Research on the analysis of the presence of signage in the Lasem Batik Tourism Village aims to identify signage, activities and visual areas of the Lasem written batik area, identify visual forming factors in the Lasem written batik area and get an analysis of the presence of signage in the Lasem batik tourism village area and provide recommendations on the results of the analysis so that they can provide a reference and guide for local governments/managers in carrying out the stages of developing a new tourist attraction vehicle in Rembang district.This study uses quantitative rationalistic methods, using regression analysis techniques to look for significant signage influence. Stratified random sampling is used to achieve objectivity. The population used as respondents are people with an educational background in architecture, the general public and residents who live there every day. Furthermore, the number of samples taken proportionally, while the sample area is determined using the area sampling technique. This method was taken in accordance with the purpose of the study to analyze the presence of signage in the Lasem has written batik tourism village area. Based on the findings it can be concluded that the presence of signage in commercial buildings/showrooms has a significant positive effect on the visual aesthetic of Lasem Batik Tourism Village. Keywords: Signage, Visual Aesthetics, Lasem Batik Tourism Village

Abstract: The objective of the research was to find out the empirical information of the effect ofintention, motivation, and teacher understanding on the implementation of inclusive education.The research used path analysis techniques. It conducted the elementary-school-teacher in EastJakarta, Indonesia. The simple random sampling technique is applied, which 50 teachers involvedas the research sample. Empirical findings of the research revealed that: 1) There is no directpositive effect of intention to the implementation of inclusive education; 2) There is no directpositive effect of motivation to the implementation of inclusive education; 3) There is no directpositive effect of teacher understanding to the implementation of inclusive education; 4) There isno direct positive effect of intention to the teacher understanding; 5) There is direct positive effectof motivation to the teacher understanding; 6) There is direct positive effect of intention to themotivation. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mencari informasi empiris tentang pengaruh intensi,motivasi, dan pemahaman guru terhadap implementasi pendidikan inklusif. Penelitian inimenggunakan analisis jalur. Penelitian ini mengukur perilaku guru SD di Jakarta Timur,Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan melibatkan 50guru. Temuan empiris mengungkapkan bahwa: 1) Tidak ada pengaruh langsung positif langsungintensi terhadap pendidikan inklusif; 2) Tidak ada pengaruh langsung positif motivasi terhadappendidikan inklusif; 3) Tidak ada pengaruh langsung positif pemahaman guru terhadap pendidikan inklusif; 4) Tidak ada pengaruh positif langsung intensi terhadap pemahaman guru; 5) Adapengaruh langsung motivasi terhadap pemahaman guru; 6) Ada pengaruh langsung intensiterhadap motivasi. The phenomenon of local brands is increasingly in demand and favored by the community, especially for teenagers. High enthusiasm has an impact on the rise of local brands in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the love of local brands (brand love), fashion lifestyle, and buying interest in purchasing decisions of Ventela sneakers. The population used in this study were all students of the UNESA who bought and felt interested in buying Ventela sneakers. The sampling technique used random sampling with a total sample size of 100 respondents from a population of 26,475 students. Data collection was carried out by surveying and distributing google form questionnaires. The analysis techniques used in this research are multiple regression analysis; f test and coefficient of determination; and hypothesis testing (t-test). The test results show that local brand love (brand love) is proven to have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions with the t-count value of 11.38. The fashion lifestyle variable is proven to have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions with the t-count value of 3.587.The purchase interest variable is proven to have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions with the t-count value of 4.468

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of stress and job satisfaction toward the Authorities of Education, Youth and Sport of Bukittinggi, West Sumatera Employee’s absenteeism. The research was conducted by using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 103 personnel. Research samples selected as much as 82 personnel using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed by using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of the data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) stress has direct positive effect to absenteeism; (2) job satisfaction has direct negative effect to absenteeism; (3) stress has negative effect to job satisfaction

The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.

This research aims to identify and examine the effect of the Tax Transparency and Trust Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance existing areas of Jakarta. The method used is descriptive and associative. Target population studied is Unit in Unit 14 Analysis of the Tax Office in the region of Jakarta. Sampling technique used is random sampling. Model influence analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling ) with alternative method PLS ( Partial Least Square ) which is aimed at testing the Influence between Tax Transparency and Trust Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance that there diunit analysis has been given permission to conduct research. Results of the analysis showed that partially Tax Transparency and unsignificant positive effect on the Taxpayer Compliance. Similarly, the Trust Taxpayers partially positive and significant impact to the Taxpayer Compliance . Simultaneously Transparency and Trust Tax Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance effect, this means that the Tax and Trust trades Taxpayers together will increase the Taxpayer Compliance.   Keywords: Tax Transparency, Trust, Taxpayer Compliance.     Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak yang ada wilayah DKI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi target yang diteliti ialah Satuan Kerja yang ada di Unit Analisis 14 Kantor Pelayanan Pajak diwilayah DKI Jakarta. Teknik sampel yang digunakan ialah random sampling. Model pengaruh di analisa menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan metode alternative PLS (Partial Least Square) yang bertujuan menguji Pengaruh antara Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak yang ada diunit analisis yang telah diberi ijin untuk melakukan penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa Transparansi Pajak secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Begitu pula dengan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak yang secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Secara simultan Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak berpengaruh Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak, hal ini berarti bahwa dengan Transakasi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak bersama-sama maka akan meningkatkan Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak.

