This study aims to describe the role of Paskibra extracurricular in an effort to develop students' social skills seen from indicators of social skills, namely the ability to help each other, the ability to lead and be led, the ability to cooperate, the ability to respect others, the ability to obey rules (discipline), the ability to handle responsibility, the ability to convey opinion, the ability to be a responsive listener, and the ability to confidently ask questions. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research methods implemented at SMPN 45 Bandung. The data in this study were obtained from observation, interviews, documentation studies and literacy studies. The results of the study indicate that Paskibra can play a role in developing students' social skills through various activities carried out by Paskibra extracurricular, namely routine training activities that are able to develop responsible and disciplined attitudes; the activity of providing Paskibra materials that can foster a sense of love for the homeland and nationalism; the participation of students in competitions that can foster students to help each other, cooperate, and be brave; joint training activities that can train communication skills, confidence and mutual respect; Diklatsar activities that can develop the spirit of leadership and cooperation, as well as social service activities that can instill social caring and empathy. Participants students who follow Paskibra extracurricular have good social skills. This can be seen from the change in the positive attitude of students towards the surrounding environment.

AbstractIn this paper we discuss the SKPD Filing Unit Employee Perception of the Regional Archival Information System Application (SIKEDA) and the Regional Archival Information Network (JIKEDA) in  the City Government of Bukittinggi. The purpose of this study is to determine the competence and optimal shield of SKPD employees in inputting files to the SIKEDA application.This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The location of this study was carried out in 5 SKPD Institutions in Bukittinggi, namely: (1) the Library and Archives Office of Bukittinggi City, (2) the Education and Culture Office of the City of Bukittinggi, (3) the Youth and Sports Pariwasata Service of the City of Bukittinggi, (4) the Health Service City of Bukittinggi, (5) Social Service of the city of Bukittinggi. The object of the study was SKPD employees in five government agencies in the city of Bukittinggi. Writing this paper aims to describe (1) To describe the optimization of the use of SIKEDA and JIKEDA applications by Admin node SIKEDA in supporting records management in the city administration of the City of Bukittinggi; (2) To describe the competencies possessed by HR in SKPD in utilizing information technology in the application of SIKEDA and JIKEDA applications in the City Government of Bukittinggi.Data was collected by observation and direct interviews with SKPD employees in the Bukittinggi city government and literature studies in the application of electronic records in the government of the City of Bukittinggi.Based on the discussion, it can be concluded that the First Employee in the SKPD in the City Government of Bukittinggi is still not optimal in inputting the archive to the sikeda Second application.iKeywords: optimization, competence, electronic archives.

The title of this research is "The Role of the Health Office in Tackling Child Malnutrition in Ngamprah District, West Bandung Regency". The problem in this research is not yet optimal implementation of the Health Office in Overcoming Malnutrition in Children in Ngamprah District, West Bandung Regency. The research method that researchers use is descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. The technique of determining the informants used was purposive sampling technique. The results showed that in carrying out its duties and functions, the health office, the Health Office had implemented a sufficiently optimal role seen from the six indicators of success in overcoming malnutrition, namely: All Posyandu carry out weighing operations at least once a month All toddlers are weighed, All cases of malnutrition are referred to the Puskemas Nursing or Home Sick, all cases of malnutrition are treated at the health center. Nursing or hospitalization is handled according to the management of malnutrition. All post-treatment malnourished toddlers receive assistance.

This study aims to describe the values of the Tandhang dance, explain the role of the Tarara Studio, obstacles, and solutions to obstacles in the preservation of the Tandhang dance in Bangkalan Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive research. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used interactive analysis by Miles and Huberman. Tandhang dance has good values which are used as life guidelines for the Madurese, the role of the Tarara Studio is very good in preserving the Tandhang dance with training and staging, the obstacles faced are, delays, differences in ability, laziness, outside culture, differences in public opinion. The solutions taken were reminding, dividing groups, motivating oneself, attracting interest, and accepting differences of opinion. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai tari Tandhang, menjelaskan peranan Sanggar Tarara, hambatan, dan solusi dari hambatan dalam pelestarian tari Tandhang di Kabupaten Bangkalan. Kajian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif milik Miles dan Huberman. Tari Tandhang memiliki nilai-nilai baik yang dijadikan sebagai pedoman hidup orang Madura, peranan Sanggar Tarara sangat baik dalam pelestarian tari Tandhang dengan pelatihan dan pementasan, hambatan yang dihadapi yaitu, keterlambatan, perbedaan kemanpuan, malas, budaya luar, perbedaan pendapat masyarakat. Solusi yang diambil yaitu, mengingatkan, membagi kelompok, memotivasi diri, menarik minat, dan menerima perbedaan pendapat.

The corona virus has caused changes in the education system in Indonesia. This causes learning that was originally carried out face-to-face into learning from home. The Learning from Home system requires parents to play a full role in learning. To maintain and increase students' learning motivation while studying from home, parents really need the role. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The instrument of data collection was done by interview and questionnaire. The subjects of this study were parents of grade II and III students at SD Negeri 2 Palaan located in Palaan Village, Ngajum District. The results of this study discuss the role of parents who are very influential in improving student learning outcomes of SD Negeri 2 Palaan during the Learning from Home System.

