The purpose of the study is to determine the peculiarities of strength effort assessment in girls aged 11-13. Materials and methods. The study participants were girls aged 11 (n=25), 12 (n=27), 13 (n=18). The children and their parents were fully informed about all the features of the study and agreed to participate in the experiment. The paper used methods of scientific literature analysis, testing, methods of mathematical statistics. To determine the peculiarities of strength effort assessment, the study used a t-test for paired observations and a t-test for independent samples. Results. The girls aged 11-13 demonstrate the best assessment of effort reproduction at 2/3 of maximum strength. There is no statistically significant age-related dynamics in strength effort assessment in girls aged 11-13. The correlation between the effort reproductions at 1/3, 1/2 and 2/3 of maximum strength is not statistically significant. Conclusions. In the process of physical education of girls aged 11-13, special attention should be paid to the development of motor control ability as the component of coordination training of schoolchildren.

The analysis of the ability for strength effort assessment in the boys aged 11 and 13 showed that there are no statistically significant differences between the boys of this age. The boysdemonstrate the best assessment ofeffortat2/3 of the maximum. There areno statistically significant differences in the levels of development of the hand maximum strength (p > 0.05). Thestudy has not found statistically significant differences in the levels of development of the ability for strength effort assessment in the boys aged 11-13(p > 0.05). The boys of this age demonstrate the best assessment ofeffortat2/3 of the maximum. A comparative analysis of the ability for strength effort assessment in the boys aged 12 and 13 did not reveal statistically significant differences (p > 0.05). The boys of this age demonstrate the best assessment ofeffortat2/3 of the maximum. The boys aged 11–13 show the best assessment of effort reproduction at2/3 of the maximum (p < 0.05). The relevance of the topic is defined through the idea that appropriate leadership competencies and their application in certain activities enabling the followers can ensure the prospects of organizational development and individual career opportunities. To review and summarize the aspects of research findings of leadership science in expression of competencies in managerial processes, highlighting the leadership competencies in the context of general competencies. Methods. In order to formulate analytical findings describing the concept of leadership, generalizing the stages of development of theories, expression of leadership competencies and impact, there were used the methods of scientific literature analysis and synthesis as well as simulation. Results. According to the scientists insights, the article deals with leadership concept analysis, leadership research overview according to development stages. Scientific novelty. The analyzed theme has a scientific novelty, because recently there has been more and more discussion about the importance of leadership, but it is important to analyze the core leadership competencies that would predetermine both the findings of decisions of organizations’ managerial processes and positive changes of individual career in the integration in the activities of organizations. Practical significance. The need in leadership competencies is related to the issues of good leadership in organizations. Aiming to implement ideas of modern leadership in organisations, the leader has to have certain characteristics of leadership expressions, such as ability to communicate effectively, respond to the needs of others, and influence the behavior of the followers directing them towards the achieving of the set goals and implementation of the leader’s vision.

Purpose — to identify patterns of age dynamics of functional and motor fitness girls eighth and ninth grades.Material and methods. To achieve the objectives adopted the following methods: analysis of scientific literature, teacher testing and treatment methods of mathematical statistics research results. In the study involved 14 dyvchat class 8, 14 — 9 class.Conclusions. Analysis of the test results shows that statistically significant differences between girls 8 and 9 classes in functional samples was observed. For the functional state of respiration and circulation girls 8 and 9 classes are rated as healthy untrained.Girls 9 classes show statistically significantly better results in tests for speed strength, static display of strength and motor coordination (tests 8 «Long jump from place, see» 7 «Height in folded hands, p ‘and 2’ Evaluation of temporal parameters movement, with error «).Standardized canonical discriminant function coefficients can determine the value contribution of variables in the function result. With the largest contribution to the canonical function variables are 6, 10 and 7: the higher the value of these variables, the more important functions. The foregoing indicates to assess the functional and motor fitness of students grades 8—9 using the proposed battery of tests.Structural factors canonical discriminant function shows that feature most significantly associated with 7, 8 and 2 variables: the more attention is paid to static, the actual strength and coordination training, the greater the likelihood of increasing the level of functional and motor fitness girls 8—9 grades.100.0% initial observations are grouped correctly classified. Thus, the canonical discriminant function can be used for evaluation and prediction of functional and motor fitness girls 8—9 grades.

