The problems of the quality of higher education are constantly discussed at different levels, but so far no precise recipes for a radical change in the situation have been developed. Constantly changing standards, dictated by the trend of the times and changes in the requirements of the labor market, only exacerbate this situation. As they say, if you constantly loosen the ground, nothing will sprout on it. However, the rapid obsolescence of knowledge, the need for timely and effective changes in the educational process to meet the requirements of the market and the employer, the displacement of outdated professions by new ones, weak basic training (in most cases) of school graduates require different approaches to optimizing the educational process in universities. The key problems of the educational process in universities lie in its different understanding by teachers, students, heads of basic educational programs (OEP) and the employer. The student and the employer understand (or should understand) that relevant knowledge is needed that meets the requirements of the current market, which can constantly change, and in this case, the educational process must be quickly rebuilt. Teachers and leaders of OOP offer for study the material that they themselves own, regardless of whether there is a need for this knowledge (sometimes very outdated) among students who are later expected by the employer. One of the approaches that can make it possible to effectively optimize the educational process depending on the changing realities of time and the market is the project approach, which, according to the authors, must be laid as the basis for the design of the educational process at the university. The article simulates the educational process of the university in order to identify the factors that determine its effectiveness and the possibility of following these factors. The ways of optimization (reengineering) of this process, increasing its adaptability to the requirements of the labor market are proposed.

The problems of the quality of higher education are constantly discussed at different levels, but the cardinal changes have not occurred so far. Constantly changing standards dictated by the time and changes in the requirements of the labor market, only aggravate this position. However, the rapid obsolescence of knowledge, the need for timely and effective change in the educational process under the requirements of the market and the employer, the displacement of obsolete professions by new ones, weak basic preparation (in most cases) of school graduates require other approaches to the optimization of the educational process in universities. The article models the educational process of a university in order to identify the factors that determine its effectiveness. Ways to optimize (reengineering) this process are offered, increasing its adaptability to labor market requests and improving the efficiency of the learning process. The educational process is analyzed as a "business process", and substantiates the conclusion that in many respects the educational activity corresponds to the category of "Project". Such interpretation allows you to offer new more flexible tools for quality management of students, which meets the modern qualifications of employers and professional standards.

This research aims to identify the reality of applying knowledge management practices and reveal their impact on achieving the quality of higher education in Jordan, and to identify the concept of knowledge management and the quality of higher education, and uncover knowledge management practices, and determine the components of applying knowledge management in higher education institutions. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach, relying on the questionnaire as the main tool for collecting research data. The research was applied to a sample consisting of (142) workers and those in charge of the educational process at Al-Balqa Applied University, who were chosen randomly. Among the most prominent results of this research is that there is an effect of knowledge management on higher education quality at Al-Balqa Applied University at the significance level (α= 0.05). As the results showed, one of the essential practices of knowledge innovation and creativity is that knowledge management encourages brainstorming to create new ideas and reveal tacit knowledge. One of the most important practices of applying the knowledge is that the university conducts tests on knowledge before applying it, while the essential practice of storing and distributing knowledge is that the university has many methods and means used to preserve knowledge. In light of the study results, the research recommends the need to pay attention to those in charge of the educational process and those working in it, support them and develop their capabilities, and work to implement the knowledge that it possesses through a specialized work team, and the necessity for the knowledge management to work on developing the creative vision of the employees at the university.   Received: 3 November 2020 / Accepted: 3 January 2021 / Published: 17 January 2021

The quality of the educational process can be measured by different criteria. These criteria are based on factors, including good communication as an important aspect. Similarly to good communication being able to improve the quality of life, the quality of the educational process largely depends on the communication ability of teachers or implementers of education. In his or her job, the teacher has to master communication on different levels: with his or her superior (the principal), colleagues, parents and pupils (students). Not only does the teacher have to educate students by example, he/she occasionally also need to provide assistance in solving conflicts so as to avoid peer violence. During their studies at the university, student teachers should acquire good communication skills. Even though these have been introduced in the content of pedagogical study programmes, their extent is still not sufficient. This paper presents an example of trial Communication in Education laboratory work that was implemented with three generations of 4th year students – future teachers of technical education. Their reaction was very positive and they expressed the desire for additional work to be prepared. Key words: communication process in the school, personal orientation, reference framework, teacher education.

The final stage of university formation at any level (BA, MA, PhD) represents a very important turning point in the student’s path, as it constitutes a transition bridge for the student from one position to a better position, and in which the student’s personality is built in its various cognitive and skills aspects. The outputs of the stage are considered the most important inputs in the university educational process for a more advanced stage. Our study comes to shed light on the process of supervising the graduation notes from the point of view of the graduation students of the Faculty of Economic, Business, and Management Sciences at the University of Bordj Bou Arereig, considering this stage is one of the most important approaches to achieving the quality of university education outputs, and coming up with recommendations that increase interest in this aspect. In order to improve the level of manpower working in this institution, especially the teaching component, which is the university professor, the quality of university training is mainly related to its quality, as it is considered the most important element or key in the quality of higher education, which contributes to providing distinguished services. At the end of the study, we aim to reach the most prominent challenges and difficulties that students face during the supervision process in order to improve the process in the future and thus improve the educational process outcomes.

To solve the problem of quality in higher education, many different factors, including controversial ones, must be involved. To achieve the required quality of education at universities, teachers must have enough freedom to develop educational content, as well as to involve the results of scientific research and innovative pedagogical technologies into the process of education. It is necessary to establish certain standards and regulations within the university that help facilitate continuous improvement of the educational process to manage the quality of higher education. The integrated approach to management of Higher Education Institutions’ (HEI) educational activities proposed in this paper establishes the regulations of main processes, conditions and incentives to facilitate diversity and creativity at different levels of a contemporary university. These principles have been applied to form the basis of Tomsk Polytechnic University’s quality assurance approach.