Cooperative business entities have the main goal not to seek profit but to serve members of the cooperative to be more prosperous based on the principle of family. The savings and loan cooperative "Karya agung" collects funds from its members who then redistribute the funds to its members. This study aims to provide an overview of the effect of cooperative use on the level of welfare of citizens. The taking technique used in this research is random sampling technique. The method of data collection used is to use questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The analysis method uses correlation analysis techniques with the product moment. Calculation of the value of  which states that there is an influence between the use of savings and loan cooperatives to the level of welfare of citizens.

Tax reporting is the responsibility of taxpayers after making tax payments. The mismatch between the number of registered taxpayers and the number of taxpayers who report taxes is a separate problem for the government in managing the tax results received. Where the number who report taxes is very small compared to the number of registered taxpayers. Based on these problems, the purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence individual taxpayer reporting compliance. The population used by all individual taxpayers who are registered at KPP Pratama Batam Selatan. While the sample was taken through simple random sampling technique with the Slovin formula so that the sample used was 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques are data instrument test, classical assumptions, descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS. The results obtained, partially the application of e-filling and tax sanctions has a significant effect on tax reporting compliance while tax awareness and understanding have no significant effect. The f test results show that all the independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable.

A brand will carry out several marketing strategies to attract consumers. especially for countries with a Muslim majority community, the product must have halal legality. There are several factors considered by consumers to choose the product purchased, among others, the existence of halal labels on packaging, emotional advertising, and diskons. The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of product labels, emotional advertising, and discount on purchasing decisions. This research is focused on consumers who have bought Chatime as a bubble drink, Muslim, aged 15-60 years old, and a final consumer. uses a nonprobability sampling technique. Questionnaires were distributed to 200 participants with Google form. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that product labels, iklan emosional, and diskons had a positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract: This research aims to determine the influence of adversity quotient and classroom climate on students' economic achievement. The type of this research are descriptive and associative. The population of this research are the tenth grade students of SMAN 3 Pariaman who study economic subjects and enrolled in academic year 2017-2018 which amounted to 192 students, the sample of this reasearch are 129 students. The sampling technique is done by Proportional Random Sampling. Questionnaire is used as a data collection tool. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect between adversity quotient and classroom climate on students' economic achievement. Based on the results of the research, it was suggested for students to further increase adversity quotient and form a good classroom climate in learning in order to get a more optimal achievement. For the teachers, they are expected to pay more attention to the condition of students in learning, and for parents, they are expected to pay attention to the development of their children, so they can provide encouragement to students to remain eager in learning in order to get better learning achievement.Keyword: adversity quotient, classroom climate, learning achievement

Abstrak: Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan perbedaan pengaruh dari penerapan TGT dan DL dalam pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan Quasi Experiment. Populasi penelitian yaitu siswa kelas VI sekolah dasar dengan sampel yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Random Sampling terdiri dari du kelas. Instrumen yang digunakan mengumpulkan data yaitu observasi keaktifan siswa dalam pembelajaran dan tes akhir pembelajaran berupa tes essay. Hasil pengujian secara deskriptif yaitu penerapan TGT berpengaruh positif dibandingkan dengan DL ditinjau berdasarkan hasil belajar dan keaktifan siswa. Berdasarkan pengujian inferensial pada hipotesis penelitian dengan uji t ditemukan thitung > α berarti terdapat perbedaan pengaruh, dimana pengaruh penerapan model TGT lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan DL. Sehingga, secara umum diinterpretasikan bahwa TGT berpengaruh positif dibandingkan dengan DL terhadap hasil belajar dan keaktifan siswa sekolah dasar.TEAMS GAMES TOURNAMENT (TGT) AND DISCOVERY LEARNING (DL) IN LEARNING MATHEMATICS IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLAbstract: This study describes the different effects of the application of TGT and DL in mathematics learning in elementary schools. This research is a Quasi Experiment. The population of this research is the sixth grade students of elementary school. The sample is determined by using purposive random sampling technique consisting of two classes. The instruments used to collect data were the observation of student activeness in learning and the final test of learning in the form of an essay test. The results of the descriptive test, namely the application of TGT have a positive effect compared to DL in terms of learning outcomes and student activity. Based on inferential testing on the research hypothesis with the t test, it was found that tcount > α means that there is a difference in influence, where the effect of applying the TGT model is higher than that of DL. Thus, it is generally interpreted that TGT has a positive effect compared to DL on learning outcomes and the activeness of elementary school students.
