ABSTRACT Introduction: Various factors cause many sports traumas in groups engaged in mass sports activities, amateur sports training, and professional sports training in China that must be called to our attention. Objective: Scientific Sports Therapy is a scientific and reasonable systemic sports training program formulated for competitive athletes based on their physical and disease characteristics. Methods: This article conducted scientific sports therapy interventions on tennis elbow patients and analyzed multiple physiological indicators such as muscle endurance before and after the intervention. Results: There are significant differences in the athletes’ muscle strength and muscle endurance data after physical exercise therapy. Conclusion: We analyzed the causes of muscle damage and adopted scientific and practical sports therapy. In this way, coaches and athletes can find effective ways to prevent and manage muscle injuries, thereby improving competitive sports training. ABSTRACT Introduction: Physical exercise can enhance the body's ability to adapt to the external environment and improve the contractility of the heart. At the same time, it can help improve blood circulation and increase lung capacity. Objective: This article explores the critical role of sports in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases. Methods: This article conducts tests on related physiological indicators such as hemodynamic rheology for students who regularly participate in physical exercise and those who do not participate in physical exercise. Results: Students who exercise regularly and those who do not exercise mobilize faster cardiovascular function at the beginning of work. This shows good adaptability to sports. Conclusion: The use of fitness exercise prescription by students who exercise comprehensively has the most pronounced effect on improving vascular function. ABSTRACT Introduction: Exercise can invigorate the body's metabolism. There are very few people who know how sports promote people's physical and mental health. How to lead people to participate in physical exercise through sports is a question worth considering. Objective: We explore the effects of sports on human metabolism. Methods: The article analyzes athletes’ physical and chemical indicators before and after exercise and during the recovery period. The indicators cover blood routine, urine routine, and blood testosterone content. Results: The blood and urine routines of athletes before and after training are different (P<0.05). After an expressive number of exercises, the urine testosterone content will be different due to the difference in genders (P<0.05). Conclusions: Physical exercise has a very significant impact on human metabolism. The body's hormone levels and metabolism are related to the amount of exercise. ABSTRACT Introduction: Physical exercise can promote the growth and development of bones and delay bone loss; it is more effective when started young. Objective: This paper analyzes the impact of human exercise on human bone health. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on elementary school students, and basic physical fitness monitoring was conducted. The physical fitness monitoring indicators covered ten items such as height and weight. Results: After the questionnaire survey and physical examination, it was found that there are differences in various physiological indicators between students who exercise frequently compared with students who exercise less frequently. Conclusion: Physical exercise can promote skeletal tissue development, therefore, young people should increase the practice of physical exercise. ABSTRACT Introduction Diabetes is a metabolic disease characterized by hyperglycemia. It is a metabolic syndrome in which blood sugar levels increase due to defects in insulin secretion or impaired function, or even both defects. Object To understand the effect of diabetic patients in controlling blood sugar through physical exercise, the paper analyzes the correlation between the exercise status and physiological indicators of diabetic patients in our hospital. Methods We randomly selected 41 diabetic patients and monitored their exercise. At the same time, we check the physiological indicators of the patients after the exercise is completed and analyze the control of blood sugar by sports. Results After healthy physical exercise, the blood sugar level of diabetic patients tended to stabilize, and the glycosylated hemoglobin level decreased. The blood sugar levels of patients who did not participate in healthy physical exercises were not stable, and their glycosylated hemoglobin levels did not improve. Conclusion Healthy sports is a simple, easy, safe and effective adjuvant therapy for the prevention and treatment of diabetes, and it is worthy of clinical promotion. ABSTRACT Introduction Patients with cerebrovascular accident and hemiplegia need to perform physical exercise and aerobic training, but physical dysfunction restricts the performance of these activities. Objective The article aims to develop physical strength sports for stroke patients with hemiplegia to explore the efficacy of sports to regain limb function in these patients. Methods We randomly selected 30 patients with stroke sequelae and divided them into control and exercise groups. While undergoing rehab, the exercise group performed a certain amount of aerobic exercise. During this period, we compared the relevant physiological indicators of the patients, and, at the same time, we used the Fugle-Meyer motor function scoring method to assess limb function. Results The two groups of patients are significantly different regarding the recovery of physical function and the capacity for daily life. Physiological indicators of patients are also different. Conclusion Low-intensity aerobic exercise can help stroke and hemiplegia patients regain their basic ability to live and exercise. Mood improvement immediately after a single bout of exercise is well documented, but less is known about successive and longer term effects. In a “real-life” field investigation, four kinds of exercise class (Beginners, Advanced, Body Funk and Callanetics) met once a week for up to 7 weeks. Before and after each class the members assessed how they felt by completing a questionnaire listing equal numbers of “positive” and “negative” mood words. Subjects who had attended at least five times were included in the analysis, which led to groups consisting of 18, 20, 16, and 16 subjects, respectively. All four kinds of exercise significantly increased positive and decreased negative feelings, and this result was surprisingly consistent in successive weeks. However, exercise seemed to have a much greater effect on positive than on negative moods. The favorable moods induced by each class seemed to have worn off by the following week, to be reinstated by the class itself. In the Callanetics class, positive mood also improved significantly over time. The Callanetics class involved “slower,” more demanding exercises, not always done to music. The Callanetics and Advanced classes also showed significantly greater preexercise negative moods in the first three sessions. However, these differences disappeared following exercise. Possibly, these two groups had become more “tolerant” to the mood-enhancing effects of physical exercise; this may be in part have been due to “exercise addiction.”

