The article presents data on micropropagation of ten cultivars of the genus Lilium L. belonging to four groups: the Oriental hybrids, the Trumpet hybrids, Lilium Asiatic hybrids, the Longiflorum and Asiatic hybrids (LA-hybrids). It is found that for the sterilization of explants better use the 7% sodium hypo-chlorite solution (20 min) and 70% ethanol (10 sec). The average percentage of sterile culture for the Ori-ental hybrids was 66.00±7.07, the Trumpet hybrids – 81.00±5.65, Lilium Asiatic hybrids – 85.00±4.69, LA-hybrids – 87.00±6.36. There were no statistically significant differences between cultivars within the group (p=0.33, p<0.05). It is recommended to use a medium Murashige and Skuga with the addition of auxin α-naphthylacetic acid 1 ml/l – for the Oriental, Trumpet, Asiatic hybrids or cytokinin 6-benzylaminopurine 1 m/l – for LA hybrids. The percentage of explant with signs of regeneration was more than 82% for Trumpet and LA hybrids and more than 71% for Oriental and Asiatic hybrids. The reproduction rate can vary from 2 to 14 pcs/explant. Plant survival was more than 60%.

Retinal, cell aggregates develop in culture in a pattern similar to the in ovo retina, forming neurites first and then synapses. In the present study, we continuously exposed chick retinal cell aggregates to a high concentration (1 mM) of carbamylcholine (carbachol), an acetylcholine (ACh) analog that resists hydrolysis by acetylcholinesterase (AChE). This situation is similar to organophosphorus anticholinesterase poisoning in which the ACh level is elevated at synaptic junctions due to inhibition of AChE, Our objective was to determine whether continuous carbachol exposure either damaged cholino- ceptive neurites, cell bodies, and synaptic elements of the aggregates or influenced (hastened or retarded) their development. The retinal tissue was isolated aseptically from 11 day embryonic White Leghorn chicks and then enzymatically (trypsin) and mechanically (trituration) dissociated into single cells. After washing the cells by repeated suspension and low (about 200 x G) centrifugation twice, aggregate cell cultures (about l0 cells/culture) were initiated in 1.5 ml medium (BME, GIBCO) in 35 mm sterile culture dishes and maintained as experimental (containing 10-3 M carbachol) and control specimens.

Various complex shapes of dielectric electro-active polymer (DEAP) actuator have been promoted for several types of applications. In this study, the actuation and mechanical dynamics characteristics of a new core free flat DEAP soft actuator were investigated. This actuator was developed by Danfoss PolyPower. DC voltage of up to 2000 V was supplied for identifying the actuation characteristics of the actuator and compare with the existing formula. The operational frequency of the actuator was determined by dynamic testing. Then, the soft actuator has been modelled as a uniform bar rigidly fixed at one end and attached to mass at another end. Results from the theoretical model were compared with the experimental results. It was found that the deformation of the current actuator was quadratic proportional to the voltage supplied. It was found that experimental results and theory were not in good agreement for low and high voltage with average percentage error are 104% and 20.7%, respectively. The resonance frequency of the actuator was near 14 Hz. Mass of load added, inhomogeneity and initial tension significantly affected the resonance frequency of the soft actuator. The experimental results were consistent with the theoretical model at zero load. However, due to inhomogeneity, the frequency response function’s plot underlines a poor prediction where the theoretical calculation was far from experimental results as values of load increasing with the average percentage error 15.7%. Hence, it shows the proposed analytical procedure not suitable to provide accurate natural frequency for the DEAP soft actuator.

The implementation of food sanitation aims to eliminate the risk of contamination by microorganisms at different stages in the production and processing of food. House fly (Musca domestical) can act as a vector of tyfus disease, other stomach ailments such as dysentery and diarrhea, cholera, and skin diseases. Salt fish processing business is the largest part of traditional fish processing business especially in Senamabah Village, Muara Bengkal Sub-district, East Kutai Regency. Problems that arise from the traditional processing of salted fish with sun drying, have the weakness of one of the fly flies that can damage salted fish products especially during the rainy season. This research is a quasi-experimental research (Quasi Experiment Design). Field research is difficult to carry out randomization. For field research, usually using a quasi-experiment, this study used a Completely Randomized Design (RAL), consisting of 3 treatments with 1 control and 3 repetitions on each treatment. This research is about the effectivity test of pandan wangi leaf extract (Pandanus amaryllifolius Roxb) as Refellent Vegetable in Reducing Number of Flies during the drying process of Salted Fish, concentration 5% after 30, 60 and 90 minutes observation with the average percentage of moisture by 25% decline 55%, concentration 10% after 30, 60 and 90 minutes observation with the average percentage of up to 13% with 77% repulsion and 15% concentration after 30, 60 and 90 minutes observation with percentage of average 6% with 90% resistance.

The study has made an attempt on resource use and economic efficiency of cucumber production under poly-house farming and open field farming. Primary data collected by using purposive sampling technique from selected districts. Sample of 50 farmers (25 Poly-house farmers and 25 Open field farmers) was taken from each district on the basis of availability. Secondary data was collected from Horticulture Department. For data analysis statistical tools average, percentage and Linear Cobb-Douglas Production Function was used. The study found that the yield of cucumber was more under poly-house farming as compare to open field farming system. The reason behind this was long harvesting period and more number of fruits per plant under poly-house farming conditions. The data specifies higher net returns per acre of cucumber under poly-house farming over open field farming, which implicit poly-house farming not only highly profitable but also economically viable as compared to open field farming in study area.

Maze game is an interesting game and used to spend time. However, in the maze game, the level used forthis game still uses static levels. Static levels make the maze shape stay the same if we play the same level. Thus, players will quickly feel bored because it finds the same complexity. Maze generator is a static level problem solution on the maze game. This research uses Fisher-Yates Shuffle algorithm and Flood Fill algorithm to make maze generator. Fisher-Yates Shuffle algorithm is used for wall position randomization and Flood Fill algorithm to keep the maze results to remain resolved. The results of the application implementation yielded 30 mazes and were tested using the Hamming Distance algorithm, yielding that the result of the maze formed is always different. The average percentage rate difference produced 48% each time the maze was formed. The results of the maze that was formed performed perfect maze checking with the result of 83.33% percentage. Index Terms— Fisher-Yates Shuffle, Flood Fill, MazeGenerator, Hamming Distance
