The potential of Indonesian Halal Tourism is in great demand by foreign tourists, in the current Covid-19 period, one of the most visible influences is the internet. The Internet has become a liaison for the whole world in carrying out its activities. During the Covid-19 pandemic, a platform in the form of a digital application is needed that can load all destinations, from places, lodging, food, and facilities owned by tourist attractions that are labeled halal tourism to restore tourist visits. It aims to find out how to develop Halal Tourism Applications on Smart Phones (android/OS). This writing uses library research (library research), and is qualitative, descriptive analysis. The results of the discussion show that the Potential for Transforming Digitalization to an easy and efficient smartphone, strengthening digital infrastructure in the form of services and qualified human resources, increasing synergies between stakeholders that strengthen policies that are able to encourage the acceleration of digitalization, and branding halal tourism by conducting the "Halal Lifestyle Literacy Campaign".

Potential Impact

As the development of tourism industry in Manado City, make a potential impact for the hotel industry in Manado City. Thus we must pay more attention to the tax treatment in the hospitality business, both in its application and calculation. The purpose of this study was to find out the application of hotel tax accounting at Whiz Prime Hotel Manado. This type of research is descriptive. Data obtained through field observations, interviews and library research. Data were then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis methods. The results showed that the calculation and deduction of local taxes on Whiz Prime Hotel Manado already refers to existing tax regulations. Hotel tax calculation in every transaction is done at the end of every month by Whiz Prime Hotel. Although the application and calculation have been implemented according to the existing regulations, but there are still those who do not understand what supporting services are in hotel taxes. For this reason, Whiz Prime Hotel is expected to maintain existing performance and improve understanding and application, so that services and human resources can be better.

MSMEs in Gowa Regency have increased compared to the previous year. Nevertheless, the increase in the number is not necessarily followed by business success. For this reason, it is important to know what factors influence MSME performance. This study aims to determine the effect of factors on MSME performance. The type of research used is descriptive. The analytical method used is qualitative descriptive analysis, namely secondary data analysis, namely data obtained from scientific journals, documents, books, articles and the Internet. The results of the discussion showed the characteristics of human resources, environmental characteristics, entrepreneurial characteristics and unemployment have a relationship level and have a positive effect on the performance of MSMEs. It is recommended that MSMEs always improve quality, pay attention to the environment to add experience, be consistent in running a business, improve equipment and the willingness to use new technology

Abstract The study aims to determine the policy of publishing identity cards for children in Semarang. The method of approach taken in this study is normative juridical. Data collection is obtained from the results of interviews and through library research. The data analysis method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results showed that the Regional Government of Semarang City in carrying out KIA issuance made PERDA No.4 of 2016, but its implementation was in 2017. Delay in the implementation of MCH due to the lack of coverage of ownership of birth certificates for children. The preparations made by the Semarang City Government in the context of the implementation of the MCH in 2017 are collecting data on children, discussing the additional benefits of KIA with several official agencies and the private sector, conducting comparative studies in regions that have implemented KIA and the basis of its arrangements. Preparation of the Regional Government of Semarang City in the issuance of KIA experienced several obstacles, among others, the unclear distribution of KIA forms, limitations and delays in budgeting, lack of competent human resources for the operation of SIAK. For ITU, the Semarang City Government made an effort to procure KIA sheets themselves, prepare computerized system training or SIAK, and make Mayor Regulations as technical implementation of Regional Regulation No.4 of 2016 concerning Implementation of Population Administration. Keywords: Child Identity Card, Policy, City of Semarang Abstrak Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebijakan penerbitan kartu identitas anak di kota semarang . Metode pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif, Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan melalui penelitian kepustakaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisa deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemerintah Daerah Kota Semarang dalam melaksanakan penerbitan KIA membuat PERDA No.4 Tahun 2016, namun pelaksanaannya pada tahun 2017. Keterlambatan pelaksanaan KIA karena masalah cakupan kepemilikan Akta Kelahiran anak yang masih kurang. Persiapan yang dilakukan Pemda Kota Semarang dalam rangka pelaksanaan KIA di tahun 2017 adalah mengumpulkan data anak-anak, membahas penambahan manfaat KIA dengan beberapa pihak dinas dan pihak swasta, melakukan studi banding ke daerah yang sudah melaksanakan KIA dan dasar pengaturannya.  Persiapan Pemda Kota Semarang dalam penerbitan KIA mengalami beberapa kendala antara lain ketidakjelasan pendistribusian blanko KIA, keterbatasan dan keterlambatan pemberian anggaran, kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang kompeten untuk pengoperasian SIAK. Untuk ITU Pemda Kota Semarang melakukan upaya yakni pengadaan blanko KIA sendiri, mempersiapkan pelatihan sistem komputerisasi atau SIAK, dan membuat Peraturan Walikota sebagai pelaksanaan teknis dari Perda No.4 Tahun 2016 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Administrasi Kependudukan. Kata Kunci: Kartu Identitas Anak, Kebijakan, Kota Semarang

