The processes of digital transformation, reaching global scales of development and dissemination affect not only communication technologies, but also have a transformative impact on all spheres of social and legal interaction. Thus, cyberspace mechanisms are part of the modern electronic document flow. Electronic digital signature is currently a widespread product of digital development of society. Until now, it has been generally assumed that it has the characteristics of a high degree of legal reliability and security. The authors of the article, analyzing the practice of offenses in the field of electronic digital signature, question this argument. Noting the weaknesses of the mechanism for confirming authorship by an authorized person with the help of cryptographically-converted by electronic encryption of the document details, they suggest possible ways to resolve existing issues in this area of social and legal interaction at the present stage. Mandatory presence of the person, either in person or online, with video recording and identification.

The author analyzes the periods of origin, formation and development of the military education system. The problems of military education in general and the training of officers in particular, which cannot be solved without the integration of military professional education and education in military training centers at civilian universities, are touched upon. Using the example of M. A. Bonch-Bruevich St. Petersburg State University of Telecommunications, a new approach to the formation of the personnel potential of the Armed Forces – officers’ training at a civil educational institution is shown.

The fifth chapter analyzes the use of parody and satire to depict education in Mohamed Nedali’s Grâce à Jean de la Fontaine! (Thanks to Jean de la Fontaine!) and Yacine Adnan’s Hūt Marūk (Hot Maroc). Nedali’s novel describes the satiric misadventures of a teacher-in-training who, upon finding himself surrounded by incompetency at the school where he works, learns to play along with absurdity rather than fight it. Hūt Marūk, in a similarly satiric tone, describes a young man who embodies the new kind of author produced by a failing education system: a comments section troll on an online blog. These novels offer a dramatic departure from the earnest striving heroes examined in the fourth chapter. They poke fun at education, exaggerating the foibles of incompetent administrators, skewering teachers who know nothing about their subject, and presenting the classroom as a space of meaningless failed communication. These narratives do more than point a literary finger at current political controversies and educational failings. They bring the entire educational institution into question through their clear refusal to ever be taught to future generations in the classroom

The purpose of this study is to analyse the legislative measures and their implementation regarding the participation of children, parents and teachers in creating an educational program in pre-university education system, as a need for better involvement in school of all the actors, as well as the need for the children’s wellbeing. In addition, the study aims to bring parents’ and teachers’ views on the obstacles they face when they try to collaborate and participate in school life and in designing an educational program. Qualitative methods are used to achieve the aim of this study. The data were collected through document analysis (legislation, strategies, and regulations) for analysing how the law addresses participation of children, parents and teachers’ in school and through semi-structured interviews with parents and teachers from two primary schools so that they can state their perceptions on participation in school life. Each of them was posed 12 different interview questions. After evaluating the responses, some important issues were identified. The participation of children, parents and teachers in Albanian education system has changed in recent years, even promoted as a key that leads to success. However, because of the monist system, where such participation was neither legally recognised nor culturally accepted, this trinomial collaboration has not been easily introduced and integrated in the Albanian educational system. However, parents do not feel very involved in school life, or appreciated when they try to get involved, even though it is legally admitted the need for the collaboration between family and school. They neither take part in the approval of the curricula of the educational institution, nor in the selection of school textbooks as provided by the law. Research has shown that schools as bureaucratic and conservative institutions need to have clear written policies to encourage the participation of the parents and children when drafting an education program. However, when teachers were asked about parents’ participation in school, they said that in many cases parents neglect the collaboration with the school and appear usually when there are problems or troubles, while the participation of children in creating an educational program is still lagging behind.

This research is a study that examines how pesantren as an Islamic educational institution in Indonesia is able to survive amid the current modernization of pesantren education that changes the education system from traditional to modern. In this study there are several formulations of the problem, namely: 1) how was the initial development of Al-Barokah pesantren education, 2) how was the strategy of using the applied learning methods and models, 3) how was the final evaluation process at the Al-Barokah Islamic boarding school?. This research uses the content study method or literature study using several written studies and the use of qualitative methods in writing this article.

The article examines the features of electronic document management of technical documentation of railway automation and telemechanics. The article deals with the problems of synthesis of mathematical models of electronic document flow for technical documentation of road automation and telemechanics. For this purpose, a survey of the real processes of creating, checking and using technical documentation was carried out on the basis of the process of accounting and control of railway automation and telemechanics devices, which allowed us to identify the structural scheme of the formalized model of technical documentation. A model of electronic document flow of technical documentation, created using the mathematical apparatus of finite automata, is constructed. A block diagram of the automatic model of technical documentation has been developed. The proposed block diagram of the formalized model of technical documentation consists of matrices of external micro-operations, internal micro-operations, and code creation for the following micro-components. The number of internal States of the firmware automaton is fully determined by the number of elements of logic circuits of algorithms. The size of the matrices depends on the number of operators and logical conditions in the logic schemes of the algorithms. The size of the matrices depends on the number of operators and logical conditions in the logic schemes of the algorithms. The application of the proposed methodology for building a model of technical documentation allows us to develop reliable application software for solving the problems of operational document management of railway automation and telemechanics.

Pesantren as an Islamic educational institution which was first established in Indonesia has strong tradition root in society. At the beginning, it was established by the muslim community independently, it was nonformal and taught only religious material. However, it is now continuing to renew the pattern of formal education in the form of schools or madrasa with the standard government curriculum. The existence of pesantren is no longer considered as second class of educational institution, and not qualified, but as a prestigious educational institution because it has established schools or madrasah that are managed professionally, so its ouput and outcome have superior quality compared to general school or madrasah. Thus the existence of pesantren is now a part of the national education system that graduation has a dual advantages of the mastery of science and religion in a balanced way

The rapid growth of information flows in science, business, production, education, culture requires appropriate adequate from modern IT technologies. for 21st century society is onerous spending a huge amount of paper, and information coming on such media, less than electronic. Electronic document systems (SED) are taking on increasing activity in modern conditions and are being introduced both to automate document flow management and as a platform for a single information system that expands the boundaries of capabilities and, accordingly, attracts the attention of the scientific and management communities. With the timely development of the country's economy, in general, and business companies create new problems associated with the management, processing, storage and control of the increasing volume of data flows. The article aims to consider the prospects and trends in the development of electronic document systems (SED), in the preconditions for the creation and briefly describes the history of the formation of the SED.
