The issue of leadership has always been an important and interesting theme to be discussed since it is one of the influencing factors of the success or failure of an organization. Therefore, this article seeks to discuss the sharia bank leadership concept through a theoretical study to provide a clear picture of the leadership concept in sharia banks in theory. This study used library research because all data processed were the library data analyzed with a qualitative-descriptive analysis. The results of this study show that the leadership concept of sharia banks ideally models on the leadership of the Rasulullah (Messenger of Allah) SAW, starting from being smart in communication to being an agent of change, as a coach with the dedication vision and the charismatic spirit.

<p><em>This study aims to provide an effort in the Millennial Era in terms of leadership by instilling Spiritual Leadership values. This is because the millennial era is an agent of change and is also the spearhead of the leadership relay in building this nation's civilization. The approach used in this research is a library research approach. This approach is carried out by examining theories, concepts and principles related to the discussion. While data collection is done by document study techniques, namely data obtained from the relevant literature. The data were analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis, in which all the collected data will be analyzed systematically. The results showed that Spiritual Leadership as a fundamental aspect of motivation from an action and behavior in the effectiveness of building a leadership spirit in the Millennial Era. Because, Spiritual Leadership contains exemplary, service, integrity, love, and divine values in goals, processes, culture and attitudes that are very much needed in the Millennial Era in responding to technological challenges.</em></p>

Abstract The study aims to determine the policy of publishing identity cards for children in Semarang. The method of approach taken in this study is normative juridical. Data collection is obtained from the results of interviews and through library research. The data analysis method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results showed that the Regional Government of Semarang City in carrying out KIA issuance made PERDA No.4 of 2016, but its implementation was in 2017. Delay in the implementation of MCH due to the lack of coverage of ownership of birth certificates for children. The preparations made by the Semarang City Government in the context of the implementation of the MCH in 2017 are collecting data on children, discussing the additional benefits of KIA with several official agencies and the private sector, conducting comparative studies in regions that have implemented KIA and the basis of its arrangements. Preparation of the Regional Government of Semarang City in the issuance of KIA experienced several obstacles, among others, the unclear distribution of KIA forms, limitations and delays in budgeting, lack of competent human resources for the operation of SIAK. For ITU, the Semarang City Government made an effort to procure KIA sheets themselves, prepare computerized system training or SIAK, and make Mayor Regulations as technical implementation of Regional Regulation No.4 of 2016 concerning Implementation of Population Administration. Keywords: Child Identity Card, Policy, City of Semarang Abstrak Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebijakan penerbitan kartu identitas anak di kota semarang . Metode pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif, Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan melalui penelitian kepustakaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisa deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemerintah Daerah Kota Semarang dalam melaksanakan penerbitan KIA membuat PERDA No.4 Tahun 2016, namun pelaksanaannya pada tahun 2017. Keterlambatan pelaksanaan KIA karena masalah cakupan kepemilikan Akta Kelahiran anak yang masih kurang. Persiapan yang dilakukan Pemda Kota Semarang dalam rangka pelaksanaan KIA di tahun 2017 adalah mengumpulkan data anak-anak, membahas penambahan manfaat KIA dengan beberapa pihak dinas dan pihak swasta, melakukan studi banding ke daerah yang sudah melaksanakan KIA dan dasar pengaturannya.  Persiapan Pemda Kota Semarang dalam penerbitan KIA mengalami beberapa kendala antara lain ketidakjelasan pendistribusian blanko KIA, keterbatasan dan keterlambatan pemberian anggaran, kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang kompeten untuk pengoperasian SIAK. Untuk ITU Pemda Kota Semarang melakukan upaya yakni pengadaan blanko KIA sendiri, mempersiapkan pelatihan sistem komputerisasi atau SIAK, dan membuat Peraturan Walikota sebagai pelaksanaan teknis dari Perda No.4 Tahun 2016 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Administrasi Kependudukan. Kata Kunci: Kartu Identitas Anak, Kebijakan, Kota Semarang

