Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana keberhasilan MAI dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan melalui program bina dengan pendayagunaan zakat, infak dan shadaqah yang produktif serta tahapan Manajemen Strategis yang ada di MAI. Metode yang digunakan adalah metodeideskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang dihimpun melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, studi dokumen dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses pendayagunaan MAI pada tahapan Analisis Lingkungan telah dilakukan untuk memaksimalkan kekuatan dan memanfaatkan peluang yang ada sehingga dapat meminimalisir kelemahan dan ancaman sehingga proses pendayagunaan dapat mengentaskan kemiskinan. Tahapan Formulasi Strategi berupa perumusan visi, tujuan, strategi, dan kebijakan telah diprogram secara sistematis. Selanjutnya Implementasi Strategi dengan membuat lima program utama yang dibuat secara matang dan profesional. Terakhir tahapan Evaluasi dan Pengendalian Strategi dengan melakukan evaluasi secara berkala dan sistematis sehingga pengendalian program dapat dilakukan dengan baik sesuai prosedur. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Strategis; Pendayagunaan; Zakat; Kemiskinan. The purpose of this study is to find out how the success of MAI in alleviating poverty through community development programs by utilizing productive zakat, infaq and shadaqah as well as the stages of Strategic Management in MAI. The method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques collected through observation, interviews, document studies and literature studies. The results showed that the process of utilizing the MAI at the Environmental Analysis stage had been carried out to maximize strengths and take advantage of existing opportunities so as to minimize weaknesses and threats so that the empowerment process could reduce poverty. The Stages of Strategy Formulation in the form of vision, goals, strategies and policies have been systematically programmed. Next Implementation Strategy by making five main programs that are made in a mature and professional manner. The last step is the Evaluation and Control Strategy by conducting periodic and systematic evaluations so that program control can be carried out properly according to procedures.Keywords: Strategic Management; Utilization; Alms; Poverty.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan kejelasan tentang formulasi strategi, implementasi strategi, dan evaluasi serta pengendalian strategi pada Pondok Pesantren Al-Masthuriyah dalam upaya membentuk santri yang berkarakter. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatana kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi sehingga data dapat terkumpul dan dianalisis dengan baik. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa manajemen strategik Pondok Pesantren Al-Masthuriyah telah diterapkan sesuai dengan tahap-tahap manajemen strategik, yaitu formulasi strategi yang didasarkan pada hasil analisis SWOT, kemudian dituangkan dalam keputusan strategi-strategi yang menjadi nilai jual inti pondok pesantren. Implementasi strategi telah berjalan dengan baik, yaitu dengan melaksanakan program-program yang tersusun, serta penerapan tata tertib santri. Evaluasi dan pengendalian strategi dilkaukan secara terus menerus oleh pimpinan, pengurus, dan karyawan dengan agenda dan jenis rapat yang berbeda. Akhirnya dari seluruh tahapan manajemen strategik yang telah ditetapkan dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen strategik pada Pondok Pesantren Al-Masturiyah telah dijalankan dengan baik dan menunjukan keberhasilan yang cukup signifikan dalam upaya membentuk santri yang bekarakter. This study aims to find clarity about strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and evaluation and strategy control at Al-Masthuriyah Islamic Boarding School in an effort to form santri with character. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by observation, interview, and documentation techniques so that the data can be collected and analyzed properly. This study found that the strategic management of Al-Masthuriyah Islamic Boarding School has been applied in accordance with the stages of strategic management, namely the formulation of strategies based on the results of the SWOT analysis, then poured into decisions on strategies that are the core selling points of Islamic boarding schools. The implementation of the strategy has been going well, namely by implementing structured programs, as well as the application of the santri code of conduct. Strategy evaluation and control are carried out continuously by leaders, management and employees with different agendas and types of meetings. Finally, from all the stages of strategic management that have been determined, it can be concluded that the strategic management at Al-Masturiyah Islamic Boarding School has been carried out well and has shown significant success in the effort to form students with character.

