ABSTRACT In general, the used evaluation form to measure the students’ abilities is evaluation form in multiple choice and essay, but this evaluation still has weaknesses which are there are possibilities that the students do not know the correct answer and it has low realibility. From the weaknesses, the researcher wanted to produce two levels multiple choice diagnostic test assessment instrument in order to find outthe passing of the students’ outcomes with 21 students for the first trial and 118 students for the main trial. This research consisted of 7 steps which were (1) Research and the collection of information, (2) Planning, (3) The development of introductory product, (4) Preliminary trial, (5) The revision on main product, (6) Field trial, and (7) The revision of product. The research result showed that the two levels multiple choice diagnostic test was feasible to be used. The test result from 118 students using the two levels multiple choice diagnostic test showed the validity value of Vainstrument was 3.97, the effectiveness value was 85.57 %, and the practical value was 78.80%. The obtained test result, before and after using the two levels multiple choice diagnostic test showed that there was improvement on students’ learning outcomes which was 59.3 %. Therefore, the two levels multiple choice diagnostic test can measure and improve the students’ learning outcomes. Keywords: Development, Two Levels Multiple Choice, Two Levels Multiple Choice DiagnosticTest

It is believed that speaking is difficult subject because it is not only learn about pronouncing the words. The writer uses quantitative approach in this research because to know the effect of problem based learning to the students’ speaking ability at the eleventh grade students of XII science class of SMAN 4 Kediri that consists of 25 students. The spoken tests, in the form of pre and post test were used to collect the data. The holistical rating on speaking rubric form was used  to score the students’ speaking ability before and after the treatments of teaching speaking using problem based learning (PBL)The research result severals that students’ skill in speaking is still considered low. The pre-test result indicated that, the totaly score of pre-test is 1306,75 and the mean of pre-test is 52,27. The highest score is 66, 67 and the lowest score of pre-test is 25. It can be concluded that mostly the students had a difficulty in speaking English. Their score is unsatisfying because the English standard score of the school is 70. By being given series of trestments with PBL students’ speaking skill improved. The totaly of post-test is 1544,75 and the mean of post-test is 61,79. The post-test result showed that  the highest score is 75. Unfortunately, the lowest score of pre-test is 30. It can be concluded that there is an increasing score of students’ speaking ability after post-test is conducted. It is clear to be seen from the changing of students’ score. There are many students get better score than before The result of this research shows that t-score is 12, 67 at the degree of freedom 24 which was higher than the value of t-table was 1,711 at the level of significance 5% and value of t-table is 2,492 at the level of significance 1%. It means that t-score was very significant.Suggestion are purposed for English teacher who should give their students stimuli, to analyze the problem and try to find solution to the problem as well. Then, for the other researcher, the researcher hopes that other researchers could improve the content of this study by adding more explanation, example, and references.

Based on KISARA data there are 90.91% of girls in Denpasar City do not know the cause of fluorine albus. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in knowledge of young women before and after being given counseling about fluor albus. Method: The research design used was pre-experimental with one group pretest posttest design using 70 respondents taken by stratified random sampling. The results showed that the average score of adolescent girls' knowledge about fluor albus before being given counseling was 11.56 and after counseling was 14.23. There was an average increase in knowledge of 2.67. Results: Statistical test result using wilcoxon test get value p = 0.000 so that hypothesis accepted. Conculusion: It can be concluded that there is difference of adolescent knowledge about fluorine albus before and after given counseling.

The research instrument was observational paper dan sphigmanometer. The research result was analyzed by normality test of Shapiro-Wilk test. Statistical test with Wilcoxon test. The research result shown there is no difference mean value between blood pressure before and after treated by tomato juice. They are 6,00 mmHg (systole) and 1,82 mmHg (diastole). Data analyzed by It is 0,05. obtains p value systole 0,072 and diastole 0,334 where p value < α, this H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. The analysis result shown there is no difference between blood pressure before and after treated by tomato juice at Posyandu Kantil sub-district of Mojoroto, Kediri. Background: The role of fluoride in preventing tooth decay both for children and adult has been acknowledged internationally. There are several types of fluoride modalities either topically or systemic way. In Indonesia the modalities used to apply are fluoride tablet, fluocol solution and fluoride containing toothpaste. The purpose of this research is to find the effectiveness of fluoride modalities.Method: The study design was quasy experimental with 40 extracted teeth (Premolar teeth). The teeth divided into four groups D group I soaked on tablet fluor, Group II ; soaked on fluocol solution, Group III soaked on fluoride tooth paste and group IV soaked on Mill J (Aquadest/ Control solution). Fluoride concentration before and after soaking was determined using Spectrophotometer UV-Vis. Fluoride absorption was determined by the reduction of fluoride concentration after soaking.Result: Research result shown that the highest fluoride absorption was on soaking in fluoride tablet, followed by soaking on fluocol and tooth paste (mean fluoride absorption was 0,32; 0,08 and 0,04 ppm). Anova test shown significance level was 0,000.Conclusion: there were a significance of fluoride absorption on soaking in tablet fluoride, fluocol solution and toothpaste. The mechanism of fluoride regimens shown different fluoride absorption.
