The mosque has a very large role and function in all dimensions of Muslim life. Where the mosque is a symbol that illustrates the strength map of the people and can unite and realize every meaning of goodness. Without mosque, the unity of the Muslims will be easily broken even divorced. The mosque is not just a place of worship, but all aspects of life problems of the people and the development and fostering of the community (people) of Islam can be resolved from the mosque. However, Along with the times, the mosque experienced a shift in values, where the mosque is no longer functioned as a function that has been exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad Saw. Based on this concern, some Muslims are aware and care about the condition of the mosque that began to be abandoned by the people, and it can be realized that lately there have been emerging movements that have encouraged the functioning of the mosque as it was in the early days of Islam. As an effort in managing the mosque by implementing several functions such as: planning, organizing, leadership actualization, supervision and evaluation become a structured management process. The rapidity, duration, and intensity of it all caught me by surprise. Nearly at a full run, I dashed through a corridor and down a winding staircase to my first morning meeting. I took a place along a wall with a few other staff, but my eyes were fixed upon the principals. Gathered around a vast table were the chairs, the majority leader, and my boss—the house majority whip. The discourse was mostly heavy—President Obama's historic election, the burden of leadership, and the daunting task to balance politics and policy in order to deliver on the promises and hopes of the people who sent them. The immediate business was expanding children's health insurance and a stimulus package to turn around an economy teetering on the brink. The majority leader was resolute. Congress would need to deliver bold actions in order to overcome the deep anxiety of the times and to build confidence for the long struggle ahead. The whip was equally resolute as he summoned back hard lessons from lost eras—Roosevelt's New Deal and Truman's Fair Deal. Congress could not allow mistakes of the past to be repeated. With a clear appreciation of history, the whip made the case for a 21st Century New Deal that ensured the poor and most vulnerable would not be left behind. No sooner did I try to reflect upon this special moment and it was time to rush off once again.

Introduction. Qualitative functional support of management is an important prerequisite for the success of the organization in the market. Nowadays, the implementation of classical management functions has expanded its content and applied aspect of implementation. This is due to the speed of change in the exogenous and endogenous environments of organizations, their inertia, changing the worldview of the generations that make up the personnel basis of the functional management Goal. The goal of the publications is to analyze the current manifestations of the implementation of management functions, identify current management problems and the formation on this basis of the determination of strengthening the positive effects of functional management. Results. The work highlights the main new features of the implementation of the organization functions, planning, control and motivation. It is substantiated that the characteristic feature of the implementation of the organizational function is the gradual transition to decentralized organizational structures on the basis of adhocracy and holocracy. The priority role of the situational approach for full implementation of the strategy in the development of the organization is defined. New vectors of intra-organizational implementation of the control function have been outlined. It is established that the biggest transformational changes have undergone the function of motivation, which in case of its effective application includes internal organizational manifestations of socially responsible behavior of the organization and a gradual transition to the importance of balancing professional success and personal space. The conducted ABC-analysis allowed to rank the current managerial problems of modern management, to justify the feasibility of scientific research on algorithms for designing organizational structures, to actualize the need to further strengthen the internal value orientations of the organization as a prerequisite for increasing profitability and its share in a particular market.

ABSTRACTThis study discusses the form of a textual gap based on the periodization of the times, discusses and functions of Senjang with contextual and artistic aspects of Senjang able to exist today. Slang is an oral literature consisting of friendly rhymes, usually free of pairs, and releasing musical instruments. However, the musical instruments that are issued are not as musical accompaniment in general, but Senjang musical instruments are used as intro, interlude, or coda which is played repeatedly with the same melody. Regarding when the poem is sung by the artist, the musical instrument is silent, and the musical instrument when the sound is silent. This is a typical form of Senjang art. The method used is interpretive qualitative in analyzing the continuity of the Senate that corrects changes in both form and function. The slang which initially began without musical instruments, continued to move and develop following the era until the present time using the keyboard. The function of the Senjang is used as a media for propaganda for the authorities, as evidenced by the form of the poetry of the poem which contains praise and flattery from the orders of service users. The gap still exists and has a separate place in the hearts of the people of Musi Banyuasin Regency.

Abstract After the occupation of Crimea and the conflict in Eastern Ukraine, many people were forced to leave their homes and look for a new place to live. The cultural context, memories, narratives, including the scarcely built identity of artificially made sites like those from Donbas (Donetsk and Luhansk regions) and the multicultural identity of Crimea, were all destroyed and left behind. Among the people who left their roots and moved away were many artists, who naturally fell into two groups-the ones who wanted to remember and the ones who wanted to forget. The aim of this paper is to analyse the ways in which the local memory of those lost places is represented in the works of Ukrainian artists from the conflict territories, who were forced to change their dwelling- place. The main idea is to show how losing the memory of places, objects, sounds, etc. affects the continuity of personal history.