AbstractThis research aims to describe (1) the form of the application of the learning commons concept in the Archives Service and Library West Sumatra Province; (2) the concept of learning commons in the Archives and Library of West Sumatra Province; (3) efforts to realize learning commons in the Archives and Library of West Sumatra Province; and (4) factors that must be considered in applying the concept of learning commons. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, which is collecting data by conducting observations and interviews with librarians and library users in the Archives Service and Library West Sumatra Province. The results of the research that have been carried out show, First, the form of the application of the concept of learning commons in the Archives and Library of West Sumatra Province is applied in information technology, namely by using the INLISLite application to provide technology-based services as well as maximum utilization of library space and facilities. Second, there are three concepts of learning commons that exist in the Archives and Library of West Sumatra Province, namely, the concept of learning, the concept of discussion, and the concept of information technology. Third, the efforts made in realizing learning commons in the Archives Service and Library of West Sumatra Province are influenced by the performance of librarians in the Archives and Library West Sumatra Province. Fourth, there are seven factors that must be considered in implementing the concept of learning commons, namely, user-centered, flexible, repetitive questions, join resources, delete remove barriers, trust your users, and publicize. All these factors have been carried out by the Office of Archives and Library of West Sumatra Province although there are still some applications that have not been maximized.Keywords: library; concept; learning commons.

The modeling method and control strategy for series hybrid electric vehicles were presented in this paper. Firstly, the system structure and operation principles are discussed systematically; and then a control strategy is proposed based on the modeling of powertrain. Control strategy focus on the multi-modes switch logic and power distribution. In the last part of this paper, the simulation made in MATLAB/Simulink was introduced, which results indicate that the model and control strategy are correct.

 Tourism Kampung is an alternative tourist destination for tourists who want to vacation in urban areas. Basen is a tourism kampung that was inaugurated since 2011. Basen Tourism Kampung has a major attraction as a kampung of silver artisans and silver sellers. The issues discussed in this paper is the existence of Basen as a tourism kampung that has the main attractions of silver handicrafts, not only silver products but also tourists can be involved in the process of making silver made in the occupancy community of Basen. Problems arise when the online media created a virtual transaction phenomenon of buyers and sellers, so without the physical showrooms the silver artisans and silver sellers can commercialize their products. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach. Survey conducted to collect data. The survey targets are silver artisans and silver sellers. In-depth interviews were conducted on silver artisans and silver sellers to obtain the accuracy of the data. The result of the research shows that the important aspect in the existence of silver handicrafts in Basen is the existence of productive house in Kampung Basen and community of silver artisans and silver sellers. The productive house of the community in Kampung Basen is not only used as occupancy but also the activity of silver handicraft which became the main attraction in Basen Tourism Kampung.

The efforts to save the environment have actually been carried out, both through awareness to the community and stakeholders. One of the actors who play an important role in saving the environment is the community through the business world. This gave birth to a model, namely ecopreneurship. This paper aims to find a model of the role of non-government actors in realizing ecopreneurship based on environmental security. The method used to analyze this is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study found that ecopreneurship is an effort made in order to preserve the sustainable on environmental security by the role of non-government actors. The role of non-government actors is implemented through the role of Karang Taruna Batu Bejamban, waste banks, and sustainable environmental management in the context of realizing ecopreneurship.