Abstract Objectives This study aims at contrasting the effects of limited future time perspective and mortality salience on goal prioritization across adulthood. Socioemotional selectivity theory (SST) argues that people increasingly prioritize emotionally meaningful goals when they perceive future time as more limited. Terror management theory (TMT) suggests that mortality salience (i.e., the awareness of one’s mortality) drives people to prioritize the goal of perpetuating own existence through affirming cultural worldview. Method In this study, participants (N = 438) were randomly assigned to six conditions that primed (a) limited future time, (b) mortality salience, (c) death reflection, (d) both limited future time and mortality salience, (e) both limited future time, and death reflection, or (f) none. Results Results showed that older adults allocated significantly more resources to emotionally close recipients who supported their cultural worldviews in conditions involving future time limitation and death reflection. They also allocated less resources to emotionally not close recipients who did not support their cultural worldviews in conditions involving future time limitation. Younger adults did not show these differences. Nor did mortality salience have any effect. Discussion These results suggest that future time perspective and death reflection shift age-related goals more than mortality salience.

AbstractThis article is intended to theoretically justify the decision-making process model for the cases, when active participation of investing entities in controlling the activities of an organisation and their results is noticeable. Based on scientific literature analysis, a concept of controlled conditions is formulated, and using a rational approach to the decision-making process, a model of the 11-steps decision-making process under controlled intervention is presented. Also, there have been unified conditions, describing the case of controlled interventions thus providing preconditions to ensure the adequacy of the proposed decision-making process model.

Biomarkers that can identify age-related decline in walking function have potential to promote healthier aging by triggering timely interventions that can mitigate or reverse impairments. Recent evidence suggests that changes in neuromuscular control precede changes in walking function; however, it is unclear which measures are best suited for identifying age-related changes. In this study, non-negative matrix factorization of electromyography data collected during treadmill walking was used to calculate two measures of the complexity of muscle co-activations during walking for 36 adults: (1) the number of muscle synergies and (2) the dynamic motor control index. Study participants were grouped into young (18–35 years old), young-old (65–74 years old), and old–old (75+ years old) subsets. We found that the dynamic motor control index [χ2(2) = 9.41, p = 0.009], and not the number of muscle synergies [χ2(2) = 5.42, p = 0.067], differentiates between age groups [χ2(4) = 10.62, p = 0.031, Nagelkerke R2 = 0.297]. Moreover, an impairment threshold set at a dynamic motor control index of 90 (i.e., one standard deviation below the young adults) was able to differentiate between age groups [χ2(2) = 9.351, p = 0.009]. The dynamic motor control index identifies age-related differences in neuromuscular complexity not measured by the number of muscle synergies and may have clinical utility as a marker of neuromotor impairment.

Since grammatical rejection construction belongs to one of the linguistic universals, its study is very relevant to us. Russian and Georgian languages ​​are typologically different, in particular in terms of the use of double negation. That is why we addressed the problems related to the translation of Russian polynegative pronouns into Georgian.The aim of our paper is to reveal the peculiarities of translating Russian polynegative sentences into Georgian. Our task was to reveal the peculiarities of conveying polynegativity in Georgian, where initially (from the beginning) only a single rejection was possible. We have selected Anton Chekhov's stories and their Georgian translations as the research material. While working on the topic, we have used the following research methods: scientific literature analysis, contrastive analysis methods, elements of statistical analysis.The analysis of the Georgian translations of the Russian negative verbs revealed that mainly the Russian general negative (complete negation, общеотрицательные) sentences were translated into Georgian through the negative (partial negation -частноотрицательные) sentences. If in Russian the negation belongs to "Deeprichastie", in Georgian this inversion is conveyed through the verb without the particles expressing the negation.

