, selanjutnya melakukan perencanaan dan pemprograman dengan tahapan membuat rencana, perencanaan target, koordinasi perencanaan, konfirmasi, lalu pelaksanaan dan pengkomunikasian didalamnya ada koordinasi pelaksanaan, pelaksanaan penanggulangan krisis, laporan kepada kantor pusat perusahaan, selanjutnya tahapan evaluasi yang dilakukan secar berkala terakhir peran humas kepada masyarakat untuk menyampaikan informasi terkait krisis yang sedang terjadi. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to explain the crisis management process in handling gas pipes exploding in 2015 by PT Star Energy Gheothermal Wayang Windu Bandung PR. This study uses the paradigm of constructivism, qualitative methods and a case study approach which aims to find out the process of crisis managementThe results of the study show that crisis management in handling gas pipes exploded in 2015 by public relations company with the coordination of problem determination, location observation, problem finding, problem analysis, then planning and programming with the stages of planning, target planning, coordinating planning, confirmation, then implementing and communicating in there implementation coordination, implementation of crisis response, report to the company's head office, then the evaluation phase is carried out in the last period of the public relations role to the community to convey information related to the crisis that is currently happening.