Abstrak Komunikasi matematis merupakan salah satu hal penting dalam menyelesaikan masalah pada studi PISA. Komunikasi matematis adalah kemampuan mengekspresikan ide-ide matematika secara koheren kepada teman, guru, dan lainnya melalui bahasa lisan maupun tulisan yang disertai dengan penjelasan dan justifikasi. Karena pentingnya kemampuan komunikasi yang dimiliki oleh siswa, maka muncul gagasan untuk menganalisis tingkat kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal PISA konten space dan shape. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal PISA konten space and shape. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) siswa dengan kemampuan matematika tinggi memiliki kemampuan komunikasi matematis sangat baik dengan hampir memenuhi seluruh indikator; 2) siswa yang memiliki kemampuan matematika sedang memiliki komunikasi matematis baik dengan memenuhi indikator hingga dapat menjelaskan suatu permasalahan dengan baik. Kata Kunci: komunikasi matematis, Soal PISA, space and shape   Abstract Mathematical communication is one of the important things in solving problems on the PISA study. Mathematical communication is the ability to express mathematical ideas coherently to friends, teachers, and others through spoken and written language accompanied by explanations and justifications. Because of the importance of communication skills possessed by students, then the idea arises to analyze the level of mathematical communication skills of students in solving PISA questions of space and shape content. The purpose of this study is to describe the mathematical communication skills of students in solving PISA questions on space and shape content. This research uses a qualitative approach, with descriptive research type. The results of this study indicate that 1) students with high mathematical abilities have excellent mathematical communication skills with almost all the indicators; 2) students who have mathematical abilities are having good mathematical communication by meeting the indicators so that they can explain a problem well. Social ability is one aspect that must be owned by children, where with this social ability children will socialize with their surrounding environment. Empathy is an ability to understand and feel what is being experienced and thought by others. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how to describe the empathy attitude of B1 children in Islamic Kindergarten Daud Khalifatulloh Padang. The research method was used in descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study state that B1 children have a good empathy attitude, which is seen based on the aspects of empathy, such as cooperation, solidarity, tolerance, helping, compassion, caring, and tolerance

This research departs from the victory of President Joko Widodo's son and son-in-law in the 2020 Regional Head Election. Approximately 44% or 55 candidates of the 124 regional head candidates who have a kinship with the authorities are confirmed to win the 2020 simultaneous Regional Head Election and stroll as regional heads. For this reason, this study will explore the phenomenon of winning candidates exposed to kinship politics, especially with the president in the 2020 Regional Head Election. This research also analyzes some of the causes of nepotism in the democratic system that are still visible in the 2020 simultaneous Regional Head Election. To achieve this goal, the research uses descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. The method was chosen because the 2020 simultaneous Regional Head Election were multidimensional. The results of the study found several factors that led to kinship politics still coloring the 2020 Regional Head Election, including the advancement of candidates who were exposed to kinship with the president. These factors, such as the popularity of family names, are deliberately carried out by politicians as a way of inheriting power and the weak democratization of political parties, such as recruiting candidates for the regional head. This also led to candidates exposed to kinship with the president in striding to win the Regional Head Election. This research concludes that kinship should be able to lead to moral behavior, not just a pursuit of power. Concerning kinship politics, it can be controlled through internal reforms of political parties as institutions that carry out the role of candidate recruitment.

The article deals with educational factors that involve the integration process of forced migrants. Non-formal training of multicultural communication skills is analysing as one of several educational factor of forced migrants’ integration. Moreover there is analyzed how non-formal training activities influence the emotional state and abilities of forced migrants’ minors.  These results are relevant for institutions and communities that face with the multicultural communication every day. The theoretical parts of article contain the analysis of the publications made on the integration of forced migrants and multicultural communication in the integration process of the review. The empirical part of the research present how non-formal training activities influence on minors forced migrants emotional state and their preparation to the integration.

People’s reading interest in Indonesia is 0.001% and is ranked third from the bottom, lagging far behind other countries that have an average percentage of 0.45% -0.62%. While for the percentage of reading interest based on province, Yogyakarta ranks third with a percentage of 91.00%. Based on these conditions, indeed, it requires a provider of information which is easy to access to increase reading interest. One of the information providers is Taman Bacaan Masyarakat (TBM)/Community Reading Park. To find out more about this, obviously, research needs to be conducted relating to the role of TBM in supporting information dissemination among the community. The research location was Mata Aksara TBM. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Mata Aksara TBM for the community. This study used a qualitative approach through descriptive research methods, with Mata Aksara TBM, Yogyakarta as the study subject. The data collection technique used was observation and interviews. Results of the study indicated that Mata Aksara TBM acted as a place of learning and play, as a place of learning and practice, as a place of recreation and education, and as a place to preserve culture. The conclusion from this study is that the Community Reading Park is beneficial in empowering reading interest, especially among children, and has a positive impact on the community in the TBM environment in advancing the agricultural and livestock sectors of the society around the TBM.