On the basis of scientific literature analysis it can be stated that at pre-primary age leadership is fostered developing children’s self-confidence, initiative, communication with adults, empathy, curiosity, leading of activities and play, activity, self-regulation and self-control, creativity, generating of ideas, which may be expressed in musical activities as well. Therefore, applying musical activities, expression of various features may be encouraged, their synthesis and variations may be achieved to enable a child to experience the nurtured qualities and to develop them. The results of the research on expression of leadership qualities of pre-primary children in musical activities showed that children’s leadership qualities are expressed in singing most frequently. Expression of leadership in other activities such as listening to music, playing and rhythmisation, improvisation and creation, is not so suggestive. Expression of leadership qualities in all activities should be encouraged, whereas during singing activities, all the distinguished leadership qualities were noticed: communicating with adults, generating of ideas, leading of activities and play, initiative, activity, empathy, creativity, curiosity, sensitivity, self-regulation and self-control. The analysis of children’s opinion about leadership qualities revealed that: 1) distribution of favorable musical activities is predetermined by child’s wish to involve in a certain activity and its attractiveness. Therefore, the role of a teacher is important presenting these activities in an attractive way and making attempts to strengthen learners’ interested in them; 2) children like to rally other children for activities but involve in them to a different extent. Some of them seek to lead, others generate ideas and show initiative to rally other children but they later assume the role of a collaborator and do not lead activities. Moreover, a number of children experience a negative influence of their peers, when they are not invited to engage in play, i.e., they lose self-confidence or engage in play only as an observer.

In the process of ontogenesis, individual organs and systems mature gradually completing their development in different periods of life. This heterochrony of maturation determines the features of organism-functioning in children of different ages. However, the data in scientific literature do not reveal the features of the vegetative status of preschool children. Therefore, the goal of our work was to determine the level of vegetative homeostasis, which indicates the ratio of sympathetic (YANG) and parasympathetic (YIN) functional activity of the autonomic nervous system in preschool children. The methodology of functional-vegetative diagnostics (FVD) elaborated by Professor V. G. Makats (2016) allowed identifying acupunctural channels and discovered a previously unknown human functional-vegetative system. The diagnostic complex “BIOTEST-12M” (Diagnostic complexes VITA-01-M and computerized system VITA-01-Biotest) serves as the technical tool of the FVD. The specific dynamics of increasing systemic-functional stabilization indicates the formation of age-related mechanisms of functional-vegetative homeostasis and the peculiarities of physiological development of preschool children. We found 28.5% of the surveyed preschool children in the zone of vegetative equilibrium, and 50% have parasympathicotonia. The sympathetic orientation of the levels of vegetative equilibrium by the years of life of preschool children in the female group (FG) is identical and indicates the multi-directional activity of individual systemic complexes.

The purpose of the study was to determine the priority of motor skills in the motor fitness structure of 8-year-old girls.  Materials and methods. The study participants were 40 8-year-old girls. The children and their parents were informed about all the features of the study and gave their consent to participate in the experiment. The study used the following research methods: analysis of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical observations, testing of motor fitness, probabilistic approach to assessing the learning process, methods of mathematical statistics. In the experiment, the study controlled the level of proficiency in the following exercises: “Shoulder stand”, “Bridge from supine position”, “One leg swing upward circle”. Results. The level of fitness of the 8-year-old girls is homogeneous by the development of “agility”, “movement coordination”, “speed strength”, and “endurance”; inhomogeneous – by the development of flexibility, arm strength, vestibular stability, and the level of proficiency.  The most informative indicators that determine the level of the 8-year-old girls’ motor fitness are: No. 14 “One leg swing upward circle, level of proficiency” (r = 0.890); No. 7 “Mixed hang rope pull-ups, times” (r = 0.889); No. 13 “Bridge from supine position, level of proficiency” (r = 0.842). Conclusions. Based on factor analysis, it was found that the level of proficiency in exercises influences the variation of testing results, and the development of motor skills is a priority in the educational process at primary school. The level of proficiency in the exercises “Shoulder stand” and “One leg swing upward circle” shows that the exercises are difficult for 8-year-old girls to perform. Based on the data analysis, it can be argued that the comprehensive development of motor abilities ensures the formation of motor skills, and the improvement of the level of development of 8-year-old girls’ arm flexors and vestibular stability will positively influence the educational process effectiveness.