ABSTRAK Stress adalah suatu kondisi dimana tubuh terganggu karena tekanan psikologis. Stress dikaitkan bukan karena penyakit fisik lebih mengenai kejiwaan. Karena pengaruh stress tersebut maka penyakit fisik bisa muncul akibat lemahnya dan rendahnya daya tahan tubuh. Studi tentang kesehatan jiwa, telah menunjukkan terapi music sangat efektif dalam meredakan kegelisahan dan stress, mendorong perasaan rileks serta meredakan depresi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh terapi music terhadap tingkat stress mahasiswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan terapi musik.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Quasi Experiment dengan menggunakan rancangan one group pretest-posttest design. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 47 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan mengisi kuesioner DASS. Pengolahan data dengan uji Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu sebelum dilakukan pemberian terapi music didapatkan 7 mahasiswa atau (16,67%) mengalami stress berat. Setelah diberikan intervensi terapi music diketahui 7 orang mahasiswa (16,67%) mengalami penurunan tingkat stress. Kesimpulannya ada pengaruh pemberian terapi music terhadap tingkat stress pada mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Keperawatan Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Insan Cendekia Husada Bojonegoro ( (0,000) dan nilai Z hitung – 6,557 sedangkan Z table 1,96 (Z hitung Z table) berarti Ho ditolak sehingga Ha diterima). Kata Kunci: Terapi Musik, Tingkat Stress. ABSTRACT Stress is a condition where the body is disrupted due to psychological pressure. Stress is associated not due to physical illness is more about the mental. Because of the influence of the stress then physical illness can arise due to the weakness and lack of endurance. The study of mental health, music therapy has shown very effective in relieving anxiety and stress, encourage relaxation and relieve feelings of depression. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of music therapy on the stress level of students before and after therapy is given musik.Penelitian a Quasi Experiment study using a design one group pretest-posttest design. The sample was 47 respondents. Data were collected by filling out questionnaires DASS. Data processing by Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test. Results of the research that prior to giving music therapy students or obtained 7 (16.67%) experienced severe stress. After being given music In therapy interventions known 7 students (16.67%) decreased level of stress. In conclusion there is the effect of music therapy on the level of stress in students of Nursing Science College of Health Sciences Insan Scholar (0,000) and the Z count - 6.557 while the Z table  Husada Bojonegoro 1.96 (Z count Z table) means Ho is rejected so Ha is received). This study illustrated the physiological and psychological effects of watching videos of different durations showing bamboo forests with varied structures. Physiological indicators, including EEG (electroencephalogram), blood pressure, skin conductance, and pulse, were monitored in 180 Chinese university students (mean age: 20.72 ± 2.56 years) while they were watching bamboo videos. Before and after watching the videos, their psychological indicators, including positive and negative moods, were measured using the Profile of Mood States questionnaire. After watching the bamboo videos of different durations, all of the physiological indicators responded to the stimulation after only 1 min. The indicators showed different trends at 1, 3 and 5 min. EEG decreased and then was maintained at a stable level after 1 min, and the high β, low β, and α waves had no significant differences between 1, 3 and 5 min. Blood pressure dropped to a stable state after 3 min, and the decline was significantly different greater after 3 min than after 1 min. Skin conductance increased for 1 to 5 min, and it did not stabilize after a long time (5 min). Pulse decreased after 1 min but increased after 5 min. After watching the videos with bamboo of varying structures, the physiological and psychological indicators showed significantly different changes. Skin conductance significantly increased (mean value: 6.78%), and the amount of sweat was more effectively reduced, thereby reducing tension, when the students viewed videos of sympodial bamboo forests compared with monopodial bamboo forests. Bamboo forests with a higher canopy density (0.83–0.85) could significantly decrease α waves (mean value: 1.50 Hz), relaxing the human body. High β and low β waves showed greater decreases, with tension reduced more effectively, when bamboo forests with a low tilt ratio (< 1.5%) were viewed. Bamboo forests with neat undergrowth could have more beneficial physiological and psychological effects on the human body.

Background: Menopause is associated with negative cardiovascular adaptations related to estrogen depletion, which could be counteracted by physical exercise (PhE). However, the impact of total adherence-rate (TA) to PhE and sedentary time (SedT) on cardiometabolic profile in this population has not been elucidated. Methods: For 13-weeks, 43 women (57.1 ± 4.7 years) participated in a 4-days-a-week moderate-intensity walking training. They underwent laboratory, anthropometric and echocardiographic assessment, before and after training (T0–T1). Spontaneous physical activity (PhA) was assessed with a portable multisensory device. The sample was divided according to TA to PhE program: <70% (n = 17) and ≥70% (n = 26). Results: TA ≥ 70% group experienced a significant T1 improvement of relative wall thickness (RWT), diastolic function, VO2max, cortisol, cortisol/dehydroandrostenedione-sulphate ratio and serum glucose. After adjusting for SedT and 10-min bouts of spontaneous moderate-to-vigorous PhA, TA ≥ 70% showed the most significant absolute change of RWT and diastolic function, body mass index, weight and cortisol. TA ≥ 70% was major predictor of RWT and cortisol improvement. Conclusions: In a group of untrained, postmenopausal women, a high TA to a 13-weeks aerobic PhE program confers a better improvement in cardiometabolic profile, regardless of SedT and PhA levels.