Of several problems in the Millennial era, one of them is the westernization of science, including Islamic education. So it is necessary to find a solution by Islamizing science as conceptualized by Ismail Radji al-Faruqi. This research is a library research using qualitative descriptive analysis. Data was collected from various kinds of reading sources in the form of scientific articles and books and other supporting references, then ancarried content analysis was in-depthout to find solutions to educational problems in the millennial era. The results of the research show that the concept of Islamic education Ismail Radji al-Faruqi is a leading Muslim intellectual who has responded positively to the development of science and technology, but he still puts the principle of tauhid in his idea of ​​Islamization of science. Through a work plan arranged systematically with five objectives and twelve stages al-Faruqi was able to realize his program. It is important to review the concept of education to be re-realized in the current millennial era.

This study aims to analyze the epistemology of zakat in the perspective of fiqh. The reality of Muslims shows an imbalance between the awareness of tithe and the understanding of zakat fiqh. so the vision of zakat changing mustahik into muzakki cannot be optimized. The method used is library research, with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that zakat was intended as "settlement". Zakat is required by Allah to be given to those who are entitled. The texts of the commands of zakat are analyzed through the linguistic approach of the Qur’an displaying them in three language styles (uslứb), namely: Using uslub insyâi, which is mandatory. Using the uslub tarhib (warning) aimed at people who like to accumulate wealth and do not want to pay zakat. Using uslub madh (praise/adulation) is God's praise for those who pay zakat. Philosophically, humanity is positioned into two groups, namely rich and poor, as a framework for God's plan to create a harmonious balance in realizing true justice and educating people to behave and behave fairly (ummatan wasatan).

Forming an ideal household requires spiritual mental, intellectual, and physical preparation to go through the life in order to achieve harmony of the family which aresakinah, mawaddah, warrahmah. Therefore, Islamic education in the household is very necessary, as it is stated in the works of Cahyadi Takariawan about applicative household. Problem of this research is, How is Islamic education concept in the household? How is household educational concept in the perspective of Cahyadi Takariawan?  Is there any relevance between Islamic education in the household and Cahyadi persepectives in the modern era?  This is a library research. The approach used is qualitative descriptive analysis. Primary data of this research is some works of Cahyadi Takariawan which have something to do with household. Secondary data is some other books which are relevant to the main problem. Data collection technique was done by using documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis was done by using descriptive analysis, content analysis, and symmetric association analysis.This research reveals three conclusions: Firstly, Islamic education concept in the household is dealing with meaning and scope of education, urgency of education, foundation of education, goal of education, and target of education. Secondly, household educational concept in the perspective of Cahyadi Takariawan  related to meaning and scope of education, urgency of education, foundation of education, goal of education, and target of education. Thirdly, relevance between Islamic education in the household  and Cahyadi perspectives in the modern era, they are pre marriage, marriage, and post marriage, harmonic couple, and samara family (sakinah mawaddah wa rahmah).

Abstract The purposed of this paper is to find out the empowerment efforts by government to developing the local communities at tourist attraction of Lemo, especially in the field of tourism. Thus, it’s expected the local communities can play an active role in developing of tourism industry in their place. The author directly go to the field for observation and data collection in order to know the existing problems. The collection of data used in this study were obtained through observation techniques, documentation, library research, and interviews on informers.  Informers are deemed to know about the problems in community empowerment, by using a qualitative descriptive analysis. The author found out that  there are many constraints faced by the local communities such the lack of knowledge of the local communities in the field of tourism and the lack of the number of people who can speak  foreign languages, so it’s need participation from government and other related sector in overcoming the obstacles encountered by the community.