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen strategik yang terdiri dari formulasi, implementasi serta evaluasi strategi Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Ihsan Baleendah dalam rangka mencetak kader da’i multi bahasa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan teknik observasi, studi dokumentasi, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Manajemen Strategik Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Ihsan Baleendah terdiri dari 3 unsur: Pertama, formulasi dilakukan dengan membuat berbagai program kegiatan yang mendukung dalam mencetak kader da’i multi bahasa. Kedua, implementasi berupa pelaksanaan berbagai program disertai prosedur program yang telah ditentukan, serta adanya pembentukan dan pelaksanaan organisasi santri untuk membantu merealisasikan setiap program kegiatan. Ketiga, evaluasi yang dilakukan Pondok Pesantren dalam mencetak kader da’i multi bahasa yaitu dengan melakukan berbagai penilaian, seperti penilaian tertulis melalui berbagai ujian tulis, serta  penilaian secara lisan mengenai kebahasaan. This paper aims to analyze strategic management which consists of the formulation, implementation and evaluation of strategies in Al-Ihsan Baleendah Islamic Boarding School in order to produce multi-language cadres. The method used in the research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by using observation techniques, documentation studies, interviews, and literature studies. The results of the study show that the Strategic Management of Al-Ihsan Baleendah Modern Islamic Boarding School consists of 3 elements: First, the formulation is carried out by making various program activities that support the printing of multi-language cadres. Second, implementation in the form of implementing various programs accompanied by program procedures that have been determined, as well as the establishment and implementation of santri organizations to help realize each activity program. Third, the evaluation conducted by Pondok Pesantren in printing multi-language cadres is by conducting various assessments, such as written assessments through various written examinations, and verbally evaluating linguistics.

This study aimed at formulating the strategy proposed to the District Agency of Tourism and Culture of Central Lombok to increase tourist visits. This research is using a qualitative approach within case studies adopted from the research manual. Informants were selected through purposive sampling. Two informants were selected from the Agency of Tourism and Culture of Central Lombok; namely the Head of Agency and the Field Head of Marketing and Promotion. The research showed that the findings obtained from the analysis using SWOT and data reduction, the tourism in the south coast of Central Lombok has good strength and opportunity. The research recommends that in increasing numbers tourist visits the Agency of Tourism and Culture of Central Lombok conduct four better strategies namely future integration, market penetration, concentric diversification, and product development. Since there were still problems in Human Resource, the Agency of Tourism and Culture of Central Lombok should pay more attention to human resources by developing human resource products.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan usulan strategi bagi Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Lombok Tengah untuk meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan. Penelitian ini dirancang untuk menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi kasus yang diadopsi dari manual penelitian. Informan dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Dua informan dipilih dari Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Lombok Tengah yaitu Kepala Dinas dan Kepala Bidang Pemasaran dan Promosi. Dari temuan penelitian yang telah dianalisa menggunakan alat analisis SWOT kemudian melakukan reduksi data, penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum, pariwisata di kawasan pantai selatan Lombok Tengah memiliki kekuatan dan peluang yang cukup besar, dan penelitian merekomendasikan dalam usaha meningkatkan angka kunjungan wisatawan, Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Lombok Tengah sebaiknya melakukan empat strategi yaitu Integrasi ke depan, Penetrasi pasar, Diversifikasi Konsentrik, dan Pengembangan Produk. Karena masih terdapat masalah pada SDM, Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Lombok Tengah harus memberi perhatian lebih terhadap sumber daya manusia dengan melakukan pengembangan produk SDM.Keywords : SWOT Analysis, Strategy Formulation, Strategic management, Tourism