The issue of leadership has always been an important and interesting theme to be discussed since it is one of the influencing factors of the success or failure of an organization. Therefore, this article seeks to discuss the sharia bank leadership concept through a theoretical study to provide a clear picture of the leadership concept in sharia banks in theory. This study used library research because all data processed were the library data analyzed with a qualitative-descriptive analysis. The results of this study show that the leadership concept of sharia banks ideally models on the leadership of the Rasulullah (Messenger of Allah) SAW, starting from being smart in communication to being an agent of change, as a coach with the dedication vision and the charismatic spirit.

The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in compulsion and encouragement of actions that have enabled changes to occur globally that have then been adapted to current conditions. For their highly dense populations, it is difficult to control the spread of the virus in cities. As a result, activities that draw large crowds together so that people can access public services are inevitable. Several cities that have been declared as smart cities in Indonesia have made a breakthrough by making use of information and communication technology (ICT)-based applications. This can be of great help for societies during pandemics. ICT has been able to help citizens perform various activities from home with the help of applications. This study aims to identify various applications that support the implementation of the concept of a smart city. This applies particularly to those applications that are based on ICT that can tackle the unique conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic and make recommendations regarding future developments. The data collected for this study were analyzed using secondary sources obtained from various clusters of literature, the internet, and social media. In addition, primary data was gathered from discussion forums. This paper employs a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques and hierarchical cluster analysis. Qualitative descriptive analysis was utilized to explore the conditions of smart cities, the regional conditions of the pandemic, and smart city applications more generally. The results show that during the COVID-19 pandemic, cities and regions, including the 100 smart cities in Indonesia, have developed many innovative solutions through ICT-based applications that can help people maintain an active social life and access public services. In the future, when everything is allegedly back to normal, cities need to implement the use of various ICT-based applications to increase efficiency in their planning and management. Therefore, it has become increasingly necessary to improve people’s digital literacy and to develop a type of ICT infrastructure that enables more people to access the internet.

Research Show

Of several problems in the Millennial era, one of them is the westernization of science, including Islamic education. So it is necessary to find a solution by Islamizing science as conceptualized by Ismail Radji al-Faruqi. This research is a library research using qualitative descriptive analysis. Data was collected from various kinds of reading sources in the form of scientific articles and books and other supporting references, then ancarried content analysis was in-depthout to find solutions to educational problems in the millennial era. The results of the research show that the concept of Islamic education Ismail Radji al-Faruqi is a leading Muslim intellectual who has responded positively to the development of science and technology, but he still puts the principle of tauhid in his idea of ​​Islamization of science. Through a work plan arranged systematically with five objectives and twelve stages al-Faruqi was able to realize his program. It is important to review the concept of education to be re-realized in the current millennial era.