ABSTRACT   The goal of this research is to know the application of multiple intelligences concept in teaching book on grade IV with the first theme is Indahnya Kebersamaan in curriculum 2013. This research is qualitative descriptive research. While the kind of this research is library research. The object of this research is teaching book on the grade IV with the first theme Indahnya Kebersamaan the first printing in 2013 with 106 pages which arranged and produced by education and culture minister. The variable in this research is multiple intelligences concept. The technique of data collecting in this research uses documentations technique. The research of data is analyzed by content or document analysis and the technique of descriptive analysis that uses presentence technique to know the number and presentence of the contents multiple intelligences concept, not only the whole of intelligences but also each intelligence.The result of this research points that: there is multiple intelligences concept based on Howard Gardner in teaching book on the grade IV with the first theme Indahnya Kebersamaan which can produce and develop each student intelligences. The findings of the data obtained from are as follows. There is a mathematical concept that contains counts of numbers and mathematical symbols as much as 66%. There is a command sentence that shows problem solving activities or counts of 18%. There are math games or other strategy games such as 7% crosswords, There are sentences that show experimental procedures to find causal relationships. There are sentences that discuss various activities. as much as 6%, rounding up and interpreting statistical data as much as 3% Keywords: Mathematical logic intelligence, Multiple Intelligences, Textbooks, 2013 Curriculum   ABSTRAk   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aplikasi konsep kecerdasan logika matematika dalam buku ajar kelas IV tema 1 Indahnya Kebersamaan pada kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sedangkan jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan atau studi pustaka (library research). Objek penelitian ini adalah buku ajar kelas IV tema 1 Indahnya Kebersamaan cetakan pertama tahun 2013 setebal 106 halaman yang disusun dan diterbitkan oleh kementerian pendidikan dan kebudayaan. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsep kecerdasan logika matematika. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan  analisis isi atau dokumen (content or document analysis) dan teknik analisis deskriptif menggunakan teknik presentase untuk mengetahui jumlah dan presentase muatan konsep kecerdasan logika matematika, baik secara keseluruhan maupun masing-masing kecerdasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: terdapat konsep kecerdasan logika matematika menurut Howard Gardner dalam buku ajar kelas IV tema 1 Indahnya Kebersamaan yang dapat menumbuhkan dan mengembangkan masing-masing potensi peserta didik. Temuan data yang diperoleh dari adalah sebagai berikut. Terdapat konsep matematika yang berisi tentang hitungan angka-angka dan simbol-simbol matematika sebanyak 66%. Terdapat kalimat perintah yang menunjukkan aktifitas pemecahan masalah atau hitungan sebanyak 18%, Terdapat permainan matematika atau permainan strategi lainnya seperti teka-teki silang sebanyak 7%, Terdapat kalimat yang menunjukkan prosedur percobaan untuk mencari hubungan sebab akibat Terdapat kalimat yang membahas bermacam-macam kegiatan memperkirakan sebanyak 6%, membulatkan, dan menafsirkan data-data statistik sebanyak 3%. AbstractThe history of Islamic thought is inseparable from the transformation of knowledge from cultural thoughts outside of Islam, including Greek philosophy. The project was initiated by the Abbasids and reached its peak when power was held by the Caliph al-Harun Ar-Rasyid and al-Makmun. The most meritorious person and considered the first philosopher in the Islamic world was al-Kindi. This article discusses important matters in al-Kindi's philosophical thinking. With the aim to find out how the philosophical thinking of al-Kindi. This article uses library-based qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach and technical descriptive analysis and content analysis. The results of this study show that al-Kindi was a philosopher who brought philosophy into the Islamic world. The things in al-Kindi's thinking are the relationship between Religion and Philosophy, divinity philosophy, philosophy of soul, mind, and spirit, infinity to the concept of reason.Keywords: al-Kindi, Philosophy, God, Spirit, and Intellect. AbstrakSejarah pemikiran Islam tidak lepas dari transformasi ilmu dari pemikiran-pemikiran kebudayaan di luar agama Islam, termasuk filsafat Yunani. Proyek tersebut digagas oleh Bani Abbasiyyah dan mencapai puncaknya ketika kekuasaan dipegang oleh Khalifah al-Harun Ar-Rasyid dan al-Makmun. Orang yang paling berjasa dan dianggap filosof pertama dalam dunia Islam adalah al-Kindi. Artikel ini membahas tentang hal-hal penting dalam pemikiran filsafat al-Kindi. Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemikiran filsafat al-Kindi. Artikel ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif berbasis kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan teknis analisis deskriptif dan content analysis. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa al-Kindi merupakan seorang filosof yang membawa filsafat ke dalam dunia Islam. Hal-hal dalam pemikiran al-Kindi adalah hubungan Agama dan Filsafat, filsafat ketuhanan, filsafat jiwa, akal dan ruh, ketakterhinggaan sampai konsep akal.Kata Kunci: al-Kindi, Filsafat, Tuhan, Ruh dan Akal.