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen strategi di LAZISMU Jawa Barat, khususnya dalam mengelola dana zakat. Penelitian ini bertolak dari pemikiran Riva’i dalam Eddy Yunus bahwa manajemen strategi yang terdiri dari tiga proses yaitu: (1) Perumusan strategi, (2) Penerapan strategi, (3) Evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan temuan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen strategi di LAZISMU Jawa Barat terdiri dari tiga proses: Pertama, perumusan strategi yang meliputi perumusan visi dan misi, analisis lingkungan, menentukan tujuan dan sasaran serta berakhir dengan penentuan strategi. Kedua, penerapan strategi yang meliputi pengorganisasian, sinergi fungsional yang mengatur pelaksanaan program, dan prosedur program pengelolaan dana zakat mulai dari pengumpulan, pendistribusian serta pendayagunaan zakat produktif. Ketiga, evaluasi strategi dari proses perumusan dan penerapan strategi. This study aims to determine how strategic management in LAZISMU West Java, especially in managing zakat funds. This research is based on Riva'i's thought in Yunus that strategic management consists of three processes, namely: (1) strategy formulation, (2) strategy implementation, (3) evaluation. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Data collection techniques by observation and interviews. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that strategic management in LAZISMU West Java consists of three processes: First, the formulation of a strategy which includes the formulation of a vision and mission, environmental analysis, determining goals and objectives and ending with determining the strategy. Second, the implementation of strategies that include organizing, functional synergy that regulates program implementation, and program procedures for zakat fund management starting from the collection, distribution and utilization of productive zakat. Third, evaluation of strategies from the process of strategy formulation and implementation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen strategik Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dalam menjaga loyalitas donatur di lembaga zakat Sinergi Foundation. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian manajemen strategik Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dalam menjaga loyalitas donatur di Sinergi Foundation dilakukan dengan baik sesuai dengan teori tahapan manajemen strategik yaitu pengamatan atau analisis lingkungan yang terdiri dari kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman dilakukan oleh Sinergi Foundation sebagai bahan untuk perumusan strategi. Perumusan strategi dilakukan dengan membentuk visi misi, implementasi strategi dilakukan dengan memperkuat sisi kelembagaan dan sistem organisasi dengan meningkatkan peran divisi masing-masing, evaluasi dan pengendalian dengan melihat analisa jumlah donatur dari tahun ke tahun serta mengadakan rapat evaluasi bulanan internal. Dengan demikian, ini menunjukan bahwa manajemen strategic Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Sinergi Foundation dalam menjaga loyalitas donaturnya sudah berjalan dengan baik dan mendapatkan hasil yang optimal. This research aims to determine the strategic management of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in maintaining the loyalty of donors in the zakat institutions of Sinergi Foundation. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach. The result of strategic management of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in maintaining donor loyalty in Sinergi Foundation is done well in accordance with strategic management stage theory that is observation or environmental analysis consisting of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats done by Sinergi Foundation as material for strategy formulation. Strategy formulation is done by establishing mission vision, strategy implementation is done by strengthening institutional and organizational system by increasing the role of each division, evaluation and controlling by looking at the analysis of the number of donors from year to year and holding monthly internal evaluation meetings. Thus, this shows that the strategic management of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Sinergi Foundation in maintaining donor loyalty is running well and get optimal results.

<p>The aims of this study are (1) Describe the type of business and empowerment strategies are carried out on a group of craftsmen in the District of Camplong; (2) Describe efforts to achieve self-sufficiency in the economy in a group of craftsmen in the District of Camplong; and (3) Describe the obstacles faced in the community empowerment program to achieve economic independence in the group of craftsmen in the District of Camplong. This study used a  qualitative approach various case studies. The collection of data are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed by classified and reduction data, withdrawal the conclution. Results of this research show, First: Strategies undertaken MDW in community development programs in the District of Camplong includes 7 steps. The type of business of the group of which are: 1) Pastries An-Nur village Dharma in Camplong; 2). Mukenah Gallery 99 in  Tambaan villages; 3). Crackers Taddan in Taddan village; 4). Pastry Taddan in Taddan village; 5). Haji cap Ala Arabia in Taddan village; 6). Batik Mandangin in village Mandangin Island; and 7). Shoes in sejati village; Second: The efforts made by MDW to achieve economic independence in the group of craftsmen in the District of Camplong are: 1). Assistance to craftsmen / auxiliaries; 2). Changing the mindset of the community of workers / laborers to be a creator of employment / self-employment; 3). Facilitate group of craftsmen with the help of venture capital in the form of raw materials in accordance with their respective efforts; 4). Providing training for members of groups of craftsmen organized by the government or universities; 5). Building a partnership with a modern market in Sampang; Third: Obstacles encountered in community development programs in the district Camplong are: 1). Mindset and attitude of traditional society; 2). Weak human resources and low work ethic;  3).  Limited funding / capital; 4).