This study aims to find out about language errors that occur in an Arabic textbooks entitled Duru>s al-Lughah al-‘Ara>biyah ‘ala Thariqati al-Muba>syarah al-Mutaka>milah of Muhammad In'am, M.A. Not only the errors that were discussed but there was an attempt or Tashwib or correction in order to evaluate the results of the analysis that has been done. Library research was used with a qualitative descriptive method to analyze the subject of the study which is Duru>s al-Lughah al-‘Ara>biyah ‘ala Thariqati al-Muba>syarah al-Mutaka>milah both volumes I and II. In this study, the following conclusions can be drawn: there are errors in language syntactic aspects in the textbooks. There are several categories of errors (refer to the classification of Toto Suharto et al): nakirah Ma'rifah, Dhamir, huruf Jar, Murakkab Idhafi, Isim Isyarah, Jumlah Ismiyah, and Jumlah Fi'liyah. Several reasons were found for the occurrence of these errors, namely lack of accuracy in writing textbooks, lack of workforce that helped the author to edit the material to be presented in textbooks and limited human resources which led to inefficient writing of textbooks. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang beberapa kesalahan-kesalahan berbahasa yang terjadi dalam penulisan buku teks bahasa Arab Duru>s al-Lughah al-‘Ara>biyah ‘ala Thariqati al-Muba>syarah al-Mutaka>milah karya Muhammad In’am. MA, bukan hanya kesalahan-kesalahan yang dibahas tapi ada upaya Tashwib atau pembenaran guna sebagai evaluasi dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan. Ketegori yang digunakan penelitian library research dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan objek buku teks bahasa Arab Arab Duru>s al-Lughah al-‘Ara>biyah ‘ala Thariqati al-Muba>syarah al-Mutaka>milah karya Muhammad In’am. MA baik jilid I dan II. Dalam penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut, bahwa: adanya kesalahan-kesalahan berbahasa aspek sintaksis dalam buku teks Duru>s al-Lughah al-‘Ara>biyah ‘ala Thariqati al-Muba>syarah al-Mutaka>milah karya Muhammad In’am. MA baik jilid I dan II. Ditemukan beberapa kategori kesalahan (merujuk pada klasifikasi Toto Suharto dkk): Nakirah Ma’rifah, Dhamir, huruf Jar, Murakkab Idhafi, Isim Isyarah, Jumlah Ismiyah, dan Jumlah Fi’liyah.  di temukan beberapa alasan terjadinya kesalahan-kesalahan tersebut yakni kurangnya ketelitian dalam menulis buku teks, kurangnya tenaga kerja yang membantu penulis dalam mengedit materi-materi yang akan di sajikan dalam buku teks, keterbatasan sumber daya  manusia yang menyebabkan kurang efisien dalam menulis buku teks. This research was conducted at the office of the Badan Kepegawaian Daerah of Pekanbaru. Based on their initial observations of problems in implementing Employment Service Application System (SAPK Online) at the Badan Kepegawaian Daerah of Pekanbaru.in terms of human resources mampun Technology. This study focuses on the Implementation of E-Government through Employment Service Application System (SAPK Online): (1). To Knowing how the implementation of E-Government by using the Employment Service Application System (SAPK Online) at the Badan Kepegawaian Daerah of Pekanbaru.. (2). For Knowing the factors inhibiting the implementation of E-Government by using the Employment Service Application System (SAPK Online) at the Badan Kepegawaian Daerah of Pekanbaru.. This study is a qualitative study with the primary objective to describe and depict in detail and depth about how the implementation of E-Government in personnel administration through the Employment Service Application System (SAPK Online). Then the data analysis techniques used in this research was qualitative descriptive analysis, which is a technique that tries to describe things that are special to the data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation so that a qualitative data, to be analyzed further to become a conclusions according to the indicators that have been determined by the authors.

The Impact

E-learning is the use of learning media using the internet, to send a series of solutions that can increase knowledge and skills in using learning methods. In this study, the aim of this research is to determine the application of the classroom application in the Qur'an Hadith subject at MA NU Al Hidayah. This research also discusses the impact or factors related to the use of the classroom application. This research used a qualitative descriptive analysis type with the type of research in the form of field studies at the MA NU Al Hidayah School, followed by the data collection process, this study used documentation techniques and interviews with the teachers who taught the Qur'an Hadith subjects and some of their students. The research subjects were teachers of Qur'an Hadith subjects at MA NU Al Hidayah and some of their students. The research subjects were teachers of Qur'an Hadith subjects at MA NU Al Hidayah and some of their students. The results showed that: (1) this application is very influential in online learning. (2) there are obstacles that occur in learning. The effect of this research can overcome the obstacles that occur in ongoing learning or find new innovations for the future.

This study aims to analyze the epistemology of zakat in the perspective of fiqh. The reality of Muslims shows an imbalance between the awareness of tithe and the understanding of zakat fiqh. so the vision of zakat changing mustahik into muzakki cannot be optimized. The method used is library research, with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that zakat was intended as "settlement". Zakat is required by Allah to be given to those who are entitled. The texts of the commands of zakat are analyzed through the linguistic approach of the Qur’an displaying them in three language styles (uslứb), namely: Using uslub insyâi, which is mandatory. Using the uslub tarhib (warning) aimed at people who like to accumulate wealth and do not want to pay zakat. Using uslub madh (praise/adulation) is God's praise for those who pay zakat. Philosophically, humanity is positioned into two groups, namely rich and poor, as a framework for God's plan to create a harmonious balance in realizing true justice and educating people to behave and behave fairly (ummatan wasatan).