Recently the issue of integrating religion view into all life aspects has emerged rapidly. It has something to do with building especially children’s character since they were a child. Moreover, cases of students who lack of norms and attitudes are growing immensely. Hence, the integration of religion in this case Islamic value into all subjects at school is urgently needed. In English Language Teaching (ELT), immersing Islamic value has been constrains by English Teachers because of the limitation of knowledge. Therefore, this paper presents and discusses the values and ethics in Islam its forms and sources. It shades more lights on the infusion of Islamic values and ethics in ELT, the role of teachers, challenges faced in embedding Islamic values into English materials. This paper uses qualitative descriptive research. Library research was used by taking into account some journals and sources related with instilling Islamic values in English teaching. The data then is explained by using descriptive analysis. Finally, this study concludes with some recommendations for tracking the challenges such as inserting exercise with Islamic values in the English topics, using Islamic names for person, event or places, connecting the relevant verse of Holy Book or using it as the material to be translated and using English books containing Islamic messages.

Abstract Conflict becomes part of contemporary phenomena that embraces all dimensions of human life, starting from the level of individuals, society, to relations between countries. Conflict in all of its variety, both economic, political conflicts, even conflicts between civilizations, cannot be separated from the "on-name" religion. Islam which teaches love and peace is distorted into Islam that teaches conflict. Islamic education in a broad context is responsible for the formation of logical thinking of humans who like to spread terror and conflict. This paper examines how the Sufism approach in Islamic education plays its part as the Islamic tradition that teaches Islam in the form of love and spreads Peaceful Islam and has A peace of mind with research Library research that uses qualitative descriptive analysis techniques with the results of research that is mystical approach in Islamic education fundamental alternatives in order to reduce conflict and bring peace.       Keywords: Education, Islam, Peace, and Sufism.   Abstrak Konfik menjadi bagian dari fenomena kontemporer yang melanda seluruh dimensi kehidupan manusia, mulai dari tingkat individu, masyarakat, sampai hubungan antar negara. Konflik dalam ragam rupanya, baik konflik ekonomi, politik, bahkan konflik antar peradaban, tidak bisa dilepaskan dari “atas-nama” agama. Islam yang mengajarkan cinta kasih dan perdamaian didistorsi menjadi Islam yang mengajarkan konflik. Pendidikan Islam dalam konteks yang luas bertanggungjawab atas terbentuknya nalar berpikir manusia yang suka menebar teror dan konflik. Tulisan ini mengkaji tentang bagaimana pendekatan sufisme dalam pendidikan islam menjadi bagian dari tradisi Islam yang mengajarkan Islam dalam rupa cinta kasih dan menebarkan Islam Damai dan berwawasan perdamaian dengan jenis penelitian Library research yang menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan hasil penelitian yaitu pendekatan sufistik dalam pendidikan Islam adalah alternatif fundamental dalam rangka mengurangi konflik dan mewujudkan perdamaian bangsa. Salah satu teladan prakteknya dapat dilihat dari ulama-ulama Nusantara. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan, Islam, Perdamaian, and Sufisme.
